1 10/16/17 10: SUNSET LN, RAYMORE On October 16, 2017 I conducted a residence check at 617 South Sunset Road, Raymore, Missouri. Austin Doustou, w/m, was arrested for Missouri Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation. 10/16/17 12: CANTRELL RD, ARCHIE On 10/16/2017 at approximately 1245 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a report of a missing person. William Kinderick reported he had been unable to get a hold of his sister for over a month. The sister was located at her residence. 10/16/17 15: STATE ROUTE 7, GARDEN CITY On Monday October 16th, 2017 at approximately 1600 hours I responded to Missouri 7 Highway in reference to a stolen trailer. Upon arrival I made contact with Bollinger, Adam W/M and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 10/16/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 16, 2017 I spoke with Clark Gunnerson, w/m, who stated he had two chain saws stolen from his barn at South Bennett, Freeman, Missouri. There is no suspect information at this time. 10/16/17 17: BLOCK OF EAST 183RD STREET, BELTON On October 16th, 2017, I received information of suspicious criminal activity that had occurred in the 1300 block of East 183rd Street, Belton, Missouri, on or around October 3rd, There is suspect information. 10/16/17 20: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/16/2017 at approximately 2009 hours, I was dispatched the the report of theft at E 227th St Harrisonville, MO. Upon my arrival I contacted Andrew Mallinson who reported his detached garage had been broken into and numerous items had been taken. 10/16/17 20: ASKEW AVE, BELTON On 10/16/17 at 2020 hours I was dispatched to S. Askew in rural Belton in reference to a theft of a bicycle. Upon arrival I made contact with Gregory Rich W/M who advised that on Sunday 10/15/17 at approximately 0030 hours someone had stolen his older model schwin bicycle after they attempted to steal his 16 foot flatbed trailer. He advised the incident was captured on his security cameras. 10/16/17 22: BRIAR RD, PECULIAR On October 16, 2017 I was dispatched to Briar Rd Peculiar in reference to a disturbance with a subject attempting to light the house on fire. Incident was found to non criminal in nature and son was making a oil lamp in his room that the father was smelling the fumes from. 10/17/17 10:21 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 10/17/17 at 1021 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Brooke Sears into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 cash only. Ms. Sears was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/17/17 10:21 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 10/17/17 at 1021 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Angela Cikan into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00760 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash allowed. Ms. Cikan was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I then took Robert Sheaffer into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only. Mr. Sheaffer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/17/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1100 hours I made contact with Thoms, Steven in the Cass County Jail. Mr. Thoms was arrested on Cass County warrant for non-support. 10/17/17 13: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On October 17th, 2017 at approximately 1338 hours I was dispatched to State Route F highway, Garden city, Missouri in reference to a burglary where items were taken. I contacted Tommy F. Grah who provided information for this report. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 10/17/17 14:07 JOHNSON CO, NEW CENTURY On at 1407 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Christian Wiese into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00225 for Fail To Appear, bond $5,000 cash only. Mr. Wiese was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/17/17 17: PONEY CREEK RD, FREEMAN On 10/17/2017 at approximately 1745 hours I was dispatched to 5300 E Poney Creek Road, Freeman, Missouri in reference to an attempted burglary. Diana Funk reported someone attempted to break into her residence on September 29th. 10/17/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/17/2017, at approximately 2300 Hours, I made contact with Kyle Bourey at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR00979 for Tampering with Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution. 10/17/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/17/2017, at approximately 2245 Hours, I made contact with Anastasia Bourey at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR00980 for Robbery - 1rst Degree. 10/17/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/17/2017, at approximately 2240 Hours, I made contact with Jason R. Timmons at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on three Cass County warrants. I served Cass County warrants for Fail to Appear (x3)-fail to drive on right half of rdwy-resulting in an accident, Driving while revoked/suspended-1st offense, and Fail to wear seat belt. 10/18/17 05: ST ST, LONE JACK On 10/18/17 at 0513 hours I was dispatched to E 161st street in reference to a possible sex offense later determined to be a Domestic assault. It was reported that a white female broke a window and struck the male party. A suspect has been identified.

3 10/18/17 09: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at approximately 0908 hours I was dispatched to S. Airport Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of check the welfare of a female subject. Amber Einerson was contacted and taken into custody for an active Failure to Appear warrant from Jackson County, KS. Ms. Einerson was transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 10/18/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at approximately 0954 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the Cass County Justice Center, located at 2501 West Mechanic in Harrisonville, Missouri. David A. Kloster, white male was taken in to custody on five active misdemeanor warrants out of Raymore, Missouri for failure to appear on traffic violations. Mr. Kloster was given a bond of $ cash payout on the five warrants and is currently being held in our jail on their warrants. 10/18/17 11: SUFFOLK LA, BELTON On October 18, 2017 at 1147 hours, I was dispatched to 760 Suffolk Lane, Lock Lloyd, Belton, MO in reference to stealing. I made contact with the homeowner Sean A. Siebert who provided information for this report. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 10/18/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday October 18th 2017 I contacted Robert Tretter, w/m who reported his daughter as a missing person. The subject has been found. 10/18/17 12: LONE TREE RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday October 18, 2017 I responded to South Lone Tree Road to conduct a missing person investigation which was reported by Shirley Peacock. Missing person was located by Henry County, and found to be in good health. 10/18/17 14: ND ST, CREIGHTON On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at approximately 1431 hours I was dispatched to 504 2nd St, Creighton, MO in reference to a report of check welfare. Jason Brunner was contacted and taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #17-CAFTA-1121 for Civil Contempt which revealed a bond of $1500 cash only and a court date of 11/07/17 at 0900 hours. Also, active Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00913 for 4TH Degree Domestic Assault which revealed a bond of $2500 with 10% cash allowed and a court date of 10/30/17 at 0900 hours. 10/18/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/18/2017, at approximately 1455 Hours, I made contact with Anderson, Nathan at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, and arrested Mr. Anderson on a Belton warrant. 10/18/17 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 18, 2017 at 1446 hours, I met with Tabitha J. Ewart in the lobby of Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, in reference to Ms. Ewart reporting the front license plate on her vehicle being lost/stolen. A report was generated. 10/18/17 15:31 SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at approximately 1608 hours, I conducted an investigation near the intersection of School Road and Hubach Hill Road in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to found property. The owner of the property was not located and the property was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office to be stored in the secure lot.

4 10/18/17 16: COUNTRY LANE, PECULIAR On Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at approximately 1714 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the residence of Country Lane in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a subject having active Cass County warrants. Matthew R. McCulley, white male, was taken in to custody on two active misdemeanor Cass County warrants. Mr. McCulley was transported to the Cass County jail and given a total bond of $ Cash only and a court date of Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 10/18/17 16:48 HARRISONVILLE PD, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0830 hours, I came in contact with Joshua Gardino at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant was issued for fail to appear for speeding. Bond was set at $250.00, cash only. 10/18/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1530 hours, I arrested Madison Rohrer at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR00356 was issued for assault 2nd. A signature bond was given. 10/18/17 19: TH ST, ARCHIE On 10/18/2017, at approximately 2031 hours, I responded to E 327th Street, in reference to a death. The death of an elderly female was determined to be of natural causes. 10/19/17 00:46 7/KAUFFMAN, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday 10/19/2017 at approximately 0046 hours I responded to the area of 7 Hwy and Kauffman Road in Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a single car Motor Vehicle accident. The driver had left the scene. 10/19/17 05:48 KURZWEIL RD/S OF 155TH, RAYMORE On 10/19/2017 I responded to the area of Kurzweil Road just south of 155th street for an abandoned vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was unoccupied and was towed due to blocking the roadway. 10/19/17 09: KIRCHER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 19, 2017 at approximately 0953 hours I was dispatched to a phone call report in reference to a report of stealing which occurred on 10/17/17 at S. Kircher Rd, Harrisonville, MO. Vickie Drury stated some tools were taken from a barn. A suspect has not been identified. 10/19/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2017, at approximately 0900 Hours, I made contact with Dunlop, Andrew at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I arrested Mr. Dunlop on a Court Order. Bond was set at None Allowed. 10/19/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2017, at approximately 1000, contraband was located in the Cass County Jail, located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 10/19/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2017, at approximately 1434 Hours, I made contact with Terry, Charles at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Bond is set at $5, cash or surety. 10/19/17 15: RD ST, BELTON On 10/20/2017 at 0140 hours, I responded to the Belton Jail, 7001 E 163rd St Belton MO, for a warrant service. I took Joseph Burns, B/M, into custody on Cass County Warrant for FTA - Operate a Motor Vehicle in Careless and Reckless Manner. Bond was set at $ cash only or ROR after 48 hours and a court date of 11/28/2017 at 0900 hours. 10/19/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2017, at approximately 1410 hours, I took custody of Melissa Atkinson at the Cass County Justice Center on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00961 for escape or attempted escape from custody and 17CA-CR00983 for stealing. 10/19/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1550 hours, I came in contact with David Thomas at the Cass County Jail reference to three active Cas County warrants. The warrant #'s 15CA-CR00163, 15CA-CR , and 16CA-CR were issued for probation violations. Bonds were set at $25,000.00, 10% cash only a piece, for a total of $75, /19/17 16:12 69 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, October 19, 2017 at approximately 1615 hours I was dispatched to 69 Merle Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to report of an assault no longer in progress. Daniel Monath stated he was assaulted by a neighbor. Suspects have been identified. 10/19/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1725 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Jail refused to lock down in their cells as ordered. A response to resistance was ordered to maintain control of the block. 10/19/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approiximately 1625 hours, I took custody of Maurice Bell from a bonding company for a Boone County bond surrender. Bell also was found to have charges form Jackson County and the Missouri State highway Patrol. 10/19/17 19: STATE ROUTE 2 HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2017 at approximately 1936 hours I responded to 5200 State route 2 Highway regarding a motor vehicle accident. One vehicle left the scene and no injuries occurred as a result of this accident. 10/19/17 19: LAKE RD, GARDEN CITY On Thursday 10/19/17 at approximately 1942 hours I responded to 501 Lake Rd in Garden City Missouri in regards to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I placed Shelbie C. Moloski under arrest for an active Cass County warrant. 10/19/17 20: RD ST, BELTON On October 19, 2017 at about 2113 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department located at 7001 E. 163rd street, Belton, Missouri to assist on a Drug Recognition and Evaluation.

I took jack Bandy, W/M, into custody on Cass County Weekend Warrant for Fugitive from Out of State. Bond was set at $10, cash only and a court date of 12/28/2017 at 0900 hours. 10/19/17 22: WILMOTH RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/19/2017, at approximately 2242 hours, I responded to the area of S Wilmoth Road, Pleasant Hill, in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation resulted in the arrest of Dakota Runions, W/M, on Cass County warrant for fail to stop for school bus unloading children. Bond was set at $ cash only or ROR after 48 hours and a court date of 11/28/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 10/19/17 22: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On 10/19/2017 at approximately 2300 hours I was dispatched a phone call regarding a vehicle theft. Through my investigation it was determined a vehicle had been stolen. 10/20/17 08: MAIN CITY RD, DREXEL On 10/20/2017 at approximately 0853 hours I was dispatched to Main City Road, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a domestic assault. Upon my arrival I made contact with the two individuals involved. The parties were separated and a report was taken. 10/20/17 09:10 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY On at 0910 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Ty Docman into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00216 for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. Mr. Docman was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/20/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1410 hours, I contacted Michael D Butler at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant # for Failure To Appear, Failed to Register Vehicle. Tyler Epstein reported two subjects had thrown water bottles at him while he was riding his bicycle. The subjects were located. 10/20/17 17: STATE ROUTE E, STRASURG On Friday October 20th, 2017 at approximately 0746 hours I was dispatched to State Route E in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival the Archie officer had the subject in custody and I assisted with recovering a firearm which was released to Archie Police Department. 10/21/17 04:26 DENNYS/FLYING J, PECULIAR On October 21, 2017 at approximately 0427 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the Denny's parking lot in Peculiar on a white in color Chevrolet pick up for non-working tag lights. The driver was arrested for Driving While Suspended and an active Clay County warrant and transported to the jail. 10/21/17 08: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On October 21, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance that occurred at E. 181st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. My investigation revealed an argument had occurred between husband and wife. Both parties were contacted at the scene and agreed they could remain peaceful towards each other. 10/21/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with Kayla E. Bardezbain, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. Upon arrival I made contact with Pennington, Rock W/M and gathered information for the report. A residence was cleared do to an open door. 10/21/17 13: GUNN CITY RD, GARDEN CITY On October 21, 2017 I responded to E. Gunn City Rd, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to a check the welfare. I made contact with the subject who stated he was ok and was not having any suicidal thoughts. It was determined that a verbal argument between husband and wife had occurred. This report is non criminal in nature. 10/21/17 14: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On October 22, 2017 at approximately 0313 hours, I was dispatched to the Grandview PD, 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri, for a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival, I arrested one subject on active Cass County warrants and transported him to the jail.

The subject was remanded to custdy for a treatment court violation. 10/21/17 18:54 N CHESTNUT/HARGIS, BELTON On Saturday October 21, 2017 at approximately 1900 hours I was called called out in reference to a Belton Police Officer involved shooting where the suspect, had fled the area. I was requested to respond to assist with a building search for parties that were in the suspects vehicle. 10/22/17 06: JERRY AVE, RAYMORE On October 22, 2017 I responded to 1504 North Jerry, Raymore, Missouri for a report of suspicious activity. A male was transported by South Metro EMS for medical treatment. 10/22/17 07:25 C/251, PECULIAR Voided Report Incident Log 10/22/17 07:39 96 OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On October 22, 2017 I responded to 92 Old 7 Highway, Garden City, Missouri for a report of a Burglary. No suspects have been identified at this time. 10/22/17 09: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On Sunday October 22nd, 2017 at approximately 0907 hours I was dispatched to State Route F in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Casey Morris and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 10/22/17 12: TH ST, PECULIAR On 10/22/2017 at approximately 1252 hours I was dispatched to 8007 E 227th St, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a trespassing. Harold Suess reported there were subjects on his land without permission. Two subjects were arrested. 10/22/17 15: HOLDEN ST, EAST LYNNE On October 22, 2017 I conducted an assault investigation at 205 Holden, East Lynne, Missouri. As a result of my investigation it was revealed the assault actualy occurred in Grandview, Missouri. The reporting party was referred to the Grandview Police Department. 10/22/17 16: EAST OUTER RD, PECULIAR On 10/22/2017 at approximately 1630 hours I was dispatched to South East Outer Rd, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to an animal bite. Megan Strauss reported she was bit by a dog in this area. The owner was located. 10/22/17 17: HOLDEN ST, EAST LYNNE On October 22, 2017 I conducted an assault investigation that occurred at 205 Holden Street, East Lynne, Missouri. Made contact with a male and female party that were involved in the altercation. The male subject was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/22/17 18:46 187TH ST, BELTON On October 22, 2017 at approximately 1855 hours, I was dispatched to the area of 187th Street, between Holmes and State Line for an abandoned vehicle in a field. Upon arrival, I spoke with Christopher McGovern who located an

I contacted a male subject, Michael Sutton, who was placed in custody on an active Harrisonville Warrant.
