1 09/22/14 01:37 171ST/ HOLMES, BELTON On September 22, 2014 at about 0137 hours, I attempted to stop a 2006 Ford F350 pickup traveling south on Holmes Road from 164th street. The vehicle was towing a covered trailer and the trailer had no working ligts on. The vehicle refused to yield. The vehicle came to a stop near 119th Street and Mission Road. Driver of the vehicle was not identified. 09/22/14 06: HARRELSON DR, BELTON On Monday, September 22, 2014 at approximately 0611 hours I was dispatched to S. Harrelson Dr, Belton, MO reference to a report of vandalism. I contacted Steve Cage who said that six busses had wiring harnesses and battery straps removed. Suspect(s) have not been identified. 09/22/14 10: DUNCAN CIR, RAYMORE On September 22nd, 2014 at approximately 1025 hours I conducted a residence check at 609 Duncan Circle in Raymore, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Schoultes, Michael W/M. Mr. Scholtes was taken into custody on warrant #14CACR00902 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/22/14 10: CLEVELAND AVENUE, CLEVELAND On Monday September 22, 2014 I assisted Johnson County Kansas Sheriff's Office Detective B. Wilson, by conducting a stand by at South Cleveland Avenue, as well as 5105 East 221st Street for a Richard Bird. Negative contact at both residences, however stolen property was located and recovered from 5105 East 221st Street in Rural Peculiar, Missouri. 09/22/14 11: LOCUST ST, DREXEL On Monday September 22nd, 2014 at approximately 1300 hours, I served a warrant for Failure to Appear on a Passing Bad Check charge. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 09/22/14 12: ND ST, FREEMAN On Monday September 22nd, 2014 at approximately 1314 hours I responded to 100 E. 2nd Street in Freeman, Missouri in reference to a check the welfare call. Upon arrival I made contact with Liston, Sheina W/F, and Bracken, Robin W/f. I gathered information for the report and the scene was cleared. 09/22/14 17: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On September 22, 2014 I conducted an investigation of fruadulent activity on a debit card at 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri. The victim reported three charges made on her debit card that were not authorized. No suspects have been identified at this time. 09/22/14 18: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On Monday, September 22, 2014 at approximately 1940 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Stateline Road in rural Cleveland, Missouri in regards to a reported theft of a cow. The victim, Thomas B. Farrell, white male stated that he had recently purchased the cow. While conducting my investigation I observed signs of property damage to the chain securing the gate to the pasture where Mr. Farrell's cattle were. No suspect information is available at this time. 09/22/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/22/2014, at approximately 1930 Hours, I made contact with a black male, William Hughes at the Cass County Jail on an Cass County warrant #14-CAFTA-955. I served Cass County Warrant #14-CAFTA-955 with a $4,000.00, 10% cash only bond for Possession Of Up To 35 grams Marijuana.

I made contact with Crystal D. Switzer who was reporting a verbal argument with her ex-husband. 09/23/14 04:33 NB 7/323, On September 23rd 2014, at approximately 0433 hours I was dispatched to the area of North bound 7 Highway near 323rd street, Creighton Missouri in reference to a single semi-truck motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries reported and the vehicle was towed from scene by Stever's Tow company. 09/23/14 07:51 253RD/GROH RD, On Tuesday at approximately 0753 hours I was dispatched to the intersection of 253rd and Groh road. Upon arrival I observed a silver in color Dodge Durango in a ditch on the east side of Groh road, north of 253rd street, approximately 200 feet from a hillcrest. Nobody was injured in this accident. 09/23/14 08:49 LEWIS N OF 277TH, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday September 23rd, 2014 at approximately 0849 hours I conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 277th Street and Lewis Road. During the traffic stop Bledsoe, Clarence W/M was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CAARW1048 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/23/14 09:15 DONIPHAN CO SO, KS, TROY On 09/23/14 at 0915 hours, I responded to the Doniphan County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Tyler Foreman into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00874 for Possession of controlled substance, bond $7500, Mr. Foreman was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/23/14 09:15 DONIPHAN CO SO, KS, TROY On 09/23/14 at 0915 hours, I responded to the Doniphan County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Joesph W Labosky into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00873 for Possession of a conrtolled substance, bond $7,500, Mr. Labosky was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/23/14 09: AERO DR, PECULIAR On Tuesday at approximately 0936 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Smith, Richard L. who said that his Rolex watch was stolen. 09/23/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0935 hours, I was contacted by a subject at the front counter who found a wallet on the sidewalk in front of the Sheriff's Office. The owner was identified and contact was attempted. 09/23/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1200 hours, I contacted Hammond, Levi and the Cass County Jail on a Jackson County warrant. I served Jackson County warrant # for Failed to register a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $2, ten percent Cash Only. Subject posted bond and was released from the Cass County Jail.

Becker-Schutte that there was a active fire at Sherwood High school. I responded to assist Fire Marshall, Chris Beal regarding the investigation. 09/24/14 08:55 BELTON PD, On September 25, 2014 at approximately 0834 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. A subject was arrested for active Cass County warrant and active Probation and Parole warrants. 09/24/14 08: MAIN, FREEMAN On September 24, 2014 at approximately 0859 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic in reference to a fraud. My investigation revealed that a debit card was used without the owner's consent. 09/24/14 09: ND TER, PLEASANT HILL On September 24, 2014 I responded to E. 192nd Terrace, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to checking the welfare of a horse. Upon observation of the horse, I observed it to be in a sickly manner. Contact with owners has been made.

My investigation revealed that nineteen head of cattle were stolen from that location. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 09/24/14 13:08 4/FIR, GARDEN CITY On September 24, 2014 I responded to the area of 4th Street and Fir Street in Garden City, Missouri in reference to assist Garden City officers on a vehicle stop. A subject was identified, placed into custody, and transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/24/14 21:10 175/GIBBONS, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at approximately 2110 hours I conducted a vehicle stop on 175th St and Gibbons Rd in rural Pleasant Hill, MO reference a report of a careless and imprudent driver. The female driver was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated and failure to stay on the right side of the roadway. The suspect has been identified. 09/25/14 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Azielee Adams b/f, at the Cass County Jail. She was transported by Kansas City Police on Cass County Warrant 11CA-CR /25/14 03: GUM ST, GARDEN CITY On Thursday, September 25, 2014 at approximately 0311 hours I was dispatched to 602 Gum St, Garden City, MO reference to a report of a person not breathing. I contacted Larry Elam who said that he woke up and realized his female partner was not breathing. My investigation revealed that no apparent crime was committed. 09/25/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/25/14, at approximately 0920 Hours, I made contact with Aaron I. Johnson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Independence PD warrant. I served Independence PD warrant, for Probation Violation. 09/25/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0912 hours, Ferguson bonding stated he was going to revoked Jeffrey Ramsey Bond and that he was watching Jeffrey Ramsey so he wouldn't leave the court house, at that time Jeffrey Ramsey walked out

I served Cass County warrant, for Traffic Violation. 09/25/14 13: ROCK ISLAND DR, PLEASANT HILL On at approximateley 1459 hours I responded to S Rock Island Drive outside of Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a residence check. Upon arrival I contacted Alicia Ulmer who was taken into custody for an active Pettis County warrant. Ms. Ulmer was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/25/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/25/2014 at approximately 1430 hours, I made contact with Sannon Lynn Corum at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I took her into custody at this time, and escorted her to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/25/14 15: TH CIR, BELTON 09/25/14 18:43 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On 09/25/14 at 1843 hours, I responded to the Clay County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jennifer Gianettino into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01516 for Probation Violation, bond $10000, MS Gianettino was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/25/14 19: JERRY, RAYMORE On September 25, 2014 at about 2025 hours, I was dispatched to 1502 N. Jerry in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Michael Weed. Mr. Weed reported that someone has been getting into his vehicles while they were parked at his residence and he has a video recording of the suspect. 09/25/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2010 hours, I responded to Belton Research Hospital in reference to a warrant on James K. Haag. Mr. Haag was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was served two misdemeanor warrants. 09/25/14 22: GORE RD, QUITMAN On September 25, 2014 at about 2206 hours, I was dispatched to 1107 E. Gore Road in reference to suspicious activiaty. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting pary, Mr. Terry Konts who told me that someone has been changing the password on his phone service. 09/26/14 08:04 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On 09/26/14 at 0804 hours, I responded to the Vernon County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Amber Black into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00589 for Fail To Appear, bond $ % cash only, MS Black was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I then took Jerome Wakili into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01593 for Theft, bond $7500, Mr. Wakili was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/26/14 12: RD ST, BELTON On Friday September 26th, 2014 at approximately 1624 hours I conducted a prisoner transfer at the Belton Police Department. Upon arrival I made contact with Warfield, Vernon B/M and took him into custody on active Cass County warrant #14CACR00927 and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 09/26/14 14: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 26, 2014 I responded to E. 191st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a fraud report. The reporting party stated she was missing her Quick Trip fuel card and has noticed unauthorized charges on it. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 09/26/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Bobby Joe Bryant warrant #12CA-CR01039 for Probation Violation, with a $4, % cash bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 09/26/14 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On Friday at approximately 1847 hours I responded to E 200 street, Peculiar in reference to a suicidal female that has cut her wrists with a knife. Upon arrival I made contact with the female who was to suicidal, she had blood on her arms from an small wound on her head. The female was evaluated by EMS on scene but she refused any treatment. No crime was committed. 09/26/14 19: OAK AVE, PECULIAR On September 26th, 2014 I investigated the theft of a generator that occurred at S. Oak Avenue, Peculiar, Missouri. At this time there is no suspect information available. 09/26/14 21: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On September 26, 2014, at approximately 2253 hours, I investigated a reported burglary at East 175th Street, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Investigation revealed that Rockwell Browne had multiple firearms, knives, and currency taken from his residence. No suspect has been identified at this time. 09/26/14 21:55 D/203, BELTON On September 26, 2014 I conducted a vehicle check while working a Cass County STEPP check point at 203rd Street and D Highway in rural Belton, Missouri. The vehicle was discovered to have narcotics. The driver was issued a summons and released from scene. 09/26/14 22:40 D/203, BELTON On September 26, 2014 I conducted a vehicle check while working a Cass County STEPP check point at 203rd Street and D Highway in rural Belton, Missouri. Subject inside the vehicle was found to have active warrants and a suspended driving status. Subject was placed in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail.

7 09/27/14 00: HWY, RAYMORE On Saturday, September 27th, 2014 at approximately 0026 hours, I assisted the Kansas State Highway Patrol in recovering a reported cell phone. I responded to the residence of 1711 East State Route 58 in rural Raymore, Missouri and spoke with Katherine E. Morris, white female who stated she had found the phone in a trash can at a truck stop in Kansas. The cell phone was recovered and was placed in to safe keeping at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 09/27/14 13: STATE ROUTE D, BELTON On Saturday at approximately 1319 hours I was dispatched to State Rout D in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made Contact with Wood, Ronald D. w/m who said that approximately $800 worth of copper wire stolen from his house. No suspects have been identified. 09/27/14 16:22 NB 49/MM 166.4, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday at approximately 1622 hours I came upon an accident that he occurred on North bound Interstate 49 at mile marker A green in color Plymouth passenger car was in the median. I also made contact with the driver of a Tractor trailer that was involved in this accident. Evidently the Plymouth and and the Tractor trailer collided with each other causing the Plymouth to spin out of control skidding into the median. Nobody was injured in this accident. 09/27/14 17: JEFFERSON PKY, HARRISONVILLE On September 27, 2014 at approximately 1707 hours, I investigated a disturbance at S. Jefferson Parkway, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Ryane R Lashley said that she was leaving and wanted a peaceful departure. The reporting party later left the area without incident. 09/28/14 00:02 COUNTRY CLUB/MULBERRY, PLEASANT HILL On September 28, 2014, I conducted a traffic stop on Mulberry Street at Country Club, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri, on a 2001 silver Chevy Truck. The driver was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Cass County, Missouri. He was also issued a citation for driving while suspended. 09/28/14 00:20 164TH TER AND OAK ST, BELTON On Sunday, September 28th, 2014 at approximately 0043 hours, I responded to the area of 164th Terrace in rural Belton, Missouri in regards to a report of suspicious activity. Upon my arrival I observed a white male, later identified as Cyle P. Binkley-Coates walking east on 164th Terrace near the intersection of Oak Street. Mr. Binkley-Coates was later placed in to custody and transported to the Cass County jail for an active Cass County warrant for a Failure to appear on an order of protection. Mr. Binkley-Coates was given a court date of Tuesday, October 7th, 2014 at 0900 hours in Cass County Courts and a bond of $ % Cash Only. 09/28/14 13:36 343RD ST/MCLELLAN, DREXEL On September 28, 2014 I responded to the area of E. 343rd Street and S. McClellan Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident in which the vehicle left the scene. The suspect vehicle caused damage to a barbed wire fence at the intersection of E. 343rd Street and S. McClellan Road. There is no vehicle information at this time. 09/28/14 13: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On September 28, 2014 at approximately 1433 hours, I investigated a burglary at 305 Main Street, Apt#B, Garden City, Missouri. The victim identified as Shawn M Sardeson reported that someone entered his apartment and stole his X-Box 360. No suspects have been identified.

8 09/28/14 14: MAIN ST, EAST LYNNE On September 28, 2014 I investigated a burglary that occurred at 511 Main Street, East Lynne, Missouri. There was forced entry to the door and several tools were taken from inside the building. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 09/28/14 15: TH ST, DREXEL On September 28, 2014 I responded to the emergency room at Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to a dog bite that occurred at E. 339th Street, Drexel, Missouri. The victim of the dog bite was the owner of the dog and stated the dog was up to date on his vaccinations. 09/28/14 17: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On September 28, 2014, I responded to E. 283rd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance between husband and wife. I made contact with both parties involved who stated the argument was verbal only and did not become physical or threatening. This case is closed as non criminal in nature. 09/28/14 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/28/2014, at approximately 1930 hours, I arrested Kenneth Siebert at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. He turned himself in for 24 hour shock time per Shannon Bruegge at the Cass County Jail. 09/28/14 21:07 ORCHARD DR/267TH, HARRISONVILLE On 09dd , at approximately 2107 hours I was dispatched to the area of 267th street, and South Orchard road in reference to a single car motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries to report, and the vehicle was towed from scene by Miller tow. 09/28/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/28/2014, at approximately 2100 hours, I arrested Victor A Reyes at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. He turned himself in for 24 hour shock time per Shannon Bruegge at the Cass County Jail. 09/28/14 23:42 291/150, LEE'S SUMMIT On September 29, 2014, at approximately 0022 hours, I transported a white male who was in the custody of the Missouri State Highway Patrol from the Quiktrip, located off 150 Highway in Lee's Summit, Missouri, to the Cass County Jail without incident. The white male had been arrested on active Cass County warrants.
