Organ Prelude Downfare Reginald Stoutman Jonas Nordwal, Organist ( ) Organ Chimes Living & Growing in Faith Sharing the Peace of Christ Allison Anderson, Lay Leader Choral Introit Call to Worship When we look up at the heavens, at the work of Love s creation, at the infinite variety of God s plans It is easy to become overwhelmed. Who are we, that God should delight in us? Yet we have been made in God s image, we have been filled with God s love. It is only right to be filled with praise as we worship and as we live. Hymn No. 617 I Come with Joy

5 Doxology and Presentation of Our Offerings (Hymn No. 94) Praise God, from whom all blessings flow; Praise God, all creatures here below: Alleluia! Alleluia! Praise God, the source of all our gifts! Praise Jesus Christ, whose power uplifts! Praise the Spirit, Holy Spirit, Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! Sacrement of Holy Communion The Invitation Rev. Jeremy Smith Come, all of you, beloved of God. This is the table of God s love. This is the feast of God s hope. All are welcome here. Lift up your hearts and rejoice! We lift our hearts to God who shows us how to love and fills us with hope. Prayer of Thanksgiving Rev. Donna Pritchard We lift up our hearts and we rejoice, O God, because you are here. In your great love for us you have not abandoned us in the dark and fearful places of our lives. In Jesus you continually refresh us and renew us and restore us. All who are frightened, all who are burdened, all who are broken can feast on your love and find new life. You have shown us, in Christ, how to live in justice and peace and you give us the promise of transformation made real in his life, his death, and his resurrection. And so we remember that night when Jesus had his last supper with his friends. We remember how he took bread and gave thanks for it, then broke it and shared it, saying This is my body, broken for you. Eat this and remember me. Again, after the supper was ended, Jesus took the cup of blessing, gave thanks for it, and then gave it to his friends saying, This is the cup of the new covenant, poured out for you and for many. As often as you drink from it, remember me. Blessing & Sharing of the Feast Prayer of Response Gracious Holy One, you have brought us together in one body of Christ and gathered us around your table. Thank you for sustaining and inspiring us with this holy meal. Now send us out to do your work to care for the lost and lonely, to free the imprisoned, to transform the powerful with your love. Amen We go out in Jesus name, trusting in your grace. Amen. Hymn No. 149 Cantemos al Senor See Insert (Please be seated for the Benediction & the Choral Response) Benediction Choral Response Rev. Donna Pritchard Postlude Toccata Percy Fletcher ( )
