Through our support of Operation Rice Bowl, Catholic Relief Services gives more than short term assistance to poor countries; it establishes long term, person-focused, sustainable programs that provide better opportunities for each individual, and it remains in communities to help these efforts succeed. CITY-WIDE ROSARY FOR LIFE will be held on Palm Sunday, 17th at Belleview Park at 3:00pm. Everyone is invited Rain or Shine! Join us in prayer for an end to abortion. Ordination Choir: Choir members and interested parishioners from the Steubenville city parishes are invited to sing in the City Choir for diocesan events. The City Choir will rehearse at Holy Family Church on Tuesday 19 & 26 at 8:00 p.m. in preparation for the Ordination Mass to be held Saturday, May 21 at the Cathedral. 2 SENIOR HIGH YOUTH MINISTRY IN STEUBENVILLE: 17 - Anchor Night, 6:30-8:30 in the Holy Rosary Auditorium No Anchor Night - Happy Easter. Any high school youth or 8th grade student that would like to be a part of the high school youth conference can still sign up by calling John at Registration and release forms for the high school youth conference are now available. They can be picked up at any Anchor Night meeting. Any adult interested in helping with the youth conference as a chaperone or helping run youth events throughout the summer should call John at to get more involved. GS the Communion & Liberation group for high school students, meets on Sundays, from 7:30-8:45pm, in the school building at St. Peter's. We are now working on Fr. Luigi Giussani's book The Religious Sense. For questions, call Barb Milewsky Dear friends, After meeting with the Bishop this past Monday I learned that I am being reassigned to St. Paul Parish and Christ the King University Parish in Athens effective July 1. I will be serving both parishes as they begin the process of parish clustering. For many years, St. Paul and Christ the King have had separate pastors. However, these two parishes are being clustered with one pastor and one parochial vicar. Under the new arrangement, I will serve as parochial vicar to the current pastor of St. Paul's, Fr. Pat Gaughan. Initially, one of the main tasks of my work will be to strengthen the campus ministry program at Ohio University. I ask for your prayers as I prepare to make this move.
