1 04/11/16 00:22 MO PAC RD/235TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/11/2016 at approximately 0022 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of Mo Pac Rd and East 235th for a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed an intoxicated male ran off the roadway at this intersection. The subject was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 04/11/16 01: BROOKWOOD LN, RAYMORE On Monday, April 11th 2016, at 0130 hours, I was dispatched to 500 block of Brookwood Lane in Raymore, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Raymore Police Department who were on the scene of a suspicious person(s) call. K9 Champ tracked a scent through a farm field but lost the scent once we came to hard surface streets. Engberg at the Cass County Jail due to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #17V for FTA/ Failure to Appear Civil Contempt. Bond for this warrant was set at $5, cash only and a court date of 05/03/2016 was given. 04/11/16 12: TH STREET, BELTON On April 11, 2016, I was dispatched to 1145 E. 187th Street, the Serenity Tree Farm, for a report of a property damage. I spoke to Matt D. Hall who said some one put dirt in the oil of his 2015 John Deer 333E skid steer. No subjects have been identified at this time.

2 04/11/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1312 hours, I made contact with Tamra Cole in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Ms. Cole was arrested on an active Morgan County warrant and escorted to the Cass County Jail for booking. 04/11/16 17: SHORT STREET, CREIGHTON On Monday, April 11, 2016 at approximately 1710 hours I was dispatched to 107 Short Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a report of a disturbance no longer in progress. While en route dispatch instructed me to meet the reporting party at the Conoco station in Creighton, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 04/11/16 17: COBLE RD, PECULIAR On April 11, 2016 I was dispatched to S Coble Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a report of burglary. I spoke to Ruber E. Herdliska who said someone broke into the front door of his residence and stole several items. No suspects have been identified. 04/11/16 19:53 HARPER/227, PECULIAR On April 11, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on two dirt bikes on Harper Road south of 227th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. A rider was issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. 04/11/16 21: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On April 11, 2016 at about 2147 hours, I was asked to contact the reporting party, Ms. Ashley Kern by phone in regards to a property damage incident. Upon speaking with Ms. Kern she told me that a fence that divided her property and her neighbors was damaged. Ms. Kern did not know if the fence was on her property line or her neighbor's and did not know who put the fence up. 04/12/16 00: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On April 12, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet van in the parking lot of East State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was arrest for Driving While Intoxicated-Drugs. 04/12/16 05: DICKERSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On April 12, 2016, I responded to S. Dickerson Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri for a report of a disorderly subject. Jason Miller stated a neighbor brandished a firearm at him in a threatening manner. A suspect has been identified and arrested. 04/12/16 06: RD ST, CREIGHTON On April 12, 2016, at approximately 0650 hours, I was dispatched to 105 W. 3rd Street, Creighton, Missouri in reference to a death. Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party, Scottie W. Gamblin, who stated when he woke up this morning, he observed his boyfriend, Robert G. Haverstick, slumped over the kitchen table and not breathing. A cause of death has not been determined. 04/12/16 07: TH STREET, RAYMORE On April 12, 2016, I was dispatched to 6706 E. Martha Circle Peculiar, Missouri for a report of an violation of a protection order. I spoke to the victim who said that the suspect that she has a protection order on attempted to run her off the roadway on 195th Street. A suspect has been identified in this incident.

Marylyn Mason said someone had used her information to issue a fake check while they were out of state. I took custody of a male subject on an active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County jail for processing. 04/12/16 18: RD ST, CREIGHTON On April 12, 2016 at about 1839 hours, I was dispatched to 407 E. 307th street, Creighton in reference property damage. The victim, Linda Helm, reported that the suspect broke the rear window and windshield on her Chevrolet Cobalt. The suspect was identified.

State Rt. 2, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an animal issue. Upon arrival, I made contact with Linda A. Wehmeyer who stated her neighbors dog continuously comes over to her residence and today it attacked one of Mr. Wehmeyer's dogs. The neighbor was contacted and instructed to keep her dog in her yard. 04/12/16 20: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 12, 2016 at about 2028 I was dispatched to the area of 289th street and Bell Plain Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash involving two all terrain vehicle. Upon arrival two persons, Nathaniel Taylor and Chelsea Stewart were transported by ambulance to Research Main Hospital for treatment. Injuries were obvious but not life threatening. 04/12/16 22:45 SB 49/MM 164, PECULIAR On Tuesday, April 12th, 2016 at approximately 2245 hours I conducted a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 49 at mile marker on a silver BMW 325i. The white male driver was arrested on a Clay County warrant for failing to appear on a traffic summons, and then issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. 04/12/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2250 hours, I came in contact with Timothy Tyler at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. After speaking with Miss Helm about her vehicle she told me her vehicle was stolen. Ms. Dodson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/13/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday April 13th, 2016 at approximately 0920 hours, I made contact with Thomas Paul Anthony Taft Dodgen at the Cass County Justice Center in the Division V courtroom. I arrested Mr. Dodgen on an active Johnson County Missouri warrant for failure to appear. Upon my arrival, I contacted a female suspect who was arrested on two active Cass County felony warrants for narcotics. 04/13/16 11:45 58/FRANKLIN, RAYMORE On Wednesday at approximately 1143 hours I stopped a vehicle for swerving across the roadway on State highway 58 in Raymore area. Gibb warrant #16CA-CR00234 for Passing Bad Check less than $ with a $ cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 04/13/16 16:48 PINE/JEFFERSON, ARCHIE On Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at approximately 1648 hours, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop at the intersection of Pine and Jefferson in Archie, Missouri. I contacted a passenger in the vehicle, identified as William A. Roberts, white male who was placed in to custody on an active stop order out of Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. Mr. Roberts was transported to Grandview, Missouri and released to a Kansas City, Missouri Police Officer on their stop order. 04/13/16 17: BLANK ST, GUNN CITY On April 13, 2016 I conducted an investigation of property damage that occurred at E. Blank Street, Garden City, Missouri. The victim reported several flowers damaged in her flower bed. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 04/13/16 18: KIRCHER RD, HARRISONVILLE 04/13/16 18: CANTRELL RD, HARRISONVILLE On 04/13/2016 at approximately 1915 hours I recovered two license plates that were recovered from a traffic stop at 2601 Cantrell Rd, Harrisonville. A records check of the license plates revealed they were to be seized and returned to the Department of Revenue. 04/13/16 23: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On , at approximately 1134 hours, I extradited Ryan Flowers from the Grandview Police Department on an active Cass County warrant. 04/13/16 23: OLINGER, STRASBURG On 04/16/2016 at approximately 2333 hours I was dispatched to 132 West Olinger, Strasburg in reference to an assault. My investigation revealed two males were in a physical altercation at this residence. The victim refused to prosecute. 04/14/16 00:03 SB 49/MM 168, PECULIAR On Thursday, April 14th 2016, at 0003 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of southbound I-49 at mile marker 168 on a white 1988 Pontiac Grand Am for having an inoperable license plate light. During a consent search of the vehicle, I located a capped syringe containing a unknown liquid. Subsequent investigation revealed the liquid to be heroin. The white male passenger was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.

The Female subject was transported to a local area hospital for further treatment. 04/14/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/15/2016, at approximately 1100 hours, I made contact with Jennifer Moore at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR for probation violation Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 05/19/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 04/14/16 12: BENNETT RD, FREEMAN On Thursday, April 14, 2016 at approximately 1314 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Bennett Road in rural Freeman, Missouri in regards to a death investigation. My investigation revealed that it appeared the victim died of natural causes. My investigation revealed an unknown suspect had cut down trees and taken the wood on the north side of this property. Mr. Monty Smith reported a burglary of a garage at his residence. The investigation revealed that no crime had occurred. 04/16/16 16:38 7TH ST/4TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, April 16, 2016 at approximately 1615 hours, I was dispatched to 300 Lake Road, #1, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a report of trespassing in progress. While enroute dispatch advised three people left the address in a two tone Dodge truck. The vehicle was located and Matthew D. Valentine was taken into custody on active Camden County warrants. I contacted Gary Matthews and Phyllis MAtthews who were in a verbal argument. Chestnut, Archie Mo in reference to assist another agency. Upon arrival I assisted in obtaining information so Miss Christine Casteel could obtain an emergency Ex-Parte order. 04/16/16 23:35 331ST ST/STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On April 16, 2016 I was dispatched to State Route F near 331st Street, Garden City, Missouri for a report of a suspicious person. Desirea Vance-Jones, b/f, was arrested on Cass County warrant 16-CAFTA-417 for failure to appear on burglary 2nd. A court date of May 19, 2016 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $25,000 cash only. 04/17/16 02: RD ST, BELTON On Tuesday April 19th, 2016 at approximately 0028 hours I responded to the Belton Police Department in Belton Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Bedford, Charles w/m on a active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 04/17/16 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 17, 2016 at about 0350 hours, I met Pleasant Hill Police Officer Langsdale at the Cass County Jail. Officer Langsdale requested I conduct a Drug Recognition Evaluation on Mrs. Jeanna Eldridge. Upon completion of the evaluation I determined Miss Eldridge was under the influence of a Central Nervous System Depressant and Narcotic Analgesic.

10 04/17/16 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/17/2016, at approximately 0403 Hours, I made contact with Nathaniel Dipasquale at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County weekend warrant for Fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $10, Cash only and a court date of 06/06/2016 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 04/17/16 04: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On April 17, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash involving a patrol car at 310 South Morrison, Raymore, Missouri. 04/17/16 04: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On April 17, 2016 I investigated a motor vehicle crash on South Scott Road south of East 164th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for DWI and Assualt 2nd Degree. Deputy Odell transported the defendant to the Cass County Jail were Harrisonville Police Officer R. Stark obtained a breath sample from the defendant of BAC. 04/17/16 06: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On at approximately 0710 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a gray in color Chevrolet Lumina at the Freeman Country Market. The driver was subsequently arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 04/17/16 07: STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On April 17, 2016, I noticed Timothy K. Park at the Freeman Country Mart located at E. State Route 2 in Freeman, Missouri. I arrested Mr. Park on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 04/17/16 08:32 STATE ROUTE C & 233RD, PECULIAR On 04/17/2016 at approximately 0832 hours I was dispatched to State Route C and 233rd by Peculiar City Lake. Upon my arrival at approximately 0848 hours, I made contact with Jamie Lynn Ruth who stated she lost control of her vehicle while traveling south on State Route C. Vehicle was removed from the scene by Knights tow. 04/17/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On April 17, 2016 I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic Street at the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby for a walk in report of identity theft. I spoke to Benny W. Tripp who said some one opened a credit card in his name. No suspect have been identified. 04/17/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/15/16 at approximately 0840 hours, I made contact with Lesley Jean Chesher at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Chesher the warrant with a $7, % cash only bond. 04/17/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/17/16 at approximately 1522 hours I was dispatched to 2501 w. Mechanic in Harrisonville, Mo on a Civil Process. Upon arrival I contacted Carolyn Wright and took her into custody on active warrants from other agencies. Miss Wright was transported to Belton City Jail for processing. 04/17/16 16:19 FREEMAN CEMETERY, FREEMAN On April 17, 2016, I conducted a vehicle check of a white in color Chevy pick up in the Freeman Cemetery. While in route dispatch notified that the disturbance was becoming physical in nature. Investigation revealed that Tina Mckinzie was assaulted. A subject was identified and arrested. 04/17/16 18: RD ST, LEE'S SUMMIT On April 17, 2016 I responded to East 163rd Street, Raymore, Missouri for a report of a non-breather. A white male was transported to Belton Regional Medical Center by South Metro.
