Thus if you have particular requests for dates in the year 2011 you may submit them to the Parish Office at this time. Also, if you don t have a particular date we have several other openings that can be filled with your requests. At various times we publish a list of intentions for which Msgr. Cornelius and now Fr. Magary offer specific Mass intentions. We need several Mass intentions for them to offer at the Masses in which they concelebrate in our parish community. Praying for the deceased is a holy and righteous act. We continue to pray for our loved ones as we seek their prayers in our lives. Praying for special needs is also a part of our Catholic Tradition. The priest can offer Masses for special needs and for the living members of our families. HOLY ROSARY AUDITORIUM will be closed December 27 through the 31 st. 2 SENIOR HIGH YOUTH MINISTRY IN STEUBENVILLE: Dec Christmas Party. Cell Phone Scavenger Hunt and Goofy Gift Exchange. 6:00-9:00pm. We will meet at Holy Rosary Auditorium at 6 p.m. We will then go across Steubenville filming ourselves doing goofy stunts. At 7:30 we will meet at the Joy and Chris Irvin's (165 Aberdeen in Steubenville) to share pictures, laughs, food and a goofy gift exchange. There is no cost for this event but please bring a gift worth no more than $5. Guys, please bring a bag of chips; girls, please bring 2 dozen Christmas cookies. January 14 - Silver Ring Thing" in Pittsburgh, PA at Seton LaSalle High School. This night is a high-energy, multimedia presentation on love, purity, chastity and why waiting until marriage is God's perfect plan. The cost for this event is $8 if you turn in money by January 1. January 16 - First Anchor night of the new year. January 23 - No Youth Group because of the March for Life. January March for Life, Washington D.C. - CCHS is sending two busloads of students to Washington D.C. to support the cause of life. If you are interested in going, information can picked up at the school office. Let's us go and speak out for those who have no voice. 3 West End Adoration Chapel WEST END ADORATION CHAPEL We will close the chapel on Friday, December 24 th at 9:00 a.m. and open the chapel at 9:00 a.m. on December 27 th. During this time period we encourage everyone to keep Christ at the center of Christmas celebrations. Share the Lord with your families and encourage them to find His presence in their midst. As you prepare for the New Year and many make resolutions to come closer to Christ. Please consider volunteering to spend one hour each week in adoration of our Lord. Be still with him in prayer. Fr. Nau would like to have 2 or 3 adorers praying every hour 24/7. Samaritan House 1/2 price Sale. The Tuesday after Christmas, Dec 28th, everything in the store will be 1/2 price.
