1 12/15/14 07: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday December 15th, 2014 at approximately 0715 hours I was dispatched to 207 Main Street in Garden City, Missouri in reference to stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Richardson, Andrew W/M and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 12/15/14 07:21 225TH/.25 M W OF JEFFERSON PKWY, HARRISONVILLE On Monday December 15th 2014 I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash on 225th west of Jefferson Pkwy. A cause of the crash has been determined. 12/15/14 07: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday December 15th, 2014 at approximately 0818 hours I responded to E. 307th Street in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to property damage. Upon arrival I made contact with Billington, John W/M. No suspects have been identified in this case. 12/15/14 08: CLEVELAND, CLEVELAND On Monday at approximately 0833 hours I was dispatched to South Cleveland in reference to property damage that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Stone, James Everett w/m. Mr. Stone told me the following he had purchased the property in March of Mr. Stone said that he have had several incidents of people trespassing on the property. One or more of these trespassers had destroyed a game camera he had installed as well as cut a cable gate causing $ worth of damage. 12/15/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 15, 2014 I investigated a report of a tampering with a witness at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. Suspects have been identified. 12/15/14 13:09 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On 12/15/14 at 1309 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Veronica Pullen into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR and 13CA-CR00516 for Probation Violation, total bond $50000, Ms Pullen was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/15/14 13:09 BATES COUNTY, BUTLER On 12/15/14 at 1309 hours, I responded to the Bates County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Jesus Arredondo into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR01135 for Fail to Appear, bond $25000 cash only, Mr. Arredondo was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/15/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 15, 2014 I arrested a black male on an active Johnson County, Kansas warrant for stealing. 12/15/14 13:52 58 W OF PROSPECT, BELTON On Monday, December 15, 2014, I conducted a traffic stop on St. Rt. 58 Highway west of Prospect, Belton, for a registration violation. The driver was subsequently arrested for an outstanding warrant. 12/15/14 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday at approximately 1307 hours I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Hagedorn, Randal L. w/m who said that somebody has stolen some of his tools. Two suspects have been identified in ths case.

Upon arrival I made contact with Hagedorn, Randall L. w/m who said that somebody has used his debit card between June 2014 and September 2014 while he was incarcerated at the Cass County Jail. No suspects have been identified in this case. 12/15/14 16: HIGHLAND RIDGE CIR, BELTON On Monday December 15th, 2014 at approximately 1653 hours I was dispatched to the Comfort Inn in Belton, Missouri in reference to an assault. Upon arrival I made contact with Branyan, Bruce W/M. I gathered information for the report and a suspect has been identified in this case. 12/15/14 17:32 NB 49/MM 169, PECULIAR This accident apparently occurred as both vehicles were traveling northbound on interstate 49 north of Peculiar. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and were able to be driven from the scene. 12/16/14 00:56 BELTON PD, BELTON On Saturday December 20, 2014, I arrived at the Belton Police Department in regards to a prisoner transfer. I took custody of a Shane S. Clary w/m for his active Cass County warrant number 14CA-CR00344 issued for Property Damage 2nd degree with a bond set at $ and a bond condition of 10% cash only set by Judge Daniel Olsen. 12/16/14 01:50 MECHANIC/OAKLAND, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday, December 16th 2014, at 0150 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Mechanic and Oakland in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Harrisonville Police Department who were on the scene of a traffic stop. K9 Champ alerted to the odor of narcotics in the vehicle and a subsequent search revealed drug paraphernalia. 12/16/14 02: SPRINGVALLEY RD, BELTON On Tuesday, December 16th 2014, at 0229 hours, I was dispatched to 8201 Spring Valley Road in Belton, Missouri in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Belton Police Department who were on the scene of a recovered stolen vehicle. K9 Champ tracked the suspect's scent to the front door of a particular apartment but the occupants refused to open the door. 12/16/14 02:30 SB 49/BONE OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On December 16, 2014 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident at Peculiar Drive and 253rd Street. Both driver and passenger were transported to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment. 12/16/14 10: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 1053 hours I responded to Belton PD located at 7001 E 163rd Street in Belton, MO in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I took custody of Ralph Davidson for Cass County warrrant 14CA-ARW922 for possession of a controlled substance with a $7500 bond. Mr. Davidson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/16/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 16, 2014 I arrested David Liggitt, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01012 for DWI-drug intoxication. A court date of December 23, 2014 at 0900 hours was given with bond set as a signature bond.

3 12/16/14 11:16 283/E OF TT HWY, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday December 16th, 2014 at approximately 1115 hours I conducted a traffic stop on 283rd Street east of State Route TT in rural Harrisonville, Missouri. A white male was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/16/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 16, 2014 I arrested Terry Johnson, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01050 for assualt 3rd degree. A court date of Decemeber 23, 2104 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $2,000 10% cash allowed. 12/16/14 13: HILLTOP RD, PLEASANT HILL On December 16, 2014 I took a walk in report of a lost license plate. I made contact with reporting party Glen Osborn who said he observed his license plate missing from his trailer and believed it had fallen off. 12/16/14 13: ST ST, FREEMAN On Tuesday at approximately 1406 hours while on patrol I was flagged down by an oncoming vehicle. McGilton, John W. asked me if he could report the stealing of his Rv and Skidsteer. Mr. McGilton explained that he has left an RV and a Skid steer that belonged to him on a property he rented. Upon his return he was informed that the property owner had sold everything that was on the property including his RV and Skidsteer and moved away. A suspect has been identified in this case. 12/16/14 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1516 hours I made contact with Fuller, Jeremy at the Cass County Justice Center. Mr. Fuller was arrested on an active Cass County warrant. 12/16/14 15: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On December 16, 2014 I responded to E. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to an information call. I made contact with the reporting party Patricia Harvey, w/f, who had information she wanted to share. This is a non-criminal issue. 12/16/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 12/16/2014, at approximately 1733 hours, I made contact and arrested Kendra Lin Gillespie at the Cass County Jail. I served Cass County Warrant #11CA-CR00212 for Probation Violation with a bond amount of $ cash or surety. With a court date of 12/29/22014 at 0900 hours was given. 12/16/14 17: TH ST, PECULIAR On Tuesday December 16th, 2014 at approximately 1758 hours I responded to E. 249th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a residence check. Upon arrival I made contact with Hobson, George W/M. Mr. Hobson was taken into custody on active Polk County warrant #'s 04CR and 04CR and transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/17/14 07: TH TER, PLEASANT HILL On December 17, 2014 I responded to E. 176th Terrace, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to burning of mailboxes. Mr. Souza reported damage to mailboxes by fire. Suspect information not available. 12/17/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1015 Hours, I made contact with Hyatt, Robert, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I then took Robert D. Mitzel into custody on two Cass County warrants # 14-CAPBR-273 for Probation violation (Forgery) and 14CAPBR-274 for Probation violation (DWR/DWS), bond $50,000 cash only; Mr.Mitzel was transported to the Cass County Jail 12/17/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1137 Hours, I contacted a white female in the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff s Office in reference to an active stop and hold order. She was arrested on the Independence stop and hold order for burglary. She was escorted to the jail and released into their custody for processing. 12/17/14 11: GREGG RD, CREIGHTON On December 17, 2014 I responded to Gregg Road, Creighton, Missouri in reference too a civil matter. Parties contacted reported a dissolving business partnership with property disputes. 12/17/14 15: HIGHLAND RIDGE DR, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOYD On at approximately 1530 hours I was dispatched to S Highland Ridge Drive in Loch Lloyd, MO in reference to a disturbance in progress. 12/17/14 19:30 HOLMES/58, BELTON On December 17, 2014 at about 2032 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Holmes and 58 Highway in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted both drivers, Mr. Brandon Emch and Mr. Isaac Knight. No persons in the vehicles reported any injures. 12/17/14 23:58 PLEASANT HILL PD, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, December 18, 2014 at approximately 0010 hours I was dispatched to Pleasant Hill Police Department reference to a report of a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I placed a female subject in custody on an active Cass County warrant and transported the subject to the Cass County jail. 12/18/14 01:05 SB 49/MM 161, HARRISONVILLE On December 18, 2014 at about 0111 hours, I was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on southbound Interstate 49, north of Harrisonville. Upon arrival I contacted all occupants of both vehicles. No one reported any injuries. One vehicle was towed from the scene. 12/18/14 04:29 HOLMES ROAD AT 259TH ST, CLEVELAND On December 18, 2014 at about 0435 hours, I was dispatched to Holmes Road at 259th street in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Christian Allega who was the only person involved in the accident. Ms. Allega was transported by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment of possible injuries. 12/18/14 05:47 ST RT D S OF 307TH, DREXEL This crash occurred when Vehicle 1 was travelling southbound on State Route D and left the roadway to the left striking a fence and a power pole in the process. 12/18/14 06: STATE ROUTE 2, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, December 18, 2014 at approximately 0615 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 2 and S. Kauffman Rd in rural Harrisonville, MO reference to a report of a motor vehicle accident. The driver was treated for minor injuries at the scene and released.

Underwood at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I took Mr. Underwood into custody in lieu of Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00905 for Criminal Non-Support. Bond was set at $12, cash only. 12/18/14 11:24 227THST, EAST LYNNE On December 18, 2014, I investigated a motor vehicle collision that occurred on 227th Street at S Old Trail Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I then took Jeffery Jackson into custody on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01189 for DWI/DWR, bond set at $7500 cash or surety, and a court date of 12/12/2014 at 0900 hours. Mr. Horn was transported to the jail with out incident. 12/18/14 14: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1445 hours Deputies responded to S State Route 7 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Greg Durnell who stated while working on his father's barn an subject had discharged a weapon on the neighbor's property and made obscene comments directed at him. 12/18/14 15: KENDALL RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1544 hours I responded to 944 S Kendall Road in Peculiar, MO in reference to a suspicious person trying to enter houses. Upon arrival one subject was taken into custody for Peculiar PD.

I served Cass County warrant, for Domestic assault. 12/18/14 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Noel C. Bailey w/f on a Cass County Warrant. Mrs. Bailey was transported to the Cass County jail by the Belton Police Department on Cass County Warrant 14CA-CR /19/14 00: HARRELSON CT, BELTON On while patrolling closed businesses in the area of 195th and Peculiar Drive. A black pickup truck barring Kansas license was located with stolen items in the bed. The driver/ occupants were not located. I then took Monti Minor into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25000, Mr. Minor was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/19/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 19, 2014 I served Dana Rittenhouse Cass County warrant 07CA-CR for fail to appear at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. A court date of January 9, 2015 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $7,500 cash or surety. 12/19/14 15: TH ST, FREEMAN On Friday at approximately 1514 hours I was dispatched to 405 West 267th street, Cleveland in reference to a stealing that has occurred. Upon arrival I made contact with Elmer, Samantha w/f who said that two weeks before she allowed two people to temporarily stay in a second house they had on their property. I also made contact with Bue, Michael Deon w/m and Lowe, Carrie Ranae who said that they had a rental agreement with Mrs. Elmer. I advised the parties involved to settle this dispute in a civil court. 12/19/14 16: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On December 19, 2014 I conducted a stealing investigation that occurred at E. State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The victim Robert Brooke, w/m, reported the lock missing off of his front gate missing and the lock on his cattle trailer cut. Mr. Brooke said reported power equipment and tools stolen from the cattle trailer. No suspects have been idetified at this time.

Upon arrival I made contact with Walters, Jean W/F and gathered information for the report. A suspect has been identified in this case. 12/19/14 16: TH ST, PECULIAR On Friday, December 19th 2014, at 1723 hours, I was dispatched to East 250th Street in Peculiar, Missouri reference a report of property damage. A suspect has been identified. 12/19/14 17: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Friday December 19th, 2014 at approximately 1752 hours I was dispatched to Old 7 Highway in reference to an abandoned vehicle blocking gas pumps. Upon arrival I contacted Rebecca Warner, W/F and had the vehicle removed by Johnson Tow. 12/19/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday December 19th 2014 I was contacted at the Cass County Jail by Timothy D Owsley who was turning himself in on a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Owsley was taken into custody, served his warrant, processed and released after bonding. 12/19/14 19: BEATTIE RD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, December 19, 2014 at approximately 2017 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of South Beattie Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a reported assault. Upon speaking with the victim, M.A.W., white female, she stated that she was assaulted by L.J.W. Jr., white male, at this residence. M.A.W. refused any medical treatment. No arrests were made and the individuals willingly separated for the evening. 12/19/14 22:20 COMMERCIAL/TRADE FAIR, HARRISONVILLE On 12/19/14 at approximately 2220 hours, I conducted a traffic stop at Commercial St. in front of the Trade Fair Mall in Harrisonville, MO on a black 1996 Ford Expedition. The white male driver was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summons for fail to maintain right half of roadway when of sufficient width and fail to signal. 12/20/14 05:17 NB 49/MM 171.4, RAYMORE On December 20, 2014, at approximately 0530 hours, I investigated a single vehicle motor vehicle crash on Interstate 49 at mile marker 171.4, involving a 1998 Chevy Silverado and one driver. The investigation revealed that the driver stated he fell asleep at the wheel. There were no reported injuries. 12/20/14 09: HORN RD, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday December 20, 2014 I was dispatched to South Horn road Harrisonville in reference to a stealing that has occurred. I made contact with Andula Raymond w/m who said two packages was stolen after delivery at his house. Tracking numbers confirmed that the packages was delivered. No suspects have been identified in this case. 12/20/14 15: FISHER RD, DREXEL On Saturday December 20, 2014 at approximately 1548 hours I was dispatched to South State Route W in reference to license plates that was stolen from a vehicle. Upon arrival I made contact with Hymiller, Christopher S. w/m who said that he had gone to McDonald's in Belton the night before at approximately 2030 hours. Mr. Hymiller said that on the way back home he stopped at the Quick trip located on State Route 58 and State Route Y. This morning he wanted to use his car, a green in color Ford Taurus when he noticed the license plates was missing. No suspects was identified in this case.

I served Cass County warrant 13 CA-CR01569 for receiving stolen property. Bond was set at $7, cash or surety and a court date of 01/15/2015 at 0900 hours was given. 12/20/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On December 29, 2014 I arrested Nathan Monghongvilay, w/m, at 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01205 for Violation of order of protection. A court date of January 15, 2015 at 0900 hours was given with bond set at $5,000 cash only. 12/20/14 20:39 NB 49/MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, December 20th 2014, at 2041 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on the northbound off ramp from I-49 to Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, Missouri on a black 2001 Nissan Altima. The white female driver was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. She was cited for this offense and released from the scene. 12/20/14 22: CHERRY STREET, KANSAS CITY On 12/23/2014 at 1540 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail with Reserve Deputy Dussetschleger reference a warrant service. I then took Etta Wheeldon into custody on Cass County warrant 14CA-CR01133 for Misdemeanor Passing Bad Checks, bond set at $ % cash only, and a court date of 12/30/2014 at 0900 hours. Subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 12/20/14 23:35 2/BRUSH COLLEGE, HARRISONVILLE On 12/20/2014 at 2334 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on Brush College, and the intersection of 2 Highway, Harrisonville, Missouri on a green Chevrolet Camaro. The driver was issued summons for possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license. 12/21/14 01:21 SB 49/MM 171, RAYMORE On December 21, 2014, at approximately 0135 hours, I investigated a reported careless driver on Interstate 49, near mile marker 171. The careless driver was located and later arrested for possession of amphetamine and controlled substance. 12/21/14 11: EAST ST, GARDEN CITY On Sunday, December 21, 2014 at approximately 1149 hours I was dispatch to 902 East Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a possible death. Garden City EMS was already dispatched. Knecht, Anette D. w/f had passed away. No foul play was suspected in this case. 12/21/14 12: STATE ROUTE C NORTH, PECULIAR On Sunday December 21st, 2014 at approximately 1252 hours I was dispatched to State Route C in rural Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Parrott Farm Rd. in regards to property damage to a motor vehicle. There are no suspects and no leads to follow-up on, therefore this case will be listed as inactive. 12/21/14 20: ASH ST, BELTON On Sunday, December 21st 2014, at 2046 hours, I was dispatched to South Ash in Belton, Missouri reference a disturbance in progress. The disturbance was found to be non criminal in nature and the parties involved separated for the evening.
