1 03/12/18 01:05 308A57 FRANKLIN, CLINTON On 03/12/2018 at approximately 0105 hours I was dispatched to 308A north Franklin Street, Clinton, Missouri, regarding a check the welfare call. Dispatch advised a Mental Health Hotline out of Idaho called to check the welfare of an individual who is possibly having some Mental Health issues. While on scene it was determined the individual was not a threat to himself or others. 03/12/18 09: CLARK RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday 3/12/18 I responded to S Clark Rd in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a stealing. William B. Newell, W/M, told me his gun had been taken from his home. A possible suspect was given. No arrest has been made. 03/12/18 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday March 12th, 2018 at approximately 1218 hours I responded to E. 289th Street in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with William Roberts W/M and gathered information for the report. 03/12/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/12/2018, at approximately 15:40 Hours, I made contact with Charles Miller at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County Warrant for Probation Violation- Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. 03/12/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 3/12/2018, at approximately 1545 Hours, I made contact with Charles J Dunne at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00215 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. 03/12/18 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1827 hours I responded to E 299th Street outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a property damage complaint. Upon arrival I contacted Elizabeth Sanders who stated her mailbox had been damaged. No suspects have been identified. 03/12/18 19: SUNSHINE LN, RAYMORE On at approximately 1936 hours I was dispatched to Sunshine lane Peculiar for a missing person. I made contact with Carlsen, Jason A. he told me that his seventeen year old daughter had left the residence. Mr. Carlsen was concerned for her welfare. 03/12/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/12/2018, at approximately 1945 Hours, I made contact with Ryan Jackson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00086 for Trespass 1st Degree, and Cass County warrant 16CA-CR for Stealing. 03/12/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/12/2018, at approximately 1945 Hours, I made contact with Brian Mathers at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-1362 for Failed to equip mtr carrier veh with / maintain required brake system. 03/12/18 22: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On March 13th, 2018 at approximately 1154 hours I was dispatched to 1200 east main street, Grandview, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Lee R. Dickinson was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR , Probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, with a bond of $ % cash only.

I contacted Stanley Pendley, W/M, who was arrested on Cass County warrant 18-CAFTA-197 for FTA- Burglary 2nd and Stealing- all other property. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 05/03/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 03/13/18 03: HUBACH HILL RD, RAYMORE On 03/13/2018, at approximately 0427 hours, I responded to 609 W Hubach Hill Road, Raymore, in reference to a suicidal subject. I contacted the female party and my investigation revealed the female was not suicidal and the incident was being made up from a jealous ex-boyfriend. 03/13/18 08: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at approximately 0841 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Saap Brothers travel station, located at South West Outer Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle. A male occupant of the vehicle, identified as Jacob J. Parks, white male was taken in to custody on multiple active misdemeanor warrants through the Harrisonville Police Department. Mr. Parks is currently being held at the Cass County Jail on their warrants. 03/13/18 09: RD, BELTON On Friday, March 16th, 2018 at approximately 1006 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri in regards to an active Cass County Felony warrant. A white male was taken in to custody on the active Cass County warrant which Fugitive From Out of State. Zachariah D Johnson was later transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held with a bond of $10, Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 03/13/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2018, at approximately 1045 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in report of found property. James Javering reported that a passport was found in Cass County. 03/13/18 11:05 1 COURT CIR, CAMDEN On March 15th, 2018 at approximately 1158 hours I was dispatched to 1 court circle, Camden, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Kenneth F. Williams was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CAFTA1743, Probation violation, with a bond of $ cash only. 03/13/18 11:29 LINN COUNTY KS, On at about 1305 hours, I arrested Phillip Teters on a Cass County felony warrant at the Linn Co KS. Jail. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/13/18 12: LEXINGTON RD, PLEASANT HILL On March 12, 2018 I responded to the Harrisonville MO to assist the Harrisonville MO Police Department with a Drug Recognition Evaluation on Ms. Janet Setzer. 03/13/18 12:44 SB 49/B, ARCHIE On March 13, 2018 at approximately 1244 hours, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop on Interstate 49 at the Archie exit. Christy Dean was contacted during the stop and placed into custody for active Harrisonville warrants.

Upon my arrival, I contacted Gale Bruce who informed me he found a purse. The purse was taken for safekeeping. 03/13/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2018 at approximately 1402 Hours, I made contact with Michael Ray Snow at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00216 for Count 1: DWI - Persistent, Count 2: Operated A Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner Involving An Accident, and Count 3: Driving While Revoked/Suspended. 03/13/18 16:06 58/WEST OVER, On March 13, 2017 at approximately 1611 hours, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a stolen red in color 2001 Chevy Monte Carlo. The pursuit started at South Interstate 49 and State Highway 58 and ended at C Highway and 251st Street. The vehicle was recovered and a suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/13/18 17: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On March 19th, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Brandon V. Johnson was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CACR00388, driving while revoked, and given a bond of $ % cash only. 03/13/18 17: TH ST, PECULIAR On 03/13/2018 at approximately 1731 hours, I was dispatched to E 250th St. in Peculiar, Mo to the report of property damage. Upon my arrival, I contacted Kaleb Hill who reported his property had been damaged. 03/13/18 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2018 at approximately 1838 Hours, I made contact with Ryan Lee McAfee at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served an after hours Cass County warrant for Count 1: DWI - Physical Injury To Law Enforcement Or Emergency Personnel and Count 2: Car/motorcycle/truck Under 18,000 Pounds Followed Another Vehicle Too Closely. 03/13/18 18: JESI STREET, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2018, at approximately 2317 hours, I responded to 255 Jesi Street, Harrisonville, to serve a 96 hour medical commitment. A female subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass Regional Medical Center. 03/13/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2018, at approximately 2240 Hours, I made contact with Mark Robin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR for Non-Support- Appears in excess of 12 months. 03/14/18 03:36 NORTH BOUND 7HWY/KIRCHER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 03/14/2018 at approximately 0336 hours I was dispatched to 7 highway and T highway, rural Harrisonville, Missouri for horses in the highway. When I arrived there were three vehicle which had struck the horse. There were no injuries as a result of this accident.

Rachel Moylan, w/f, stated she arrived home and observed two white males taking items from her residence. Suspects have been identified and arrested. 03/14/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/18/2018, at approximately 1420 Hours, I made contact with Mason Wayne Arnold at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00235 for Fugitive from out of state. 03/14/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 3/14/18 at approximately 1432 hours I took Jones, Aaron into custody on 2 active Cass County warrants. 03/14/18 15: WILD GOOSE LN, PECULIAR On 03/14/2018, at approximately 1020 Hours, I was dispatched to a suspicious activity was at S Wild Goose Ln in Peculiar. I contacted Sherri Noble, who stated unknown subjects had been tampering with her mailbox.

5 03/14/18 15: RD ST, DREXEL On March 14th, 2018 at approximately 1604 hours I was dispatched to 4202 east 303rd street, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a recovery of a stolen vehicle. Overland Park Police Department requested assistance in the recovery of a 2004 Volvo sport utility vehicle. The vehicle was located and recovered. The vehicle was towed from scene by J's southland tow service. 03/14/18 16: MO 291 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 3/14/18 at approximately 1659 hours I was in the area of MO 291 hwy in Harrisonville Missouri when a motor vehicle accident occurred. There were no injuries and both vehicles drove away from the scene. 03/14/18 18: STATE ROUTE C NORTH, PECULIAR On I investigated a barn fire that occurred at E State Route C Highway Peculiar. The barn was a total loss as a result of the fire. 03/14/18 19: SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On 03/14/18 at 1924 hours I was dispatched to S. School Rd in reference to a vehicle theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Mayra Hernandez who advised that at some point during the day someone stole her Bombardier/Can Am DS650 ATV. The suspect is unknown at this time. 03/14/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2215 hours, I came in contact with Samantha J. Boyles at the Cass County Jail reference to 4 active Cass County warrant. I served warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance. I also served warrants for receiving stolen property and a licence plate violation. 03/15/18 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0145 Hours, I made contact with Brian Gruetze, a white male, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served a Cass County Warrant for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st Degree. 03/15/18 05:49 7/Z RAMP, GARDEN CITY On at 0601 I arrived at the scene of a 2 vehicle motor vehicle accident. The accident was on Z Hwy. at the intersection of the northbound on ramp to 7 Hwy. All parties were identified and a report was taken. 03/15/18 08: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday 3/15/18 at approximately 0835 hours I responded to S Gray Rd in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a fraud. Mary E. Payne, W/F told me she had lost approximately $ in a scam via Facebook messenger. 03/15/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1000 hours, I made contact with Christopher H. Sherman at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for failure to appear on Fail To Display Plates and for failure to appear on Owner Operated Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 04/10/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 03/15/18 11: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1110 hours, I responded to a call regarding threats being made in the area of the Garden City Water Treatment Center. The reporting party said that the suspect pointed a gun at him and told him that he was going to shoot anyone that walks by. A suspect has been identified.

6 03/15/18 12: ELM ST, OZARK On 03/15/18 at approximately 1155 hours, I made contact with Michael D. Inman at the Christian County Jail in Ozark, MO on a Cass County warrant. Mr. Inman was taken into custody on the warrant, a bond was set at $10, cash only and a court date of 05/3/18 at 0900 hours was given. 03/15/18 13:10 291/HUBACH HILL, PLEASANT HILL On March 15, 2018 I responded to the Rush Hour gas station located at the intersection of State Route 291 and 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a report of a disturbance. A suspect was identified and arrested for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. 03/15/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday March 15th 2018 I contacted Rachel Giffen in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Mrs. Giffen was taken into custody on an active Lee's Summit Missouri warrant. 03/15/18 15: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1521 hours, I was dispatched to 311 S Lyne Ave in reference to a theft from a shed. I contacted Jim Peters who stated someone stole tools from his shed between approximately 0000 Hours, and 0730 Hours. No suspect has been identified at this time. 03/15/18 15: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1545 hours, I was dispatched to 203 Frederick Ln. I contacted Ashlee Spillman who stated stealing from her vehicles had taken place sometime between 0100 hours, and 0730 hours. No suspect has been identified. 03/15/18 16: WILSON RD, PECULIAR On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1634 hours, I made contact with Charles W Taylor, w/m, who stated that he was the victim of fraud. He stated that a pop-up ad on his computer prompted him to call a help line to remove a virus from his computer. When he called the number he was told to purchase a total of $ in itunes gift cards to fix the issue. No suspects have been identified at this point. 03/15/18 17: TALL GRASS DR, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday 3/15/18 at approximately 1725 hours I responded to 806 Tall Grass Dr in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a 96 hour commitment warrant. A male party was transported to Research Psychiatric Hospital for evaluation. 03/15/18 18: MULLEN RD, BELTON On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1805 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance in progress at S Mullen Ave. A suspect has been Identified. 03/15/18 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/15/2018, at approximately 1920 Hours, I made contact with Matthew Lawrie at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR for Failure to Appear on Violation of Order of Protection for Adult. 03/15/18 23:09 58/Y, On March 15, 2018 at approximately 2309 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 58 Highway and Y Highway, of a gold in color 2002 GMC Envoy. I served three Cass County Warrants. 03/16/18 01:15 N SCOTT/155, On March 16, 2017 at approximately 0115 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a white in color Chevy Trail Blazer in the area of 155th Street and N. Scott in Belton, Missouri. Two subjects were placed into custody for possession of controlled substance and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/16/18 05:41 NB C/261ST, FREEMAN On 03/16/18 at 0544 hours I was dispatched to C Hwy and 261st street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival I observed a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria with Missouri license had stuck a deer. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was driven from the scene. 03/16/18 06:56 K/S OF 227 AND 235, EAST LYNNE On Friday, March 16, 2018 at approximately 0658 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route K between 227th St and 235th St in reference to an unknown injury motor vehicle accident. Audrey Potter stated she the hood of her vehicle raised up striking her windshield. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries reported. Ms. Potter was issued a summons for driving while suspended. 03/16/18 09: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 16, 2018 at approximately 0930 hours I was dispatched to State Route P, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of threats not in progress. Michelle Helt stated her business terminated two employees who threatened to return later in the day after being told not to return to the address. It was determined no crime had been committed and this report is for information only. 03/16/18 10: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On March 19th, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Jason K. Harrison was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR , Probation violation, with a bond of $ cash only given. 03/16/18 10: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, March 16, 2018 at approximately 1054 hours I was dispatched to conduct a phone contact in reference to a stealing from the Orient Cemetery in Harrisonville, MO. James Vanacker stated some vases, flowers, and trinkets had been stolen from his wife's grave site. A suspect has not been identified. 03/16/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 3/16/2018 at approximately 1600 hours, I accompanied the ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center for in inmate with a medical issue. 03/16/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/16/2018 at approximately 1632 hours, I was dispatched to the Juvenile Center located at 2501 W Mechanic St. Harrisonville, MO to the report of found property. Upon my arrival, I contacted Claude Owen, Chief Deputy Juvenile Officer who reported he located contraband on a juvenile and wanted it seized.

I served Cass County warrant After Hours Warrant for Attempted Arson 1st Degree. 03/16/18 20: OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 03/16/2018, at approximately 2047 hours, I responded to Dollar General, 501 SW Outer Road, Archie, reference found property. A clerk at the store found a small bag of marijuana inside the store. No suspects have been identified in this incident. 03/16/18 21: ND ST, BELTON On 03/16/2018 at approximately 2100 hours I was dispatched to 7405 East 202nd street, rural, Belton, Missouri, regarding a stealing. It was determined his trailer had been stolen. No suspect has been identified at this time. 03/16/18 21:49 N RR TRACKS PROSPECT, On Friday March 16th 2018 while Patrolling the area of Mo 58 and Prospect Ave. I attempted to stop a 2005 Ford F-250. The Ford F-250 fled from the scene of the stop and continued to 13th and 135th in Grandview Mo where the driver fled on foot. A check of the vehicle identification number showed it to be stolen out of Overland Park Ks. A suspect has not been identified. 03/16/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/16/2018, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Joseph Roberson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Court Ordered Arrest. I served Court Ordered Arrest 17CA-CR for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphanalia. 03/17/18 06:03 SB 7/S OF FREEDOM, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0603 hours I conducted a traffic stop in the area of SB 7hwy and Freedom road I made contact with Ryan Burke. Mr. Burke was arrested for Independence Police Department warrants. 03/17/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/17/2018 at approximately 0743 Hours, I made contact with Cassey Nichole Reed at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants 18-CAFTA-328 for Count 1: Driver/Front Seat passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt, 18-CAFTA-327 for Count 2: Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, 18-CAFTA-329 for Count 3: Driving While Revoked/Suspended - 2nd Or 3rd Offense, 18-CAFTA-330 for Count 4: Exceeded Posted Speed Limit (Exceeded By Mph). 03/17/18 09: TH ST, PECULIAR On 03/17/2018 at approximately 0955 hours, I was dispatched to E 250th St outside of Peculiar, MO to the report of stealing. Upon my arrival, I contacted Kaleb Hill who reported his trailer had been taken. 03/17/18 11: NORTH ST, PECULIAR On 03/17/2018 at approximately 1126 hours, I was contacted by B.R.G. at 141 E North St. in Peculiar, MO regarding a domestic disturbance. A male subject was also contacted regarding the disturbance. Neither party was taken into custody.

9 03/17/18 11:52 SB 49/MM 164.6, PECULIAR On 03/17/2018 at approximately 1152 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a careless and imprudent driver on I-49 SB from N. Cass Parkway. I observed a vehicle matching the description of the reported vehicle on I-49 at the 164 mile marker. I conducted a vehicle stop and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 03/17/18 13: JETER RD, RAYMORE On , at approximately 1317 hours, I was dispatched to 1607 N Jeter Rd, Raymore Missouri, in reference to a report of stealing. I made contact with Robert Cummings, who said that he had several hundred pounds of brass and copper stolen from his trailer. A suspect has not been identified. 03/17/18 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1315 hours, responded to booking to assist with a medical incident involving an inmate. 03/17/18 20: CHESTNUT, BELTON On 03/17/2018, at approximately 2024 hours, deputies responded to Chestnut Drive, Belton, in reference to a civil process. The vehicle was removed from the area by J's Southland Tow Service. 03/17/18 22:02 SB 49/MM 155, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday March 17, 2017 at approximately 2202 hours, dispatched put out a broadcast of a possible motor vehicle accident / careless and imprudent driver at mile marker 155 north bound on I-49. Vehicle was located at Casey's General store on State Rt 2 Hwy in Harrisonville. Suspect was taken into custody for driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. 03/17/18 23: RD ST, BELTON On 03/18/2018 at approximately 0545 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, Missouri at the Belton Police Department, regarding a warrant service. I arrived and transported one male to the Cass County Jail due to an active Cass County warrant. 03/17/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 03/18/18 13: CHERRY ST, KANSAS CITY On March 19th, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I was dispatched to 1300 cherry street, Kansas city, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Donald R. Young was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17CACR , Tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree, with a bond of $ cash only given. 03/18/18 14: JUNIPER ST, RAYMORE On 03/18/2018 at approximately 1417 hours I was dispatched to 1409 Juniper st, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Jeffery Fein reported multiple items stolen from this residence. No suspects have been identified.

10 03/18/18 15: JEFFREYS ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, March 18, 2016 at approximately 1532 hours I responded to Pleasant Hill Police request for assistance at 325 N. Jeffreys, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance. Jennifer R. Wright was taken into custody for active Cass County warrant #17CA-CR01094 for Failure To Appear on Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or Less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. The warrant revealed a bond of $7500, 10% cash only, with a court date of 05/03/18 at 0900 hrs. Ms. Wright was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 03/18/18 19: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On 03/18/2017, at approximately 1958 hours, I responded to State Route 7, Pleasant HIll, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation showed the disturbance to be non-criminal in nature. Jeffrey Gaus, W/M, was taken into custody on active Lafayette County Sheriff's Office warrant for FTA- traffic/no valid license. Bond was set at $ cash only. 03/18/18 21: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 2145 hours I was dispatched to Sycamore Grove road for a disturbance. I made contact with Anthony Myers at the residence. Mr. Myers told me he had been assaulted during an argument this evening. A suspect has been identified.
