2 St. Mary Church Mass Schedule Saturday 4:30pm Sunday 7:00am & 10:00am Tuesday at 5:30pm (this week only) Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:30am *When there is a funeral, there is no weekday morning scheduled Mass. Confessions First Friday 6:45-7:10am Saturday 3:30-4:10pm or by appointment at any time. *On Saturday when there is a wedding, there will be no confessions. Anointing of the Sick: If facing surgery, dealing with a chronic illness, serious accident or nearing the end of life, notify the parish office if you would like Fr. Erbacher to administer Anointing of the Sick. Sacrament of Baptism: Baptisms will take place the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month with Fr. Erbacher. Call the Parish Office to make an appointment. Sacrament of Marriage: Parishioners who wish to be married at St. Mary Church are asked to contact the parish office no later than six months prior to their wedding date. This will provide time for prayer, preparation and paperwork. Homebound Parishioners: Communion calls are made on Tuesday mornings to parishioners homes. 3 Welcome Bishop Siegel: Sincere greetings and welcoming to Bishop Siegel to our Parish of St. Mary (February 24). Our Bishop joins us today at 1:00pm for the administering the Holy Sacrament of Confirmation upon 52 of our younger members of the parish. With that continued guidance of the Holy Spirit upon all of us, and especially to the younger members of our parish, a community of believers, we give thanks to Bishop Siegel, to the class of 2019, to parents and sponsors, and to the religious educators for the enlightenment which all have shown and lived in our Catholic Faith. God Bless the class, God Bless Bishop Siegel, and may God Bless all of us in our journey of faith! (Fr. Erbacher, Effie ) Peace in the Mourning is a Christ focused healing retreat for widows of any age, circumstance, and faith. Please consider a weekend made for mending hearts. Dear St. Mary Parish, Just a quick not of thanks...these past 3 years leading Bosco has been an experience I will not forget. The youth in our parishes are amazing and it has been my pleasure getting to listen to them, getting to know them, and getting to pray through challenges and joyous times with them. All of our success over the past 3 years is less a testament to me but more of a testament to the adults in our parishes that stood up, recognized our parish youth ministry is important and gave of their time/talent/treasure to help get Bosco alive and well again. Through my own discernment, I have accepted a position in the Development Office with the Sisters of St. Benedict and am excited to join the Sisters in advancing their mission. My last day with Bosco will be March 8th. Please know that Bosco will always be dear to me and the relationships I have made are invaluable. I ask that you welcome the new youth minister in and offer that person the same encouragement and support that you offered me. Thank you, again, for being so supportive of our Catholic Youth Ministry. Divine Providence Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel Hours that are currently open: 2nd & 4th Tuesday of Month at 1:00-2:00am Fridays at 3:00-4:00am 2nd Saturday of Month at 11:00pm-12:00am If there are two times listed for an adoration time, example 1st & 3rd Sundays, and you only want to do one time per month, that would help out a lot. Tuesday [02/26]: Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am at St. Charles Health Campus. Fr. Joseph Erbacher, celebrant. Mass will be celebrated at 5:30pm. The Mass was moved up a 1/2 hour because of the program beginning at 6:00pm. The Power of the Eucharist program will be presented in the Community Center Cafeteria. Evening of Adoration, Friday, March 1, at 7:00pm at Our Lady of Hope Parish, Washington. This evening of adoration in celebration of ordination to the Diaconate of Martin Estrada and Juan Ramierez. This evening of prayer and worship before the Blessed Sacrament is an opportunity to pray for these men as they prepare for ordination the following day. In addition, this is also a call for all people to recognize the presence of God among us and to be aware of His invitation to a life of fulfillment in following His will.
