1 07/03/17 05: HOLMES RD, BELTON On 07/03/17 at 0552 hours I was dispatched to Holmes Rd in reference to a vehicle theft. Upon arrival I made contact with Richard Champlin who advised Wilerton Construction's 2002 green Ford F250 truck was stolen over the weekend. 07/03/17 08:18 BLINKER LIGHT/TWIN PINES DRIVE, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0835 hours I responded to the intersection of Twin Pines Drive and Blinker Light Road outside fo Harrisonville, MO in reference to found property. Upon arrival I contacted Sharon Long who stated she'd found a small motorbike and a pressure washer wand while out for a walk. These items were recovered and transported to the Sheriff's Office for safekeeping. 07/03/17 09:31 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/03/17 at 0931 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Andre Sanders into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Sanders was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/03/17 09:31 JACKSON COUNTY MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/03/17 at 0931 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Stacey Odum into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01041 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only. Ms.Odum was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/03/17 09:31 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 07/03/17 at 0931 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Mark Arzola into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR , 13CA-CR00899 and 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, total bond $75,000 cash only. Mr. Arzola was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/03/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/03/2017, at approximately 1345 hours, I made contact with David Cantrell at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants , 14CA-CR and 15CA-CR /03/17 18: AUTUMN LN, PLEASANT HILL On 07/03/2017 at approximately 1810 hours, I was dispatched to S Autumn Lane, Pleasant Hill, MO, in regards to a possible death. I contacted the reporting party, Sherri A. Jennings, white female who stated she came home around 1800 hours and found her husband, Mark C. Jennings, white male lying in the shower and it appeared he was deceased. Paramedics on scene attempted to revive Mr. Jennings, but were unsuccessful. Mr. Jennings' body was later released to a local funeral home per Mrs. Jennings request. 07/03/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/03/2017, at approximately 2135 Hours, I made contact with Jason Harrison at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant numbers 17CA-CR00582 for Domestic assault 2nd degree, 17CA-CR00598 for Domestic assault 1st degree and17ca-cr00442 for FTA-Violation of order of protection. 07/03/17 23: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On 07/03/2017, at approximately 2349 hours, I responded to S Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation showed Kelly Horgan was assaulted by a male subject, who was taken into custody on scene.

2 07/03/17 23:51 232/7 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On July 3, 2017 at approximately 2352 hours I responded to 232nd and 7 highway in reference to a road rage incident. Upon arrival I made contact with a male subject, Colton Scott, who stated he was assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been contacted and arrested for driving while intoxicated in relation to this incident. 07/04/17 01: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On July 4, 2017 at approximately 0128 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Line Road for a disturbance. Upon arrival, I spoke with Linda A. Roark, who stated she had been assaulted and a firearm was discharged from within her house with her children inside. A suspect has been identified. 07/04/17 07:33 LAKEVIEW DR/258TH ST, LAKE ANNETTE On July 4, 2017 I responded to the entrance of Lake Annette on Lake Annette Road Freeman, Missouri for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located on the Lake Annette Dam. The vehicle was found to be occupied and to be a stolen vehicle from Cass County. One subject was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/04/17 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday July 4th 2017 I was contacted at the Cass County Jail by Timothy D Jackson. Mr Jackson is currently in DUI Court and came to the jail to provide a breath and urine sample as required by DUI Court. Mr Jackson's breath sample was taken at.05, the sample was taken twice and showed the same both times. Cpl Brunner, with DUI Court, was contacted and stated he would contact the judge about the incident and call back. Cpl Brunner called back and stated to place Mr Jackson on 24 hour shock time per the judge. Cpl Brunner requested that Mr Jackson's urine sample be saved for further testing. 07/04/17 11: TH ST, PECULIAR On July 4, 2017 I responded to 9800 E. 235th Street Peculiar, Missouri in reference to stealing. Lenny Cochran reported a 2004 Yamaha 250 dirt bike and a mini bike to have been stolen from the property. Suspect information is not available at this time. 07/04/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/04/2017, at approximately 1300 Hours, inmate Justin Rew was assaulted in the jail by another inmate. A suspect has been identified. 07/04/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1656 hours, I came in contact with Austin D. Sheets at the Cass County jail on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR00617 was issued for sodomy 1st. Bond was set at $25,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of /04/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1710 hours, I was outside of E-block of the Cass County Jail when I observed 2 Inmates engage in a fight. Both suspect have been identified. 07/04/17 20: RD ST, BELTON On 07/05/2017, at approximately 0020 hours, I responded to 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton Jail, Belton, in reference to a warrant service. David Gaston, was taken into custody on active Cass County warrants & for FTA- fail to display plates and FTA- no seat belt. Total bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 08/08/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

3 07/04/17 20:47 258/LAKE ANNETTE RD, LAKE ANNETTE On July 4, 2017 at approximately 2048 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 258th and Lake Annette Road on a white SUV for not having a rear tail light. The driver was arrested on several active warrants out of Cleveland PD and transported to the jail. 07/04/17 22:50 2/O, FREEMAN On July 4, 2017 at approximately 2251 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 2 highway and O highway on a red passenger car as the driver had several active warrants. The driver was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/05/17 00: LUCY WEBB RD, RAYMORE On Wednesday July 5, 2017 I responded to 607 West Lucy Webb in Raymore, Missouri to assist the Raymore Police Department with an article search. Nothing of evidentiary value was located. 07/05/17 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/05/2017, at approximately 0045 Hours, I made contact with David Wayne Gaston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Johnson County, KS warrant. Subject was given bond that was set at $2, Cash or surety for the active Johnson County, KS warrant. 07/05/17 06: ASH ST, BELTON On 7/5/17 at approximately 0652 hours I responded to S Oak St in Belton, Missouri in regards to a check the welfare. A white male fled on foot upon my arrival and was arrested at his residence at S. Ash St in Belton. 07/05/17 08: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday 7/5/17 at approximately 0848 hours I responded to Blinker light Rd in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. The homeowner Baker, Kevin L., reported that someone had destroyed his mailbox last night, most likely with a firework. No suspect has been identified. 07/05/17 09:05 BELTON PD, BELTON On July 5th, 2017 at approximately 1020 hours I was dispatched to 701 east 163rd street, Belton, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. Shane Clary was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 17CAPBR126, probation violation, and given a bond of $10, cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours. 07/05/17 09:20 MARYVILLE TREATMENT CENTER, MARYVILLE On 07/05/17 at 0920 hours, I responded to the Maryville Treatment Center reference a warrant service. I then took Joseph Mitchell into custody on Cass County warrant #12CA-CR00371 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 Cash or surety. Mr. Mitchell was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/05/17 11: PECULIAR DR, BELTON On July 5th, 2017 at approximately 1123 hours I was dispatched to South Peculiar Drive, Belton, Missouri in reference to a stolen automobile. I made contact with Carl D. Johnson who reported his 2002 white in color Ford F250 stolen from his business. A suspect has not been identified. 07/05/17 12: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On July 05, 2017 I responded to S. State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a found cell phone. Bradley Gregg reported his out building had been broke into, and items had been stolen. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 07/05/17 14: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday July 5ht, 2017 at approximately 1447 hours I requested by the Platte County Sheriff's Office to have a consent to search form signed. Det. Hacker-Bristow requested that I contact Jana Godfrey and have her sign a consent to search form. 07/05/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1734 Hours, I made contact with Floyd E. Martin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Another subject was identified as a suspect in a theft. 07/05/17 20:05 SB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On 07/05/2017, at approximately 2005 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on south Interstate 49 near Cass Parkway. The stop resulted in the arrest of Tryston Jackson on active Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-840 for FTA- no proof insurance. Upon arrival I made contact with the reporting party Jeanette Veltkamp w/f who told me that she located the purse on 215th just before Stateline road. 07/05/17 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/05/2017 at approximately 2240 hours, I was dispatched to check the welfare of a child residing at E 275th St. in Harrisonville,MO at the request of the childs father James Wilson. Upon my arrival, I determined the child was present and cared for. 07/06/17 08: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On July 5th, 2017 I was conducting surveillance of the residence of 1209 north mullen avenue, Raymore, Missouri. The suspect was identified exiting the residence prior to fleeing on foot. The suspect was not located. 07/06/17 10:47 LEAVENWORTH USP, LEAVENWORTH On at 1047 hours, I responded to Leavenworth USP reference a warrant service. I then took Mathew Walters into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00264 for Possession of Controlled Substance, bond $20,000 cash or surety. I also served #14CA-CR00118 for Fail To Appear,bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Walters was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/06/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 7/6/17 at approximately 1215 hours I conducted a traffic stop of a white Chevrolet TrailBlazer, occupied by Schoonover, Levi H, who was known by me to have an active Cass County Warrant. Mr. Schoonover was placed under arrest and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/06/17 14:25 MECHANIC/HALSEY, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 7/6/17 at approximately 1425 hours I responded to the intersection of Mechanic and Halsey in Harrisonville Missouri to assist Harrisonville Police Department who were on a traffic stop with Trickle, Arieal M. I arrested Ms. Trickle on warrant #17CA-CR00529 for Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of Marijuana, with a signature bond and a court date of 8/31/17 at 0900 hours in the Cass County Justice Center. 07/06/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 6th, 2017 at approximately 1449 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west mechanic street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to Fraud. Patricia Miller reported someone opening a credit card in her name, and made purchase exceeding dollars. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 07/06/17 14:54 175TH/BB, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday July 6th, 2017 at approximately 1453 hours an abandoned vehicle was towed from 175th Street just west of State Route BB. Stever Tow removed the vehicle from the scene. 07/06/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 6th, 2017 at approximately 1637 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a walk in informational report. Sherree Day reported someone hacking into her cell phone and erased phone numbers. A suspect has not been identified.

6 07/06/17 19: ASH ST, BELTON On 07/06/2017 at approximately 2003 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash St outside of Belton, MO to check the welfare of a minor child. Upon my arrival, I contacted Mitchel Paden who requested we contact his ex-wife regarding the welfare of their child. Two suspects were identified in a domestic assault case and the child was determined to be in good health and unharmed. 07/06/17 23:18 2 HWY EB FROM WESTLINE, CLEVELAND On July 6th, 2017, I responded to the area of State Route 2 near West Line Road in rural Cleveland, Missouri to check on a report of a suspicious person walking in the area. I contacted Keeley P. McKittrick w/f who was arrested on an active Harrisonville warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of having no proof of insurance. 07/07/17 05:58 MORGAN COUNTY, VERSAILLES, Incident Log 07/07/17 08: SHADY TREE LN, LAKE ANNETTE On Friday, July 7, 2017 at approximately 0835 hours I was dispatched to Shady Tree Lane, Lake Annette, MO in reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. Carissa O'Dell stated she was assaulted by a family member. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the jail. 07/07/17 09: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On Friday, July 7, 2017 at approximately 0952 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of an assault which occurred on 07/06/17. A female subject stated she was assaulted by her spouse. A suspect has been identified. 07/07/17 10:01 C/2, On July 7, 2017 I responded to Freeman, Missouri for a report of a disturbance in a vehicle. I located a black 2002 Honda Civic in the area of O Hwy and 291st Street. A male subject was contacted and information was taken in regards to a verbal disturbance. 07/07/17 10:08 MILLER COUNTY JAIL, TUSCUMBIA On 07/07/17 at 1008 hours, I responded to the Miller County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Steven Brown into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR01196 for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. Mr. Brown was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/07/17 11: LOCUST, DREXEL On Friday, July 7, 2017 at approximately 1123 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, located at 2501 West Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of alleged assault. The reporting party, Margaret A. Barnes, white female stated that she believed her niece, identified as Laura A. Smith, white female who is now deceased had been abused by her room mate at the residence of 324 East Locust in Drexel, Missouri. After investigation it was discovered that there was no abuse that took place. 07/07/17 11:38 175TH ST/ E OF GRAY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, July 7, 2017 at approximately 1140 hours I was dispatched to 175th St east of Gray Rd. in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries reported. Joyce Maggio stated a vehicle came around the curve losing control and striking her vehicle. The driver was issued a summons as a result of the investigation.

The victim, Tiffany A. Gallardo, white female stated that her daughter, Tia N. Gillardo, white female has fraudulently charged over $ to her target credit card. 07/07/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 7, 2017 I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in regards to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 6, 2017 in the area of Cowger Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri. 07/07/17 18: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 07/07/2017, at approximately 1905 hours, I responded to SAPP Bros., S West Outer Road, Harrisonville, in reference to found property. I was given a found cell phone by the management, an attempt was made to return it with negative results. 07/07/17 20: TH ST, PECULIAR On 07/07/2017, at approximately 2109 hours, I responded to E 237th Street, Peculiar, in reference to a child custody matter. My investigation revealed that Harold Lasswell claimed he was assaulted by a female suspect who was located at the time of investigation. 07/07/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2152 Hours, I made contact with Amber Cue at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County after hours warrant for Domestic Assault-4th degree. 07/08/17 00:58 NB 49/163, BELTON On July 8, 2017 at approximately 0058 hours, I located a red Ford F-150 that had fled from the Grandview Police Department, I located the vehicle on State Route 58 near Interstate 49 in Belton, Missouri. After a vehicle pursuit a suspect was taken in custody. 07/08/17 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/08/2017, at approximately 1000 hours, I made contact with Gonzalo Anaya at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant for drivinf while intoxicated.

8 07/08/17 05: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 8, 2017 at approximately 0520 hours I responded to the Cass County Jail to assist Deputies with a disorderly inmate. During this incident the inmate refused commands and was aggressive towards deputies. The inmate was moved from G-Block to a Cell in the booking area. 07/08/17 10: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, July 8, 2017 at approximately 1100 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of fraud. Richard Ferling stated he responded to a phone call resulting in the financial loss. A suspect has not been identified. 07/08/17 12: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On at approximately 1242 hours I conducted a vehicle stop of a black and red Chevrolet Camaro in the area of 107 S Morrison outside of Raymore, MO. Two subjects were issued summons and released from the scene. 07/08/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1230 hours, I arrested Jeremy Brigham at the Cass County Jail as he turned himself in on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #16CA-CR00470 was issued for DWR 2nd offense. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash allowed. 07/08/17 13: DAVILA CT, PECULIAR On Saturday, July 8, 2017 at approximately 1402 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Davila Court in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. Upon speaking with the victim, Samantha D. Curtis, white female she stated that she was involved in an physical altercation with her husband. The suspect was later taken in to custody and transported to the Cass County Jail where he is being held pending the issuance of a warrant. 07/08/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1519 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to a suspicious activity investigation. Upon arrival I contacted James Degraffenreid who was taken into custody for active Harrisonville PD warrant for shoplifting. Mr. Degraffenreid was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 07/08/17 15:11 283RD ST/E OF Z, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, July 8, 2017 at approximately 1533 hours I was dispatched to the area of 275th St east of State Route Z in rural Garden City, MO in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. Beryle Lampke stated a burned vehicle on his property which is owned by State Farm Insurance had been stolen. No suspects have been identified. 07/08/17 17: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, July 8, 2017 at approximately 1710 hours I was dispatched to 211 Main St, Garden City, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Whitney Hembree stated she and her sister recorded a male subject verbally admitting he had just cut the lock off of the water meter to their property. The suspect has been identified. 07/08/17 18: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, July 8, 2017 at approximately 1808 hours I was contacted by Carol Hembree who stated someone had damaged her property located at 211 Main St, Apartment C, Garden City, MO. A suspect has not been identified.

9 07/08/17 18:44 NB I-49 AND 307TH, HARRISONVILLE On July 8, 2017 I made contact with a vehicle on 2 highway at I-49. The driver of the vehicle, Ernest Mahan, had waived for me to stop and speak to him. Mr. Mahan told me that someone had shot paint balls at his vehicle while on I-49 in the area of 307th. There was no suspect information at the time of report. 07/08/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE Incident was found to have previously been reported to another Deputy. 07/08/17 19: STATE ROUTE N, GARDEN CITY On Saturday July 8, 2017 at approximately 1929 hours, I was dispatched to State N Hwy in Garden City. In reference to a trespass in progress. Upon arriving and making contact with the suspect, it was found that the reporting party and suspect are currently married. Nothing Criminal took place during this incident. 07/08/17 21: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 07/08/2017, at approximately 2206 hours, I responded to the Sheriff's Office in reference to a walk in assault report that occurred at E 179th Street, Pleasant Hill, on 07/04 and 07/06. Anthony Pickrell and Courtney Schoonover reported being assaulted by two suspect who have been identified. 07/08/17 21: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On Saturday July 8, 2017 at approximately 2149 hours, I was dispatched to E Zook St in Gunn City. In reference to a disorderly male subject. I arrived on scene and observed that the reporting party was wanting to leave the house and go to her mothers. The reporting party left the residence for the night and the male subject stayed at the residence. 07/09/17 03: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 07/09/2017, at approximately 0329 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on SB-49 south of State Route A, on a red Chevrolet sedan matching the description of a shoplifting suspect vehicle from SAPP Bros. Truck Stop. The stop resulted in the recovery of all items stolen. One suspect fled on foot and two others were taken into custody. 07/09/17 08: TH ST, DREXEL On Sunday, July 9, 2017 at approximately 0907 hours, I conducted an investigation near the residence of East 355th Street in rural Archie, Missouri in regards to a report of a motor vehicle accident. I contacted Matthew A. Keck, white male who stated that he had pulled on to the property last night and got stuck. Mr. Keck was later taken in to custody for trespassing and property damage. Mr. Keck is being held at the Cass County Jail pending the issuance of a warrant. 07/09/17 14:34 155/KENNINGSTON, KANSAS CITY On July 9, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 155th Street and Kenningston Road of a black in color 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. The passenger was found to have warrants from Independence and Henry County for possession and traffic charges. Geoffrey Carroll was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 07/09/17 18: STATE 58 HWY, STRASBURG On Sunday July 9, 2017 at approximately 1858 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Missouri E Hwy and Olinger St in Strasburg. In reference to a 911 hang up call. A small child was heard on the 911 call crying, then the child hung up. It was found the child's mother was arguing with her boyfriend while moving items out of the house. The female subject and her child left the residence after gathering some of her belongings.

10 07/09/17 20: RD ST, BELTON On 07/10/2017, at approximately 0500 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department, 7001 E 163rd Street, Belton, in reference to a warrant arrest. Melanie Gilmore was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant 17CAFTA904 for FTA-DWI alcohol. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 08/01/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 07/09/17 22: TH ST, CLEVELAND On 07/09/2017, at approximately 2315 hours, I responded to 202 W 259th Street, Cleveland, in reference to a welfare check. The welfare of Daniel Henry was checked by the Olathe Police Department and he was ok in good health.
