1 07/21/14 01: STATE ROUTE 2, CLEVELAND On July 21st 2014 at approximately 0145 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on 2 highway and Groh on a black in color Ford Explorer. A computer check of the license revealed the registered owner to have a suspended driving status. The driver was released on summons, and a passenger was placed into custody for an active Independence Missouri Warrant. 07/21/14 09:14 ELDORADO CORRECT FACILITY, EL DORADO On at 0914 hours, I responded to the El Dorado Correctional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Justin Bishop into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR01213 for Non Support, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Bishop was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/21/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/21/2014, at approximately 1107 hours, I made contact with Darrin B. Sanders W/M, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Sanders the Cass County Warrant, with a $6,000 10% cash allowed bond. 07/21/14 16:16 STATE ROUTE 2, FREEMAN On July 21, 2014, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on MO 2 Hwy just west of State Route O in Freeman, Missouri. A small pick up truck struck the side of a semi trailer and ran off the left side of the roadway. The driver of the pick up truck was flown to an area trauma center by air ambulance. The driver of the semi had no complaints of injury. 07/21/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1640 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County court ordered arrest. Subject is to serve 24 hours of shock time. 07/21/14 16: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On July 21, 2014 at approximately 1648 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route 7 Highway located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stolen license plates. My investigation revealed that two license plates were stolen from a vehicle on the property. 07/21/14 17:49 TROOP A, Incident Log 07/21/14 19: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On July 21, 2014 at about 2120 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Y Highway in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival two persons were arrested for domestic assault. Suspects were identified and arrested. 07/21/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Robert A. Elliott w/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was transported from Belton PD on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR /21/14 21: MAIN, PECULIAR On July 21, at 2014 at about 2148 hours, I was dispatched to the Peculiar Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival I took custody of Mr. Tyler B. Lemen and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Mr. Lemen was given a copy of his warrant #13CA-CR A court date of July 29, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Mr. Lemen's bond was set at $4,000, 10% cash only.

2 07/22/14 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0122 hours, I served warrant #10CA-CR to Jermain T. Rivers at the Cass County Jail for robbery-2nd degree. Bond was set at $25, cash only, and a court date of 07/28/2014, at 0900 hours was given. 07/22/14 03:13 CENTER/TRACKSIDE, PECULIAR On July 22, 2014 at about 0316 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Center Road and Track side in reference to assist Sgt. McLaughlin of the Peculiar Police Department, on a vehicle stop. Upon arrival Sgt. McLaughlin had Mr. Dru Kazmier in custody on a Probation and Parole Warrant. I transported Mr. Kazmier to the Cass County Jail. 07/22/14 08: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0839 hours I responded to the area of 231st Street and State Route 291 in reference to a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival I contacted Tommie Faulkenberry who stated someone had set up a make shift camp on the property of APAC quarries. No suspect has been identified at this time. 07/22/14 09: WILLETTA STREET, DREXEL On July 22, 2014, I investigated a report of fraud that occurred at 119 Willetta Street in Drexel, Missouri. No suspects have been identified at this time. 07/22/14 09: STATE ROUTE CC, STRASBURG On July 22, 2014 at approximately 0937 hours, I was dispatched to South State Route CC Highway located in rural Strasburg, Missouri in reference to a death. I investigated the death of Granville C. Hackett. 07/22/14 09:50 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 07/22/14 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Dalton Perry into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01048 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% Cash only, Mr. Dalton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/22/14 09:50 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 07/22/14 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Joshua Nielson into custody on Cass County warrant # and for Fail To Appear, Total bond $500 cash only, Mr. Nielson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/22/14 09:50 JACKSON COUNTY, MO, KANSAS CITY On 07/22/14 at 0950 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kyle Leftwich into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01281 for Fail To Appear, bond $ % cash only, Mr. Leftwich was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/22/14 10: PECULIAR DR, BELTON On at approximately 1116 hours I responded to S Peculiar Drive outside of Belton, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Scott Hutton who stated someone had cut the chain link fence around their lot and stole a barrel of gasoline that was hazardous waste disposal. No suspects have been identified at this time. 07/22/14 11: ST STREET, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, July 20, 2014, I observed that my duty issued, 2014 Ford Taurus, VIN# 1FAHP2MKEG118475, bearing Missouri registration FF6-H2T, had a broken windshield by unknown means.

3 07/22/14 14: TH ST, BELTON On at approximately 1405 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to a walk in theft report. Upon arrival I contacted John Ryan who stated someone had stolen a chainsaw and a pole saw from his barn. At this time there are no suspects in this case. 07/22/14 15:44 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, ARCHIE On Thursday July 24th, 2014 at approximately 0912 hours I responded to the Archie Missouri commuter lot in reference to a prisoner transfer. Fitzgerald, Brandon W/M was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CAFTA517 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/22/14 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On at approximately 1620 hours I responded to E 216th Street outside of Peculiar, MO in reference to a death investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Joseph Tarwater who stated he had found his neighbor deceased in his home. The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office responded to the scene and took custody of the deceased. At this time no suspects are being sought in this case. 07/22/14 18: CHANDLER RD, GARDEN CITY On July 22, 2014 at approximately 1814 hours I was dispatched to South Chandler Road, located in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a verbal disturbance. My investigation revealed that a male and a female involved in a romantic relationship were arguing over zucchini. 07/22/14 18:48 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at approximately 2227 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department for a prisoner transfer for an active Cass County warrant. 07/22/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Miles Y. Cashell w/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was transported from Belton PD on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR /22/14 20:38 179TH/W OF HWY E, STRASBURG On Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at approximately 2011 I received a phone message reporting a handgun that had been found on the roadway on 179th Street approximately one half mile west of State Route E in rural Strasburg, MO. The owner was located and the handgun was returned. 07/23/14 01: NORTH AVE, BELTON On Wednesday, July 23rd, 2014 at approximately 0157 hours I was dispatched to 217 E. North Street in Belton in regards to a request for K-9 assistance from the Belton Police Department. A search for illegal narcotics was conducted after a subject resisted arrest, and attempted to toss illegal narcotics down the alley. 07/23/14 01: RD STREET, BELTON On July 25, 2014, I responded to the Belton City Jail for a prisoner transport. I picked up Shane Clary on a Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 07/23/14 10: INEMONT DR, HOUSTON On Wednesday at approximately 0950 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, the Sheriff's Office, in reference to Identity theft that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who resides in Freeman Missouri. The victim stated that he was contacted by an energy company in Houston Texas. It appeared that the victim's

This case is still under investigation. 07/23/14 11: MAIN ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, at approximately 1045 hours I was dispatch to 2501 W. Mechanic, the Sheriff s office in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who said some of his tools were stolen from his garage and storage units in Cleveland. No suspects have been identified. 07/23/14 13:13 2/LAKE ANNETTE RD, FREEMAN On Wednesday July 23rd 2014 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of MO 2 and Lake Annette Rd. for a speeding motorist. As a result of the stop the driver was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Clay County Missouri. 07/23/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/23/2014, at apptroximately 1415 hours, I made contact with Dru P. Kazmier in the Cass County Jail at the BK-8 cell door. I served Mr. Kazmier with active Cass County warrant #14CA-CR00690 for resisting or interfering with an arrest, detention or stop. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 07/29/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 07/24/14 02:00 255/LAKE ANNETTE, LAKE ANNETTE On July 24th 2014, at approximately 0200 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a black in color Chevrolet Impala bearing Missouri License KF5C0Z for having a head lamp out. A computer check of the driver revealed two active Harrisonville Missouri Police Department Warrants. The driver was taken into custody and transported the the Cass County Jail where she was released to Harrisonville Missouri Police. 07/24/14 04:11 WHIPPOORWILL HILL/LAKEVIEW DR, LAKE ANNETTE On July 24, 2014, at approximately 0411 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Whippoorwill Hill Drive, near Lakeview Drive, Lake Annette, Missouri, on a black, 1996 Ford Explorer. The driver was issued a citation for driving while suspendend and released at the scene. 07/24/14 08:24 BELTON PD, On July 24, 2014 at approximately 0941 hours, I conducted a prisoner transfer from Belton Police Department to the Cass County Jail. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 07/24/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1030 Hours, I made contact with Whitney Deckard at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00259 for fta- bad check. Bond was set at $200 cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 07/24/14 12:54 WESTERN CORR CENTR, CAMERON On 07/24/14 at 1254 hours, I responded to the Western Missouri Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took John J Small III into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR and 13CA-CR00884 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 and 5,000 10% cash only, Mr. Small was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/24/14 14: WHIPPOORWILL HILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On July 24, 2014 at approximately 1450 hours, I investigated a burglary at 8404 E. Whippoorwill Hill Drive, Lake Annette, Missouri. The victim identified as Robert E Flanery reported electronics and clothing stolen from his home and tools stolen from his garage. No suspects have been identified.

5 07/24/14 14: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, July 24, 2014 approximately 1435 hours I was dispatched to E. 181st Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a check the welfare. Upon arrival I made contact with McLean, Ryan W/M. No crime occurred. 07/24/14 15: JERRY, RAYMORE On July 24, 2014 at about 1536 hours, I contacted Mr. James Swope at 1506 North Jerry Raymore, MO, who said that a person had made two phone calls and made threats towards him. A suspect was identified. 07/24/14 15: HALSEY ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday July 24th, 2014 at approximately 1537 I hours I conducted a residence check at 1601 S. Halsey St. in Harrisonville, Missouri. McCammon, Leah W/F was taken into custody on warrant #14CACR00681 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/24/14 15: TH ST, BELTON On July 24, 2014 at about 1547 hours, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a civil matter. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Lou Ellen Wright who said a neighbors dog had bitten and injured her dog. The neighbor has not been identified. 07/24/14 16: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On July 24, 2014 at about 1638 hours, I was dispatched to S. Famuliner in reference to a stolen horse. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Edith K. Kine, who told me that someone had stolen one of her horses. No suspect was identified. 07/24/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 24, 2014 I arrested Austin Wier, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00692 for Burglary 1st Degree. A court date of July 31, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $10,000 cash or surety. 07/24/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 24, 2014 I arrested Joseph Schlechter, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR00615 for Failure to Appear on Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. A court date of August 19, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $4,000 10% cash only. 07/24/14 20:17 ORCHARD/267, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, July 24th, 2014 at approximately 2035 hours, I conducted an investigation at the intersection of Orchard Road and 267th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident. Upon conducting my investigation none of the occupants of the two vehicles involved complained of injuries and all refused medical treatment. The vehicles were removed by Miller Tow and Johnson's Tow at the request of the vehicles owners. 07/24/14 22: PIN OAK ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, July 24th, 2014 at approximately 2253 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the residence of 826 Pin Oak in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to an active Cass County Warrant for Probation Violation. David J. Haugen, white male was taken into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00453 and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Haugen was given a bond of $ % Cash Only and a court date of Tuesday, August 19th, 2014 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts.

6 07/24/14 23: STATE ROUTE 7, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, July 24th, 2014 at approximately 2347 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South State Route 7 in Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a report of property damage. My investigation revealed that DeAnna L. Neill, white female had her mail box destroyed by what appeared to be an unknown incendiary device. No suspect information is available at this time. 07/25/14 05: WARD RD, RAYMORE On July 25, 2015, at approximately 0632 hours, I investigated an injury motor vehicle crash involving a 2006 Suzuki Motorcycle at 1514 North Ward Road, Raymore, Missouri. The driver was transported Research Main Hospital. 07/25/14 07: JERRY, RAYMORE On at approximately 0731 hours I responded to 812 N Jerry outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a weapons investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Jesse Long who stated he believed a subject had pointed a gun at him after a verbal altercation in his front yard. On at 0902 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Nikolas A Destefano into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Destefano was transported to the Cass County Jail. On at 0902 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jason Alfen into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00852 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Alflen was transported to the Cass County Jail. I then took Christopher Fuqua into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00167 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Fuqua was transported to the Cass County Jail. I then took Mark Sheets into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00475 for Possesion of controlled substance, bond $7,500, Mr. sheets was transported to the Cass County Jail. I then took Jeremy Tucker into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00297 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr. Tucker was transported to the Cass County Jail. As a result of the investigation the dog in question has been placed on a 10 day quarantine. 07/25/14 11: RD STREET, PLEASANT HILL On July 25, 2014, I investigated at report of damage property that occurred at E. 203rd Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Scott Crabtree reported his mailbox was damaged last night. No suspects have been identified at this time. 07/25/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0930 hours donald henry was remanded to the custody of the sheriff's office to serve 72 hours of shock time. 07/25/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 0930 hours Tracey Vogrin was arrested in DIV IV court room shock time. 07/25/14 12:46 LEAVENWORTH COUNTY JAIL, LEAVENWORTH On at 1246 hours, I responded to the Levenworth County KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Dale Clark into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $7,500, Mr. Clark was transported to the Cass County Jail. 07/25/14 13: COTTAGE LN, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1426 hours I responded to S Cottage Lane outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I contacted Abbey Huston and Hailey Wilson who stated a male subject in a white truck had followed them aggressively the previous night. No suspect has been identified at this time. 07/25/14 17: ORE RD, PLEASANT HILL On July 25, 2014, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on Ore Road south of State Route P in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A green Ford Explorer lost control on the gravel roadway and drove through a fence. The driver had no reported injuries. 07/25/14 18:23 NB 49/MM 150.4, On Friday July 25th, 2014 at approximately 1823 hours I conducted a traffic stop on I-49 and the 150MM. During the stop a white male was (2) summons and released at the scene. 07/25/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On July 25, 2014 at the Cass county Sheriff's Office, I placed a male subject in custody on an active warrant. On july 25, 2014 during an unrelated incident I placed Brandon M Woods in custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CV A suspect was identified and placed in custody in this incident.

8 07/25/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/25/2014, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a white female, Lauren Mihlethaler, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 13CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for two days of court ordered shock time. 07/25/14 21:00 SB49/168, PECULIAR On July 25, 2014, at approximately 2102 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a red Jeep sports utility vehicle on southbound Interstate 49, near mile marker 168, Peculiar. The driver of that vehicle was arrested for driving while revoked. 07/26/14 01: E. OF D HWY, CLEVELAND On July 27, 2014 at about 0121 hours, I stopped a blue 2004 GMC pickup on 215th street east of MO State Route D. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to stay on right half side of road. 07/26/14 02: WOLF RD, ARCHIE On July 26, 2014 I initiated an investigation of a missing person complaint. A female subject, Lindi Snyder, reported that a friend, Deborah Pearson, had not arrived at home. There was no apparent crime at the time of report. 07/26/14 02: BROOKSIDE DR, BELTON On Saturday July 26th 2014 I attempted to stop a vehicle in the area of Cambridge and Ridge Dr. in Belton Missouri for it's left front head light not working. The vehicle failed to stop and after a brief vehicle pursuit the driver was taken into custody for Resisting arrest and active warrants out of Grandview Missouri. 07/26/14 02: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On July 26, 2014 at about 0312 hours, I was dispatched to S. State Route D in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Renae L. Okeefe. Ms. Okeefe said that someone had stolen a beer keg from her residence. No suspects were identified. 07/26/14 06:28 ORCHARD DR/ N OF 267, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0634 I investigated a one car crash on Orchard road north of 267th. The driver and only occupant was not injured. The vehicle was removed by Johnson Towing service with no other property damage having occurred. 07/26/14 09: TH STREET, PLEASANT HILL On July 26, 2014, I investigated a report of property damage that occurred at E. 211th Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Laura Ross reported that someone damaged their mailbox Thursday night. No suspects have been identified in this case. 07/26/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 07/26/2014 at approximately 1400 hours, Botteron, Eric James was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for medical treatment as ordered by Amy, the on duty Nurse. 07/26/14 14: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On July 26, 2014, I investigated a theft from a building that occurred at S. Little Road in rural Garden City, Missouri. A suspect has been identified in this case.

Riley JR W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Foster the Cass County Warrant, with a $2,500 cash or surety bond. 07/26/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1930 hours, I made contact with Kailey M Jons-Fansler W/F, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Foster the Cass County Warrant, with a $10,000 cash only bond. 07/26/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2040 hours, I made contact with the Wyandotte County, KS, Sheriff's Office, who advised me that Justin Allen Cherry had an active extraditable warrant from their jurisdiction. I am applying for a Fugitive from out of state warrant. 07/27/14 00:00 NB 49 AT A4 SCALES, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, July 27th at approximately 0000 hours I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at the A4 Scales on a green 1999 Ford Escort. The white male driver was arrested for DWR, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 07/27/14 10: STATE ROUTE 2, WEST LINE On at approximately 1105 hours I responded to 1607 E State Route 2 outside of Cleveland, MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Jamie Murray who stated his estranged wife arrived at the residence causing a disturbance over child custody matters. 07/27/14 14: MCKISSOCK STREET, PLEASANT HILL On July 27, 2014, I conducted a residence check at 602 N. McKissock Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I arrested Richard I. Garcia, H/M, on a Cass County burglary warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 07/27/14 14: ARMSTRONG STREET, PLEASANT HILL On July 27, 2014, I conducted a residence check at 503 N. Armstrong Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I arrested Garrett L. Chambers, W/M, on 2 Cass County traffic warrants and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 07/27/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1630 Hours, I made contact with Michael Ruckdeschel at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 10cacr for non support. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time.

10 07/27/14 16:50 WINNEBAGO PD, 07/27/14 18: CLENDENEN RD, RAYMORE On July 27, 2014 I investigated a complaint of a suicidal subject at 1313 Clendenen Road. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, Jennifer Barker. Ms. Barker was transported by ambulance for treatment. Three was no apparent crime during this incident. 07/27/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Rusty L. Barbarick w/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was transported from Pleasant Hill PD on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR /27/14 21: HARPER RD, PECULIAR On July 27, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a check the welfare complaint at South Harper road Peculiar, Mo. Upon arrival I made contact with a female subject, identified as Dana Briggs. Ms. Briggs was located and contacted. There was no apparent crime during this incident.
