I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR01282 for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $20,000 cash or surety and a court date of 03/07/2016at 0900 hours was given. 02/01/16 10: AMARUGIA RD, DREXEL On February 01, 2016, I conducted an investigation of shots fired from S. Amarugia Road in rural Drexel, Missouri. A suspect has been identified and taken into custody. 02/01/16 10:46 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 02/01/16 at 1046 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Wesley A Bass into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00743 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Bass was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/01/16 11: MEADOW DR, PECULIAR On January 1, 2016, I took a report of suspicious activity that occurred at E Meadow Drive in rural Peculiar, Missouri. Lois Jones reported that someone had gotten into her vehicle over the weekend, but nothing appeared to be missing. 02/01/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0940 hours, Heather Smith was remanded to my custody by the Div 3 Associate Circuit Judge. Jackson was arrested at the Cass County Jail on active Cass County warrants. 02/01/16 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/01/2016, at approximately 2000 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office. I served her with Cass County court order commitment for 48 hours of shock time. 02/02/16 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday February 1, 2016 a search warrant was obtained for the search of the residence and property located at South Amarugia Road in rural Archie, Missouri. 02/02/16 09:47 MECHANIC/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On February 2, 2016, I investigated a motor vehicle collision on Mechanic Street at Commercial Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. There were no reported injuries.

2 02/02/16 14:25 2/SOUTH WOOD, HARRISONVILLE On February 2, 2016, I conducted an investigative vehicle stop in the area of 2 Highway and Southwood Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. Drug paraphernalia was located during the stop and county summons were issued to the driver. 02/02/16 14: ST STREET, BELTON On February 02, 2016, I responded to the Quick Trip Gas Station located at 7920 E. 171st Street in Belton, MO in reference a prisoner transfer from the Grandview Police Department. I placed Charles M. Sampson into custody on Cass County warrant. Mr. Sampson was transported to the Cass County Jail for booking. 02/02/16 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1415 hours, at the Cass County justice Center I arrested Karla Bone-Miller on a Cass county warrant, Case number 14CA-CR00317, DWI, failure to appear, bond set at $4,000 ten percent cash allowed and a court date of 0900 hours was given. I then transported Karla bone- Miller the Cass County Jail. 02/02/16 14: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On February 2, 2016 I responded to E. 175th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity that was reported by Mr. Wayne Leikam. 02/02/16 15: MECHANIC STREET, HARRISONVILLE On February 2, 2016, I assisted Harrisonville EMS with a medical call in the lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri. A female subject fainted while at the counter. The subject refused medical treatment. 02/02/16 15: TH STREET, BELTON On February 02, 2016, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W. Mechanic Street Harrisonville, Missouri for a report of stealing. I spoke to Lou Ellen Wright who said that she had items taken from her residence located at 6102 E. 187th Street Belton, Missouri, by an acquaintance. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 02/02/16 16: CORNITH RD, CLEVELAND On February 02, 2016, I was dispatched to S. Cornith Road in Cleveland, Missouri for a neighbor dispute. No criminal acts were committed. 02/02/16 22: WOODSON DR, RAYMORE On February 2, 2016 at about 2243 hours, I contacted Miss Mackenzie Barker via phone. Miss Barker stated she had located her stolen property on Belton Swap and Shop website. The location of the suspect was inside the City limits of Raymore. This report was forwarded to Raymore and referred to Grandview, where the stealing occurred. 02/03/16 00:11 52 F HWY, GARDEN CITY On February 3, 2016 at approximately 0013 hours, I was dispatched to Casey's #2443 in Garden City, MO on State Route F highway, in regards to stealing of a 12 pack of Bud Light bottles. Suspect is a white male, may be in his 50's, last seen walking south on State Route F highway. Suspect has not been identified. 02/03/16 05: ASH ST, BELTON On February 3, 2016 at about 0556 hours, I was dispatched to S. Ash in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted the victim, Mrs. Jamie Duncan who told me that someone had taken a purse from her vehicle and a pistol from her husband's vehicle while it was parked in front of their house.

Nobody was injured. 02/03/16 08: MANOR DR, BELTON On Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at approximately 0847 hours, I conducted a residence check at the residence of 403 Manor Road in Belton, Missouri in regards to a subject reported to be living at this residence with multiple active Cass County warrants. At approximately 0853 hours, Wednesday, February 3, 2016 William E. Bauman Jr., white male was placed into custody on Cass County warrant #07CA-MC00643 for contempt - failure to appear and Cass County warrant #08CA-MC00490 for contempt - failure to appear. Mr. Bauman was transported to the Cass County Jail and is being held on a total bond of $ Cash Only. Mr. Bauman was given a court date of Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at approximately 1330 hours. 02/03/16 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 03, 2016 Benjamin W. Clark, 23, of Belton, MO was arrested on a Cass County warrant for Count 1: Resisting Arrest/detention/stop By Fleeing - Creating a Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/death To Any Person, Count 2: Leaving Scene Of Motor Vehicle Accident-Injury, Property Damage Or 2nd Offense. The warrant was issued on February 03, 2016, and bond was set at $50, /03/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On February 03, 2016 I recieved a call from a subject who lives in the state of Iowa wanting to report a scam over the website Craigslist. I advised the subject he needed to contact his local law enforcement agency where he lives and make the report with them. 02/03/16 13:15 ARCHIE COMMUTER LOT, BUTLER On Wednesday at approximately 1522 hours I met with Sgt. Berry # 2901 from Bates County Sheriff's for a prisoner transfer. One subject was transported to the Cass County Jail for his active Cass County Warrant. 02/03/16 17:37 NB 49/MM 163.4, PECULIAR On Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at approximately 1803 hours, I conducted an investigation on Interstate 49 near mile marker north of Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle could not be located. The registered owner of the vehicle, identified as Stephan D. Yonkman, white male was unable to be contacted as well. The vehicle was left at the scene due to the vehicle not creating a hazard to the roadway. 02/04/16 00:01 58/D HWY, BELTON On February 4, 2016, while patrolling rural Belton, Missouri, I initiated a traffic stop on a 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for no tag lights. My investigation revealed a subject pumped fuel into a black Ford F150, and left this address without paying. A suspect was identified. 02/04/16 04: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On February 4th 2015 at approximately 0421 hours I was dispatched to 500 Main St, Garden City in reference to a death. My investigation revealed the death was of natural causes. 02/04/16 08:46 MADISON/58 HWY, RAYMORE On February 4, 2016 at approximately 0848 hours, I was dispatched to Madison Street and State Route 58 Highway located in Raymore, Missouri in reference to a non injury motor vehicle accident. My investigation revealed that a two vehicle non injury motor vehicle accident occurred. 02/04/16 10:31 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 02/04/16 at 1031 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jacob J Pressgrove into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00631 for Fail To Appear, bond $2,500 cash only. It was assigned by mistake. 02/04/16 14:00 PECULIAR DR/W OF BONE/100 FT NORTH, PECULIAR On Thursday at approximately 1416 hours, I was dispatched to an area approximately 100 feet north of the Bridge of no exits on Peculiar Drive. An anonymous caller reported that there was a bag of methamphetamine laying next to the road on the west side of the road. My investigation revealed a bag of cinnamon candy. 02/04/16 16: DAVENPORT, CLEVELAND On February 4, 2016 at approximately 1447 hours, I was contacted by a subject over the phone. On February 3, 2015 at approximately 1158 hours, I attempted to contact the same person at residence 9300 E. 291st Street in reference to possible domestic violence. My investigation revealed that there were arguments between her and her husband but nothing physical occurred.

5 02/04/16 16: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On February 4, 2016 at approximately 1350 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a child custody issue. The child was reunited with the mother after providing a civil standby. 02/04/16 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1746 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served a Cass County warrant. I served Dalton Silver warrant #15CA-CR00765 for Passing bad check with a $6, % cash bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 02/04/16 19: MUNICIPAL CIR, RAYMORE On Thursday February 4th, 2015 at approximately 1908 hours I responded to the Raymore Police Department in Raymore Missouri for a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Derek A. White b/m he was taken into custody on three active Cass County warrants and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 02/04/16 20: DEER RUN RD, PECULIAR On February 4, 2016, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding a Burglary. I made contact with the victim who stated someone attempted to break into his garage. A suspect has been identified. 02/04/16 21: COWGER RD, PECULIAR On 02/04/2016 at approximately 2149 hours, I responded to S. Cowger rd in Peculiar Missouri in reference to a 911 hang up. My investigation revealed that a verbal argument had occurred resulting in a call to /04/16 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/04/2016, at approximately 2125 Hours, I made contact with Brian J Rinker at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 02/04/16 23:07 COMMERCIAL/SOUTH, HARRISONVILLE On February 4, 2016, I initiated a traffic stop in the area of South Street and Commercial in Harrisonville, Missouri on white in color Honda hatchback. A consent search of the vehicle and passenger revealed two pipes with burnt marijuana residue inside. The passenger was issued a summons. 02/05/16 09:29 CLAY COUNTY MO JAIL, LIBERTY On 02/05/16 at 0929 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Corey Nagy into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR01171 for Probation Violation, bond $25,000. Ms. Nagy was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/05/16 11: WALNUT STREET, CLEVELAND On February 5, 2016, I took a walk-in report from Steven C. Edmundson about possible harassment that occurred at 420 W. Walnut Street in Cleveland, Missouri. 02/05/16 11: CORNERSTONE DR, BELTON On at approximately 1122 hours, deputies responded to the Hampton Inn located at S. Cornerstone Drive in Belton, Missouri to assist the Belton Police Department with a shooting investigation. Deputies assisted with scene security. A suspect was later taken into custody.

6 02/05/16 12: NORTH AVE, BELTON On February 05, 2016, I was dispatched to the CVS Pharmacy located at 409 E. North Avenue in Belton, Missouri for a report of stealing. The suspects were recorded on the in store video camera, but have not been identified at this time. 02/05/16 12: RD STREET, PECULIAR On February 2, 2016 I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office in reference to information of stealing by deceit. Dean Edington reported paying for service repairs that are not being completed and that money paid for service is not being returned. No individual suspects have been identified at this time. 02/05/16 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/05/2016 at approximately 1250 hours, I made contact with Kert Russell Hatfield at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00037 for Receiving Stolen Property $ or more. Bond for this warrant was set at $3, ten percent cash allowed and a court date of 03/03/2016 at 0900 hours was given. 02/05/16 17: STATE ROUTE Z, GARDEN CITY On February 5, 2016 I responded to S. State Highway Z, Garden City, Missouri in reference to property damage. Mr. B. Doll reported property damage to his fence and water meter. Vehicle tracks were observed along with vehicle fluids indicating that the damage was caused by a vehicle. No suspect information is available at this time. 02/05/16 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/05/2016, at approximately 1830 hours, I made contact with the Linn County, Ks Sheriff's Office who advised me that they had an active warrant on John William McCammon for burglary. 02/05/16 19:05 PURVIS RD /203RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 5, 2016 I was dispatched to the intersection of Purvis road and 203rd, in reference to a vehicle fire. Upon arrival I contacted the driver who stated he had been driving through the field when his vehicle caught on fire. A suspect has been identified and contacted in this incident. 02/05/16 22: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On February I was contacted at the Cass County Sheriff's Office by Laura Staley who reported that her daughter has an active full order of protection against a male subject. Ms. Staley stated the male subject posted a picture to his own face book page with him holding a rifle. A check of the subject's criminal history revealed that he has felony convictions. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 02/06/16 00: MAIN ST, GRANDVIEW On February 6, 2016 at about 0020 hours, I was dispatched to Grandview Police Department to conduct a Drug Recognition Evaluation. Upon arrival I contacted Officer Kendall. Officer Kendall requested I perform a Drug Recognition Evaluation on Ms. Johnella M. Harlin. The evaluation was completed as requested. 02/06/16 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0125 hours, I came in contact with Ryne William Greathouse at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served the Cass County weekend warrant for domestic assault in the 1st degree. Bond was set at $250,000, cash only, and a court date of , at 0900 hours was given.

7 02/06/16 07: HOME FARM RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 6, 2016, I responded to S. Home Farm Road, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to stealing from a motor vehicle. Wayland Hess reported that a large amount of cash was taken from his vehicle. No suspect information is available at this time. 02/06/16 07: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0755 hours, I responded to S. Hannah Road outside of Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Diane Johnson who stated someone had been inside her vehicle overnight. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/06/16 07: HOME FARM RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 6, 2016 while investigating a theft, I responded to S. Home Farm Road, Harrisonville, Missouri and found that a vehicle at this residence was tampered with as well. Paul White reported that cash had been taken from this vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/06/16 08: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0818 hours, I responded to S. Hannah Road outside of Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a theft from a motor vehicle. I contacted Kaitlynn Horn who stated someone had stolen her wallet and sunglasses from her vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/06/16 08: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0833 hours, I responded to S. Hannah Road outside of Harrisonville, Missouri and made contact with Richard Justice. Mr. Justice said someone stole $30.00 cash out of his vehicle last night. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/06/16 08: HANNAH RD, HARRISONVILLE On February 6, 2016 while conducting an investigation of theft, I made contact with David Mallison at S. Hannah Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. A wallet was reported to be stolen from his vehicle. No suspects have been identified at this time. 02/06/16 09:43 195/CLEVELAND, BELTON On February 06, 2016, I was dispatched to the area of 195th Street at Cleveland Avenue in rural Belton, Missouri for to check the welfare of an injured male. I made contact with Joseph L. Wheeler who had injuries to his head. Mr. Wheeler refused treatment from Belton EMS. Mr. Wheeler was given a courtesy ride to Belton Regional Medical Center. 02/06/16 10: TH STREET, PECULIAR On February 06, 2016 I was dispatched to E. 198th Street in Peculiar, Missouri for a reported burglary. Investigation revealed that the suspect was a family member entered the residence and no crime was committed. 02/06/16 12:30 291/203, PLEASANT HILL On February 06, 2016, I was dispatched to 291 Highway in the area of 203rd Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri to assist Miller Tow with traffic control while they loaded a vehicle. 02/06/16 12:46 2/BRUSH COLLEGE, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1246 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a black Acura 2 door passenger car that pass me on State Route 2 near Brush College Road. Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a suspicious activity call. Upon arrival I contacted Noble Wheeler who stated a subject on I-49 brandished a weapon as they passed him. Subsequent investigation revealed the weapon was a toy. 02/06/16 19:30 WHIPPOORWILL DR/BRIERS DR, LAKE ANNETTE On June 6, 2016 at about 1933 hours, I was dispatched to Lake Annette in reference to a suspicous activity. Upon arrival I contacted Mr. Cory E. Harding, W/M. Mr. Harding was placed under arrest on a Cass County warrant for Trespassing. 02/07/16 00:00 58 HWY AT BEL RAY, BELTON On Sunday, February 7th, 2016 at approximately 0000 hours I conducted a traffic stop at 58 Highway and Bel Ray on a silver 1986 Dodge Ram pickup truck. The driver of the vehicle, Daul W. Peel was arrested on Cass County warrant #14CAFTA1379 for Contempt of Court with a bond of $1, cash only. 02/07/16 04: RD STREET, BELTON On 02/07/2016, at 1400 hours, I responded to the Belton city Jail, in reference to a warrant service. I then took Daniel Carrasco, into custody on a Cass County warrant and tranported to the Cass County Jail. 02/07/16 09:31 7/KIRCHER, GARDEN CITY On February 07, 2016, at approximately 0940 hours, I arrested a Taimak L. Cobb who was driving a 2015 Mits Mirage because he had an active traffic warrant out of St. Charles County, Missouri. Mr. Cobb was escorted to the Cass County Jail and released to the jail deputies without incident. 02/07/16 10: RD STREET, BELTON On February, 2016, I responded to the Belton City Jail located at 7001 E. 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri for a prisoner transfer. I picked up Brandon V. Johnson on a Cass County driving while revoked warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 02/07/16 10:26 58/291, PLEASANT HILL On February 7, 2016, I responded to the intersection of State Route 291 and 175th Street, for an abandoned vehicle. A yellow Ford Mustang was found to be abandoned approximately twenty feet east of a heavy traffic intersection. The vehicle was towed to prevent a traffic collision. 02/07/16 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE 02/07/16 23:49 STATE ROUTE Z N OF 291ST, GARDEN CITY On February 7, 2016 at about 2349 hours, I stopped a gray 1999 Ford Taurus on State Route Z Hwy north of 291st street, when I observed the vehicle cross the center line that divided the highway.
