Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. 7 MISSION CHALLENGE The Penfield Ecumenical Food Shelf has reached out to area churches, schools and organizations to assist with the Holiday needs for their clients. We have chosen to provide boxes of turkey stuffing mix. Our goal is 100 boxes by November 1st! We CAN do this!!!! Please bring your donations to church or leave them in the church office. PENFIELD ECUMENICAL FOOD SHELF 1618 Jackson Road Penfield, New York (585) penfieldecumenicalfoodshelf.org United Way Donor #3331 Christmas Gifts for 15 Children The Mission Team is partnering with the Open Door Mission's new Coldwater Road Residence for Women and Children, to provide some Christmas gifts for 15 Homeless Children in Rochester, ages 4-16 years. The request is for new pajamas, socks, and underwear. We will have a list available at church where you can sign up for a specific child to shop for. 8 Next Trustees Meeting Wednesday, Year Bible Club We are reading the Bible in 365 daily readings. Read minutes per day and, after a year, we will have read the entire Bible. Our weekly discussion is about what we found inspirational or confusing in the previous week's readings. You can start anytime. A light supper is provided and all are welcome. Cost of a one-year (New Living Translation), easy to read Bible is $11.00 There are more Bibles on order.
