5 Music Notes Anthem A Hymn of Resurrection by Gwyneth Walker I know that my Redeemer lives, and that the earth again shall stand! I know eternal life He gives, with grace and healing in His hand. I know His promise of rebirth, the Word He speaks can never die. Though death shall take my body from the earth, yet I shall see Him by and by. I know my pathway He prepares for where He is, there I shall be. Abiding faith, for me He cares, and He at last will come for me! I know, I know that eternal life He gives. I know, I know the grace and healing in His hand. I know, I know that my Redeemer lives! For on the earth, He has come again! Offertory This Joyful Eastertide by Brent Weaver This joyful Eastertide, away with sin and sorrow! My love, the Crucified has sprung to life this morrow! Had Christ, that once was slain, ne er burst his prison, Our faith had been in vain, but now is Christ arisen! Death s flood has lost its chill since Jesus crossed the river. Lover of souls, from ill my passing soul deliver. Had Christ that once was slain ne er burst his three-day prison, Our faith had been in vain, but now is Christ arisen! My flesh in hope shall rest, and for a season slumber, Till trump from east to west shall wake the dead in number. Had Christ, that once was slain, ne er burst his three-day prison, Our faith had been in vain, but now is Christ arisen! The Festival Brass Quintet and Percussion Logan Brown, trumpet Dick Titterington, trumpet Larry Johnson, horn Andrew Harris, trombone Mark Vehrencamp, tuba Florian Conzetti, percussion
