1 08/15/16 06:08 307TH/1 MILE OF EAST OF 49, HARRISONVILLE On I investigated a three vehicle crash on 307th Street, approximately one mile east of Interstate 49. I located a Chevrolet S-10 and a Jeep wrangler that were both struck by a Jeep SUV. No injuries were observed or reported. All vehicles were towed from the scene by various tow companies. 08/15/16 08: BRIAR RD, PECULIAR On August 15, 2016, I was dispatched to S. Briar Road in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a report of a missing person. I spoke to Kristina S. Fredrickson who said that her son has been missing since Friday, The subject has been located. 08/15/16 09: OSAGE AVE, TIPTON On Monday, August 15, 2016 I responded to the Tipton Correctional Center/DOC in Tipton, Missouri in reference to an Order of Body Attachment and Notice of Probable Cause Hearing and Order to Transport for Missouri Department of Corrections inmate Devin Scot Hydorn. 08/15/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday August 15th, 2016, at approximately 1100 hours, I made contact with Robert J. Harris at the Cass County Justice Center. I arrested Mr. Harris on an active Cass County warrant for driving while revoked or suspended 2nd offense. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 08/30/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 08/15/16 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0950 hours, I arrested Daryl Wilson on a Cass County felony warrant. Bond was set at $25, cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/15/16 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0955 hours, James Rogers was remanded to my custody by the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Bond was set at a signature, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/15/16 15:00 D/187TH, BELTON On August 15, 2016 I conducted a traffic stop on a Black Nissan Sedan on State Route D south of 187th Street, Belton, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for exceeding the posted speed limit and possession of drug paraphernalia. 08/15/16 16: TROTT RD, BELTON On August 15, 2016, while service an Ex Parte to a subject at 5808 E. Trott Road in rural Belton, Missouri the subject made suicidal comments to me indicating that she was going to attempt suicide. The subject was transported to an area hospital by Belton EMS for a mental health evaluation. 08/15/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/16 at approximately 1209 hours, I made contact with Richard Drew Stukes at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Stukes the Cass County warrant with a $1, cash or surety bond. 08/15/16 22:05 BAROT/153, GRANDVIEW On August 15, 2016 at about 2205 hours, Mr. Cory Warchola was arrested on a Grandview MO warrant after running his license plate. A MULES entry was listed through DOR on the license plate of the vehicle Mr. Warchola was driving.

2 08/15/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/15/2016, at approximately 2250 Hours, I made contact with Heather R. Burton at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant # for Failure to maintain financial responsability. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only, and a court date of 09/27/2016 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 08/16/16 04: TH ST, NEW CENTURY On 08/20/2016, at approximately 1525 hours, I took Michael Richard Vold W/M into custody on active Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 08/16/16 07:50 PHONE CALL ONLY, UNKNOWN On August 16, 2016 I received information by telephone that was later provided to the East Lynne Police Department for further as requested by the calling party. 08/16/16 07:52 D/LOCH LLOYD, BELTON On August 16, 2016 I was dispatched to assist Belton Fire Department at Holmes road and the Loch Lloyd housing area entrance for a HAZMAT spill. The spill was identified as Muriatic acid from a pool cleaning business. The spill was deactivated and cleaned up by Belton Fire personnel. 08/16/16 08: WASHINGTON ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 16, 2016 I conducted a warrant arrest at 403 Washington Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. Cole Cameron was placed into custody for an active felony narcotics warrant. 08/16/16 09: LUCILLE LN, PECULIAR On August 16,2016 I was dispatched to Lucille Lane in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a report of stealing from a motor vehicle. I spoke to Mark A. Brewster who said someone entered his truck and stole several items from it. No suspects have been identified. 08/16/16 09:04 239TH ST/E OF Y HWY, PECULIAR On August 16, 2016, I responded to the area of 239th Street east of State Route Y at the bridge and recovered a stolen white 2015 Chevy Silverado truck that was reported stolen out the Kansas City, Missouri. 08/16/16 09: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On August 16, 2016 I was dispatched to S. Cleveland Avenue in rural Peculiar, Missouri for a report of stealing from a motor vehicle. I spoke to Bobbie. C. Kurtz who said someone stole items from his daughters vehicle and stole items from his yard. No suspects have been identified. 08/16/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/16/2016 at approximately 0958 hours, I made contact with Kathleen Nicole Keeton at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I informed Ms. Keeton of her active Cass County Fugitive From out of State warrant. Bond for this warrant was set at $10, ten percent cash only. 08/16/16 10: GROH RD, CLEVELAND On , at approximately 1038 hours, I was dispatched to S. Groh Road in rural Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a stealing. Several items were stolen for an outbuilding. No suspects were identified at this time.

3 08/16/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/16/2016, at approximately 1005 hours, I made contact with Brandon Black on Cass County warrant 16CA-CR /16/16 11: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On August 16, 2016 I received information by telephone of a theft from vehicle that had occurred at S. Scott Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Dana Scott reported that items had been taken from vehicles at her residence. No damage was reported. 08/16/16 11: GROH RD, CLEVELAND On , at approximately 1131 hours, I was responded to S. Groh Road in rural Cleveland, Missouri in reference to an area canvas. Several items were moved around inside of a vehicle. No suspects were identified at this time. 08/16/16 13:00 241/PROSPECT, CLEVELAND On Tuesday August 16th, 2016 at approximately 1300 hours, I was on duty in the area of 241st and Prospect Avenue outside of Cleveland, Missouri. The patrol division had just recovered a stolen vehicle and was actively searching for a suspect in the area of 239th and Cleveland Avenue which is located nearby. AS I was approaching 241st and Prospect I made contact with a white male suspect which was later arrested for an unrelated warrant. The subject was transported to the Cass county Jail. 08/16/16 13: ST ST, BELTON On August 16, 2016 I was dispatched to 1101 E 171st Street in rural Belton, Missouri for a report of fraudulent use of a debit card. I spoke to Jason A. Pembridge who said that on Sunday August 14, 2016 he reported his wallet stolen to the Raymore Police. Mr. Pembridge said that he noticed that his Academy Bank card was used at the Rush Hour gas station located at 1101 E 171st Street Belton, Missouri without his permission. No suspects have been identified. 08/16/16 17: KANSAS ST, GUNN CITY On August 16, 2016 I responded to Kansas Street, Gunn City, Missouri for a disturbance not in progress. It was found that a disturbance had occurred at the residence that consisted of a verbal exchange between parties. 08/16/16 17: HUNTER RD, PECULIAR On August 16, 2016 at approximately 1757 hours, I responded to South Hunter road in reference to a stealing complaint. Upon arrival I contacted Mark Willis who told me that someone had broken into his outbuilding and stolen an ATV. There were no suspects identified at the time of report. 08/16/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/16/2016, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with John M. Erwin at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00886 for Leaving the scene of an accident, Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly adjusted seatbelt, Driver fail to secure child under 8 years in child restraint or booster. 4 08/17/16 16: KING ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August 18, 2016 I made contact with a David Mead who was walking his dog who had an active felony warrant for his arrest. Mr. Mead was arrested on the warrant and taken to the Cass County Jail for processing. 08/17/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1815 hours, I contacted Brittany Alexandra Randazzo at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Operating Motor Vehicle on Highway without Valid Drivers License. Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/17/16 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 08/18/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0946 hours, I made contact with Melissa Hedges in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office on an active Grandview warrant. Ms. Hedges was taken into custody and escorted the the Cass County Jail for additional processing. 08/18/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1035 hours I made contact with Rushly, Benjamin w/m in DIV IV court room. Mr. Rushly was arrested on an active Cass County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident with a bond of $5, The bond was reduced to a signature bond in open court. 08/18/16 14: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On Thursday August 18, 2016, I responded to 1006 Lyne Ave, Raymore on a residence check for a wanted subject. The subject was located, arrested, and transported to the Cass County Sheriff s Office Jail for processing. 08/18/16 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1455 hours I made contact with Trafhenia Ingram in DIV IV court room. Ms. Ingram was sentenced to 7 years DOC in Cass County case number 12CA-CR Ms Ingram was escorted to the jail with out incident. 08/18/16 22: LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On Thursday August 18th, 2016 at approximately 2236 hours I responded to 8411 Lakeview Dr. in Freeman, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Mr. and Mrs. Hanson. It was determined that the disturbance was verbal in nature and that no crime occurred. 08/18/16 22: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/18/2016, at approximately 2306 hours, I responded to E 289th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance. My investigation revealed a argument between boyfriend and girlfriend which led to a physical confrontation. Parties were separated at the time of the investigation. 08/19/16 07: F HWY, GARDEN CITY On at approximately 0745 hours, I was contacted via telephone by Diane Whitworth regarding a suspicious activity at S. F Hwy, Garden City, MO. My investigation revealed that they received some suspicious phone calls and messages from a number she did not know.

5 08/19/16 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0950 hours I met with Jason Schindler at the Cass County Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO, in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival Mr. Schindler was taken into custody for an active Cass County warrant for Domestic Assault. Mr. Schindler was escorted to the Cass County Jail for processing. 08/19/16 10:23 2 EAST OF KAUFFMAN, GARDEN CITY On Friday, August 19, 2016 at approximately 1022 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 2 east of Kauffman Road in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a report of a disturbance in progress. Amy Kizer said a verbal argument occurred. The investigation revealed no crime was committed. 08/19/16 10: ST ST, BELTON On August 19th, 2016 at approximately 1042 hours I conducted a follow up at 7926 east 171st street, Belton, Missouri in reference to fraud. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/19/16 11:43 GRANDVIEW PD, GRANDVIEW On August 22, 2016 at approximately 1240 hours, I was dispatched to the Grandview Police Department located in Grandview, Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer. A subject was arrested for an active Cass County warrant. 08/19/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1410 hours, I made contact with Paul Rosevear in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office on three active Jackson County warrants. The subject was taken into custody and escorted to the jail for additional processing. 08/19/16 12: SAWMILL RD, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, August 19, 2016 at approximately 1217 hours I was dispatched to contact a party by phone in reference to a report of harassment. Ashley Hensley said her ex-boyfriend was told to stop contacting her but continued to send text messages. A suspect has been identified. 08/19/16 13:09 NB 49/MM 147, ARCHIE On , at approximately 1309 hours, I observed a red and black Honda motorcycle northbound on O Highway in rural Freeman. I initiated my emergency lights and siren, however the vehicle accelerated north on O Highway at a high rate of speed. A possible suspect has been identified at this time. 08/19/16 17: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1707 hours I responded to 1303 E 223rd Street outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to recovering stolen property. Upon arrival I contacted Kevin Zumwalt and recovered a stolen Case 1840 skidsteer loader. Suspects have been identified in this case. 08/19/16 17: ROCK HAVEN RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 19, 2016 at approximately 1815 hours I was dispatched to 2800 Rock Haven road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. I served Cass County Warrant 16CA-MH00007, and the suspect was remanded to custody of the Cass Regional Medical Center. 08/19/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1210 hours, I arrested Nicole Snyder at the Cass County Jail as he turned himself in on an active Cass County warrant. I served her with Cass County court order commitment for 24 hours of shock time. 08/19/16 21:49 NB49/163, BELTON On August 19, 2016 at about 2150 hours, the suspect was arrested for resisting arrest by failing to yield to an emergency vehicle after making a left turn on a red light at State Route Y and US Interstate 49 Highway. 08/20/16 00: TH ST, PECULIAR On August 19, 2016 I responded to East 245th Street, Peculiar, Missouri for a report of a suspicious activity. Hank Halsey, b/m, told me that a w/m approximately years old dropped his juvenile granddaughter off at the residence. 08/20/16 00: MILL ST, STRASBURG On Saturday August 20, 2016 at approximately 0048 hours I was dispatched to 502 W Mill St in Strasburg, in regards to intoxicated husband not letting wife leave the residence with newborn baby. Wife was able to leave before my arrival. There was no apparent crime during the incident. 08/20/16 01:01 227TH/SHAFFER, HARRISONVILLE On August 20, 2016 I conducted an investigative stop on a white Chevrolet Silverado on 227th Street near Shaffer Road, a passenger, Kenneth Fellenhauer, w/m, was arrested on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01085 for Probation Violation. A court date of September 15, 2016 at 1330 hours, with bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. 08/20/16 09:36 291N/215TH, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0920 hours, I was dispatched to northbound 291 Highway north of the 215th intersection in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted Deputy Sterner who stated a vehicle parked roadside had been struck. There are no suspects in this case. 08/21/16 12:31 SB49/E CAMBRIDGE, BELTON On 08/21/2016 at approximately 1241 hours I was dispatched to the area of South Peculiar Drive and East Cambridge on a call of recovered property. Upon my arrival I met with Darin Scorza who stated that while cleaning up trash on the side of I-49 he found a handgun laying in the grass. The firearm was recovered and secured at the Sheriff's Office. 08/21/16 13: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On August 21, 2016 I responded to E. 275th Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival contact was made with family members and there was found to be no disturbance at the residence that was criminal in nature. 08/21/16 14: JIL ST, HRRISONVILLE On August 21, 2016 I was dispatched to 2203 Jil Street in Harrisonville, Missouri for a suicidal party. Harrisonville Police was unavailable to respond. I met with the female subject who said that she had tried to hurt herself by chocking herself with a power cord. The subject was transported to Research Hospital by Harrisonville Ambulance. 08/21/16 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, August 21, 2016 at approximately 1559 hours I was dispatched to East 179th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a report of a burglary not in progress. Brandon Long said the storage building door had been kicked in and items were stolen and damaged. No suspects have been identified. 08/21/16 16: ND ST, FREEMAN On August 21, 2016 I was dispatched to a telephone report of a lost or stolen Missouri license plate. I spoke to Diane L. Nichols who said sometime between July 15, 2016 and August 21, 2016 her license plate off her 1999 Jayco pop up camper went missing. 08/21/16 17: TH ST, BELTON On August 21, 2016 I was dispatched to 700 E 187th Street in rural Belton, Missouri for an abandonded vehicle. Investigation revealed that the maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen out of Harrisonville, Missouri on August 20, No suspects have been identified. 08/21/16 17:57 BELTON REGIONAL HOSPITAL, On August 21, 2016 I responded to the Belton Regional Research Hospital in reference to a subject that had a gun shot wound to the head. Johnathan Foote was contacted as he was receiving medical care to a bullet ricochet wound to the forehead. Investigation reveal that there was nothing criminal in nature and that the accident occurred as the subject was conducting target practice. 08/21/16 18: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On August 21, 2016, at approximately 1858 hours, I was dispatched to S. Brush College Road, Harrisonville, Missouri reference a disturbance. My investigation revealed a female party, Lisa K. Fluty, had been assaulted. A suspect was identified and taken into custody.
