Upon arrival, I made contact with Harim-Abif Jessop who stated he fell asleep while driving and crashed his car. All subjects in the car were transported by ambulance. 05/15/17 02: RD ST, BELTON On 05/15/2017 at approximately 1444 hours I was dispatched to the Belton Police Department in reference to a warrant arrest. Upon my arrival I made contact with Brandon D Beymer. I served Mr. Hill with Cass County warrant for Failure To Appear with a bond of $5, % cash only. 05/15/17 06: TRUMAN RD, ARCHIE On 05/15/17 I was dispatched to 406 S. Truman to assist Central Cass Fire on a medical call. The victim was called deceased at 0705 hours. I gathered the necessary information for the report from Carol Hines W/f for the report. 05/15/17 07:14 225/291, HARRISONVILLE On 05/15/2017 at approximately 0717 hours I was dispatched to the area of 225th street east of 291 highway, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an abandoned vehicle. My investigation revealed the vehicle that was abandoned had been reported stolen out of Kansas City Missouri. The vehicle was recovered. 05/15/17 10: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On 05/15/17 I was dispatched E Main street in Gunn City in reference to stolen license plate tabs. Donald Hyatt, w/m stated his license plate tabs had been stolen off his vehicle. 05/15/17 14: SHIMEL RD, PLEASANT HILL On May 15, 2017 I took a report of a lost phone at S. Shimel Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The reporting party stated the phone was lost sometime on Saturday May 13, The reporting party said she was unsure where the phone was lost. This report is non criminal in nature. 05/15/17 15: HIGHLAND RIDGE DR, BELTON On 05/15/17 I was dispatched to Highland Ridge Drive in reference to a disturbance. All parties were seperated. 05/15/17 16: ST ST, DREXEL On 05/15/2017 at approximately 1644 hours I was dispatched to 4 E 341st Street, Drexel, Missouri in reference to a stolen auto. My investigation revealed a vehicle was stolen from this address. 05/15/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1545 hours, I came in contact with Bolbecker, Jonathan C. at the Cass County Jail regarding 2 active Cass County warrants. Warrant # was issued for failure to appear on traffic, and a bond of $250.00, cash only, was given. Warrant # was issued for failure to appear for a stop sign violation, a bond of $ cash only was given. 05/15/17 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On 05/15/17 I was dispatched to E 239th street in reference to recovered property. Upon arrival I made contact with Lewis Mcdonald who gave me an Alpine stereo faceplate and Ipad case and a black bag that had been located near his property. No owner information is known at this time.

2 05/15/17 19: TH ST, PECULIAR On 5/15/2017 at approximately 1922 hours, deputies responded to 8906 E. 226th St. to the report of property damage. Upon arrival it was determined that the incident was not a criminal matter but the home owner Mike Pulos wanted to document the incident in case it became a recurring issue. 05/15/17 19: MECHANC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1930 hours, I arrested Smith, Kristen M. at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. He turned herself in a court ordered 24 hour shock time. 05/15/17 23:56 EB NORTH CASS APPROCH 49, BELTON On Monday, May 15th 2017, at 2356 hours, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit which began in the area of I-49 and North Cass Parkway. A white male suspect was identified. 05/16/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 10:25 Hours, I made contact with Tyler M. Willms, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR Bond was set at $5, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 05/16/17 10:23 SHARON CEMETERY RD AND 355TH, DREXEL On 05/16/17 I was dispatched to a phone call of a stealing that occurred at the Sharon Cemetary at Sharon Cemetary Road and 355th street. Ms. Phyllis C. Mawhirter W/F advised that her heart shaped plant hanger had been taken sometime this last month. 05/16/17 10: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 05/16/17 I was dispatched to E 299th street in reference to found property. Thurlo Forester W/M found a wallet in the roadway at Morrow and 299th street. I then took Jeffrey Franse into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00406 for Resisting, bond $10,000 cash or surety. My investigation revealed a elderly male, suffering from dementia, needed medical treatment. The subject was transported to the hospital.

3 05/16/17 14: ND TER, PLEASANT HILL On 05/16/17 I was dispatched to E 172nd Terrace in reference to a possible burglary attempt. Upon arrival I made contact with Jacob Fisher W/M who advise some one was outside his residence trying to open the door. He advised he fired warning shots as they fled. 05/16/17 15: TH ST, PECULIAR On 05/16/2017 at approximately 1537 hours I was dispatched to 7501 East 229th St, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. My investigation revealed inquiries were made on the credit belonging to the resident at this address without the residents permission. 05/16/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximate 1500 hours, I investigated an assault that occured inside the Cass County Jail. 05/16/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1636 Hours, I made contact with Rodney A. Beers, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. My investigation revealed a female party at this residence had taken too much medication and was transported to the hospital. 05/16/17 18:41 NB 49/2, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday May 16th 2017 at approximately 1841 hours I conducted a traffic stop on the exit ramp from I-49 to Missouri 2 Highway. A white male was taken into custody for driving while revoked and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/16/17 20: COLONIAL DR, PLEASANT HILL On , I arrested Austin D. Sheets on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to 806 Colonial Drive in Pleasant Hill and took custody of Mr. Sheets. I transported Mr. Sheets to the Cass County Jail without incident. He was arrested on a Cass County Weekend Warrant for First Degree Assault. 05/16/17 21: FAMULINER RD, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday 05/16/2016 at approximately 2116 hours I responded to Cass Regional Medical center Harrisonville MO. in regards to a juvenile with a gunshot from a BB gun to his left hand. 05/16/17 22: RD ST, BELTON On Wednesday 05/1/2017 at approximately 0241 hours I responded to the Belton Missouri Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. 05/17/17 10: ST. RT. A, ARCHIE On May 17th 2017 I was dispatched to the Lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported fraud. Upon my arrival I took information on a stealing by deceit.

I then took Khristian Dicken into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00887 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash or surety. Ms. Dicken was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/17/17 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On May 17th, 2017 at approximately 1245 hours I was dispatched to 901 north lyne avenue, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disturbance in progress. The disturbance was non criminal, and the subjects were separated. 05/17/17 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/17/17, at approximately 1230 hours, I made contact with Willard, Shayla, on Vernon County Warrant 14VECR01122 for FTA-DWI (M). Bond was set at $ cash only. 05/17/17 14: STATE ROUTE D, CLEVELAND On May 17th, 2017 at approximately 1503 hours I was dispatched to state route D highway, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a burglary. A suspect has not been identified in this case. 05/17/17 15: RD ST, CLEVELAND On Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at approximately 1521 hours I was dispatched to an information call in reference to a report of probation violation. Chelsea Matt stated a male subject contacted her violating his probation. A suspect has been identified. 05/17/17 16: GRIFFITH LANE, PLEASANT HILL On May 17, 2017 I responded to Griffith Lane Pleasant Hill, Missouri for suspicious activity. Michelle Griffith reported that a lock had been broken and removed from a door on a large garage on the property. 05/17/17 17: BUTCHER ROAD, ARCHIE On at approximately 1718 hours I responded to Cass Regional Medical Center in reference to an animal bite. Upon arrival I contacted Aaron Mishou who stated her new dog had bit her son. The dog was identified and quarantined. 05/17/17 19: CROWN PARK, BELTON On at approximately 1937 hours, I responded to 7501 Crown Park, Belton, in regard to a stealing. William Mallow advised that his lawn mower was stolen. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 05/17/17 20:58 STATE ROUTE BB/ROCK QUARRY, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday May 17, 2017 at approximately 2101 hours, I was dispatched to State Route BB Hwy and 163rd street. In reference to a vehicle in the ditch. The vehicle was damaged along with bullet holes, also located marijuana in the glove box. Owner was located through Vehicle Identification Number. Vehicle was not stolen. Vehicle was towed to the secure lot at the Cass County Sheriff Office by Eckert Tow. 05/17/17 22:10 UNKNOWN LOCATION, UNKNOWN 05/18/17 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/18/2017, at approximately 0022 Hours, I made contact with Larry Thompson at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 5 limit. 05/18/17 04: HWY AND COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On May 18, 2017 I was dispatched to Northbound I-49 at mile marker 157 in reference to a vehicle driving in a careless and imprudent manner. I located the vehicle, a white Ford SUV on I-49 at Commercial street. I observed the vehicle strike and run over a curb. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 05/18/17 09:17 LITTLE BLUE/NECESSARY RD, 05/18/17 10:09 WOMENS EASTERN RECPT AND DIAG CENTER, VANDALIA On 05/18/17 at 1009 hours, I responded to the Womens Eastern Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Ashley Quigg into custody on Cass County warrant # 16CA-CR01085 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash or surety. I also served warrant # for Fail To Wear a Seat Belt. The bond was $10.00 cash only. Ms. Quigg was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/18/17 10: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On Thursday, May 18, 2017 at approximately 1400 hours I conducted a residence check at 313 West Olinger Street, Strasburg, Missouri in reference to a subject with an active Probation Violation warrant # Samuel McKinnon was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail. The warrant revealed a no bond status. 05/18/17 11: MILLER RD, PECULIAR On May 18, 2017 I responded to S. Miller Road for suspicious activity. A white Chevy S10 was found on the property with two male subjects that then left after being approached by the reporting party. 05/18/17 14: PINE STREET, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1455 hours I responded to Pleasant Hill Police Department located at 305 Pine Street in Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Dalton Davis in reference to Cass County warrant 16CA-CR00757 for burglary with a $5000 Cash bond. Mr. Davis was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 05/18/17 14:53 HOLMES/LOCH LLOYD, BELTON On May 18th, 2017 at approximately 1554 hours I conducted a traffic stop on a maroon in color Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The driver was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine, and driving while revoked. 05/18/17 16: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, May 18, 2017 at approximately 1715 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department in reference to a report of a fraud. Clinton Hughes stated he had been contacted by phone by a person who identified himself as an Internal Revenue Service representative requiring immediate payment or have a warrant issued for his arrest. A suspect has not been identified. 05/18/17 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/18/17, at approximately 1800 hours, I made contact with Kortney N Dutton, on Cass County after hours Warrant for Resisting Or Interfering With An Arrest/Detention/Stop (M). Bond was set at signature, and a court date was given of 05/30/2017 at 0900 hours.

My investigation revealed the death of Phillip Brewster appeared to be of natural causes. 05/19/17 10:03 GRANDVIEW PD, GRANDVIEW On 05/19/17 I was dispatched to the Grandview police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Isabelle Nelson B/F on Cass County warrant #17CA-CR00148 for Fraudulent use of a credit device. Ms. Nelson was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was held awaiting bond. 05/19/17 11: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 19, 2017 I responded to E. 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a property line dispute. The victim reported survey stakes taken from her property line and her fence being tampered with. I had negative contact with the neighbor at the time of the report. 05/19/17 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 05/19/17, at approximately 2125 Hours, I made contact with Levi Schoonover the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant # for FTA-Harrassment. My investigation revealed a male subject was located deceased at this residence. No signs of foul play were discovered at the scene. 05/20/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 05/20/17 16:46 WESTOVER/SILVERADO, BELTON On 05/20/17 I conducted a vehicle stop of a 2010 Chevrolet on Westover and silverado. The driver was arrested for Possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated.

The calling party stated that someone had placed marker flags around their property, but there was no paint with the flags, and the flags did not coincide with the utilities on the property. 05/20/17 21:25 COMMERCIAL/WALL, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, May 20th 2017, at 2125 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop in the area of Commercial Street and Wall Street on a black 1999 Chevrolet Blazer. The white male driver was arrested for possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and marijuana. 05/21/17 00:59 CASS PKWY/W 49, BELTON On Sunday, May 21st 2017, at 0059 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop on North Cass Parkway west of I-49 on a black 1996 Honda Accord. The white male passenger was arrested for a warrant out of Cass County for property damage and a second out of Harrisonville for resisting arrest. 05/21/17 09: JETER RD, RAYMORE 05/21/17 10:14 GARDEN CITY PD, GARDEN CITY On May 21, 2017 I responded to the Garden City Police Department in reference to a recovered stolen auto. I made contact with the vehicle owner who stated the vehicle she had reported stolen to the Garden City Police Department had been returned to her. 05/21/17 12:34 COMMUTER LOT, GARDEN CITY On 05/21/17 I was dispatched to a information phone call. The victim advised that her credit cards had been fraudulently used online. She advised her cards were still in her possession and thinks the credit card information was skimmed while her car was parked at the Gardney City Commuter lot. 05/21/17 14:07 7/227, PLEASANT HILL On May 21, 2017 I conducted a motor vehicle accident investigation at State Route 7 and E. 227th Street involving two motor vehicles. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. 05/21/17 16: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On May 21, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a domestic disturbance that occurred at S. Gray Dr, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. One of the subjects involved was transported from the scene voluntarily by Pleasant Hill EMS for mental treatment. 05/21/17 17:50 SB 49 AT MILE MARKER 165, PECULIAR On 05/21/17 I conducted a vehicle stop on Interstate 49 at mile marker 165 in reference to a report of a careless driver. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and careless driving. I served Cass County Warrant for DWI Aggravated Offender. 05/21/17 20: ADAMS ST, RAYMORE On 05/21/2017 at approximately 2014 hours, I was dispatched to 800 S. Adams St. in Raymore, MO, to assist Raymore Police Department on a disturbance which involved a theft of property occurring in Cass County. Upon my arrival, I contacted Patrick Hurt who report some of his property was in a vehicle belonging to a resident at 800 S Adams St. in Raymore. The vehicle owner arrived and the property was returned. 05/21/17 22: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On 05/21/2017 at approximately 2244 hours, I was dispatched to 209 S. Morrison Rd. outside of Raymore, MO to assist EMS with a medical patient having a schizophrenic episode. Upon my arrival, the patient refused treatment and assistance.
