1 10/01/18 07:20 243RD ST/BRIDGE, EAST LYNNE On 10/01/2018, at approximately 0720 hours, I responded to the area of 243rd St and the Camp Branch Bridge for a burglary. I made contact with Rodney W Gray, w/m, who reported multiple items had been stolen from a work trailer left on sight. The investigation is on-going. 10/01/18 08: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On 10/01/2018, at approximately 0854 hours, I responded to S State Route 291 for a report of a burglary. I made contact with Raymond H Heuser, w/m, who said that someone stole a Daisey pellet-gun from the property. 10/01/18 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/01/2018, at approximately 1100 hours, I took custody of Nicholas Huey at the Cass County Justice Center on Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01125 for Probation Violation. Bond was set at $5,000.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 11/15/2018 at 0900 hours was given. 10/01/18 11:12 71 HWY (MILE MARKER 165.0), PECULIAR On 10/01/18, at approximately 1116 hours, I was dispatched to the Slumber Inn located at E. 275th St, Harrisonville, for property damage. Upon my arrival, I met with Hardeep S. Khehra, w/m, who informed me that there was property damage to room 131. Mr. Khehra took me to room 131 where I observed a circular hole/indentation in the wall. A suspect has been identified. 10/01/18 11: ND ST, BELTON On Monday 10/1/18 at approximately 1148 hours I responded to 205 E. 172nd St in Belton Missouri in regards to a stealing. Bradley S. Roy, W/M told me several tools were stolen by an employee of his farm. A suspect has been identified, no arrest has been made at this time. 10/01/18 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 01, 2018 at approximately 1020 hours while working in division III I made contact with Mr. Chase Burres. Mr. Chase Burres was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #15CA-CR Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 10/22/18 at 0900 hours in division III was given. 10/01/18 13: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On 10/01/18, at approximately 1353 hours, I was dispatched to S. West outer Rd., Archie to a report of stealing and property damage. Upon arriving, I met Nicholas L. Anderson, w/m, who stated that some of his property had been stolen and the residence had been damaged. A suspect has been identified. 10/01/18 16:06 12 CEDARS ST, FREEMAN On Monday 10/1/18 at approximately 1612 hours dispatch transferred a call to me from Regina L. Eberle, W/F. Mr. Eberle told me that her internet provider had forged her signature. After further investigation the internet provider explained to me that a digital signature was obtained by the adult person home at the time of the service call, Mrs. Eberle's daughter Madison G. Eberle, W/F. 10/01/18 16:30 KIRCHER RD, HARRISONVILLE On 10/01/2018, at approximately 1632 hours, I responded to the Sheriff's Office for found property. Mr. Robert D Poisal, w/m, said that he found a Mexican passport off of S Kircher Rd, between 299th and 307th.

2 10/01/18 17: JERRY, RAYMORE On Monday 10/1/18 at approximately 1720 hours I responded to 808 N Jerry in Raymore Missouri in regards to a burglary. Jeremy S. Twilleger, W/M, told me he believes his ex-girlfriend broke in to his residence and took several items. No arrest has been made. 10/01/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/01/2018, at approximately 1750 Hours, I made contact with Deiontay Brown at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for Failure to Appear- Driving While Revoked/ Suspended-1st Offense. 10/01/18 18: CLEVELAND, BELTON On 10/01/2018, at approximately 2045 hours, I was dispatched to S. Cleveland Ave, Belton, in regards to a forgery. Upon arriving my investigation revealed identity theft has taken place. A suspect has not been identified. 10/01/18 21:16 TOWNE CENTER DR N OR 58 HWY, BELTON On Monday October 1st 2018 while on patrol in Belton I overheard Belton Dispatch advised of a shoplifting that just occurred at Kohl's. I located the suspects and their vehicle just north of Kohl's on Towne Center. When attempting to make contact the suspects fled in their vehicle and a vehicle pursuit ensued. I served a after hours Cass County warrant for Sexual misconduct involving a child under 15-1st offense. 10/02/18 10: MULLEN RD, BELTON On Tuesday 10/2/18 at approximately 1052 I responded to S. Mullen Ave in Belton Missouri in regards to a burglary. Matthew W. Aulgur, W/M, told me that tools had been stolen from his outbuilding sometime between 1300 hours on Wednesday 9/29/18 at 0900 hours on 10/2/18. No arrest has been made in connection to this incident. 10/02/18 11: HICKORY GROVE RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/02/2018, at approximately 1125 hours, I responded to S Hickory Grove Rd for fraud. I made contact with Kenneth O Smith, w/m, who said that someone had used his credit cart number to make a $4900 charge. 10/02/18 12: TH ST, HENRIETTA On 10/03/2018 at approximately 1056 hours I was dispatched to 200 W 9th Street, Henrietta, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. 3 warrant service. Amber Sevy was taken into custody on active Cass County warrant #06CA-CR for Failure to Appear on Forgery, with a bond of $10, % cash only. Ms. Sevy was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 10/02/18 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/2/18, at approximately 1620 Hours, I made contact with John Adams at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CACR00161 for Probation Violation. 10/02/18 17: OBANNON RD, HARRISONVILLE On 10/02/2018, at approximately 1726 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office for a report of a stolen vehicle. I made contact with John M Norris, w/m, who said that 1997 Ford F150 was stolen from his property on S Obannon Rd, north of 315th. The investigation is on-going. 10/02/18 18: STATE ROUTE 58, RAYMORE On 10/02/2018, at approximately 1854 hours, I was dispatched to 1402 E. State Route 58, Raymore, for a burglary. Upon my arrival, my investigation revealed that the residence and out buildings had been broken into and items were taken. A suspect has not been identified. 10/02/18 18: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018, at approximately 1902 hours, I was dispatched to E 315th St, Harrisonville, for suspicious activity. On scene, I contacted Butch Page, who stated he had observed vehicles leaving at a high rate of speed from an abandoned property to the west. I responded to the Cass County Sheriff's Office reference a warrant service. I then took Rocky Adkins into custody on Cass County Warrant #18-CAFTA-1295, for Failure to Appear, bond $10.00, and Warrant #18-CAFTA-1296 for Failure to Appear, bond $10.00.

4 10/03/18 09: COUNTRY CLUB DR, BELTON On Wednesday October 3rd 2018 at 0948 hours I was dispatched to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported stealing at County Club Dr, rural Belton. I contacted Kevin Owen who stated that he had 6 brass outdoor light fixtures stolen from his property. A suspect has not been identified. 10/03/18 09: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at approximately 0956 hours, I conducted a residence check at the residence of 807 North Mullen Avenue in rural Raymore, Missouri in regards to a subject residing at the residence with active Cass County Warrants. I contacted David A. Gagne Jr., white male and placed him in to custody on Cass County Warrant # 18-CAFTA-1509 and 18-CAFTA Mr. Gagne was transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held on both warrants with a total bond of $500 Cash Only. I contacted the home owner who advised his house was broken into and he is missing several items. Eric Kirk reported the fiber optics cable had been cut. No suspects have been identified. 10/03/18 15:45 COURT HOUSE, On Wednesday October 3rd 2018 I was dispatched to the Missouri Probation and Parole Office located with in the Cass County Justice Center located at 2501 W. Mechanic in reference to a wanted subject. Upon my arrival I took Ryan Templeton into custody on an active Cass County warrant. 10/03/18 17:09 NB 49/N OF J, PECULIAR On 10/03/2018 at approximately 1710 hour, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on I-49 north of J Hwy in Peculiar, MO. The driver was cited for a drug offense and released on scene. 10/03/18 18:15 MULLEN/ MN OF CAMBRIDGE, BELTON On October 3, 2018 Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford van near the intersection of Mullen Road and Cambridge Road. The driver was issued a summons for expired license plate. The passenger Chandler Davis, w/m, was arrested on Belton warrant 18BO0716 for failure to appear on ordinance violation. 10/03/18 19:05 N ON SCOTT FROM WASHINGTON, BELTON On October 3rd, 2018 at approximately 1905 hours I attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Washington Street, and North Scott Avenue, Belton, Missouri on a black in color motorcycle for no Missouri license plate. The driver failed to yield, and a pursuit ensued. Later for public safety the pursuit was terminated.

A suspect has been identified. 10/03/18 22:42 STATE ROUTE 7 / ELM STREET, HARRISONVILLE On 10/03/2018, at approximately 2242 hours, I stopped a white Toyota sedan for nearly hitting my patrol vehicle while traveling in the wrong lane of traffic. My investigation revealed an assault had occurred in the vehicle and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 10/03/18 22:53 CAMBRIDGE/Y, BELTON On October 3, 2018 at approximately 2253 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop of a tan 1999 Ford Explorer in the area of Cedar Street and Cambridge Street in Belton, Missouri. The male driver was placed into custody for driving while revoked. 10/03/18 23:13 N SCOTT/TURNER, BELTON On October 3, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford F-150 on N. Scott Ave near Turner Road, Belton, Missouri. The driver was given a warning for failure to dim bright lights. The passenger Troy Lehman, w/m, was arrested on Cass County warrants 18-CAFTA-960 for driving while suspended and 18-CAFTA-962 for expired license plates, both with a bond of $250 cash only or ROR after 48 hours. Ms. Hicks stated that an exboyfriend got rid of her clothing that was left at his residence along with other miscellaneous property. My initial investigation revealed that a stealing possibly occurred with some property and it is a civil matter with some property. A suspect has been identified. The investigation is ongoing. 10/04/18 12: RD ST, PECULIAR On , at 1252 hours, I responded to E. 233rd St, Peculiar, in regard to an alarm. I contacted Bruce Wright who was arrested for an active Cole County warrant, 06AC-CR02948, with a bond amount of $ cash or surety. 10/04/18 15: RD ST, CLEVELAND On at 1559 hours, I arrived at 208 E. 223rd St., rural Cleveland, MO and spoke with Angela Clayton in reference to unknown person(s) stealing her identity and attempting to open up bank accounts. No suspect has been identified. 10/04/18 18:25 S SCOTT/WALNUT, BELTON On 10/04/2018 at 1826 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop of a gray Toyota Corolla on S. Scott Avenue near Walnut St. in Belton, MO. The driver was arrested on a drug violation. 10/04/18 19:02 N SCOTT AND VAPOR X, BELTON On October 4th, 2018 at approximately 1902 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on a white in color Buick sedan for non working tail light. The driver Richard Barnett was taken into custody for possession of marijuana. Mr. Barnett was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 10/04/18 19: STRUZICK RD, STRASBURG On Thursday at approximately 1938 hours, I was dispatched to the area Struzick Road, Strassburg Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. Dispatch informed me that a white male wearing a teal in color shirt abandoned a vehicle with no license plates on it. This case is still under investigation. 10/04/18 21:14 STATE ROUTE 58 AND I-49, BELTON On October 4, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop in the area of State Route 58 and Interstate 49, Belton, Missouri on gray Jeep. A male passenger was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.

7 10/04/18 21:37 58/CHESTNUT, BELTON On October 4, 2018 at approximately 2137 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 58 Highway and Chestnut on a black in color truck for having inoperable tag lights. The driver was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 10/04/18 21:48 EXCELSIOR RD SOUTH OF 223RD, PLEASANT HILL On 10/04/2018, at approximately 2159 hours, I responded to Excelsior Road south of E 223rd Street, reference a disturbance/suspicious activity. During my investigation two male subjects were taken into custody, one for, driving while revoked suspended and the other for possession of controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence in a felony, and tampering 2nd. 10/04/18 22: WALNUT ST, CLEVELAND On October 4, 2018, at approximately 2237 hours, I was dispatched to 207 East Walnut Street, Cleveland for a disorderly subject. A white male was taken into custody on domestic violence in the second degree. 10/05/18 00:03 HOLLYWOOD/W OF Y, BELTON On October 5th, 2018 at approximately 0004 hours the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a vehicle stop on Hollywood Street, and Y highway, Belton, Missouri on a white in color Pontiac G6 for an inoperable license plate light. The five occupants of the vehicle were taken into to custody, and transported to jail for processing. 10/05/18 01: OAK DR, BELTON On October 5, 2018, at approximately 0133 hours, I was dispatched to 5702 East 189th Street, Belton for a disturbance in progress. I made contact with a white female and she stated she was assaulted by her estranged boyfriend. A suspect has been identified. 10/05/18 04: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/05/2018 at approximately 0449 hours, Deputies, responded to a fight in medical between two Inmates. Deputies acted quickly to deescalate the situation by verbal commands. 10/05/18 08: RD ST, BELTON On Friday 10/5/18 at approximately 0809 hours I responded to 7001 E 163rd St in Belton Missouri (Belton PD) in regards to a warrant arrest. Jose M. Martinez, W,M was arrested on an active Cass County warrant. 10/05/18 08: ASH, BELTON On 10/05/2018, at approximately 0901 hours, I responded to the Cass County Sheriff s Office for a report of stolen property. I made contact with Joy L Kruse, w/f, who stated that she wanted to report her 1998 Ford Taurus and HTC cell phone stolen. A suspect has been identified. 10/05/18 12: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On Friday October 5th 2018 at 1305 hours I was dispatched to the area of S. St. Rt. Y in reference to suspicious activity. Upon my arrival I made contact with Robert D. Wagoner who stated that there were 3 males at that address that didn't belong. The subjects were located at another address and it was determined the property owner knew the individuals and decided not to file any charges. 10/05/18 13: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 10/05/2018, at approximately 1325 hours, I responded to E 215th St for a stealing. I made contact with Gilberto O Pena, w/m 02/15/1934, who said that tools were stolen from the residence and a window was busted out.

A W/F told me she had been assaulted by her husband. No arrest has been made at this time. 10/05/18 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On 10/05/2018, at approximately 1510 hours, I arrived at E 215th St and arrested Jerry L Vaughn, b/m, on active Independence and Grandview Municipal warrants for unpaid fines - $225 cash only, FTA domestic assault - $2000 secured,fta domestic assault - $2000 secured, DWI - $ /05/18 18: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On October 5, 2018 the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop in the parking lot of Sherwin Williams Paint in Harrisonville, Missouri. The driver was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 10/06/18 07:44 SB 49/MM 162, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday October 6th 2018 I investigated a motor vehicle crash on south bound I-49 at the mile marker. The driver of the vehicle, Blake E. Meyer, struck the cable barrier due to his vehicle hydroplaning on the wet pavement. 10/06/18 10: ST ST, PECULIAR On Saturday 10/6/18 I responded to S 231st St in peculiar Missouri in regards to a trespassing in progress. William S. Hampton, W/M, spotted a grey in color Dodge Nitro SUV on the property of his neighbor while watching the property for his neighbor while he is out of town. Upon arrival, I made contact with Heather D. Dains, who informed me that her childs father did not show up for the exchange. Ms. Dains also gave me information to pass along to Clinton Police Department, in regards to her child's father. This report is non-criminal in nature.

Incident Log 10/06/18 21: CHULA VISTA, BELTON On October 6, 2018 at approximately 2100 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit assisted Belton PD with a residence check at S. Chula Vista, Belton. Jason Yoder was taken into custody on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00157 for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a Signature Bond and a court date and time of November 15, 2018 at 0900 hours. Mr. Yoder was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 10/06/18 22:38 7/SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, October 6th 2018, at 2238 hours, the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on southbound 7 Highway at Sycamore Grove Road in Garden City, Missouri on a white 1996 Dodge Ram for failing to signal a lane change. The front passenger, Steven C. Newby 2nd, was arrested for active Clinton PD warrant # for resisting arrest with a bond of $ Mr. Newby was released to Clinton PD for processing. 10/07/18 01:30 49/PECULIAR WAY, PECULIAR On Sunday, October 7th 2018, at 0130 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at Peculiar Way on a white 1997 Eagle Talon for excessive window tint. A consent search of the vehcile revealed the backseat passenger to be in possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. She was cited for this offense. The white female driver was cited for the window tint violation and released. 10/07/18 09: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On Sunday 10/7/18 at approximately 092 hours I responded to 1304 N Mullen Ave in Raymore Missouri in regards to a stealing. Nancy J. Cross, W/F, 2/19/41 told me that over the course of the last year several items, mostly jewelry had been taken from her residence, she believes by family members. 10/07/18 11: POLLARD RD, ADRIAN On 10/07/18, at approximately 1117 hours, I was dispatched to S. Pollard Rd., Adrian for a medical call. Edith L. Arnold, w/f, had fell and was not breathing. I arrived to find Central Cass Fire performing CPR on Ms. Arnold. 10/07/18 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On 10/07/2018, at approximately 1423 hours, I responded to a disturbance at E 298th St. I made contact with parties on scene and took one into custody. 10/07/18 17: RD ST, BELTON On at approximately 0306 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department for a prisoner transport. Upon arrival at approximately 0337 hours I made contact with Demetria T. Waller in the Belton Jail. Mrs. Waller was arrested and transported to the Cass County jail on an active Cass County warrant. 10/07/18 19: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, October 7th, 2018, at approximately 1951 hours, I was dispatched to E 235th St, Harrisonville, for an information call. On scene, I contacted Addison Sousley who stated she had located a camera in an air vent in her bedroom. A report was taken on the incident.
