1 02/09/15 07: TH ST, BELTON On Monday, February 9, 2015, at approximately 0730 hours I was dispatch to, 5204 E 205th, in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Chappell, Leroy A. w/m who said that most of his work tools have been stolen out of his work Van. No suspect has been identified this time. 02/09/15 07:39 LONE TREE RD S OF 313TH, HARRISONVILLE On February 09,2015 at approximately 0747 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Lone Tree Rd. South of 313th st. In reference to property damage. My investigation revealed a single shot was fired at a piece of their equipment breaking two windows. No suspects have been identified. 02/09/15 08: STATE ROUTE 2, GARDEN CITY On February 09,2015 at approximately 0812 hours, I was dispatched to an abandoned vehicle in the middle of a farm field, at E. 2 Hwy. My investigation revealed that the vehicle was a 2014 Chrysler 200, that was stolen out of Harrisonville, MO. Vehicle failed to slow down for a curve south of Hunter Road which resulted in striking the ditch and then rolling the vehicle into a field. 02/09/15 14:53 SCHOOL S OF HUBACH HILL, RAYMORE On Monday at approximately 1455 I was dispatched to an accident at the intersection of Hubach Hill and school road. Two vehicle was involved in this accident. Nobody was injured. The white female driver was found to be in possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. She was cited for this offense and released. 02/09/15 16:53 291/175TH, RAYMORE On Monday at approximately 1650 hours I conducted an investigative vehicle stop. I made contact with Sehorn, Steven B. w/m who had a Cass County Warrant for his arrest. Mr. Sehorn was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/09/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 9, 2015 I served Spencer Peake, w/m, with Cass County weekend warrant for Tampering with a motor vehicle 1st degree. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a unknown type disturbance. After speaking with both parties involved it was determined the disturbance was non criminal in nature. 02/09/15 19:52 TWIN OAKS DR/ N OF 2, HARRISONVILLE On February 9, 2015, at approximately 1952 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on Twin Oaks Drive at State Route 2, Harrisonville, Missouri. A white male driver was arrested for an active Garden City Police Department warrant. That subject was transported to the Garden City Police Department and released to their custody. 02/09/15 21:25 187TH ST / MULLEN, BELTON On Monday, February 9, 2015 I was involved in a pursuit of a motor vehicle in the area of Belton, Missouri that resulted in the arrest of the suspect in a field south east of the intersection at 187th Street and Mullen Road in rural Belton, Missouri. Todd E. Pruett, white male was taken into custody for resisting arrest by fleeing and several other charges. Mr. Pruett is being held at the Cass County Jail pending the issuance of a warrant. The vehicle Mr. Pruett was driving was removed from the scene by Eckert Tow and was transported to their secure facility. 02/09/15 22: TH ST, BELTON On 02/09/2015 at approximately 2224 hours, I was dispatched to 6011 E 205th street in Belton Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victims, Anjanette K. Pahal, white female and Lynnette R. Arndt, white female stated that several tires on their vehicles were cut at approximately 0555 hours, the morning of Wednesday, February 11, A suspect has been identified, but no arrests have been made at this time. Miller from the Bates County Sheriff's Office and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. Mr. Miller had 2 Cass County warrants for passing bad checks and driving while revoked. 02/11/15 14: STATE ROUTE W, CLEVELAND On February 11, 2015 at approximately 1425 hours, I was dispatched to 6801 East State Route W Highway, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that forced entry was made into a residence and items were stolen from inside. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/11/15 15: MYERS CT, PECULIAR On Wednesday February 11th, 2015 at approximately 1700 hours, I served a 96 hour commitment order at South Meyers Court outside of Peculiar, Missouri. 02/11/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 11, 2015 I responded to the Sheriff's Office in reference to fraud / forgery. Mr. Tinney reported that it had been discovered that his social security number had been used by an unknown source for 2014 taxes. 02/11/15 17: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 11, 2015 I responded to S. Belle Plain Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a suicidal subject. Central Cass Fire arrived on scene and the subject was transported to Cass Medical Center for further. 02/11/15 20: WASHINGTON, ARCHIE On Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at about 2036 hours, I was dispatched to 204 S. Washington, Archie MO in reference to a trespass. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Ms. Erica Knoll who told me that someone had entered her residence while she was gone and left a message on her refrigerator. A suspect was identified and contacted. 02/11/15 23: TH CIR, BELTON On Thursday, February 11, 2015 at about 2310 hours, I was dispatched to 5607 E. 198th street court, in reference to a possible suicide party. Upon arrival the suspect was placed under arrest on a Cass County Warrant. The suspect was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center by Belton Ambulance personnel when it was believed that she may have taken an overdose of prescription medicine. 02/12/15 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2050 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Jail encountered forceable resisistance from an Inmate while attempting to move him to a different cell. 02/12/15 00: EAST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On Thursday February 12th 2015 I was investigated a domestic disturbance at the Commuter lot in Archie Missouri. A result of the investigation revealed nothing criminal had occurred.

A male subject was taken into custody on an active Cass County warrant and transported to the jail without incident. 02/15/15 09: ORCHARD RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 15, 2015 at approximately 0951, I was dispatched to Orchard Rd. in reference to missing person. Reporting parties daughter was discovered missing at approximately 2230 on February 14, 2015, and has not been heard from since.
