6 TODAY LOOKING AHEAD Join us for Coffee Hour today in Collins Hall, following worship. Community Warehouse Kitchen Drive continues through Sunday, April 27. Collection barrels in the narthex. A Taize Service will be held tonight at 5:00 PM in the Chapel. The service lasts about 45 minutes and is followed by a time of fellowship. Maundy Thursday, April 17, we will worship in the sanctuary at 7:00 PM, as we remember Jesus last supper and celebrate Communion together. Good Friday, April 18, join us in the chapel for a Tenebrae service of darkness and light at 7:00 PM, as we continue to walk the pathway to the cross and beyond. Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 19 beginning at 11:00 AM, rain or shine, for children Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade. Easter Worship on Sunday, April 20 with two services: 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Use this opportunity to invite friends and family to experience worship at First Church. On the Road Again is the theme for our 2014 All-Church Spring Retreat, April 25-27, at Suttle Lake Camp. 8 HOLY WEEK Palm Sunday, following worship today you are invited to join us as we travel to Gresham for an immersive and engaging sermon and children s time. A free light lunch will be served at noon in Room 202 and then we will travel by bus to Gresham UMC for this special service at 2:00 PM. (You are welcome to travel to Gresham on your own, if that is more convenient.)
