1 11/30/15 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/29/2015 at approximately 2350 hours, deputies responded to an inmate having a medical emergency at the Cass County Jail. The inmate was transported by EMS to Cass Regional Medical Center. 11/30/15 04:49 MECHANIC ST/GREEN ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 30, 2015 I conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford Econoline near the intersection of Mechanic Street and Green Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver Christopher Herbert was arrested on Cass County warrant 15-CAFTA-1516 for fail to appear on violation of order of protection. A court date of December 8, 2015 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $4,000 10% cash allowed. 11/30/15 08:09 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY Incident Log 11/30/15 08: HUBACH HILL RD, PLEASANT HILL On November 30th 2015 at approximately 0814 hours I was dispatched to E Hubach Hill Rd, Pleasant Hill, in reference to a burglary. My investigation revelaled that several items were stolen from a barn. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/30/15 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 24, 2015, I received property from the Missouri State Highway Patrol Laboratory in Carthage, Missouri, for the Belton, Missouri, Police Department. 11/30/15 10:22 GREENE COUNTY JAIL, SPRINGFIELD On 11/30/15 at 1022 hours, I responded to the Greene County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Misty Rifenburg into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00634 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only, Ms. Rifenburg was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/30/15 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday 11/30/2015 at approximately 1100 hours I made contact with Obermeyer, William B. at the Cass County Jail, and served him with 3 active Cass County warrants. I served Obermeyer, William B. with warrant # for FTA-Exceeded posted speed limit(exceeded by 11-15mph), warrant # for FTA-DWR/DWS-1st offense, and warrant # for FTA-Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt, all three with a court date of 12/15/2015 in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 11/30/15 11:00 BELTON PD, BELTON On November 30th 2015 at approximately 1050 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. I transported Ryan Templeton to the Cass County Jail where I served Cass County warrant numbers 15CA-CR01150 for Tampering, 15CA-CR01147 for Tampering, and 15CA-CR01187 for Resisting or tampering with arrest. Bonds were set at a total of $20, cash or surety and a court date of December 31st 2015 was given. 11/30/15 12: FOXWOOD DR, RAYMORE On , I investigated a non-injury Motor vehicle accident that occurred at the Raymore Wal-mart, involving a Raymore Police vehicle. Both drivers were identified.

2 11/30/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1215 hours, I made contact with James York at the Cass County Jail. I served him warrant # 15CA-CR1177. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/30/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0915 hours, Spencer Kimberlin was remanded to my custody to serve 90 days in the Cass County Jail. 11/30/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1130 hours, Nowell Lee was remanded to my custody by the Associate Circuit Judge of Cass County Div 3. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 11/30/15 13: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On November 30th 2015 at approximately 1326 hours I was dispatched to S Brookhart Dr, Harrisonville in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed a semi truck struck the mail box belonging to the residence. 11/30/15 14:38 179TH W OF E HWY, PLEASANT HILL On November 30, 2015 I conducted a single vehicle motor vehicle accident investigation on E. 179th Street West of S. State Route E, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The occupants of the vehicle left the scene prior to my arrival. 11/30/15 15:40 239TH/MOPAC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1600 hours, I recovered an abandoned four wheeler at 239th and MOPAC Road. The vehicle was not reported stolen, and was removed by Johnson's Towing. 11/30/15 16: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On November 30, 2015 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim Donald Sherwood, w/m, reported his 2004 Honda 500 Foreman ATV stolen from his property. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 11/30/15 17: SOUTH ST., STOCKTON On 12/03/15, at 1600 hours, I responded to the Cedar County Jail, in reference to a warrant service. I then took Jason D. Hale, into custody on a Cass County warrant and tranported to the Cass County Jail. 11/30/15 19: WATERS RD, HARRISONVILLE On 11/30/2015 at approximately 2128 hours, I was dispatched to E Waters rd in Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that multiple items were stolen from the residence and no forced entry had occurred. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/30/15 20: STOCKMAN RD, BELTON On November 30, 2015, I was dispatched to S. Stockman Road, Belton, Missouri in reference to a juvenile matter. Upon arrival, I made contact with the reporting party who stated her seventeen-year-old daughter was out of control and could not reside at their residence. The matter was not criminal in nature. 11/30/15 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2130 Hours, I made contact with Brandon Poitras at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on two active Cass County warrants.

3 12/01/15 06:41 SB 49/MM 174, BELTON On December 1, 2015, I was dispatched to SB-49, mile marker 174, in reference to a motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that a two vehicle crash occurred with no injuries. 12/01/15 08: STARK RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 1st 2015 at approximately 0846 hours I was dispatched to S Stark Rd, Harrisonville I reference to suspicious activity. My investigation revealed that mail was removed from the mailbox belonging to the residence and left on the ground on the side of the road. 12/01/15 09: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On Tuesday, November 01, 2015 at approximately 0927 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Raymore Peculiar East Middle School, located at East State Route 58 in Raymore, Missouri in regards to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of the school. No injuries were reported. 12/01/15 09: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On December 01, 2015 I responded to E. 323rd Street, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to a found license plate. The plate was returned to the registered owner. 12/01/15 10: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at approximately 1022 hours, I conducted an investigation at the abandoned residence of Missouri 58 in Raymore, Missouri in regards to the front gate being open. I observed that the building had the doors and windows covered with boards. Upon checking the perimeter of the residence I found a window off the back deck of the residence without any boards covering it. After clearing the residence I informed dispatch that the building was clear and to leave a message with the property owner of the gate and window being unsecured. 12/01/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 01, 2015, Paul G. Tennyson, 42, of Oak Grove, MO was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Tampering with a Motor vehicle. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR01200 for Recieving Stolen Property. Bond was set at $ and a court date of 12/31/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 12/01/15 13: GRABE RD, PECULIAR On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center in regards to an animal bite. Spoke with Norman Gibbs who advised that his dog had bit him. This report was forwarded to the Cass County Health Department for further investigation. 12/01/15 14: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On December 01, 2015 I conducted an assault investigation at S. Gray Drive, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 12/01/15 14: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On December 01, 2015 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. A possible suspect has been identified in this investigation. 12/01/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 1, 2015 Anthony O Ruatto, 33, of Kansas City, MO was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Probation Violation. The warrant was issued on November 24,2015, and bond was set at $25, Cash or Court Approved Surety. 12/01/15 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 01, 2015 Charles J. Lucas, 68, of Peculiar, MO was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. The warrant was issued on November 23, 2015, and bond was set at $1, Cash or Surety. 12/01/15 18: VANMETER RD, FREEMAN On Tuesday at approximately 1911 I was dispatched to South Van Meter road in reference to an animal problem.upon arrival at approximately 1930 hours, I made contact with Kern, Ashley K. w/f who said that her dog Chewy, a Pyrenees cross Husky was missing. My investigation revealed that the dog was seen running loose in the area by one of the neighbors. 12/01/15 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/01/2015, at approximately 2130 Hours, I made contact with Tony Ladale Laney at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 11CA-CR for FTA-Non-Support, Total Arrears In Excess Of 12 Monthly Payments Due Under Order Of Support. Bond was set at $14, Cash Only and a court date of 12/31/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 12/01/15 23:58 NB49/155, BELTON On Monday December 1st 2015 at approximately 2359 hours I conducted a traffic stop on I-49 south of 155th Street. A white female was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/02/15 00:08 LEE'S SUMMIT PD, LEE'S SUMMIT On Wednesday I was dispatched to the Lee Summit Police department in reference to a prisoner transfer. I took custody of a female subject who was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was served with active Cass County Warrant number 15-CAARW /02/15 02: HIGHWAY / N OF 215TH, PECULIAR On 12/02/2015 I was involved in a vehicle pursuit in the area of State Route 291 and 203rd street. The driver of the vehicle was not located after abandoning the vehicle. No suspect has been identified at this time. 12/02/15 05: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On December 2, 2015, I was dispatched to E. 191st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival, I made contact with the property owner who stated someone entered his out building and stole numerous items. A suspect has not been identified.

5 12/02/15 09:24 RIPLEY COUNTY MO JAIL, DONIPHAN On 12/03/15 at 0924 hours, I responded to the Ripley County MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kyle D James into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000. I also served warrant # , , and for Fail to Appear, Total bond $1000 cash only. Mr. James was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/02/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0920 hours, in Division 1, a inmate while talking to his attorney stop and turn toward a holding cell door and started telling the other inmate in the holding cell about his case. the two inmates are co-defendant's. 12/02/15 13: MAIN, CLEVELAND On December 02, 2015 I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street Harrisonville Missouri for a walk in report of stealing. I spoke to Arlie and Marsha Johnson who said that the suspect decieved them into a $60,000 loan and did not pay the loan and left town. 12/02/15 13:24 BELTON PD, BELTON On December 3, 2015 at approximately 0223 hours, I was dispatched to Belton Police Department to transfer a prisoner to Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. Subject was taken into custody and transported to Cass County Jail. 12/02/15 16: CHERRY ST, KC On at 1210 hours, I responded to the Jackson county Missouri Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Benjamin E. Gallet into custody on Cass County warrant #14CA-CR01161 for Domestic assault, bond $4,000, 10% cash allowed, Mr Gallet was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/02/15 22: STATE ROUTE C, FREEMAN On December 2, 2015 I conducted a residence check at C highway in Freeman, Mo at the request of the Belton Police Department. Contact was made with a male subject, identified as Harold Kruse. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 12/03/15 00: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On December 3, 2015 I investigated an assualt that occured at South State Route F, Garden City, Missouri. Ryon Hough stated he was assualted by a white male. A suspect has been identified. 12/03/15 01:30 BELTON PD, On 12/03/2015, at approximately 1303 hours I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department for a warrant service. Upon my arrival, I took Derek Alexander White into custody at approximately 1331 hours, on Cass County Warrany #15CAFTA-1282 for failure to appear. Bond was set at $ cash only. A second Cass County Warrant #15CAFTA-1283 also for failure to appear was also served with a $ bond of cash only. After warrant service,i released the subject to Jail personnel for processing. 12/03/15 06: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 03, 2015 I was dispatched to E. Orient Cemetery Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri for an abandoned 1997 Black pontiac Grand Am Missouri license HL4B8A. I spoke to Randy R. McCleave who said that he found the vehicle in his drive way, but did not own the vehicle or know the owner. The vehicle was towed by J's

There is a suspect identified in this investigation. 12/03/15 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On December 3, 2015 I responded to E. 355th Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to stealing. Mr. Dennis Shelton reported numerous items to have been stolen from the property. No suspect information is available at this time. 12/03/15 11: PICKERING RD, BELTON On December 03, 2015 I was dispatched to S Pickering Road In Rural Belton Missouri for a Violation of an Protection Order. I spoke to Jack L. Vaught Jr who said he has an order of protection against his son Jack L. Vaught III who was at his residence. Suspect was located and arrested. 12/03/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1420 hours, I arrested Landon Penn on a Cass County felony warrant. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of at 1330 hours was given. 12/03/15 17: TH STREET, BELTON On December 3, 2015 I responded to 7507 E. 165th Street Apt #A in Belton, Missouri to recover a reported stolen vehicle. The Lee's Summit Police Department requested information on a green 1999 BMW with Missouri car dealer tags. The vehicle was recovered. 12/03/15 17: RD STREET, HARRISONVILLE On December 03, 2015 I was dispatched to E. 253rd Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri for a trespassing in progress. I contacted Harold J Wehmeyer, who stated a a male subject was trespassing and stealing from the property. A suspect was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 12/03/15 17: STATE ROUTE A, ARCHIE On Thursday, December 3, 2015 at approximately 1739 hours I was dispatched to South State Route A, Archie, Missouri in reference to a report of burglary. Brent Hastie said he discovered someone had forced his residence door open and took items from his home. No suspects have been identified. 12/03/15 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/02/15 at approximately 1434 hours, I made contact with Victoria R. Hughes at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Ms. Hughes the Cass County warrant with a $5, % cash allowed or surety bond. 12/03/15 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1900 hours, I came in contact with Angela Garrett who had an active, extraditable warrant out of Pinal County, Arizona. I will start the fugitive process. 12/03/15 19:29 UNKNOWN LOCATION, On , I assisted in attempting to locate a subject that was missing after becoming invovled in a motor vehicle accident. It was determined that the incident occurred in either Kansas or Nebraska and was referred to other agencies.

All involved parties have been identified. 12/03/15 22:10 LEES SUMMIT PD, LEE'S SUMMIT On December 4, 2015 at approximately 0037 hours, I was dispatched to 291 and 150 Hwy at Quik Trip to meet Lees Summit Police Department to transfer a prisoner to Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. Subject was taken into custody and transported to Cass County Jail. 12/03/15 23: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On December 3, 2015 I was dispatched to east 58 highway Pleasant Hill, MO, reference a medical call.. Upon arrival I contacted Lori Finlay who told me that her live-in boyfriend, Glen Robinson, had left the residence and she was concerned for his welfare. The subject was located, there was no apparent crime during this incident. 12/04/15 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 4th 2015 at approximately 0800 hours I received a phone call from Jeanette K Stillwell, in reference to a suspicous phone call she received. My investigation revealed a man is calling from a Washington State phone number claiming to be associated with the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 12/04/15 11:04 LAKE WINNEBAGO PD, LAKE WINNEBAGO On December 04, 2015 I conducted a prisoner transfer from Lake Winnebago Police Department to the Cass County Jail on a subject with an active Cass County warrant. The subject was served his Cass County warrant and released to the jail for booking. 12/04/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/04/2015 at approximately 1335 hours, I made contact with Dixie June Busby, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. The warrant was served. 12/04/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 12/04/2015 at approximately 1145 hours I made contact with Copeland, Robert E. at the Cass County Jail, and served him with 3 active Cass County warrants. I served Copeland, Robert E. with warrant # for DWR/DWS with a $ cash only bond and a court date of 12/15/2015 at 0900 hours in Division 5, # 13CA-CR Stealing a Motor Vehicle with a $25, cash or surety bond and a court date of 12/28/2015 at 0900 hours in division 3, and #14CA-CR00822 Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana with a $10, cash or surety bond and a court date of 12/28/2015 at 0900 hours in Division 2, all in the Cass County Justice Center. 12/04/15 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, December 4, 2015 at approximately 1326 hours, I conducted an investigation at the Slumber Inn, located at East 275th Street in regards to a reported stealing. The business owner stated that an unknown individual broke into and stole items from his utility room. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 12/04/15 16: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, December 4, 2015 at approximately 1602 hours, I assisted Harrisonville Police Officers at the C R Wood Oil, located at 150 South Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of stealing in progress. A suspect was taken in to custody by Harrisonville Police and evidence found on scene was released to Harrisonville Police.

8 12/04/15 16: WALNUT, EAST LYNNE On December 17th 2015 at approximately 1217 hours I was dispatched to 102 Walnut Street, East Lynne in reference to a disorderly. My investigation revealed that a civil matter regarding children with no crime committed. 12/04/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/04/2015, at approximately 1700 hours, I arrested Kevin M. Foley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. He turned himself for 96 hour court ordered shock time. 12/04/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 12/04/2015 at approximately 1745 hours I made contact with Jones, Sarah Elizabeth at the Cass County jail, and served her with two active Cass County warrants. I served Jones, Sarah Elizabeth with warrant # for Hunting/Fishing with a suspended, revoked, or denied permit with a $ cash only bond, and warrant # for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted/fastened safety belt with a bond of $10.00 cash only. Both warrants have a court date of 12/15/2015 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 12/04/15 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with Jeffery Ingram at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Order of Commitment. 12/05/15 00:11 CASS PKWY/DEAN, RAYMORE On Saturday, December 5th 2015, at 0011 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of North Cass Parkway and Dean in Raymore on a black 1997 Pontiac Grand Am. Both the white female driver and white male passenger were arrested for active warrants. The driver was also cited for driving while revoked. 12/05/15 03:35 MAIN/3RD, CLEVELAND On Saturday at approximately 0335 hours I conducted a vehicle stop. My investigation revealed that the passenger in the vehicle had a warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Cass county Jail on Warrant # 06LA-CR01193 for failure to appear. 12/05/15 06:33 PROSPECT/ BETWEEN 215TH AND 223RD ST, PECULIAR On December 5th 2015 at approximately 0712 hours I was dispatched to 215th and Prospect in Peculiar in reference to an abandoned vehicle. My investigation revealed a vehicle was abandoned and blocking the southbound lane. The vehicle was towed to a secure lot. 12/05/15 10: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On December 05, 2015 I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Raymore Police Department to the Cass County Jail on a subject with an active Cass County warrant. Once at the jail the subject was served her Cass County warrant and released to jail deputies for booking. 12/05/15 12: STATE ROUTE D, DREXEL On December 5th 2015 at approximately 1231 hours I was dispatched to S State Route D, Drexel in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a male subject fired a gun into the ground of his yard, after not being able to control his dogs. 12/05/15 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1519 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. Prairie Lane in regards to shots fired and a back window to a vehicle was shot out. Upon my arrival, I met with Isaac J. Lueth w/m who explained that while getting a purse out of a vehicle, someone had shot out the back window as he was standing next to the vehicle. There are no suspects at this time. Investigation continues. 12/05/15 20: STATE HWY 58, PLEASANT HILL On December 5, 2015, I was dispatched to E. State Rt. 58 Hwy, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who stated she and her boyfriend got into a verbal argument and he threw her on a bed. A suspect has been identified. 12/05/15 20:46 155/N SCOTT, BELTON On Saturday, December 5th 2015, at 2043 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of 155th Street and North Scott in Belton, Missouri on a red 1998 Ford Mustang. The white female passenger was arrested for an active felony warrant out of Johnson County, Missouri for possession of a controlled substance with a bond of $4,500 cash only. 12/06/15 01:15 BELRAY/ 58, BELTON 12/06/15 03: STATE ROUTE YY HWY, PECULIAR On December 6, 2015, I was dispatched to 9001 E. State Rt. YY Hwy, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with a female party who stated she was assaulted by an aquaintance. A suspect has been identified. 12/06/15 07: COUNTRYSIDE DR, PECULIAR On December 06, 2015, at approximately 0818 hours, I investigated a stealing from a building at South Countryside Road, Peculiar, Missouri. There was multiple items taken from the building and at this time there is no suspect information. 12/06/15 08: STATE ROUTE YY, PECULIAR On Sunday, December 6, 2015 at approximately 0845 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Bates County, Missouri warrant while conducting an investigation at the residence of 9001 East State Route YY in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a disorderly subject. Shawn F. Fuller, white male was taken in to custody on Bates County warrant #15BS-CR00456 for dangerous drugs and transported to the Bates County line where he was released to a Bates County Deputy on their warrant. 12/06/15 09: WALNUT ST, CLEVELAND On Sunday, December 6, 2015 at approximately 1013 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the residence of 307 W. Walnut in Cleveland, Missouri while at the residence in regards to an informational call. Robert G. Kuntz II, white male was placed in to custody on Cass County FORM 3000 warrant - Press #14CA-CR00916 Reports = UPDATED for non-support and transported to the Cass County

Mr. Kuntz is currently being held on a bond of $ Cash Only and has a court date of Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 12/06/15 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1400 Hours, I made contact with Nathan Lee Brown at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrants and for fail to appear traffic. Bond was set at $1,000 cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 12/06/15 13: A STREET, CREIGHTON On December 06, 2015 I conducted an investigation of property damage that occurred at 618 A Street, Creighton, Missouri. The reporting party said that someone knocked three of the storage unit doors off their tracks causing minor damage to the doors. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 12/06/15 16: STATE ROUTE B, CREIGHTON On December 06, 2015 I conducted an investigation of a disturbance located at E. State Route B, Garden City, Missouri. Both parties involved where contacted and this case is considered non criminal in nature. 12/06/15 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Sunday, December 6, 2015 at approximately 1836 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 1103 North Lyne Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. My investigation revealed that this incident was non-criminal and domestic in nature. None of the individuals on scene were taken in to custody. 12/06/15 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/06/2015, at approximately 1940 Hours, I made contact with Robert Loren Thomas at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served a Cass County Weekend Warrant for 3 counts of Domestic Assault 2nd Degree-1st Offense and 1 count of Assault 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $20, Cash or Surety and a court date of 12/21/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 12/06/15 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/06/2015, at approximately 2045 Hours, I made contact with Michael Levi Willis at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant number 15CA-CR00768 for Failure To Appear-Receiving Stolen Property. Bond was set at $25, Cash Only and a court date of 01/07/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 12/06/15 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/07/2015, at approximately 2240 Hours, I made contact with a white male, Darrin Pritchett at the Cass County Jail on an Cass County Weekend warrant. I served Cass County Warrant for Domestic Assault 2nd Degree.
