1 08/25/14 01: RD ST, BELTON On August 25, 2014 at about 0030 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Timothy A. Frazier and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 08/25/14 07: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON This accident apparently occurred when Vehicle (1) was traveling northbound on State Route Y. Driver (1) then attempted to avoid a crossing deer and left the right side of the roadway. 08/25/14 09:56 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 08/25/14 at 0956 hours, I responded to the Clay County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Scott Morris into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00623 for Fail To Appear, bond $30000 cash only, Mr. Morris was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/25/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0945 hours a subject was arrested in DIV IV court room by order of the court. The subject was transported to the jail. 08/25/14 12:30 JOHNSON COUNTY KS JAIL, GARDNER On 08/25/14 at 1230 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Adam Bryan into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00755 for Non Support, bond $20000 cash only, Mr. Bryan was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/25/14 12: MADISON, RAYMORE On August 25, 2014 at approximately 1318 hours, I recieved a file of a burglary that occurred at 904 S. Madison, Raymore, Missouri. The burglary was reported to Raymore Police Department on August 21st, Raymore Detective Sgt. Billings then referred the report to the Cass County Sheriffs Office. This report and all attached items will be forwarded to the Detective Division for review. 08/25/14 13: ST ST, LONE JACK On August 25, 2014 I responded to E. 161st Street, Lone Jack, Missouri, in reference to a suspicious activity. The reporting party recieved a disturbing through a Craigslist ad. 08/25/14 14: GUM ST, GARDEN CITY On I made contact with a Tracey Vogrin at 407 gum in Garden City reference to a court ordered pick up. Upon making contact with Ms. Vogrin she was transported to the as County Jail. 08/25/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1400 hours, in Division 2. Judge Wagner ordered Traci Fuller to be remanded into custody case number 14CA-CR00464, Possession of a controlled substance, Bond set at $7,500 cash only, court date 1330 hours. I then transported Traci Fuller to the Cass County Jail. 08/25/14 18: STATE ROUTE O, FREEMAN On Monday at approximately 1810 hours I was dispatched to S State Route O in reference to a suicidal subject. Upon arrival I made contact with the subject's husband who showed me several text messages on his cell phone indicating that she may harm herself. Subject was found unharmed and she will be seeking counseling.

2 08/25/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/25/2014, at approximately 1930 Hours, I made contact with a white male, James Gaug at the Cass County Jail on an Cass County warrant #14-CAFTA-631. I served Cass County Warrant #14-CAFTA-631 with a $250.00, cash only bond for Fail to Signal. 08/25/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/25/2014, at approximately 1945 Hours, I made contact with Michael R. Thurman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00826 for Forgery. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 09/09/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/25/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 26, 2014 I arrested John Dettman, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 11CA-CR01086 for Failure to Appear on Driving While Revoked. A court date of September 2, 2014 at 0900 hours with bond set at $4,000 10% cash only. 08/25/14 23: VV HWY, PLEASANT HILL On August 25, 2014 I conducted an investigation of domestic disturbance at VV Highway Pleasant Hill Missouri. Investigation found argument was verbal in nature between mother and daughter. Both subjects had calmed down and talked through their issue prior to my arrival. 08/25/14 23:55 58/MOTT, RAYMORE On Monday, August 25th 2014, at 2355 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on 58 Highway at Mott Drive in Raymore, Missouri on a black 1993 Acura Integra. The white male passenger was subsequently cited for possession of marijuana. 08/26/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/26/2014 at approsimately 0930 hours I took Johnston, Garrett into custody in Division 5 court. 08/26/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/26/2014 at approximately 1022 hours I took Kenyon, Jacob into custody to serve 6 months on Cass County case 12CA-CR /26/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday 08/26/2014, at approximately 1125 hours, Deputies were notified via inmates of contraband inside C-Block. Deputies responded to C-Block where contraband was located inside inmate's bedding. 08/26/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1222 hours, I took custody of Christopher Steven Dykes on a active Buchanon County warrant. Mr. Dykes posted a cash bond on their warrant. 08/26/14 13:55 GRANDVIEW PD, GRANDVIEW On 08/26/14 at 1355 hours, I responded to the Grandview City Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Benjamin Daniels into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00716 for Passing Bad Checks, bond $ % cash only, Mr. Daniels was transported to the Cass County Jail.

3 08/26/14 14: BRONSON ACRES RD, PECULIAR On Tuesday August 26, 2014, I was dispatched to S. Bronson Acres Rd., rural Peculiar in regards to a verbal disturbance in progress. The incident was non-criminal in nature so a non-criminal report was taken and closed. 08/26/14 17: EAST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday at approximately 1207 hours I was dispatched to the South East Outer road, Harrisonville, Busy Bee Auto & Salvage and Sales, in reference to an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle, that has been left at the business since March 2014, per Busy Bee Auto & Salvage and Sales. I completed the requested form 4669 and verified that the vehicle was not stolen. 08/26/14 17: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On August 26, 2014 at approximately 1747 hours, I investigated stealing at 8411 E Lakeview Dr. The victim identified as Daniel C Hansen reported his boat motor, tool set and gas can were stolen from his boat at some point in the last few days. The victim found his stolen items at 8304 S Wippoorwill Dr. Two male suspects were found in possession of the stolen property and taken into custody. Suspects have been identified. 08/26/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 26, 2014 I arrested Jason Buck, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00287 for probation violation. A court date of September 2, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $4,000 10% cash allowed. 08/26/14 22: BRICKPLANT RD, HARRISONVILLE ON August 26, 2014 I conducted an investigation of property damage that occurred at Brickplant Road Harrisonville Missouri. Reporting Party Curtis Blythe said that Randy Harrison went into his residence and then broke out the windshield on two vehicles and damaged his garage door. Mr. Harrison left prior to Mr. Blythe calling to report the incident. 08/27/14 03: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at approximately 0330 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 1407 North Lyne Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was domestic in nature. Two of the individuals involved were treated and released by EMS (Emergency Medical Services). None of the individuals involved were arrested. 08/27/14 07:27 NB 49/CASS PARKWAY, BELTON On Wednesday August 27th 2014 I investigated a 2 car motor vehicle crash with injuries on north bound I-49 at 195th. A cause of the motor vehicle crash has been determined. 08/27/14 07: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE 08/27/14 10: ROCKHAVEN RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1032 hours I responded to S Rockhaven Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a burglary investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Susan Burnett who stated someone had forced entry into the residence and stolen copper plumbing pipes and electrical wiring. No suspects have been identified at this time.

4 08/27/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/27/14, at approximately 1038 Hours, I made contact with Mary Margaret Bryan at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Jackson County warrant. I served Jackson County warrant, for Probation Violation. 08/27/14 11:32 BATES COUNTY JAIL, BUTLER On 08/27/14 at 1132 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Sean P O'Riley into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00447 for Non Support, bond $7000 cash only, Mr. O'Riley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/27/14 13: K HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 27, 2014 the reporting party Jami Hasenyager reported that she had received a message via face book from an individual who told her (Jami Hasenyager) she had their dog and they wanted it back. 08/27/14 13: TH ST, CLEVELAND Upon arrival I contacted Driver 2 who stated her vehicle had been parked in the driveway of the residence. She stated Driver 1 had left the residence just a few minutes prior to her to calling the Sheriff's Office. She stated she believed Driver 1 had backed into vehicle and then left the residence. 08/27/14 13:25 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, OLATHE On 08/27/14 at 1325 hours, I responded to the Johnson County KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Erica Elmer into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR0727 for Possession of a controlled substance, bond $7500, MS Ulmer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/27/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1330 hours, I arrested a subject on a Cass County warrant. 08/27/14 13: TH, HARRISONVILLE On August 27, 2014 dispatch broadcasted information regarding suspicious activity at BO KA Storage units on East 275th. Two subjects were identified after attempting to get items out of a storage unit one of the subjects told the owner was his. No damage was done and no items were stolen or taken from the storage unit. 08/27/14 17: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, August 27th, 2014, at approximately 1803 hours I was dispatched to the area of E. 219th Street in regards to a report of suspicious activity. Investigated a report of a white male subject knocking on doors, and then fleeing into a tree line. No suspect identified at this time. 08/27/14 20: RD ST, CREIGHTON On Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at approximately 2012 hours I was dispatched to E. 343rd St, Creighton, MO reference to a report of burglary. I contacted Brandon Bonar who said his residence had been broken into through a window. A suspect has not been identified. 08/27/14 22:01 C/261ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August, 27th, 2014 at approximately 2206 hours I was dispatched to C Highway in the area of 261st Street in regards to a report of a white male subject walking in the lane of traffic. Deputies contacted a white male subject who was arrested on a Lee's Summit Police Department FTA traffic warrant.

5 08/27/14 23:14 2ND/BLUE RIDGE, GRANDVIEW On Wednesday, August 27th, 2014 at approximately 2316 hours I was dispatched to 2nd Street and Blue Ridge Boulevard in Grandview Missouri, in regards to a request for K-9 assistance for the Grandview Police Department. A free air search of the vehicle was conducted with negative results. 08/28/14 05:32 SB 49/MM 155, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0532 hours, I investigated a report of several vehicles roadside in the area of South Bound I 49 at the 155 MM. My investigation revealed a mid-size truck lost parts of the drive shaft which resulted in five vehicles getting flat tires. 08/28/14 08:05 BELTON PD, On Thursday, August 28, 2014 I responded to the Belton Police Department where I met with Officer Bechtel regarding a found wallet. 08/28/14 09: FORD RD, ARCHIE On August 28, 2014, at approximately 0933 hours, I was dispatched to South Ford Road in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that several items were stolen from a residence and outside the residence. A possible suspect has been identified. 08/28/14 10:27 WESTERN RECPT DIAG CORR CNTER, ST JOE On 08/28/14 at 1027 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Charles Smith into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00081 for Fail To Appear, bond $ % cash only, Mr. Smith was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/28/14 at approximately 1000 hours I took McCammon, John W. into custody on an active Ray County warrant. 08/28/14 11: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On August 28, 2014 at approximately 1138 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 355th and Wagoner Road in reference to a disturbance involving a gun. My investigation revealed that a subject pointed a.22 rifle and fired several shots at his father and another person. A suspect has been identified. 08/28/14 12:43 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/28/14 at 1243 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mary Riley into custody on Cass County warrant # and for Fail to Appear, Total bond $500 cash only,ms Mary Riley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/14 12:43 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/28/14 at 1243 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took William West into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR00476 and for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 10% cash only. I also served Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00148 for Fail To Appear. The bond was set at $25000 cash only. 6 Banks into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01132 for Fail To Appear, bond $ % cash only, Mr Banks was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0955 hours I made contact with Hays, Charles in DIV IV court room. Mr. Hays was arrested on an active Cass County warrant. 08/28/14 13: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On August 28, 2014 at approximately 1358 hours, I was dispatched to 2820 South Rockhaven Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a theft of medications. My investigation revealed that several medications were stolen form a person at South Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, Missouri. 08/28/14 17: ST, GARDEN CITY On August 28, 2014 at approximately 1715 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a fraud. My investigation revealed that a bank transaction took place without the consent of the reporting party. The reporting party will be reimbursed when she delivers a copy of this report to the bank. 08/28/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/28/2014, at approximately 1525 hours, I made contact with Matthew Dwayne Newell W/M, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Newell the Cass County Warrant with a $ cash only bond. 08/28/14 22: MAJOR RD, CLEVELAND On August 28, 2014 at about 2309 hours, I was dispatched to S. Major Road in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Mary Medlin who told me that someone had stolen money from inside of her residence. 08/29/14 00: FRANKLIN ST, RAYMORE On About 0106 hours I make contact with Kimberly Archer at 203 S. Franklin Raymore, MO. Ms. Arcaher was arrested oncer the order of Judge Rumley and remannded to the Cass County Jail. 08/29/14 05:48 291/58, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, August 29, 2014 at approximately 0545 hours I observed an abandoned vehicle located at the northeast corner of the intersection of State Route 291 and State Route 58. The owner could not be located and the vehicle was towed due to traffic safety hazard. 08/29/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1020 hours, I contacted Timmy W Grouse at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Misc Fed Mtr Carrier Code. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Nothing further S. Gunn /29/14 10: JONES AVE, PLEASANT HILL On Friday August 29, 2014, I responded to 1507 Jones Ave., Pleasant Hill on a resident check for a Jerrod D. Scurlock who has an active felony Bates warrant for his arrest. Mr. Scurlock was located, arrest, and then transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.

7 08/29/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/29/2014 at approximately 1147 hours, I made contact with Keith L. Massey, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Massey Cass County warrant#13ca-cr01149, Bond was set at $5, with a court date of 09/08/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/29/14 12:34 VERNON CO JAIL, NEVADA On 08/29/14 at 1234 hours, I responded to the Vernon County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Amber Black into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00589 for Fail To Appear, bond $1000 cash only, Ms. Black was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/29/14 14: TH ST, CLEVELAND On August 29, 2014 at approximately 1418 hours, I investigated fraud at 4805 E. 215th Street, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Savanna N Shelley stated that an unauthorized purchase was made on her debit card at Target in Illinois. No suspects have been identified. 08/29/14 14:33 PECULIAR/ BELTON, On August 29, 2014 at approximately 1445 hours, I investigated stealing that occurred in the Belton/ Peculiar area. The reporting party identified as Sharon K Perkins said that her ipad was stolen from her vehicle while her husband was running errands in the Peculiar / Belton area. No suspects have been identified. 08/29/14 17: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On August 29th, 2014 at approximately 1708 hours, I investigated stealing at S. Prospect Ave, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Frederick A Rudroff reported sending money to seller on Craigs Lists for a Rhino. The victim reported the Craigs List ad as fraud and the loss of his payment. No suspects have been identified. 08/29/14 19:30 NB7/49, HARRISONVILLE On August 29, 2014, at approximately 1930 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop with a marroon 1998 Chevy Blazer at State Route 7 and Interstate 49, Harrisonville. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for an active Cass County warrant. 08/29/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/29/2014, at approximately 1940 Hours, I made contact with Randy L. Highley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00840 for Domestic Assault 3rd. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 09/09/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/29/14 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 29, 2014 at approximately 2033 hours, I conducted a residence check at the Slumber Inn room 117, located at East 275th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. A male subject identified as John L. Merrell, white male was placed in to custody and transported to the Cass County jail on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00797 for felony criminal non-support. Mr. Merrell was issued a bond of $15,000 cash only and was given a court date of Thursday, September 11, 2014 at approximately 0900 hours, in Cass County courts. 08/29/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Jesse W. Nash at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County order of Committment. I served Cass County committment 14CA-CR00277 for DWI. Mr. Nash was sentenced to 3 days in the Cass County Jail.

8 08/29/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 29, 2014 I arrested Kyle Caswell, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, on Cass County Order of Commitment 13CA-CR to serve two days court ordered shock time. 08/29/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/29/2014, at approximately 2140 Hours, I made contact with Timothy G. Kidd at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 12CA-CR for Domestic Assault 2nd. Bond was set at $ Cash or Surety and a court date of 09/15/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/29/14 21: BLANK ST, GUNN CITY On August 29th 2014, at approximately 2126 hours I was dispatched to East Blank Street, Gunn city, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. A suspect has not been identified. 08/30/14 01:11 N CASS/I-49, BELTON On September 30, 2014, I investigated an incident involving two male subjects walking on the exit ramp to North Cass Parkway from north Interstate 49, rural Belton, Missouri. The investigation revealed no apparent criminal activity at the time of the report. 08/30/14 03:07 283/Z, GARDEN CITY On August 30th 2014, at approximately 0307 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a white in color chevrolet sedan at the intersection 283rd and Z Highway for a lane violation. A computer check of the driver revealed him to have a revoked driving status. The driver was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for diving while revoked. 08/30/14 07:09 239TH ST /HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On August 30, 2014 at approximately 0729 hours, I investigated stealing at S Hunter Road, Peculiar Missouri. The victim identified as Keith D Todd reported that his vehicle was stolen from the area of 239th Street and Hunter Road while he was out on his morning run. No suspects have been identified. 08/30/14 08: CHADWICK DR, PECULIAR This accident apparently occurred when Vehicle (1) was traveling north bound on S. Chadwick and left the roadway. Vehicle (1) then collided with a parked vehicle. 08/30/14 13: ST ST., BELTON On August 30, 2014 I conducted a stealing investigation that occurred in the Snead's Bar-B-Que restaurant parking lot, 1001 E. 171st Street, Belton, Missouri. The reporting party Michael J.Q. Gallagher, w/m, stated he had two weed trimmers and a leaf blower stolen off his flat bed trailer while it was parked at the restaurant. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/30/14 14: TANAINE LN, PECULIAR On August 30th, 2014 at approximately 1425 hours, I conducted a civil standby at S. Tanaine Lane, Peculiar, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Jessica L Padgett, requested a stand by while she attempted to retrieve a title. During my civil stand it was revealed that the reporting party had an active, extraditable, Henry County warrant. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 08/30/14 14: RD ST, RAYMORE On August 30, 2014 I investigated a disturbance that occurred at E. 203rd Street, Raymore, Missouri. The victim identified as Roger A Hickman reported that his ATV was stolen from his barn during the evening hours. No suspect(s) have been identified. 08/30/14 18: HILLSIDE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday August 31st, 2014 at approximately 1803 hours I was dispatched to Hillside Road in reference to trespassing in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with Hines, Elaine W/F and Water, Tyler W/M. Information was gathered for the report and it was determined no crime occurred. 08/30/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2014, at approximately 2100 Hours, I made contact with a white female, Sasha Fletcher at the Cass County Jail on an Cass County warrant #14-CAFTA-845. I served Cass County Warrant #14-CAFTA-845 with a $500.00, cash only bond for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility. 08/31/14 00:12 COMMERCIAL/PLAZA, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, August 31st 2014, at 0012 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop in the McDonalds parking lot located near the intersection of Commercial and Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 2005 Chrysler Town and Country van. The white male driver was cited for possession of marijuana. 08/31/14 00:45 I-49, BELTON On August 31, 2014, I conducted a vehicle stop on southbound I-49 at North Cass Parkway in rural Belton, Missouri. Upon running both the driver and passenger of the vehicle through Missouri DOR (Department of Revenue) is was found that the passenger, Dawt Ceu, asian male had an active warrant for a misdemeanor traffic offense out of Buchanan County, Missouri. Mr. Ceu was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail to await extradition from Buchanan County on their warrant. 08/31/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1512 hours, I contacted Eric S Hall at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Exceeded Posted Speed Limit. Upon arrival, the two suspects were actively engaged in a physical altercation, refused to separate. Both subject were separated and secured without further incident. 08/31/14 21: STATE ROUTE OO, DREXEL On August 31, 2014 I was dispatched to the area of 343rd and McCellen Road in reference to a fire of several large round hay bales and a barn. Drexel Fire Department was on scene containing the fire. 08/31/14 21:19 LUCY WEBB/BROCKWOOD, RAYMORE On August 31, 2014, I conducted a vehicle stop on Brockwood and Lucy Webb, Raymore, Missouri. Investigation revealed that the driver and passenger of the 2006 Dodge Avenger had active, extraditable warrants out of Henry County Sheriff's Office. Subjects were arrested and transported to the Henry, Cass County lines and released to Henry County Sheriff's Office with out incident. 08/31/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/31/2014, at approximately 2340 Hours, I made contact with Corey A. Beebe at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants for Possession of Marijuana and for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of 09/02/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 08/31/14 23: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 31, 2014 I was dispatched to th Street Harrisonville Missouri, Firework Importers Gas Station, in reference to a male subject on the Jefferson Bus line inappropriately touching a female passenger. I made contact with all subjects involved and the female did not know male subject was touching her nor did she wish to pursue charges.
