1 01/22/18 03: JACKSON AVE, ARCHIE On 01/22/2018, at approximately 0319 hours, I responded to 710 Jackson Avenue, Archie, in reference to a suicidal party. My investigation revealed that the subject was not suicidal and was only trying to make a point. 01/22/18 06: TH ST, DREXEL On January 22, 2018 I responded to 919 N. 4th Street Apt 7C, Drexel, Missouri, in reference to a disorderly subject. I made contact with Sharon Crumby, w/f, who stated he son was outside the apartment and he was not welcome on the property. The subject was contacted and given a courtesy ride to Harrisonville. 01/22/18 07: CLEVELAND AVE, CLEVELAND On , at approximately 0729 hours, I was dispatched to a follow up at S. Cleveland Ave, Cleveland Missouri, in reference to a exparte violation two days prior. I contacted Kimberly Micelli via phone call as requested. I spoke with Ms. Micelli who advised she received a voice message on her cellphone from a person she has an order of protection against. A suspect has been identified but not yet contacted. 01/22/18 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/22/18 at about 0908 hours, I made contact with Richard Eugene Barnard at the Cass County Courthouse on a Cass County warrant. Mr. Barnard was taken into custody on the warrant and a bond was set at $25, cash only and a court date of 01/22/18 at 1330 hours was given. 01/22/18 11: MAIN, FREEMAN On January 22, 2018 at approximately 1147 hours, I responded to 207 West Main Street, Freeman, Missouri for a report of a stealing. Charles Green, w/m, reported that a firearm had been stolen sometime between January 19 and January 20, No suspect has been identified. 01/22/18 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1406 Hours, I made contact with Olsen Daniel William at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #18-CAFTA-161 for Violation Of Order Of Protection. Bond was set at $ and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. I then took Barry Beckstein into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR for Non Support, bond $5,000 cash only, Mr. Beckstein was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/22/18 16: ORIENT CEMETERY RD, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1648 hours, I responded to E. Orient Cemetery in rural Harrisonville, in reference to an assist DFS Call. I responded to the address with DFS workers Becca Balentine and Raina Specht and served two Juvenile Emergency Protective Custody Orders. 01/22/18 16: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On January 22, 2018 at approximately 1646 hours, Timothy Burchett, w/m, reported that his 2004 Ford F-150 was stolen from South State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been identified.

Contact was made and a subject was transported by Emergency Medical Services to a medical facility. 01/22/18 20: COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On January 22, 2018 at approximately 2020 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on a red in color Chevrolet car at 2003 Commercial Street, Harrisonville, Missouri for running a red light. The driver was arrested on an active felony warrant out of Jackson County. 01/23/18 01: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On 01/23/18 at 0132 hours I was dispatched to 102 S. 4th Street in Garden City in reference to a disturbance. I made contact with Jodie Atkin W/F who advised she and her husband were arguing. 01/23/18 08: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/23/2018, at approximately 0840 hours, I made contact with Jason P. Johnston at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00306 for a Probation Violation of Domestic Assault - 3rd Degree - 1st/2nd Offense. Mr. Biddle reported that both his license plates had been stolen from his vehicle. No suspect have been identified. 01/23/18 11: HADSELL RD, PLEASANT HILL On January 23rd 2018 at 1148 hours I was dispatched to the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported Identity Theft. Upon my arrival I contacted Darla G. Hawkins who stated someone had used his identity. 01/23/18 14: KNIGHT RD, PECULIAR On January 23rd, 2017 at approximately 1454 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at south knight road, Peculiar, Missouri on a green in color Pontiac sedan. The driver Shelby Thurston was taken into custody on active Cass County warrants for traffic violations. 01/23/18 16: TIMBERVIEW RD, EAST LYNNE On January 23, 2018 at approximately 1700 hours, I was dispatched to South Timberview Road, Harrisonville, Missouri. Raychel Bell, w/m, stated that she had been assaulted. A suspect has been identified. 01/23/18 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , I arrested Paul D. Estes on a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Estes was transported to the Cass County Jail by Security Transport Services. He was arrested on Cass County Warrant 17CA-CR00202.

Hickory St. in Drexel, MO in reference to a disturbance where a gun was pointed at a subject. At 0223 hours, I made contact with Michael P. LaGatta Jr. who stated that an intoxicated subject started a verbal argument with him and then pulled a gun and pointed it directly in his face. Neva Artez reported someone staying on the property without her permission. My investigation revealed that a husband and wife had a verbal argument, which was found to be non-criminal in nature. 01/24/18 22: RD ST, BELTON On 01/25/2018, at approximately 0426 hours, I responded to 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, for a warrant service. I made contact with Jose M Martinez, w/m, and served him an active Cass County warrant, 18CA-CR00006, for Possession of Controlled Substance, Fail to Display Plates on a Motor Vehicle, and Driver Not Wearing a Seatbelt Properly. Bond was set at $ , 10% cash only, and a court date of 03/25/2018 at 0900 hours was issued. 01/25/18 05:32 GROH/254TH, PECULIAR On 01/25/2018, at approximately 0532 hours, I responded to a motor vehicle accident that occurred off of Groh Rd, north of 254th St. The vehicle was found to have no occupants and was off of the road adjacent to a bridge. The leaser of the vehicle, Christopher S Hudson w/m, was contacted by Belton Police Department and stated he wrecked and left the vehicle there earlier that evening. 01/25/18 09: NELSON RD, CLEVELAND On Thursday January 25th 2018 at 0938 hours I contacted Casey Speer in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Speer reported that his front license plate was missing from his vehicle. No suspect have been identified. 01/25/18 10: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On January 25, 2018 at approximately 1018 hours, I was dispatched to 1209 N. Mullen Avenue in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival it was discovered that the subjects were allowed to be at the residence. 5 01/25/18 16:41 CARNEGIE AND SEA, BELTON On January 25, 2018 at approximately 1641 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on Sea Avenue and Carnegie in Belton, MO of a silver in color Chevy HHR, Missouri DP6E5V, which was confirmed to be a stolen vehicle from Kansas City, Missouri. Two suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/25/18 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/25/2018, at approximately 2200 Hours, I made contact with Kert Russell Hatfield at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 11CA-CR for probation violation, 16CA-CR for probation violation, 16CA-CR for probation violation. 01/25/18 23: STATE ROUTE B, GARDEN CITY On 01/25/2018 at approximately 2333 hours I was dispatched to east State route B highway, rural Archie, Missouri, regarding a child custody issue. Dispatch advised the juvenile had contacted his father Mr. Morgan to come get him. I made contact with Mr. Morgan and no crime was committed. 01/26/18 02:24 BELTON PD, BELTON On 01/30/2018, at approximately 0246 hours, I responded to 7001 E 163rd St, Belton, for a warrant service. I made contact with Christopher R Weddle, w/m, and served him with his active Cass County warrnt 18CA-CR00049 for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. Bond was set at $ , 10% cash only, and a court date of 03/22/2018 was issued. 01/26/18 02:31 PECULIAR DR/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On 01/26/2018, at approximately 0231 hours, I responded to a call to assist Belton Police Department. I responded to the area on Peculiar Dr., just north of North Cass Parkway. BPD was involved in a pursuit that resulted in a motor vehicle accident. The driver, Jeffrey A Nichols w/m, and passanger, Kelly M Hill w/f, crashed on a 2002 Kawasaki Ninja traveling north bound on Peculiar Drive. No suspect has been identified. 01/26/18 17: ST ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1727 hours I was dispatched to 2501 west mechanic, Harrisonville, MIssouri in reference to a walk in report of stealing. The victim Amy Rush Howard reported items taken from her vehicle. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 01/26/18 21: STATE ROUTE A, ARCHIE ON January 26, 2018 I arrived on scene at 302 W A Hwy Archie Missouri in reference to a possilbe disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Matthew A. Keck w/m and Tracy W. Cox w/f after speaking with both parties Archie Missouri Police Department Units arrived on scene and handled the call. 01/26/18 22: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On 01/27/2018 at 0121 hours I was dispatched to the Pleasant Hill Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Shelbie Moloski W/F on an active Cass county warrant. I took Ms. Moloski into custody for Cass county 17CA-CR00716 for Domestic Assault 2nd degree with a bond of 7,500.00, 10% cash only bond. Two parties were found to have had an argument, no crime had occurred. 01/27/18 15:37 283/BETWEEN Z AND LITTLE, GARDEN CITY On Saturday 1/27/18 at approximately 1537 hours I responded to a field entrance approximately halfway between State Route Z and Little Rd on 283rd Street in regards to a stealing. Beryle T. Lampe, W/M told me that his John Deere row planter was taken out of his field on Tuesday or Wednesday. 01/27/18 16:06 243/TIMBERVIEW, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 27th 2018, at 1606 hours, conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 243rd and Timberview Road on a white 2003 Dodge Dakota. The front seat passenger, identified as Joshua J. Taylor, was arrested for a total of sixteen(16) active warrants out of Harrisonville with no bond assigned. 01/27/18 16: MORRISON RD, RAYMORE On , at approximately 1646 hours, I was dispatched to 102 S Morrison Rd, in reference to stolen property. I contacted Guy D Barnes w/m who advised that two tires, lug nuts, and a license plate had been stolen off of his flatbed trailer sometime in the last five weeks. A suspect has not been identified at this time. 01/27/18 17: CAMBRIDGE, BELTON On January 26, 2018 at approximately 1515 hours I was given a lost wallet from Alex Gonzalez, w/m, at 819 East Cambridge Road, Belton, Missouri. 01/27/18 20:49 C/PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On January 27, 2018, at approximately 2049 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of C highway and Peculiar Drive on a blue in color Ford Expedition for not having properly working license plate lights. The driver was arrested on an active Cass County warrant. 01/27/18 22: CROWN PARK, BELTON On at 2256 hours, I was dispatched to 7698 Crown Park in reference to a burglary that had already occurred. At the residence I made contact with Julio C. D. Robles who reported that sometime between and today's date unknown person(s) made entry to his residence through the front door and stole some items. A suspect has not been identified. 01/27/18 23:54 NB PROSPECT/155, BELTON On January 27, 2018 at approximately 2354 hours, I attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in the area of 155th and Prospect on a dark in color pickup for speeding. A pursuit ensued that went into Kansas. The pursuit was terminated in the area of 135th Street and Mission Road. 01/28/18 01: TRUMAN RD, ARCHIE On January 28, 2018 at approximately 0138 hours, I was dispatched to 318 N. Truman, Archie, Missouri for a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival, FORM I observed Press one male Reports in custody = UPDATED and another male was transported by paramedics.

Upon arrival I made contact with Lucas Morrison W/M who advised his mother and father had been arguing. Two parties were arrested for outstanding warrants. 01/28/18 02: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On at 0218 hours, I was dispatched to S. Walker Rd. in reference to a disturbance between a male subject and an intoxicated female. My investigation revealed that nothing criminal occurred. 01/28/18 10: JERRY, RAYMORE On January 28, 2018 at approximately 1059 hours, I responded to 1007 North Jerry Road, Raymore, Missouri for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Dispatch advised that an anonymous caller reported that the subject in the vehicle was involved in a vehicle pursuit last night and was in possession of stolen property. A suspect was identified and arrested for receiving stolen property. 01/28/18 12: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On at approximately 1245 hours, I responded to a reported stealing that occurred at E. State Route 58 in rural Pleasant Hill. I contacted the victims, David K Lowry and his wife Donna J. Lowry. They explained that they purchased the property, but the former resident was refusing to vacate. It was determined that there was no criminal matter, but more of a Landlord tennant dispute. An informational report was taken to document the incident. 01/28/18 12: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On , at approximately 1221 hours, I was dispatched to 1307 N Mullen Ave on a report of Stealing. I contacted Sharon L Miller w/f who stated that her Moped had been stolen sometime in the past 4 weeks. A possible suspect has been identified but not yet contacted. 01/28/18 20: HEROS WAY, SUGAR CREEK On 01/28/18 at 2056 hours I was dispatched to Sugar Creek PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Gary Devore W/M on Cass county warrant #14CA-CR for probation violation for forgery with a bond of $5, cash only. I placed Mr. Devore into custody and transported him to the Cass County Jail where he was turned over to the on-duty jail staff. He was assigned a court date of March 22nd, 2018 at 1330 hours and held pending bond.
