1 08/26/13 06: PRAIRIE LANE, RAYMORE On August 26, 2013 at about 0608 hours, I was dispatched to 1111 N. Prairie Lane in reference to a stolen auto. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mr. Kevin G. Vehicle W/M, who said that someone had stolen his white, 2002 Ford F350 crew cab truck from his residence. 08/26/13 07: HIGHWAY, PLEASANT HILL On Monday August 26th, 2013 at approximately 0720 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to harassment. Upon arrival I made contact with Brooks, Travis W/M. A suspect has been identified in this case. 08/26/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/26/2013 at approximately 2100 hours, I served an active Cass County warrant to a w/m subject at the Cass County Jail. 08/26/13 12: CLEVELAND, CLEVELAND On Monday August 26th 2013 hours I investigated an assault that took place at 210 W. Cleveland, Cleveland Missouri. A suspect in this case has been identified. 08/26/13 12: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On August 23rd, 2013, I became aware of suspicious activity which was occurring at the Cass County Jail located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. 08/26/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1300 hours, I arrested Smith, Michael at the Cass County Jail to serve 24 hours court ordered shock time. 08/26/13 13: TH ST, FREEMAN On Monday August 26th I was dispatched to 200 E. 5th Street, Freeman MO, in reference to a check the welfare with the Freeman Police Department. The Home owner of the residence was located and transported to the hospital for medical treatment. 08/26/13 13: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday August 26th, 2013 at approximately 1344 hours I was dispatched to E. 237th Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to property damage. I made contact with Wyman, Terresa W/F, and Knapp, Joseph W/M. No suspects have been identified in this report. 08/26/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1429 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Michael F. Miller, warrant #10CA-CR for Probation Violation, with a $25, cash/ surety bond and warrant #10CA-CR for Probation Violation, with a $25, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours for both. 08/26/13 15: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On August 26, 2013, I conducted a stealing investigation at 1202 N. Lyne Avenue, Raymore, Missouri. I made contact with Paula E. Baker, w/f, who reported her wallet had been stolen sometime during the night of August 21, 2013.

2 08/26/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1632 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #13CA-CR00924 for FTA/DWI, with a $4, % cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 08/26/13 16: MAIN ST, EAST LYNNE On Monday August 26th, 2013 at approximately 1650 hours I was dispatched to 509 east Main in East Lynne, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I made contact with Call, Nancy W/F. No suspects have been identified in this case. 08/26/13 17:04 CLAY COUNTY, MO JAIL, LIBERTY On 08/26/13 at 1206 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Anthony Contreras into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00598 for Non Support, bond $8,500, Mr. Contreras was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/26/13 17:21 CHILLICOTHE CORR CENTER, CHILLICOTHE On 08/26/13 at 0938 hours, I responded to the Chillicothe Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Danielle R Woods into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01101 for Accessory Forgery, bond $7,500, MS Woods was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/26/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1800 hours, in Division two, I arrested Steven Garcia on 6, Harrisonville Warrants, Trespassing, Trespassing, , Public peace, A, FTA, , shoplifting, , Shoplifting, , Shoplifting, Total Bond set at $1060 cash or surety bond, court date 1730 hours. I then transported Steven Garcia to the Cass County Jail. 08/26/13 17:57 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/26/13 at 1345 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Shawna Merriweather into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00298 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, MS Merriweather was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/26/13 19: BUTTERMILK STATION RD, EAST LYNNE On Monday, August 26th, 2013 at approximately 1948 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 103 Buttermilk Station Road in East Lynne, Missouri in regards to a report of stolen property. The victim, Brian D. Chamberlain, white male stated that he had approximately $ worth of tools stolen from a vehicle on his property. No suspect has been identified at this time. 08/26/13 21: BROADWAY, EAST LYNNE On Monday, August 26th, 2013 at approximately 2141 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 110 Broadway in east Lynne, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was domestic in nature and non-criminal. The individuals chose to separate for the evening and no arrests were made. 08/26/13 21: EVERS RD, GARDEN CITY On Monday, August 26th, 2013 at approximately 2247 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Evers Road in Garden City, FORM Missouri 3000 in regards - Press to Reports a report = of UPDATED stolen property Cheri L. Jamison, white female reported that a bracelet and a jar of quarters had been stolen from her residence. Snooks and I was were dispatched to 300 Lake Road Lot 12 in Garden City Missouri in regards to an Assist Other Agency with Garden City EMS. We contacted Betty L Ellis and her son Thomas D Ellis in regards to Mr. Ellis wanting to be transported to Two Rivers Hospital to have his medications checked. 08/27/13 07:57 331ST ST BET LACY & SHARON CEMETARY, DREXEL On Tuesday August 27th, 2013 at approximately 0756 hours I was dispatched to 331st Street and Sharon Cemetery Road in rural Drexel, Missouri in reference to a non-injury motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted LNC, W/F. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Miller Tow. 08/27/13 08: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday August 27th 2013 I was dispatched to 400 S Old 7 Highway in Garden City Missouri in regards to a stealing / burglary. I contacted John A Cole and Steven S Smith they stated that sometime over night someone entered onto the property and stole various brass and copper items. There are no suspects at this time. 08/27/13 08: A ST, CREIGHTON On Tuesday August 27th 2013 I was dispatched to 502 A Street in Creighton in regards to property damage. I contacted Darin L Heman who stated that he just bought this house a week ago and found that someone had spray painted things on the wall in the garage. There are no suspects. 08/27/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On about 0920 hours I made contact with Dawaun Poke in the Cass County Clerks office. Mr. Poke was arrested on Cass County warrant 11CA-CR for probation violation. Mr. Poke was transported to the Cass County Jail for possessing. 08/27/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0900 hours, I made contact with Matthew E. Schnorf at the Cass County Courthouse in the Division V courtroom. I took Mr. Schnorf into cutody on an active Cass County warrant. 08/27/13 09:47 201ST/PARRIS, PLEASANT HILL On August 27, 2013 I conducted a burglary investigation to a shed at the intersection of S. Parris Road and E. 201st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The reporting party Cher C. Yang reported several tools and camping equipment stolen from a locked shed on the property. A suspect has been identified in this investigation.

JOSEPH On 08/27/13 at 1124 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Roger Lee into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00365 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000,Mr. Lee was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/27/13 16: OLD DRUM RD, GARDEN CITY On August 27, 2013 I conducted an accident investigation on S. Old Drum Road in front of S. Old Drum Rd, Garden City, Missouri. The accident involved an overturned all terrain vehicle and the rider was transported to Children's Mercy Hospital for treatment. 08/27/13 18:27 N. CASS I-49, BELTON On Tuesday August 27th 2013 I investigated a motor vehicle crash at I-49 and N. Cass Pkwy between a silver Ford Escape and an unknown make and model Charcoal gray truck. A cause of the crash has been determined. 08/27/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 27, 2013 I served William Tuttle, w/m, Cass County warrant 10CA-CR for felony non-support at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A court date of September 3, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $1500 cash only. 08/27/13 19: TH TER, PECULIAR On August, 27, 2013, at approximately 1922 hours, I investigated a domestic assault that occurred at East 246th Terrace, Peculiar, Missouri. The reporting party, Matthew Ellis, w/m, reported being assaulted by the suspect. A suspect is in custody. 08/27/13 23: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, August 28th, 2013 I conducted an investigation at Pyro City, located at East 275th Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a report of a disorderly subject on a Jefferson Lines transportation bus. My investigation revealed that the subject was under the influence of an alcohol. Due to the subject not being from the area he was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office and placed on a 12 hour protective custody hold. No charges are being filed.

Due to the State statutes regarding statuary rape, this incident does not meet the criminal criteria and is considered information only at this time. 08/28/13 00:40 2/VANBUREN, FREEMAN On August 28, 2013, at approximately 0105 hours, I investigated property damage to a vehicle that occurred on State Route 2, near the Freeman Cemetery, Freeman, Missouri. The reporting party, Jason Lindsey, w/m, reported his vehicle being struck by an unknown object and believed that the object was thrown by an unknown subject. 08/28/13 10: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 28, 2013, at approximately 1021 hours, I was dispatched to East 267th Street, located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that a television was stolen from Paul A. Riley out of Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 08/28/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/28/13 at approximately 1006 hours, I made contact with Kristin Kathleen Hercules, who turned herself into the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01036, bond amount $7, cash or surety. 08/28/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On August 28, 2013 at approximately 1235 hours, I served Tylor W Rynard,a Cass County warrant for felony forgery at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A court date of August, 29, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $ cash or surety. 08/28/13 12: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at approximately 1300 hours I responded to State Route 7 Highway to meet with the victim Ronald Crust regarding the theft of an air cleaner from a riding mower. 08/28/13 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 28, 2013 at approximately 1400 hours, I made contact with Mark R Davidson on an active Lake Winnebago warrant for Speeding,at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. bond set at $ cash or surety. 08/28/13 15: CHAPEL DRIVE, BELTON On Thursday, August 29, 2013, members of the Cass County Sheriff's Office and the State of Missouri Highway Patrol excuted a search warrant for possession of child pornography at 6904 Chapel Drive, Belton, Missouri. The suspect has been identified and taken into custody for possession of child pornography. 08/28/13 16:35 BLUE SPRINGS PD, BLUE SPRINGS On 08/28/13 at 1115 hours, I responded to the Blue Springs City Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Ronald Harris into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00333 for Fail To Appear, bond $50,000, Mr. Harris was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/13 17: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On August 28, 2013 at approximately 1717 hours, I was dispatched to East 355th Street locate in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival there was no burglary in progress but a vehicle reported stolen was parked in the driveway of the residence. The vehicle had been reported stolen on August 27, 2013 and was entered as stolen by Belton Police Department. The vehicle was recovered as stolen and towed per request of Belton Police Department. 08/28/13 20: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at approximately 2000 hours I was dispatched to South Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference to a report of suspicious activity. While en route, I was diverted to South Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a report of an intoxicated male subject laying in the roadway. I contacted Michael Griffith who said that his son was intoxicated and laying in the roadway. The male subject has been identified. 08/28/13 21: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1942 hours, Deputies responded to Bk-5 in the booking area of the Cass County Jail for an Inmate having an unknown medical problem. The Inmate was found to be acting, to falsely simulate a medical problem. 08/28/13 22: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2200 hours, I made contact with Matthew Cook at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00555 for (FTA) Unlawful Possession, Transport, Manufacture, Repair Or Sale of Illegal Weapon. Bond was set at $25,000 cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/29/13 05: ND ST, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 29, 2013 at approximately 0558 hours I was dispatched to East 232nd Street, Harrisonville, Missouri reference a report of a burglary. I contacted Jimmy Vaughn who said that someone stole tools from his vehicle parked in the driveway. A suspect has not been identified. 08/29/13 07: FIELDVIEW ST, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 0750 hours I responded to S Fieldview Street outside of Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Mary Beck who stated someone had gotten into her vehicles overnight and taken soem items from them. No suspects have been identified at this time. 08/29/13 07: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On August 29, 2013 I responded to Highway, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing from a motor vehicle. Mr. Roger Mayfield reported that a red Chevy Cobalt had items taken from it during the evening. Suspects have not been identified. 08/29/13 07: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 29th, 2013, at approximately 0739 hours I investigated a motor vehicle collision in the area of E. Orient Cemetery Road Harrisonville Missouri. I made contact with Jacob Weibling w/m, who stated that he was traveling west bound on E. Orient Cemetery Road when a vehicle backed out of a driveway, and struck the passenger side of his car.

7 08/29/13 07: HIGHLAND DR, PLEASANT HILL On August 29, 2013 I responded to E. Highland Drive, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing from a motor vehicle that was reported by Mr. Jeffrey Marshall. Mr. Marshall reported that his vehicle had been entered and a handgun had been stolen from the vehicle. Suspects have not been identified. 08/29/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On about 0940 hours I made contact with Charles Ensor in DIV IV court room. Mr. Ensor was arrested on a active Cass County warrant13ca-cr01006 for DWI alcohol persistent offender. Mr Ensor was transported to the jail for processing. 08/29/13 10: CC HWY, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, August 29th, 2013, at approximately 1051 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in regards to a walk-in report of stealing. I made contact with Gregory J. Rogers w/m who stated that the expiration sticker off his 2000 Ford F250 was stolen. 08/29/13 12: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On August 29, 2013 I responded to E. 227th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to stealing from a motor vehicle that was reported by Mr. Gregory Walworth. His Chevy Camaro was forced into and items were taken. Neighboring residences had vehicles entered as well. Suspects have not been identified. 08/29/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, August 29th, 2013, at approximately 1551 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office front lobby in regards to a subject with a possible Cass County warrant. I made contact with Wendy S. Tanner w/f and arrested her on Cass County warrant #13-CAARW-526 for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $20, cash or surety. 08/29/13 16: STATE ROUTE DD, HARRISONVILLE This report number was added by accident, and I'm requesting it be voided. 08/29/13 18: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/29/13 at approximately 1805 hours, I made contact with Tiffiny Ann Chapin at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01058, bond amount $10, cash only. 08/29/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Ronnie L. Dunigan b/m, at the Cass County Jail. He was brought in by Belton PD on Cass County Warrant 13CA-CR /29/13 19: CASS COUNTY JAIL, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1900 hours, I made contact with a subject who had an active Cass county Warrant. Upon arrival I observed a white female sitting in a Ford pickup truck parked in front of the residence. A white male identified as Mr.

8 observed a white female sitting in a Ford pickup truck parked in front of the residence. A white male identified as Mr. Ryan L. Lamb W/M, exited the residence. I contacted Mr. Lamb and the white female. A computer check through Dispatch revealed Mr. Lamb had two Kansas City Warrants for his arrest and the truck the white female was sitting in had been reported stolen from Henry County. Mr. Lamb was placed under arrest on the Kansas City Warrants and the white female was placed under arrest for tampering 2nd degree. Both parties were transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/30/13 05:44 SB 49/169, PECULIAR On Thursday August 30, 2013, at approximately 0545 hours, I was dispatched to South bound 49 highway in reference to a pedestrian walking on the highway. Upon arrival at mile marker 169, southbound 49 Highway, I made contact with Rogers, Anthony Wayne Jr. I arrested Mr. Rogers on an active Cass County Warrant # 13CA-CR /30/13 05:49 7/P, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, August 30, 2013 at approximately 0552 hours I was dispatched to a location on State Route 7 north of State Route P in Pleasant Hill, Missouri reference a report of motor vehicle accident. I contacted Scott Pesek who said that the driver of the vehicle behind him failed to stop. 08/30/13 13:46 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/30/13 at 1102 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Luke Baumgartner into custody on Cass County warrant # 10CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, Mr. Baumgartner was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/30/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Friday August 30th, 2013 at approximately 1430 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to found property. Upon arrival I made contact with Riley, Tim W/M. The property was placed in evidence for safekeeping. 08/30/13 17: WEST CLOVER HILLS RD, CLEVELAND On 08/30/13 at approximately 1726 hours, I investigated a stealing that occurred at SW Clover Hills Road, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim identified as Willma M Todd stated that check books were stolen from her residence at an unknown time and later used at banks in the metro area. The victim reported that the suspect entered her residence and took the checks without her permission. 08/30/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2013, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a black female, Shawnique Cockshell at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County order of commitment # 13CA-CR I served Cass County order of commitment for one day of court ordered shock time. 08/30/13 20: WAGONOR RD, GARDEN CITY On Friday, August 30th 2013, at 2-13 hours, I was dispatched to Wagonor Road in rural Garden City, Missouri reference a reported stealing of a surveillance camera system. No suspects have been identified. 08/30/13 22:38 195TH/PICKERING, BELTON On August 30, 2013, at approximately 2240 hours, I investigated a report of a white female juvenile walking in the area of 195th and Pickering, Belton, Missouri. My investigation revealed the arrest of Coryn E. Killinger, w/f, for an active Cass County warrant for trespassing. She was transported to the Cass County Jail without incident.

9 08/31/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximatley 1100 hours, I took custody of Ashley Nicole Bruney at the cass county Jail for active ST. Louis County warrant #13SL-CR03112 with a bond amount of $7500 cash or surety. 08/31/13 11:21 W OUTER/A HWY, ARCHIE On Saturday August 31st, 2013 I responded to a non injury motor vehicle accident in Archie, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Taylor, Ashley W/F, Huffman, Thomas W/M, and Jackson, Edward W/M. All the vehicles were driven from the scene. 08/31/13 17: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday August 31st 2013 I was dispatched to the Harrisonville Police Department on a walk in report of a stolen credit card. I contacted Patricia A Mueller in regards to her credit card being taken while she was in Kansas City Missouri. There are no suspects at this time. 08/31/13 18: BROOKHART DR, HARRISONVILLE On August 31, 2013, at approximately 1905 hours, I investigated a stealing report at South Brookhart, Harrisonville, Missouri. Randal Huey, w/m, reported his Canon Powershot camera stolen from his residence. There is no suspect information at this time. 08/31/13 20: SUNRISE DR, RAYMORE On Saturday, August 31st 2013, at 2044 hours, I responded to 519 Sunrise in Raymore, Missouri and arrested Taylor R. Daugherty for active Cass County warrant #13CACR01043 for distribution of a controlled substance. 08/31/13 23: TH ST, CREIGHTON On Sunday, September 1st, 2013, at approximately 0004 hours, I responded to the residence of 105 West 4th Street in Creighton, Missouri in regards to a medical call. I contacted a white male at the residence who stated to me that he was having suicidal thoughts. Subject was transported by Garden City EMS (Emergency Medical Services) personnel to Cass Regional Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment per his request. 09/01/13 00: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On September 1, 2013 after being contacted at the Cass County Jail, Christopher Brown, b/m, resisted and assualt two Deputies. Mr. Brown was taken into custody. 09/01/13 02: RD ST, DREXEL On September 01, 2013, at approximately 0300, I assisted multiple agencies with an investigation regarding sex offenses that occurred in Drexel and Amsterdam, Missouri, as well as LaCygne, Kansas. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Division of Family Services, Drexel and LaCygne Police Departments are all part of this investigation at this time. This investigation is still ongoing. 09/01/13 04: COMMERCIAL ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, September 1st, 2013 at approximately 0412 hours, I conducted a vehicle check in the parking lot of Walgreen's, located at 505 South Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri. During my vehicle check, I contacted a white male who was in the vehicle. While speaking with the male, he gave me consent to search his vehicle. While searching the vehicle I located two gaming consoles that the male subject said might be stolen. The items were taken into custody and are being held at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in safekeeping until an owner is located.

Suspects have been identified. 09/01/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE Incident Log 09/01/13 12: ROCK HAVEN DR, HARRISONVILLE On September 1, 2013 at approximately 1227 hours, I investigated a suspicious person in the area of East Rock haven roads. The victim identified as Karen Dee Carrel stated that she observed a white male at her back door. My investigation revealed that the suspect entered the residence and took items out of the victim s vehicle located in her garage. A suspect has been identified a taken into custody. 09/01/13 12: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday September 1st 2013 I was dispatched to E 275th, R&R Midwest Services, rural Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a burglary and a stolen truck. I contacted Bret M Rinker, the business owner, who stated that sometime overnight someone entered the shop through an unlocked window and removed the keys to one of their trucks and took the truck. There is no suspect information. 09/01/13 17: CHESTNUT, ARCHIE On Sunday September 1st, 2013 at approximately 1712 hours I was dispatched to 401 Chestnut Street in Archie, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Hannah, Delbert L., W/M. No crime occurred no suspects were listed in the report. 09/01/13 17:47 239TH/LEXINGTON, HARRISONVILLE On September 01, 2013 I conducted a motor vehicle accident investigation on S. Lexington Road just South of East 239th Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. Injuries were reported in the accident however all occupants refused medical treatment on the scene. 09/01/13 19: PRYOR RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, September 1st, 2013 at approximately 1940 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Pryor in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was non-criminal in nature between a boyfriend and girlfriend. Both individuals were separated for the evening and no arrests were made. 09/01/13 19: JACKSON AVE, ARCHIE On Sunday, September 1st 2013, at 1941 hours, I was dispatched to 711 Jackson in Archie, Missouri reference an intoxicated disorderly subject who was refusing to leave the property. Subsequent investigation revealed that no crime had occurred and the disorderly subject left the residence for the evening. 09/01/13 21: BLINKER LIGHT RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, September 1st 2013, at 2133 hours, I was dispatched to South Blinkerlight Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri reference anonymous narcotic information. Subsequent investigation revealed there to be several marijuana plants in a garden behind the residence. A suspect has been identified.

11 09/01/13 21: STATE ROUTE E, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday, September 1st, 2013 at approximately 2149 hours, I responded to the address of South State Route E in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to suspicious activity. The homeowner, Jessica R. Routh, white female, stated that a suspicious vehicle, with an unknown license plate has been driving on to her property. Ms. Routh requested an extra patrol of her residence due to the suspicious activity. 09/01/13 22: TH ST, PECULIAR On September 01, 2013, at approximately 2300 hours, I investigated a disturbance between Harwood Olson, w/m, and Susan Chisholm, w/f, at East 249th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. My investigation revealed this incident to be non criminal in nature.
