Below is the scheduled times that our coordinators will be present to help coordinate everyone s activities: Wednesday April 17 th Prepare the Marian Room and church for Holy Thursday celebrations 9:30 a.m. (after the 8:30 a.m. Mass) Thursday April 18 th - Prepare the Church for Good Friday - after all have left from the celebration of the Lord s Supper. Friday April 19 th - Prepare the Church for the Easter Vigil - after all have left from the celebration of the Lord s Passion.
