1 10/15/18 01: RD ST, BELTON On October 15, 2018 at approximately 0619 hours, I was dispatched to the Belton Jail to transport one white male to the Cass County Jail. Jason Mucke, w/m, was arrested on three Cass County warrants. Warrant 18-CAFTA-1659 for Failure to Appear on receiving stolen property, $ cash only bond, Warrant 18-CAFTA-1660 and warrant 18-CAFTA-1658 for Failure to Appear for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, both are $ cash only bond, and all three have a court date of at 0900 hours. 10/15/18 08: STATE ROUTE D, DREXEL On 10/15/2018, at approximately 0859 hours, I responded to S State Route D for property damage report. Craig J Wright, w/m, said that a security light and camera were torn from their mounts and stolen from the property. The investigation is on-going. 10/15/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/2018, at approximately 1015 hours, I took custody of James Rogers at the Cass County Justice Center on active Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00996 for possession of controlled substance. Bond was set at $10,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 12/06/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 10/15/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/2018, at approximately 1052 hours, I began the process for obtaining a warrant on an inmate at the Cass County Jail for fugitive from out of state from Johnson County, KS. 10/15/18 11: STATE ROUTE 2, GARDEN CITY On Monday 10/15/18 at approximately 1233 hours I responded to the cattle pasture directly to the north E SR2 in Garden City Missouri in regards to a property damage. Joseph W. Petty, W/M, told me that sometime between Sunday, 10/14/18, and this morning, Monday 10/15/18, someone damaged the rail cattle fence at the entrance to his property. 10/15/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/18, at approximately 1303 hours, I took a phone call civil report from John R. Hass, Jr.. Mr. Hass wanted to report that the mother of his daughter had filed fraudulent child support paperwork on 08/07/2006, and was seeking recoupment of the funds that he had paid. 10/15/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/2018 at 1400 hours I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office reference a warrant arrest. I took Daniel Wheeler into custody on Gasconade County warrant # 18GA-CR00078, for Failure to Appear, bond $2, and on Higginsville PD warrant # , bond $ Mr. Wheeler was then booked into the Cass County Jail. 10/15/18 15: STATE ROUTE 7 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On 10/15/18, at approximately 1534 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St., Harrisonville for a walk-in report of harassment. Gary W. Durnell, w/m, wanted to report that he was being harassed by someone shining a bright light into his house on 10/14/18 at approximately 1953 hours. A suspect has been identified. 10/15/18 20: TH ST, FREEMAN On at approximately 2002 hours I was dispatched to 102 E. 4th street Freeman for a reported Ex parte violation. Upon arrival at approximately 2012 hours I made contact with Jeremy Hall. Mr. Hall told me that he was there to see his children and the suspect assaulted him outside the residence. The suspect had left prior to my arrival. A suspect has been identified.

2 10/15/18 20:18 SHADY LN NORTH OF 58 HWY, BELTON On Monday, October 15th 2018, at 2018 hours, the Cass County Sheriff's Office Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a pedestrian check on Shady Lane north of 58 Highway in Belton, Missouri on a white male and white female. The white male fled the scene on foot and was not apprehended. The female, identified as Alicia L. Eubank, was arrested for an active felony warrant #18RYFTA464 out Ray County for possession of methamphetamine with a bond of $5,000 cash only. Ms. Eubank was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. 10/15/18 23: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/15/2018, at approximately 2356 hours, I was dispatched S. Graham Road, Pleasant Hill, for a disturbance in progress. Upon arriving, my investigation revealed an assault possibly had occurred. A suspect has been identified. 10/16/18 01:17 SB49/MM170.4, BELTON On Tuesday, October 16th 2018, at 0117 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at mile marker in Belton, Missouri on a black 2004 Cadillac CTS for a license plate violation. The white male driver fled the scene of the stop and a pursuit ensued. The driver was subsequently taken into custody and charged with felony resisting arrest. 10/16/18 08:12 11 MERLE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Tuesday 10/16/18 at approximately 0819 hours I responded to 1300 Delaware in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a Domestic Assault that occurred at 11 Merle Rd in Pleasant Hill. No arrest has been made at this time. 10/16/18 09: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On , I arrested Kara L. Carpenter w/f on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to the Grandview Police Department in Grandview, MO and transported Ms. Carpenter to the Cass County Jail. School Rd., Raymore, for a report of stealing. Nelda J. Pena, w/f, 07/03/38, wanted to report that her daughter had stolen jewelry from her residence on 10/10/18. The Sheriff's Office was informed on 10/15/18 that Ms. Pena's husband had given the jewelry to their daughter. 10/16/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/16/2018, at approximately 1245 Hours, I made contact with Mr. James Rogers at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR01016 for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. On scene, a flat bed trailer and trailer hitch were located which had been stolen from a close property. A suspect has not been identified. 10/17/18 07: HARRISON, FREEMAN On at 0810 hours, I arrived at 303 N. Harrison St., Freeman, MO in reference to a stolen vehicle. Laurin Carver reported that her 2016 black Dodge Caravan was stolen sometime between at 1530 hours to at 0700 hours. While investigating the incident, the vehicle was located and recovered at Freeman Park unoccupied. Suspects have been identified. 10/17/18 07: OLD 71 HIGHWAY, ADRIAN On October 17, 2018 members of the Cass County Honor Guard Unit assisted in the funeral services for Bates County Sheriff's Deputy, Captain Kelly M. Phillips. 10/17/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 17, 2018 I observed a small crack in the lower driver's side corner of my issued vehicle on my way into work. As I continued to drive to the office I observed the crack to continue to grow in size. 10/17/18 08: TH ST, FREEMAN On at 0853 hours, I arrived at 104 4th St., Freeman, MO in reference to a stolen firearm. Contact was made with Beau Bollinger who reported that sometime between at 2130 hours and at 0717 hours a Taurus 9mm semi auto pistol was stolen out of his unlocked vehicle, which was parked in front of his residence. A suspect has not been identified. 10/17/18 17: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at approximately 1748 hours I was dispatched to State Route 7, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of a disorderly juvenile. Crystal Strauss stated her juvenile son was throwing things and threatening to hurt himself. The subject was transported by Emergency Medical Services. 10/17/18 19:31 233/CLEVELAND, CLEVELAND On October , at approximately 1937 hours, I was dispatched to the corner of 233rd Street and Cleveland Avenue, Cleveland for a shooting victim. I observed a black sedan with a white male inside with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his head. 10/17/18 21: PROSPECT AVE, BELTON On Wednesday at approximately 2138 hours I was dispatched to South Prospect Avenue, in Rural Cass county in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Swearengin, Jeffrey who told me that his sister's Green 1995 OldsMobile was stolen this morning. No suspect have been identified. 10/17/18 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/17/2018, at approximately 2345 Hours, I made contact with Hussain, Amir at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 18CA-CR00688 for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana. 10/18/18 00:16 B/S OF BRIDGE, CREIGHTON On October 18, 2018 at approximately 0018 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle check in the area of Gregg Road and Sherwood Lane on a red in color Chevrolet pick up. A probable cause search revealed narcotics and drug paraphernalia. K9 Champ entered and cleared the residence with no one located. In reference to a check the welfare. The reporting party Tara Lash was located on 203rd street just west of Prospect Ave. Mrs. Lash was ok and given a ride to her address at Montgall street in Belton. 10/19/18 07:01 195TH/ PECULIAR, On 10/19/18, at approximately 0704 hours, I was dispatched to 195th and Peculiar Drive, Belton to a two car motor vehicle accident with injuries. When I arrived, Gage D. Sparks, w/m, was being loaded onto a gurney for transport to Research Main Hospital for treatment. Harvey L. Hodges, w/m, 06/30/49 was walking around the intersection uninjured where the accident had occurred. Mr. Sparks had struck Mr. Hodges dump truck while heading south bound on Peculiar Drive, Belton. 10/19/18 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2018 at 0737 hours I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a warrant service. I made contact with Kane Spratt and took him into custody on multiple Cass County Warrants. 8 10/19/18 13: OAK ST, FREEMAN On 10/19/18, at approximately 1400 hours, I was dispatched to a disturbance not in progress. I met Terry W. Webster, b/m, on 2 hwy, east of Freeman, by the BP storage tanks. I asked Mr. Webster what had occurred, and he stated that he had gotten into a verbal altercation with Sarah J. Woolsey, w/f, and Jesse R. Evans, w/f,. I then went to 305 Oak St., Freeman to obtain Ms. Woolsey and Mr. Evan's side of the story. Upon checking all parties through dispatch for wants, Ms. Woolsey had two warrants, 18BO3720 and 18BO3721, from Belton. Ms. Woolsey was taken into custody for the outstanding warrants and no arrests were made for the verbal disturbance. 10/19/18 16: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 10/19/2018, at approximately 1652 hours, I responded to S McClain Rd for a stealing. William D Wiskur, w/m, said that steal pipe, 2 bulldozer batteries, and approximately 140 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen sometime in the past two days. 10/19/18 16: KANSAS AVE, OLATHE On 10/29/2018 at approximately 1124 hours I was dispatched to 101 N Kansas Ave, Olathe, Kansas in reference to a warrant service. Sianez /19/18 18: CERRITO DR, BELTON On October 19, 2018 at approximately 1842 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop on a green in color pickup with a trailer attached in the area of S. Cerrito for displaying a stolen license plate. The license plate was recovered and the driver of the truck were released from the scene.

9 10/19/18 18:46 2 HWY/271ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday, October 20th, 2018, at approximately 1855 hours, I was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office for a walk-in motor vehicle accident with no injuries. I contacted Jimmy Morgan, who stated he had hit a dog while driving home. The dog owner was identified and a report was taken. 10/19/18 19: CROWN PARK, BELTON On October 19, 2019 the Criminal Apprehension Unit was dispatched to 7662 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri for a disturbance. Heather Lofink, w/f, reported a subject damaged the screen on her door. Scott Rd in Belton, MO. The driver was taken into custody. 10/19/18 22:48 174/S BENTON, BELTON On October 19th, 2018 at approximately 2250 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle check on Benton Street, and 174th Street, Belton, Missouri on a silver in color Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle owner was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 10/19/18 23: RD ST, BELTON On 10/20/2018, at approximately 0700 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department for a prisoner transfer. I made contact with Robert E Stuby, w/m, and took him into custody on an active Cass County warrant, , for FTA - No Insurance. Bond was set at $ cash only with the condition to be released after 48 hours and a court date of 11/27/2018 at 0900 hours was issued. 10/20/18 01:05 SB 7/49, HARRISONVILLE On October 20, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a black Nissan on State Route 7 near Interstate 49, Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for no state operators license. The pasenger was issued summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 10/20/18 07: RD ST, BELTON On 10/20/2018, at approximately 0751 hours, I responded to 805 E 203rd for a disturbance in progress. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 10/20/18 13: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On Saturday 10/20/18 at approximately 1336 I responded to E 235th St in Pleasant Hill Missouri in regards to a burglary. Robert P. Burton told me several items were taken from his property including his 1998 Dodge Ram Pickup. No suspect has been identified. 10/20/18 15: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On 10/20/2018, at approximately 1549 hours, I responded to S State Route C for found property. I made contact with Terry E Crabtree, w/m, who said that he found several items on his property that do not belong to him. On scene, I contacted Richard Madigan, who stated items were stolen from his truck on 10/18/2018. My investigation revealed the driver appeared to be intoxicated. An arrest was made. 10/21/18 03: SLOAN CEMETERY RD, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 0331 hours I responded to Sloan Cemetery rd Pleasant Hill for a reported disturbance. Upon arrival at approximately 0347 hours I made contact with Nicholas Soard and Mattie Snead both parties told me that they had been in a verbal disagreement. Both parties parties told me it was only verbal. Ms. Snead was given a ride to her residence in Pleasant Hill. 10/21/18 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0400 hours, I came in contact with Adam L. Hooper at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. The after hours warrant was issed for Burglary in the 1st degree. Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash only. 10/21/18 09: BOONVILLE AVE, SPRINGFIELD On at 1242 hours, I responded to the Green County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Maurio L Williams into custody on Cass County warrant # 18CA-CR00991 for Forgery 2 Counts, bond $ , 10% Cash Only, Mr Williams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/21/18 18: PARROTT FARM RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday October21, 2018 at approximately 115 hours I responded to Parrott Farm road reference a check the welfare. I was requested to contact William and Florence Parrott due to a check in their name being used in Liberty, MO. Contact was made with Ms. Parrott, who stated she hadn't written a check in Liberty. There was no suspect information at the time of report.

11 10/21/18 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1940 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to the Cass County Jail for a combative, suicidal inmate. The inmate was removed and safely placed on suicide watch.
