1 04/14/14 04: OLD DRUM RD, GARDEN CITY On Monday, April 14th, 2014 I conducted an arrest at the residence of South Old Drum Road in rural Garden City, Missouri in regards to a violation of an ex parte order. A suspect was placed in to custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/14/14 04: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On April 15, 2014, at about 0358 hours, I was dispatched to the Grandview Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival at about 0415 hours I took custody of Mr. Anderson, Richmond Dean. Mr. Anderson was transported to the Cass County Jail and given a copy of his warrant. The warrant #12CA-CR00891 and # 12CA-CR00566 are for Failure to Appear. A court date of April 21, 2014 at 0900 hours was set and bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety for each warrant. 04/14/14 07: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On April 14, 2014 I conducted an investigation of burglary at State Rt 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Mrs. Justina Woodall reported that a 17 foot Bass Boat with trailer had been taken from a building. Suspects have not been identified. 04/14/14 09: STATE ROUTE 2, CLEVELAND On at approximately 0929 hours I responded to 5801 E State Route 2 outside of Cleveland,MO in reference to a burglary investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Charles Hall who stated someone had stolen a 2013 John Deere Gator belonging to the Cass Midway R-1 School District. No suspects have been identified at this time. 04/14/14 09:20 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/14/14 at 0920 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Elizabeth M Dye into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01585 for Fail To Appear, bond $4,000 10% cash only, MS Dye was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/14/14 09:20 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JIL, KANSAS CITY On 04/14/14 at 0920 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Robert Bialucha into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00021 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000, Mr. Bialucha was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/14/14 10: MCCLELLAN, DREXEL On Monday, April 14, 2014 Timothy A Hill reported to the Cass County Sheriff s Office that a suspicious white KIA vehicle has been at the end of his driveway and that they have had a missing dog from the residence. There is no suspect information at the time of report. 04/14/14 11: ST ST, PECULIAR On Monday, April 14, 2014 Roger W. Lawson reported to the Cass County Sheriff s Office that someone unknown to him used his social security number without his knowledge and consent. 04/14/14 12:28 JOHNSON COUNTY KS SO, GARDNER On 04/14/14 at 1228 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jeremy Pena into custody on Cass County warrant # and for Fail to Appear, Total bond $500 cash only, Mr. Pena was transported to the Cass County Jail.

2 04/14/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1430 hours, in Division 2, I arrested Douglas Sears in court on a Cass County Warrant case number 13CA-CR ,Assault 2nd degree -operate Vehicle while intoxicated, Bond set at $50,000 cash only and a court date of 1330 hours, was given. I then transported Douglas Sears to the CCJ. 04/14/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/14/2014, at approximately 1810 hours, I made contact with Daniel J Tripod at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR for probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 04/28/2014 at 1330 hours was given. I also served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00795 for probation violation. Bond was set at $25,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 04/28/2014 at 1330 hours was given. 04/14/14 16: TIMBERLAKE RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 14, 2014 I responded to S. Timber Lake Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to harassment. Ms. Debbie Grooms reported that she has been receiving magazines in the mail for two months. Suspect has not been identified. 04/14/14 17: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On April 14, 2014, at about 2330 hours, I was dispatched to the Raymore Police Department in reference to warrant service. Upon arrival at about 2352 hours I took custody of Mr. Rogers, Michael and transported him to the Cass County Jail. Upon arrival Mr. Rogers was given a copy of his warrant #11CA-CR01194 for Probation Violation. A court date of April 21, 2014 at 0900 hours was set. Mr. Rogers' bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. 04/14/14 18: AMARGUIA RD, DREXEL On April 14, 2014 at about 1911 hours, I was dispatched to S. Amarguia Road reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Barbara Casey who said that suspect was upset because she did not bring home a sandwich. No apparent crime had taken place. 04/14/14 18: CROOK RD, DREXEL On April 14, 2014 at about 1951 hours, I was dispatched to S. Crook Road in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Jessica M. Yager who said that someone had damaged their mailbox by pulling it out of the ground and breaking the base. A suspect has not been identified. 04/14/14 19: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On I investigated a report of a suicidal subject at S Graham Road Pleasant Hill Mo. I contacted Slankard, Michael L. W/M was found to have no medical condition. 04/14/14 22: TH ST, BELTON On Monday, April 14, 2014 at approximately 2217 hours I was dispatched to 4001 E. 185th Street, Belton, MO reference to a disturbance in progress. T. Bruce Sanders said the argument was verbal in nature with no physical altercation occurring. The investigation determined that no crime had occurred. 04/14/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE

3 04/14/14 23:48 STATE ROUTE 58/ROGERS RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, April 14, 2014 at approximately 2348 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at State Route 58 and Walker Rd. in Pleasant Hill, MO for exceeding the posted speed limit. A check of the Cass County Sheriff's computer system revealed the driver to have an active Johnson County Missouri warrant. The driver was taken into custody. 04/15/14 05:18 7/KAUFFMAN, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at approximately 0521 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 7 and Kauffman Rd, Garden City, MO reference to a motor vehicle accident. The driver contacted the Cass County Sheriff's Office by phone to inform of the vehicle accident. 04/15/14 12:11 CLARINDA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, CLARINDA On 04/15/14 at 1216 hours, I responded to the Clarinda Iowa Correctional Facility reference a warrant service. I then took Robert S Morris into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01065 for Theft, bond $25,000 cash only, Mr. Morris was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/15/14 14: HOOVER RD, PLEASANT HILL On April 15th, 2014, I talked via telephone with Mr. Glen A. LaRue, who reports that a male subject used deception to steal $37, from him on November 21st, A suspect has been identified. 04/15/14 14: INDEPENDENCE PD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 26th, 2014, at approximately 1100 hours, I received a call at my desk from an unknown number. As I answered the phone, I spoke with a male subject that indicated that he did not want to give his name, but believed that he could tell me where some stolen property may be located in Harrisonville. 04/15/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1700 hours, in Division 2. Judge Wagner ordered Maurice Weaver to be remanded into custody case number 12CA-CR , Robbery, Bond set at $100,000 secured only, court date 1330 hours. I then transported Maurice Weaver to the Cass County Jail. 04/15/14 22: ST ST, BELTON On April 15, 2014 at about 2214 hours, I stopped a 1986 Dodge Ram pick for displaying plates belonging to a different vehicle. After contacted the driver, Daul W. Peel, he was placed under arrest on a Cass County Contempt of Court Warrant. 04/15/14 22: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 0932 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of of Jaime Torres for an active Cass County warrant for improper display of license plates with a bond of $4000, 10% Cash Only. Mr. Torres was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 04/15/14 23:28 MORRISON S OF 58, RAYMORE On Tuesday, April 15th 2014, at 2331 hours, I responded to the area of 58 Highway and South Morrison in Raymore to provide K9 assistance to the Missouri State Highway Patrol who were on a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the suspect vehicle. A subsequent probable cause search of the suspect vehicle revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana.

4 04/16/14 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0201 hours I made contact with Ronald F. Bowman Jr at the Cass County Jail on active Cass County warrants. I served Mr. Bowman with 3 Cass County warrants. 04/16/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 0937 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Danny Alvarado warrant #14CA-CR00187 for Non Support, with a $ cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 04/16/14 10: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday, April 17th, 2014 at approximately 0534 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on an active Cass County warrant at the Belton Police Department, located at 7001 East 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri. Seth M. Huber, white male was placed in to custody on a criminal non-support warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. Mr. Huber is currently being held at the Cass County Jail on a $25, Cash Only Bond. 04/16/14 10:55 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On at 1055 hours, I responded to the Jackson County,MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Louis Belton into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01399 for Possession of a controlled substance, bond $10,000, Mr. Belton was transported to the Cass County Jail. 04/16/14 16:01 NB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, April 16th 2014, at 1601 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop on northbound I-49 at South Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri on a green 1996 Jeep Cherokee. The driver, John L. Merrell, was arrested for active Jackson County warrant #W for failing to appear on a conservation violation with a bond of $2, /16/14 16: STATE ROUTE K, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday April 16th, 2014 at approximately 1717 hours I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to fraud. Upon arrival I made contact with Walker, Charles W/M. I gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 04/16/14 17: SORYL AVE, PECULIAR On April 16, 2014 I conducted an investigation of contempt reported by Jeffery A. Adams, w/m, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri. A suspect had been identified in this investigation. 04/16/14 18: TH ST, FREEMAN On Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 at approximately 1937 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to stolen property at the residence of 208 West 267th Street in rural Cleveland, Missouri. Tina M. Bollinger, white female reported that the 500 gallon propane tank had been stolen from her property. No suspect information is available at this time. 04/16/14 19:47 BATES COUNTY JAIL, BUTLER On , at approximately 1050 Hours, I made contact with David Cantrell at the Bates County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR00165 for Forgery. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 04/16/14 20: TH ST, ARCHIE On April 16th 2014, at approximately 2026 hours I was dispatched to East 339th street Archie, Missouri in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. FORM My investigation Press revealed Reports = that UPDATED the two parties were involved in an argument. No

No injuries were reported. 04/16/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 2030 hours I made contact with Kimberly K. Boude, W/F at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I remanded Mrs. Boude into custody. She will serve 24 hours shock time. I have nothing further to report. 04/16/14 21:13 I-49 AT MM 164, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 at approximately 2116 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to an assault. The victim, Frank T. Yankoviz stated he received a phone call from a male subject stating the subject was going to kill him in approximately twenty four hours. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is on going. 04/16/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2330 hours, I made contact with Corben C. Guffey W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County Warrant. I served Mr. Shaddox the Cass County Warrant # , with a $250 cash only bond. 04/16/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/16/2014, at approximately 2100 Hour, I made contact with Darren M Oneill at the Cass County Sheriffs Office on a Court Violation. He was taken into custody to serve 24 hours shock time. 04/17/14 07: STATE ROUTE Y, BELTON On April 17, 2014 at approximately 0802 hours, I investigated a burglary at South State Route Y, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Everett M Dickerson stated that his detached garage and shed were broken into at some time during the morning hours. No suspects have been identified. 04/17/14 10: TH ST, FREEMAN On April 17, 2014 at approximately 1035 hours, I investigated a burglary that occurred at E 267th Street, Freeman, Missouri. Four suspects fled the scene and resisted arrested by failing to yield for law enforcement. All suspects involved were later contacted and taken into custody. Suspects have been identified. 04/17/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/17/2014, at approximately 1242 hours, I made contact with Terry R. Terry in the Cass County jail. I served Mr. Terry with warrant #14CA-CR00373 for fugitive from out of state. Bond was set at $ cash only and a court date of 04/24/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 04/17/14 13: ST ST, PLEASANT HIL On April 17, 2014 I conducted a stealing investigation at E. 171st Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The reporting party stated her prescription medication was stolen from the mailbox. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 04/17/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1408, I arrested a subject in the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office on an active Cass County warrant. 04/17/14 15: RD ST, BELTON On Thursday April 17th, 2014 at approximately 1528 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street located in Belton, Missouri in reference to a warrant arrest. Upon arrival I made contact with detectives from Johnson county Kansas. A stolen property was located and recovered at 1404 Hickory Street in rural Raymore, Missouri. No suspects have been identified in this case. 04/17/14 22: HIGHWAY AT 58 HWY, RAYMORE On Thursday, April 17th, 2014 at approximately 2324 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest on two active Independence, Missouri Police Department warrants and a Benton County, Missouri warrant near the intersection of State Route 291 and 58 Highway. Amanda K. Dixon, white female was taken into custody on their warrants and transported to the Cass County Jail for extradition. 04/18/14 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/18/2014, at approximately 0110 Hours, I made contact with an W/M, 02/16/1997, Brandon C Maxon at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CCR00355 for Steal/Theft over $ Bond was set at $7, and a court date of 04/24/2014 at 0900 hours was given. During the investigation, I was involved in a vehicle pursuit with a male suspect who was later taken into custody in Lee's Summit, Missouri, for assault and fleeing from law enforcement. 04/18/14 12: CROWN PARK, BELTON On at approximately 1317 hours I responded to 113 N Scott in Belton, MO in reference to a burglary that occurred at 7662 Crown Park outside of Belton, MO. Upon arrival I contacted Darren Holloway who stated someone had stolen his PS3 game system, a laptop, and marijuana from his residence. One suspect has been identified in this case. 04/18/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 04/18/14 13: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On April 18, 2014 at approximately 1345 hours, I was dispatched to East Orient Cemetary Road, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a check the welfare. My investigation revealed that a subject left the residence possibly suicidal. He was later stopped by Missouri State Highway Patrol in Adrian, Missouri. 04/18/14 14: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1540 hours I responded to E 287th Street outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a property damage investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Tracy Inman who stated someone had painted her mailbox. No suspects have been identified at this time. 04/18/14 15: MECHANIC,

7 04/18/14 15: WEST OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1619 hours I responded to S WestOuter Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a property damage investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Kristina Jordan who stated someone had spray painted her mailbox and trash dumpster. No suspects have been identified at this time. 04/18/14 15: BELLE PLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1600 hours I responed to S Belle Plain Road outside of Harrisonville, MO in reference to a property damage investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Patrea Fleming who stated the suspects had spray painted the front and passenger's side of her vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 04/18/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 hours, an Inmate at the Cass County Jail was placed in the restraint chair for her own safety, after hitting metal doors, and stating she would not stop. 04/18/14 20:46 UNDISCOLSED, HARRISONVILLE On 04-18, I investigated a report of fail to exchange a child. The reporting party, Saavedra, Melissa R wished to report that her ex- Bellamy, Darren J refused to bring their 4 year old son as indicated per court documents. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 04/18/14 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2000 Hours, I arrested Adam M. Starr, W/M at the Cass County Jail. Mr. Starr turned himself in on a Court Ordered Arrest, case number 13CA-CR01186, for shock time to be served from at 2000 hours to at 2000 hours. 04/18/14 22:27 NB I-49 AT J HIGHWAY, PECULIAR On Friday, April 18th, 2014, at approximately 2227 hours I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at J Highway on a blue 1983 Chevrolet C-10. The driver of the vehicle was issued a summons for DWS, and the passenger Leah M. Dalton w/f was arrested on a Cass County felony warrant for non-support. 04/19/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0242 hours I made contact with Austin W. Painter at the Cass County Jail on active Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Painter with Cass county warrant # 14CA-CR Bond was set at $ Cash Only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 04/19/14 03:59 CAMBRIDGE/W OF MULLEN, BELTON On April 19, 2014 at about 0400 hours, I stopped a green Nissan Maxima traveling east on Cambridge Road approaching Mullen Road for speeding. After contacting the driver he was arrested for driving while intoxicated. 04/19/14 05: RD ST, BELTON On April 19, 2014 at about 0525 hours, I took custody of Courtney R. Swearingen on a Cass County Warrant while at the Belton Police Department. I transported to Ms. Swearingen to the Cass County Jail where she was given a copy of her warrant. 04/19/14 05:30 SR P HWY EAST OF 291 HWY, PLEASANT HILL On April 19, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident on P highway east of 291 highway. My investigation revealed that a vehicle struck Albert F. Cornell's fence causing damage and left the scene of the crash. A possible suspect has been identified. 04/19/14 09: JETER RD, RAYMORE On at approximately 0954 I responded to 1602 N Jeter Road outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Lynn Highland who stated her father's caretaker had been yelling at him and requested we stand by while she terminated his employment. No crime was found to have occurred. 04/19/14 12:52 BELTON PD, 04/19/14 16: TH ST, CLEVELAND On Saturday, April 29, 2014 Darvin Schildknecht reported that he is the property care taker for 3509 E 247th and while doing so found the residence door open and items taken. There is no suspect information for this incident. 04/19/14 18: TH TER, PECULIAR On April 19, 2014 at about 1903 hours, I was dispatched to 8402 E. 256th Terr. in reference to a theft. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Minchu c. Hall who said that someone had stolen a picnic table and fishing rods from her residence. A suspect was not identified. 04/20/14 00:24 SB49/168.8, PECULIAR On at approximately 0024 hours I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at mile marker on a black 1995 Chrysler New Yorker for not having a license plate tag light. My K-9 alerted on the exterior of the vehicle which led to a search of the interior of the vehicle. Driver of the vehicle was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute. 04/20/14 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 04/20/2014, at approximately 0205 Hours, I made contact with Minturn, Morgan Warner W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 04/20/14 11: GRAND RIVER RD, HARRISONVILLE 04/20/14 19: MULLEN RD, BELTON On April 21, 2014 I initiated an investigation of an animal bite that occurred in the area of 2403 Mullen Rd Belton, MO. A male subject Joel Challacombe, told me that he had been bitten by a dog while riding his bicycle. There was no apparent crime during this incident. 04/20/14 20: BRUSH COLLEGE RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately I investigated a report of a motorcycle crash in the area of Cantrell road and 253rd.
