I then took Robert K Simmons into custody on Cass County warrant # 17R for Fail To Appear, bond $25000 cash only, Mr. Simmons was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/10/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/10/2014 I served an inmate in the jail with a Cass County warrant. 03/10/14 11: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On March 10, 2014, I responded to E. State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a report of cattle theft. The reporting party stated he was missing one cow and three calfs from his property. The reporting party stated checked the perimeter fencing and found no way the cattle could have gotten out on their own. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/10/14 12:29 JOHNSON COUNTY KS JAIL, OLATHE On 03/10/14 at 1229 hours, I responded to the Johnson County KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Charlene M Hall into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00201 for Stealing of a motor vehicle, bond $10,000, MS Hall was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/10/14 12: CLEVELAND, CLEVELAND On March 11, 2014 at approximately 1258 hours, I recovered a stolen vehicle at South Cleveland, Cleveland,Missouri. The vehicle was and anonymous tip provided to the Jackson County Combat Task Force. A suspect has been identified. 03/10/14 13: ORCHARD RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday at approximately 1300 hours I was dispatched to S Orchard rd Harrisonville Missouri. Upon arrival the homeowner informed me that they had lost money through a fruadulant transaction via a website which they believed was part of E-bay. E-bay has confirmed with the homeowner that they have been deceived, the transaction was not handled by E-bay or any of their associate sites. Suspects have been identified in this case. 03/10/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday March 11, 2014, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff s Office in regards to an exparte violation. Upon my arrival, I met with the reporting party, who wanted to make a report of an exparte violation that occurred within the City of Grain Valley which is Jackson County Missouri. The reporting party advised that she has a Cass County exparte violation court case pending for the month of April (report number ) and that she wanted a new report showing that Mr. Sanders is still violating the Jackson County exparte. 03/10/14 14:03 WALMART, HARRISONVILLE On Monday March 10th, 2014, Cass County Sheriff's Office assisted the Harrisonville Police Department with locating a suspect who ran from them on foot from Wal-Mart where he was caught shoplifting. The male suspect was armed with a machete and that he was running eastbound from Wal-Mart. The suspect was eventually apprehended and transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/10/14 14: FRANKLIN, RAYMORE On March 10, 2014 at approximately 1603 hours, I investigated an animal bite that occurred at 308 S. Franklin, Raymore, Missouri. The victim identified as Scott S Woodard reported that he was separating his dog and a neighbor s

This report will be considered an informational report. 03/10/14 16: KAUFFMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On March 10, 2014, I responded to S. Kauffman Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to stealing. The reporting party advised the electrical wire from his crop irrigator had been stolen. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/10/14 16: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Monday , I was dispatched to 209 E 2nd Street, Creighton Missouri in reference to a burglary. Upon my arrival I made contact with the property owner who said somebody had broken into the residence. He further added that he was remodeling and someone has stolen copper wire and tools. A possible suspect has been identified. 03/10/14 17: JUNIPER ST, RAYMORE On March 10, 2014, at approximately 1752 hours, I investigated a report of shots fired in the area of 1412 Juniper, Raymore, Missouri. During the investigation, two white male juveniles were detained after a brief foot pursuit. The two juveniles were later released to a responsible adult after investigation revealed that they were not the individuals involved in the reported shots fired. 03/10/14 21:43 LOGAN/OAKLAND, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, March 10th 2014, at 2143 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Oakland and Logan in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 sniff for narcotics in a vehicle. My K9 partner, Champ, gave a positive alert to the odor of narcotics on a black purse in the vehicle. Drug paraphernalia was located in the purse and the female driver was arrested. 03/10/14 22: RD ST, PECULIAR On Monday, March 10th, 2014 I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 223rd Street in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a domestic disturbance. My investigation lead to the arrest of the victims husband who I had probable cause to believe was the primary aggressor. The male subject was transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held pending the issuance of a warrant for 3rd degree domestic assault. 03/11/14 00: A STREET, ARCHIE On March 10, 2014 I was dispatched to Cass Regional Medical Center 2820 Rock Heaven Rd Harrisonville Missouri in reference to animal bite. Upon arrival I made contact with Christopher B. Thomas who told me that his cat bit him and then ran off. 03/11/14 00: ROCKHAVEN RD, PECULIAR On Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at approximately 0106 hours, I conducted a residence check at South Rockhaven Road in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a report of a missing person allegedly being at this residence. Upon arriving at the residence I contacted the alleged missing person, identified as Percy NMI Webster, black male. Upon conducting a records check of Mr. Webster it was found that he had two active warrants through Grandview, Missouri Police for failure to appear on traffic citations. Mr. Webster was taken into custody and transported to a location in Grandview, Missouri where he was released to a Grandview, Missouri Police Officer for extradition. 03/11/14 00:26 ROCKHAVEN RD/BRIDGE NO EXIT, HARRISONVILLE On March 11, 2014, at approximately 0026 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a 2000 Daewoo NCX on Rock Haven Road, just south of 245th Street, rural Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver of that vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, FORM and 3000 possession - Press of Reports drug paraphernalia. = UPDATED

I then took Antonio J Negrete into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR00821 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr. Negrete was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/11/14 14: ST ST, BELTON On March 11, 2014 at approximately 1457 hours, I investigated an abandon vehicle at 1001 E 171St Street, Belton, Missouri. During the investigation it was revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Overland Park. No suspects have been identified. 03/11/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1615 hours, I served a Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00242 to Dewey Todd at the Cass County Jail. Victim said he was bit while picking up trash in the area of Pleasant Hill Missouri. 03/11/14 21:16 SB 7/KIRCHER, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, March 11th 2014, at 2116 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound 7 Highway at Kircher Road in Harrisonville, Missouri on a purple 1994 Ford Ranger. Hall was arrested for active Henry County warrant # for failing to appear on a traffic charge with a bond of $500 cash only. 03/12/14 03: SANDPIPER ST, RAYMORE On I made contact with David Wendt at 601 Sandpiper. I then took Dale v Savage into custody on Cass County warrant # 06CA-CR01299 for Non Support, bond $2,544 cash only, Mr. Savage was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/12/14 14:25 195TH EAST OF I-49, RAYMORE On Wednesday March 12th 2014 I recovered a 1992 Ford F-150 from the area of 195th east of I-49. A computer check of the license showed it to be a stolen vehicle out of Belton Missouri. Per the Belton Missouri Police Department the vehicle was released to Eckert tow to be taken to their storage facility. 03/12/14 15: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On at 1553 hours, I was dispatched to 201 South Lyne, Raymore Missouri in reference to Property damage. My investigation revealed that prior to arrival all subjects involved agreed to work the issue out themselves. A subject was arrest for an active Grandview Warrant. 03/12/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/13/2014 McCuiston, Jeffery Lynn W/M was arrested by the Cass County sheriffs office for court ordered shock time. 03/12/14 17:37 O/ 291 ST, FREEMAN On at 1732 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop at O highway and 291st Street Freeman Missouri on a Green Oldsmobile. Upon arrival I made contact with Divilbiss, Markus W/M. A computer check of Mr. Divilbiss revealed that he had active Cass County warrant #14CAPBR56. Polk in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 search for narcotics. Upon arrival Jamie Murray told me that he had been in an argument with his wife. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 03/14/14 21: LUCILLE LN, PECULIAR ON March 14, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance at Lucille Lane Peculiar Missouri. Investigation found that no crime occurred and both parties agreed to separated for the night. 03/14/14 22:27 LOCUST/MCKISSICK, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, March 14th 2014, at 2230 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Locust and McKissick in Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference assisting the Pleasant Hill Police Department with a K9 search of a vehicle. Narcotic detecting K9, Champ, alerted to the odor of narcotics and marijuana was located in the vehicle. 03/15/14 01: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, March 15th 2014, at 0137 hours, I was dispatched to the 1400 block of South Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri reference assisting the Harrisonville Police Department with a K9 search of a vehicle. Narcotic detecting K9, Champ, alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and a marijuana pipe was located in the glove compartment. 03/15/14 02:29 I-49, HARRISONVILLE On March 15, 2014, I conducted a vehicle stop on southbound I-49 at the MO 291 Hwy exit. The driver, William C. Spotz was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 03/15/14 03: FREDERICK LN, RAYMORE ON March 15, 2014 I was dispatched to 303 Franklin Raymore Missouri in reference to disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with both subject involved and found the disturbance was verbal in nature and no crime occurred. 03/15/14 04: PROSPECT AVE, CLEVELAND On March 14, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a suicidal subject at 22504n S Prospect Ave in Cleveland, Missouri. Upon arrival I spoke with a male subject who stated that he had threatened to harm himself. Subject was transported by ambulance, there was no apparent crime during this incident. 03/15/14 08: MEADOW BROOKE LN, CELVELAND On Saturday, March 15, 2014 at approximately 1018 hours I was dispatched to the storage units located west of the BP gas station in Cleveland Missouri in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I made contact with Kroymann, Andrew J., W/M and Kroymann, Kristen W/F. I gathered information as to what was taken. No suspects have been identified in this case.

The victim identified as Robyn D Eastland reported that she was bitten by her German Sheppard while she was separating it from her other dog. This report is non-criminal and will consider an animal bite report. 03/15/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/15/2014, at approximately 1030 hours, I arrested Allen, Amy E. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. She turned himself for 24 hour shock time per Judge Rumley at the Cass County Jail. 03/15/14 11: JEFFERSON, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday , at approximately 1120hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a Child Custody case. Upon arrival at approximately 1135 hours I made contact with Click, Charles w/m, who said that his ex wife has gone with his children to Texas. My investigation revealed that no crime has been committed. 03/15/14 11: ST ST, BELTON On March 18, 2014 at about 0437 hours, I was dispatched to 7920 E. 171st. Street in reference to prisoner transfer. Upon arrival at about 0447 hours, I met a Grandview Police Officer and took custody of Ms. Laura B. Hutson W/F. Ms. Hutson was transported to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Ms. Hutson was given a copy of her warrant, 13CA-CR01187 for Theft of a Firearm. Ms. Hutson's court date was set for March 20, 2014 at 0900 hours. 03/15/14 15: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday , at approximately 1300 hours I was dispatched to E 315 st, Garden City in reference to a Child Custody dispute. Upon Arrival I made contact with Kendrick, Whitney, w/f, who said that her 11 month old son was not returned home by his father as per their parental agreement. I established contact with the father, Albright, Tyler. Mother and child has been reunited. My investigation revealed that no crime has been committed. 03/15/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday March 15th 2014 at approximately 1558 hours, I made contact with Ryan P Soren w/m, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. R Soren a Cass County weekend warrant charging him with 1 count of Resisting arrest, Bond was set at $ cash or surety with a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/15/14 17: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND This accident apparently occurred when Driver(1) was traveling west bound on State Route Y. Driver (1) avoided one deer crossing the roadway but was unable to avoid a second deer and collided with the Animal. 03/15/14 19: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE ON March 15, 2014 I conducted an investigation of an assault that took place at 8411 Lake View road Lake Annette Freeman Missouri. Made contact with both subjects victim in the assault did not wish to press charges and sign a prosecution waiver. 03/15/14 22:58 49/MM 165.4, PECULIAR On March 15, 2014 at approximately 2259 hours, I, along with the assistance of a narcotic canine, investigated a vehicle stop on Interstate 49, near mile marker My investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was in possession of amphetamines. The driver was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail.

A subject was arrested for an active Clinton PD warrant, and issued summonses for displaying unauthorized plates and operating a motor vehicle while suspended. 03/16/14 06: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Sunday March 16th, 2014 at approximately 0646 hours I was dispatched to 406 Old 7 Highway in Garden City, Missouri in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Courtney, Douglas W/M. I gathered information for the report, no suspects have been identified in this case. 03/16/14 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday March 16th, 2014 at approximately 0937 hours I was dispatched to E. 275th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to recovered property. Upon arrival I made contact with Compton Richard W/M. The property was recovered and placed into the evidence locker at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 03/16/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/16/2014 at approximately 0943 hours, I made contact with Jason Dale Louis Schindler, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Schindler Cass County warrant# ,& 13CA-CR Bond was set at $4, with a court date of 03/18/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 03/16/14 14:29 BELTON PD, BELTON On March 16, 2014, at approximately 2229 hours, I transported Matthew D.L. Wells from the Belton Missouri Jail to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Wells was arrested for an active Cass County warrant #14-cafta-241, for non-support, bond $10,000 cash only. 03/16/14 15: TRUMAN RD, ARCHIE On March 16, 2014 at approximately 1700 hours, I conducted a standby at 2501 West Mechanic. Two male juveniles were released to the custody of the department of Family Services and written statements were obtained in regards to Archie Police Department investigation. This report is a none criminal information report. 03/16/14 15: TH ST, PECULIAR 03/16/14 15: TH ST, PECULIAR 03/16/14 17:48 SE OUTER/BROOKHART, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday , at approximately 1208 hours, I was dispatched to the corner of 275th street and Brookhart drive in Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle. 03/16/14 23:16 SB 49/327, ARCHIE On March 16, 2014, at approximately 2328 hours, I investigated a careless and imprudent driver report on Interstate 49, near 327th Street. After performing a traffic stop on a 2000 Ford Mustang, investigation revealed the driver to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The driver was issued a citation and released.
