1 05/20/13 02: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2240 hours, I served a warrant to Thomas Starforth at the Cass County Jail. 05/20/13 08: OUTER ROAD, HARRISONVILLE On May 17th, 2013, I, along with Cass County Deputy B. Barbarick # 642, assisted the Peculiar Police Department with a consent search at Southeast Outer Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. 05/20/13 09: STATE ROUTE CC, STRASBURG On May 20, 2013 I responded to S. State Route CC, Strasburg, Missouri, in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Made contact with Jessica R. Brasel, w/f, and Jordan L. Lybarger, w/m, on scene. Ms. Brasel had permission to be on the property. Two suspects were arrested for possession of controlled substance. 05/20/13 10: BANNISTER RD, KANSAS CITY On Monday May 20th, 2013 at approximately 1031 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a child custody dispute. Upon arrival same date and time I made contact with Ashley Ellis, W/F. I gathered information in reference to the report. 05/20/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1215 hours, in Div 1 court room I made contact with Jeffery Bookout. Judge Collins sentence Jeffery Bookout in case number 12CA-CR01182, Possession, to DOC treatmeant program. I then transported Jeffery Bookout to the Cass County jail. 05/20/13 12:41 291ST AND LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Monday May 20th, 2013 I at approximately 1245 hours I was dispatched to S. O'Bannon Rd. in rural Garden City in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with John Winter, W/M. I gathered information for the report and was given a list of possible suspects. 05/20/13 14:43 JACKSON COUNTY, MO JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 05/20/13 at 1049 hours. I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail refrence a warrant service. I then took Thomas A Kelsey into custody on Cass County Warrant # 17R for Fail To Appear, bond $ 3,000 10% cash only. Mr Kelsey was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/20/13 14: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 20, 2013 I responded to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to stolen license plates. I made contact with Thelda J. Arnote, w/f, who reported both license plates stolen from her grandson's 1997 Mitsubishi. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 05/20/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1450 hours, I made contact with Steven E. Maine w/m. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR00616 for Harassment and Trespass 1st degree. 05/20/13 15: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On Tuesday, May 21st, 2013 I conducted a warrant arrest at the Grandview Police Department, located at 1200 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. I then took Todd J. Lityma, white male into custody on Cass County Warrant #12CA-CR01312 for Non Support with a bond amount of $ Cash Only. Mr. Lityma was transported to the Cass County Jail.

I then took Nathan Gross into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00614 for Passing a Bad Check, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr Gross was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/20/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On approximately 1550 hours, I made contact with Brianna Fair in Division 1 court room. Brianna Fair was remanded into custody in cases number 12CA-CR Assault and was sentence to 60 days of shocktime in the Cass County Jail.I then transported Brianna Fair to the Cass County Jail.. 05/21/13 03:16 223/STATE LINE, CLEVELAND On May 21, 2013 at approximately 0322 hours I conducted an investigation of Harassment at 223th Street and Stateline Rd Cleveland MO as reported by Peggy A. Darr while delivery news papers a subject on 220th street in rural Cleveland has been spotlighting her everyday. 05/21/13 08: MULLEN RD, BELTON On May 21, 2013 at approximately 0920 hours, I conducted a check the welfare of a white/female, in the area of 187th Street between State Route Y and Mullen Road, who wrote a note stating she needed help. The result of this call was contact with the female subject and a non-criminal information report. 05/21/13 09: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday May 21st 2013 I was dispatched to S St Rt & Highway rural Harrisonville Missouri in regards to a reported harassment. I contacted Ronnie L Durnell who stated that his neighbor plugged a drainage pipe and caused water to pool in his yard. There is suspect information. 05/21/13 12: CANTRELL RD, ARCHIE On Tuesday May 21st, 2013 at approximately 1202 hours I was contacted via phone at 2501 W. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. I was contacted via phone by Angela Lesmeister, W/F reference a stolen vehicle. No suspects have been identified in this case. 05/21/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE at 1323 hours, I contacted Gregory Wayne Breeden at the Cass County Sheriffs Jail and served warrant # for Failure to Appear Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt. Bond was set at $10.00 Cash Only. 05/21/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1422 hours, I contacted Joshua S Roberts at the Cass County Jail and served warrant #13CA-CR00620 for Burglary 1st degree. Bond was set at $40, Cash or Surety. 05/21/13 14:35 JASPER COUNTY, MO JAIL, CARTHAGE On 05/21/13 at 0940 hours. I responded to the Jasper County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Anthony G Kern into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00284 for Fail To Appear, bond $10,000 cash only, Mr Kern was transported to the Cass County Jail.

3 05/21/13 15: TH ST, CREIGHTON On Tuesday May 21st 2013 I was dispatched to 502 E 4th Street in Creighton Missouri on an assault no longer in progress. While in route dispatch radioed and stated that one of the subjects involved was now at the Garden City Police Station wanting to file her report. I contacted Lindsay E Carter w/f who stated that she was in a physical altercation with the suspect while at the 502 address in Creighton. There is suspect information. 05/21/13 17: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/25/2013 at approximately 1526 hours, I made contact with Rodney Lee Howard, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. Howard Cass County warrant# 13CA-CR00323, Bond was set at $7, with a court date of 06/03/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 05/21/13 20: HWY, PLEASANT HILL On May 21, 2013 I conducted an investigation of harassment that occurred at Hwy Pleasant Hill MO. The reporting party Magen L. Tebo said she has been receiving phone calls since losing her phone at the Raymore Walmart. No suspect has been identified. 05/21/13 20:48 SB 49/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, May 21st 2013, at 2048 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on the southbound exit ramp to South Commercial from I-49 in Harrisonville, Missouri on a gray 1998 Chevrolet pickup. The driver, was arrested for felony driving while revoked. 05/21/13 21: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On May 21st, I arrested Erica L. Ware, b/f, at 2501 W. Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 13-CAARW-385 for failure to appear on failure to register motor vehicle. A court date of May 28, 2013 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $ cash only. 05/21/13 23: TH ST, CLEVELAND On May 21, 2013 I conduct a message delivery for St. Joseph Missouri Police department at 210 5th Street Cleveland MO. Contact was made with homeowner and message was delivered. 05/22/13 01: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On May 22, 2013, at approximately 0216 hours, I investigated a domestic disturbance between Brandon Paul and Bradley Paul, who are brothers, that occurred at East 203rd Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Both subjects are listed as victims and suspects. This case will be forwarded to the Cass County Prosecutor's Office for review. 05/22/13 06:41 STATE ROUTE N, GARDEN CITY On May 22, 2013, I investigated a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on State Route N east of State Route ZZ in rural Garden City, MO. A green Silver truck struck a green Mercury car. There were no reported injuries. 05/22/13 08: JERRY, RAYMORE On Wednesday, May 22nd, 2013, at approximately 0831 hours I was dispatched to 1002 N. Mullen Raymore Mo., in regards to a report of an animal attack. I made contact with Raymond E. Chatham w/m who was attacked by two pit bulls in front of the residence at 1102 N. Jerry Raymore Mo. The owner of the dogs has been identified. 05/22/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/22/13 at approximately 0915 hours I took Phillips, Amanda J. into custody on a Harrisonville warrant.

4 05/22/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, April 23, 2013, I was contacted in regards to individual requesting to take children pornography photographs. The suspect is unknown at this time. 05/22/13 13: EASTON ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 22, 2013 I conducted a residence check at 2405 Easton Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to an active Cass County warrant Felony Probation Violation warrant # 12CA-CR For Domestic Assault 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety. Contact was made with Timothy Kidd. Mr. Kidd was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/22/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday May 22nd, 2013, at approximately 1200 hours, I made contact with Veronica Pullen at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00454 for Failure to Appear for original charge of Forgery. 05/22/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday May 22nd, 2013, at approximately 1530 hours, I made contact with Brandon Mayo at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00622 for Forgery. 05/22/13 19: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at about 1931 hours, I was dispatched to Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival I contacted the Reporting Party, Mr. Mark W. Beck, W/M who said that unknown suspects entered his business located at Orient Cemetary Road. Mr.Beck said the susupects took a carpenters square, scrap metal the Sterilite plastic box that contained the crickets from the building, between the dates of Monday, May 20, 2013 at about 1800 hours and Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at about 1700 hours. 05/22/13 20: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 2010 hrs, I made contact with Jacqueline A. Miller at the Cass County Justice center on an Cass County Warrant. I served Ms. Miller The Cass County Warrant 13-CA-CR00623, Bond set at $2500 Cash or Surety. 05/22/13 21: RD ST, BELTON On May 23, 2013 at approximately 2111 hours, I was dispatched to 3800 E. 203rd Street in reference to a motor vehicle accident, car versus pedestrian. Jeffrey C. Curtis, w/m, was runover by a vehicle during a disturbance. There is suspect information. 05/23/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0020 hours, I came in contact with Jason M Alflen, at the Cass County Jail and served an active Cass County warrant. 05/23/13 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0330 hours, I came in contact with Steven Sehorn, at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant and I served the Cass County warrant on him.

5 05/23/13 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0330 hours, I came in contact with Danny Harper, at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant and I served the Cass County warrant on him. 05/23/13 05:02 EB 2/E OF FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On I responded to State Route 2 hwy east of Freedom road regarding an abandoned vehicle. I observed a black 2005 Chevy Caviler unoccupied parked in the east bound lane of travel. The vehicle was found to be causing a traffic hazard and was removed by Johnson's towing service. 05/23/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE A registered sex offender has failed to comply with all requirements of registration. 05/23/13 09:09 STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On May 23, 2013, I investigated a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on State Route P east of Pryor Road in rural Pleasant Hill, MO. A maroon Nissan SUV sideswiped a tractor pulling a planter. There were no reported injuries. 05/23/13 09: STATE ROUTE CC HIGHWAY, STRASBURG On May 23, 2013, at approximately 0932 hours, I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department, located in Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a civil stand by. I responded to South State Route CC Highway, Strasburg, Missouri and stood by while the biological mother of an infant got her child and items from her husband's parents house. 05/23/13 09: MAIN ST, PECULIAR On Thursday, May 23rd, 2013, at approximately 1006 hours I was dispatched to 7001 E. 163rd Street, the Belton Police Department, in regards to a subject in their custody with a Cass County warrant. Anthony L. Laycock w/m was arrested on Cass County warrant #11CA-CR00562 for non-support with a bond of $1, cash only. Mr. Laycock was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/23/13 11: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On May 23, 2013, at approximately 1105 hours, I was dispatched to South Little Road in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to a verbal disturbance. My investigation revealed that an argument occurred between mother and son over a cellular phone. 05/23/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On May 23rd, 2013, at approximately 1150 hours, I made contact with Mr. James Garcia at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 09CA-CR00338 for Passing a Bad Check. 05/23/13 14: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1415 hours, I served a Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00628 to Douglas Sears at the Cass County Jail. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given. 05/23/13 15:04 SCHOOL RD, RAYMORE On May 23, 2013, I investigated a two vehicle motor vehicle collision on School Road north of 195th Street. A silver Nissan car struck the rear of a white Honda SUV. There were no reported injuries.

6 05/23/13 15: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On May 23, 2013, at approximately 1524 hours, I was dispatched to East 283rd Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a medical call. While enroute, dispatch told me that a male was crushed by wooden trusses and that someone on the scene had began to do CPR. My investigation revealed that Robert L. Lotspeich was fatally injured by large wooden trusses that fell on him while they were being moved. 05/23/13 16: SHAIR DR, PECULIAR On 05/23/13 at approximately 1651 hours, while out conducting Sex Offender compliance sweep Northern Cass I made contact with Jason A. Kraft. Upon completing the compliance check with Mr. Kraft it was discovered, Mr. Kraft was found not to be in compliance with his Sex Offender Registration do to not registering a vehicle on his his Sex Offender Registration. 05/23/13 17: WALNUT, CLEVELAND ON May 23, 2013 at approximately 1718 hours I conducted a residence check at 208 E Walnut Cleveland MO for sex offender registry compliance. Contact was made with the homeowner,a summons issues. 05/23/13 18:24 ALOGA CORR CENTER, JEFFERSON CITY On 05/23/13 at 1342 hours. I responded to the Algoa Correctional Center refrence a warrant service. I then took Rickey Walters into custody on Cass County Warrant # 10CA-CR01075 for Probation Violation, bond $3,000 % 10 cash only. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Mary Ann Cady, W/F who said that she had attempted to overdose and prescription medications and would like to be taken to a hospital. 05/23/13 20: SYCAMORE DR, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday May 23rd 2013 I responded to 1309 S. Sycamore Dr. Pleasant Hill in reference to a sex offender compliance check. A suspect was taken into custody for probation violation and felon in possession of a firearm. 05/23/13 20: LEXINGTON RD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, May 23, 2013 at approximately 2035 hours I conducted a residence check 702 Lexington, Pleasant Hill, MO reference to a subject with an active Pleasant Hill warrant. Elm in Raymore, Missouri. A suspect had been identified in this incident. 05/24/13 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0435 hours, I took custody of Justin Wolters on a bond surrender from LaLa Miller bail bonds. 05/24/13 06:11 BUTCHER RD/71, ARCHIE On May 24, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of A hwy and Butcher road. Upon arrival I observed a white male subject who stated that he had fail to stop at the northbound stop sign on Butcher road and hit another vehicle. A suspect has been identified and contacted. 05/24/13 12: , HARRISONVILLE On May 24th, 2013 at approximately 1242 hours, I conducted a civil stand by at 1300 East 187th Street, Belton, Missouri. The reporting party requested to have the property owner return firearms that belonged to him but were kept at the residence. The firearms were not return due to the reporting parties spouse claiming them as marital property. The result of this standby was a DFS Hotline and a non-criminal informational report. 05/24/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 05/25/2013 at approximately 1252 hours, I made contact with Justin Parker, at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. Two suspects were charged with domestic assault 3rd degree.

9 05/25/13 00: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On May 25, 2013, at approximately 0041 hours, I investigated a motor vehicle crash on State Route 2,.4 mile east of Twin Pines Road, Harrisonville. My investigation revealed the motor vehicle crash to be non injury with property damage. The driver of the vehicle was Mason Rew and the passenger was Jacob Ross. 05/25/13 00: TH STREET, INDEPENDENCE On Saturday, May 25th, 2013 I conducted a warrant arrest at Centerpoint Medical Center, located at East 39th Street South, Independence, Missouri in reference to a warrant service. I then took Azielee C. Adams, black female into custody on Cass County Warrant #11CA-CR00709 for Passing Bad Checks with a bond amount of $ % Cash Only. Ms. Adams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/25/13 09: LINCOLN RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 25, 2013 I responded to S. Lincoln Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to property damage. I made contact with Richard T. Hawkins, w/m, who reported a bullet hole in the North side of his residence. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 05/25/13 10:01 201/PARRIS, PLEASANT HILL On May 25, 2013 I responded to the area of E. 201st Street at S. Parris Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, for property damage to a shed. I made contact with Cher C. Yang, A/M, who reported someone had struck his shed with their vehicle sometime overnight. Upon arrival I made contact with Jeffryes, Tina, W/F and Madison, Mallory, B/F. No suspects were identified in this incident. 05/25/13 11:52 195/PECULIAR, PECULIAR On May 25, 2013 at approximately 1152 hours, I conducted a motorist assist on 195th Street, west of Peculiar drive in Raymore, Missouri. The result of this motorist assist was an arrest for an active Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop -A warrant. 05/25/13 12:43 S. GRAHAM RD S. OF E. 155TH, PLEASANT HILL On May 25, 2013 I conducted a traffic stop on S. Graham Rd South of E. 155th Street on a red Dodge Dakota for a speeding violation. The driver was arrested for an active warrant out of Lake Winnebago Police Department. 05/25/13 12: COACHMAN, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday May 25th, 2013 at approximately 1258 hours I dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a informational call. Upon arrival I made contact with Gully, Avery, W/F. No crime occurred so a non-criminal report was taken.

10 05/25/13 15: STOCKMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On May 25, 2013 I responded to S. Stockman Rd, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to possible property damage caused by people shooting in the area. I made contact with Elroy W. Knoche, w/m,who reported he was out in his garden and could hear people shooting East of his property. Mr. Knoche said he heard a bullet pass by him and hit something. Mr. Knoche said he did not see where the bullet hit and did not know if it caused any damage. I made contact with subjects target shooting in the area and they quit for the day. At this time the report is considered non criminal in nature. 05/25/13 20:27 NB 163RD, BELTON On Saturday May 25th I assisted the Missouri State Highway Patrol in a vehicle pursuit from NB I-49 and 163rd in Belton to I-435 and 63rd street where the vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle crash. 05/25/13 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2100 hours, I made contact with Jennifer Sperry at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR00469 for forgery. Bond was set at $7,500 cash or surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 05/25/13 22:58 F HWY & 1ST ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday, May 25th 2013, at 2258 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of F Highway and 1st Street in Garden City, Missouri on a burgundy 2001 Chrysler Sebring bearing Missouri license for displaying expired license plates(january 2013) and having an inoperable left brake light. Both the driver, and front seat passenger,were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 05/25/13 23: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On May 26, 2013 at 0241 hours I responded to Raymore MO Police Department located at 100 municipal Circle Raymore MO reference to warrant service. I then took custody of Alexander J. Theile w/m 06/09/94 into custody on Cass County warrant ##13CA-CR00586 for Theft/Stealing with a $10, % cash only bond and a court date of June 6, 2013 at Mr. Theile was transported to the Cass County Jail. 05/25/13 23:40 KAUFFMAN RD NORTH OF 283RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday May 25th 2013 I investigated a motor vehicle crash involving a 2013 Ford F-150 with no license information on Kaufman Rd. north of 283rd. A cause of the crash has been determined. 05/26/13 01: TH, CLEVELAND On May 26th, 2013 I investigated a reported disturbance possibly involving a firearm that occurred near 220th Street and State Line Road, Cleveland, Missouri. The firearm was determined to be an air soft pistol. 05/26/13 03: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, May 26th, 2013 at approximately 0333 hours, I was dispatched to the area of East 227th street in Peculiar, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. Upon my arrival to the area I found the disturbance to have taken place at East 227th Street, Peculiar, Missouri. My investigation revealed that the disturbance was between two parties who claimed to be in a relationship together. My investigation revealed the disturbance was non-criminal in nature. 05/26/13 09:11 98 OLD 7 HWY(BUSINESS 7), GARDEN CITY On Sunday May 26th 2013 I was dispatched to the Dollar General Store 98 S Old 7 Highway Garden City Missouri on a suspicious activity. I contacted the store manager Terry J Runnels w/f and clerk Sara N Eicher w/f who stated that a white male in his early to mid-thirties entered the store and attempted to buy merchandise with a check. I was asked to deliver a death notification to Randal E Knippa w/m in regards to his son Jeffery A Knippa w/m. Nothing further. 05/26/13 16: STATE ROUTE DD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday may 26th, 2013 at approximately 1648 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route DD Highway and 297th Street reference a motor vehicle crash. Madison Kittilstad, W/F was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center. 05/26/13 22:14 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY 05/26/13 22:19 49/291, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday, May 26th 2013, at 2219 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on northbound I-49 at 291 Highway on a black 2003 Chevrolet Silverado for speeding. The driver, was issued summons' for speeding and driving while suspended.
