1 08/28/17 04: STARK RD, HARRISONVILLE On 08/28/17 at 0418 hours I was dispatched to S. Stark Rd in reference to a civil dispute over property. Upon arrival I made contact with Kage Thomas W/M who advised he and his girlfriend were arguing over their dog. 08/28/17 08:58 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 08/28/17 at 0858 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Kimberly Rubio into custody on Cass County warrant #16CA-CR00151 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Rubio was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/17 08:58 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 08/28/17 at 0858 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Donald Conner into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00615 for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Conner was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/28/17 09: SCOTT RD, PLEASANT HILL On 08/28/2017 at approximately 0921 hours I was dispatched to south Scott Road in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri regarding an alleged deceased subject. Prior to my arrival personnel with the Pleasant Hill EMS had determined a female subject was deceased. The body of the female subject was then later released to the Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office for further investigation. 08/28/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1000 hours, I arrested Raymond Richardson on a Cass County warrant. Bond was set at $ % cash allowed. A court date of at 0900 hours was given. 08/28/17 11: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, August 28, 2017 at approximately 1154 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic St, Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in report of fraud. James Horgan stated someone was attempting to obtain credit card in his name. A suspect has been identified. 08/28/17 12: CROWN PARK, BELTON On August 28, 2017 at approximately 1215 hours I responded to 7369 Crown Park Belton, Missouri for a theft of a credit device. Cierra Johnston reported that a bank debit card had been taken from her vehicle. No suspect information is available at this time. 08/28/17 12: BETHEL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday August 28th 2017 I contacted Henry L. Meador at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to stolen license plate renewal stickers. A suspect has not been identified. 08/28/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/28/2017, at approximately 1530 hours, I made contact with Sample, Ramonda at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants for DWR and for fail to wear seat belt. 08/28/17 13: STATE ROUTE Y, CLEVELAND On August 28, 2017 at approximately 1354 hours, I was dispatched to 1805 State Rt Y Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a disorderly subject. Upon arrival a subject was placed in custody for active Independence P.D. warrants.

2 08/28/17 14: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On Monday, August 28, 2017 at approximately 1037 hours I was dispatched to phone contact in reference to a report of trespassing. Judy Abernathy stated her neighbor entered upon her property without permission. The investigation revealed no crime was committed. 08/28/17 19: TRAIL RIDGE PASS, CLEVELAND On August 28, 2017 at approximately 1948 hours, I was dispatched to the area of Jassi Mart in Cleveland, Missouri for a check the welfare. A subject was later contacted. 08/28/17 22: DICKERSON RD, PLEASANT HILL On Monday August 28, 2017 at approximately 2213 hours, I was dispatched to the area of S Dickerson road in Pleasant Hill. The reporting party stated that she thought she heard tapping on one of her window. It was found to be in regards to shots fired at E 189th street. Upon arriving at E 189th street, I observed a white female, known to have warrants out of Pleasant Hill Police Department. After confirming the warrants through dispatch, she was taken into custody and transported to Pleasant Hill Police Department. She was then released to Pleasant Hill Police Officer. 08/28/17 23: SUGAR CREEK, AUSTIN On August 28, 2017 at approximately 2355 hours, I responded to Sugar Creak in Austin, Mo in reference to a disorderly subject. Upon arrival I made contact with Kaylee Stone who stated she had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect was identified and placed in custody. 08/29/17 07: WALNUT ST, EAST LYNNE On Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at approximately 0725 hours I was dispatched to 302 Walnut, East Lynne, MO in reference to a report of harassment. Crystal Switzer stated someone posted pictures on social media without her permission. A suspect has been identified. 08/29/17 08: MULLEN AVE, RAYMORE On August 29, 2017 at approximately 0810 hours, I responded to 807 N. Mullen Avenue Raymore, Missouri for a residence check in regards a subject at the residence having active warrants. Joseph Crites was placed into custody for active Harrisonville warrants. Narcotics were located during the arrest. Mr. Crites was transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/29/17 08: FRANCY RD, PLEASANT HILL On 08/29/2017 I was dispatched to South Francy Road Pleasant Hill, Missouri, regarding a disturbance. One white male was arrested and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/29/17 10: MAIN, CLINTON On 08/29/2017 I responded to the Henry County Jail 200 N. Main Street Clinton, Missouri in reference to a warrant arrest. A male subject was arrested on an outstanding Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County jail for processing. 08/29/17 11: MEYER BLVD, KANSAS CITY On 08/29/2017, at approximately 1515 hours, I took custody of Patrick Guetterman at Research Main Hospital in Kansas City, Mo on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00762 for driving while revoked. Bond was set at $2,500.00, 10% cash only, and a court date of 11/02/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

Merriweather at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00834 for violation of order of protection. Bond was set at signature bond and a court date of 09/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/29/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday August 29th 2017 I contacted Christopher L. Caven in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a reported theft. A suspect has not been identified. 08/29/17 16: ST ST, FREEMAN On Tuesday August 29, 2017 I conducted a property damage investigation at 2107 East 281st Street in rural Cleveland, Missouri. No suspect has been identified at this time. 08/29/17 18: WEST OUTER RD, ARCHIE On August 29, 2017 at approximately 1857 hours, I was dispatched to make phone contact with a male subject regarding threats. I made contact with Steven Runcik who stated threats were made to him and his wife. 08/29/17 20: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2030 Hours, I made contact with Channing J griffith W/M, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17cacr00828 for Property damage 2nd. 08/30/17 04:03 I-49 AT 2 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On August 30, 2017 at approximately 0405 hours. I responded to I-49 in the area of 7 highway in reference to a vehicle driving in a careless and imprudent manner. I stopped the vehicle on I-49 north of 2 highway. The driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 08/30/17 09: TH ST, BELTON On August 30, 2017 I contacted Patricia Bell, w/f, in the lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding a civil matter. 08/30/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2017, at approximately 1435 Hours, I made contact with Klinge, Nicholas Lee at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CAA-CR00818 for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set as a Signature Bond and a court date of 11/02/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/30/17 14:40 291/GATEWAY AUTO PLAZA, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2017 at approximately 1440 hours I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 291 highway and Commercial St, Harrisonville, Missouri. Through my investigation it was discovered the driver had an active warrant out of Jackson County. The driver was taken into custody. 08/30/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On August 30, 2017 at approximately 1510 hours, I was dispatched to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office regarding a stealing. Mark A. Garrigus, w/m, told me that his company, ISH Cable Services, had fraudulent charges on their Fleet Fuel credit card. A suspect has been identified.

4 08/30/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/30/2017, at approximately 1601 Hours, I made contact with Thad Getsay at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00815 for DOMESTIC ASSAULT - 4TH DEGREE - 1ST OFFENSE. Bond was set at $ % cash allowed and a court date of 09/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/30/17 16:55 ORCHARD/E ORCHARD PL, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday August 30th, 2017 at approximately 1655 hours I conducted a traffic stop on Orchard Road near Orchard Place. A white male was taken into custody for an active Cass County warrant and transported to the Cass County Jail. 08/30/17 20:58 NB HAYSTACK/HUBACH HILL, BELTON On Wednesday, August 30th 2017, at 2058 hours, I initiated a vehicle pursuit which began on Hubach Hill Road and Haystack Drive in Raymore, Missouri and ended near the intersection of 75th Street and Nall Avenue in Prairie Village, Kansas. Both white male occupants were taken into custody. 08/30/17 21: PURVIS RD, PLEASANT HILL ON August 30, 2017 at approximately 2116 hours I was dispatched to Purvis Rd Pleasant Hill in reference to a disorderly party. Upon arrival it was found the couple was having on going marriage issues and had a verbal argument. Both parties agreed to stay at separate ends of the residence until and leave for work in the morning. 08/31/17 12: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On August 31, 2017 I conducted an investigation of harassment at E. 227th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with the reporting party Emily Harris who said she has been receiving numerous unwanted text messages from a male subject. Ms. Harris said at this time she did not want to make a criminal report. This report is for informational purposes only. 08/31/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 08/31/2017, at approximately 1135 Hours, I made contact with Gregg, Brandon at the Cass County Justice Center in Division IV on three active Cass County Warrant. I served Cass County warrants 16CA-CR00210, 16CA-CR00961 and 15CA-CR01239 for Possession of Controled Substance. 08/31/17 15: MULLEN AVE, BELTON On Thursday August 31, 2017 I responded to North Mullen in Belton, Missouri to conduct a K9 sniff for Belton Police Officers on a vehicle stop. Paraphernalia, and a firearm were found in the subsequent search of the vehicle, after positive alert for presence of narcotic odor being in the vehicle by K9 Loki. 08/31/17 17:21 CLAY COUNTY, LIBERTY Incident Log 08/31/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1830 hours, I made contact with Christina Mason at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. 5 08/31/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/01/2017, at approximately 1445 hours, I made contact with David Scott Bundy II at the Casss County Jail on Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00461 for driving while revoked. Bond was set at $4,000.00, 10% cash allowed, and a court date of 09/19/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 08/31/17 19:43 7/MYRTLE, On 08/31/2017 at approximately 1944 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on 7 Hwy and Myrtle St in Pleasant Hill, MO. The driver was issued summons and released. 08/31/17 21: TH ST, EAST LYNNE On 08/31/2017 at approximately 2201 hours, I was dispatched to assist Missouri Children's Division at E 227th St outside of East Lyne, MO. Upon my arrival I contacted Christine Veers with Missouri Children's Division who was making contact family members at that residence regarding two children in the home. 08/31/17 23: PEEK RD, PECULIAR On Thursday 8/31/17 at approximtely 2351 I responded to Peek Road in Peculiar Missouri in regards to a check the welfare of a 3 and a half month old baby girl. Upon my arrival I observed the child to be safe and healthy looking. 09/01/17 02:16 C/S OF 233RD, On Friday 09/01/2017 at approximately 0216 hours I responded to the area of State route C and 233rd street in regards to a motor vehicle accident. Upon my arrival I placed one subject under arrest. 09/01/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1200 hours I made contact with Kalinka, Joseph in DIV 4 court room. Mr. Kalinka was remanded to the Cass County Jail to serve 24 hours shock. 09/01/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/01/2017, at approximately 1615 hours, I made contact with Christopher Herbert on Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00841 for domestic assault 2nd degree. 09/01/17 15:53 7HWY/TIEMAN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 09/01/2017 at approximately 1553 hours, I observed an abandoned vehicle located on Tieman road just north of State Highway 7. The vehicle was determined to not be stolen. The vehicle owner was unable to be contacted, as a result the vehicle was towed away due to blocking the roadway. 09/01/17 16: LITTLE RD, GARDEN CITY On Friday, September 1, 2017 at approximately 1606 hours I was dispatched to the Garden City, MO police department to contact a person in reference to a report of fraud. Penny Smith stated an unknown person conducted a scam and received money from her. A suspect has not been identified. 09/01/17 16: GRAY DR, PLEASANT HILL On September 1, 2017 at approximately 1624 hours, I was dispatched to S. Gray Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival Lucas Morrison reported that he had been struck in the face by his seventy eight year old landlord. Suspect has been identified.

6 09/01/17 18: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On September 1, 2017 at approximately 1900 hours, I was dispatched to 1512 N. Lyne, Raymore, Missouri for stealing. Upon arrival, I made contact with Samuel Keesler who stated someone forced entry into his house and damaged several security cameras. A suspect was identified. 09/01/17 18:52 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 09/06/2017 at 1140 hours, I responded to the Jackson County MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Clayton E Norcross into custody on Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00304 for Drugs / DWS, bond $ % cash allowed, Mr Norcross was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/01/17 21:20 HOLMES SOUTH OF 155TH STREET, BELTON On Friday September 1, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop on State Route D south of 155th Street. The driver was arrested on active Cass County, and Grandview Missouri Warrants. 09/01/17 22: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Friday September 1, 2017 at approximately 2235 hours, I was dispatched to S Raffurty Rd in Pleasant Hill. In reference to a passenger car sitting in the road. Vehicle left the roadway and struck a power pole, vehicle is being towed by Eckert Tow, driver left the scene upon arrival. Owner was issued a citation for leaving the scene of an accident. 09/01/17 23: E ST, CREIGHTON On 09/01/2017, at approximately 2326 hours, I responded to 208 E Street, Creighton, in reference to a domestic assault. My investigation showed a domestic assault, attempted burglary, and property damage had occurred. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 09/02/17 01:43 ROCKIN C, GARDEN CITY On Saturday September 2, 2017 at approximately 0143 hours, I was dispatched to the Rockin C Bar, 217 Main St in Garden City, in reference to property damage. Back glass of a vehicle was broken out. No suspects have been identified. 09/02/17 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0200 Hours, I made contact with Carlose A Casares, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CACR00666 for DWR 2nd offense. 09/02/17 03: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/02/2017, at approximately 0300 Hours, I made contact with John Merrell at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 14CA-CR for Criminal non-support. 09/02/17 04:19 291/P, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday September 2, 2017 at approximately 0421 hours, I was dispatched to 291 Hwy / P Hwy, in reference to an MVA unknown injury. Semi truck and trailer, t-boned a dodge pickup. Semi was headed south bound and the truck was headed east from 203rd St. The driver of the dodge was transported by EMS to Research main for back injuries. Driver of the semi was ok. Both vehicles were towed from the scene due to damage. 09/02/17 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0739 hours, I came in contact with Joseph Wieberg at the Cass County Jail reference to an active Cass County warrant. Incident Log 09/02/17 09: STATE ROUTE 58, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 0904 hours I was dispatched to State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Christopher Heisterberg stated he observed a bullet hole in the exterior wall of his residence. A suspect has not been identified. 09/02/17 10: AIRPORT RD, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 1012 hours I was dispatched to S. Airport Rd, Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a report of property damage. Daniel Woodring stated he located a bullet hole in his residence. A suspect has not been identified. 09/02/17 10: WHIPPOORWILL DR, LAKE ANNETTE On 09/02/2017 at approximately 1034 hours, I was dispatched to 8311 Whippoorwill drive, Lake Annette, Missouri, regarding a medical call. While on scene one white female was placed into custody and transported to Cass Regional Hospital and then to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/02/17 11: HIGHVIEW RD, PECULIAR On at approximately 1130 hours I responded to E Highview Drive in Peculiar, MO in reference to assisting Peculiar PD with a disturbance. Upon arrival I contacted Julie Holmes-Quarles who was taken into custody for Cass County warrant 17-CAFTA-351 for Driving while suspended/revoked with a $250 cash bond. Ms. Holmes-Quarles was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 09/02/17 12: JERRY, RAYMORE On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 1207 hours I was dispatched to 1007 N. Jerry, Raymore, MO in reference to a report of an assault. John Adams stated he was assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been identified. 09/02/17 14: CROWN PARK, BELTON I responded to Loves Truck Stop located at 2611 Brookhart Road in Harrisonville, Missouri, regarding a stealing from a motor vehicle. I contacted the owner of the vehicle and throughout my investigation no suspect was determined at this time. 09/02/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/02/2017, at approximately 1430 hours, I responded to Receiving 4 cell in booking to check on Inmate Holmes, Julie who was complaining of chest pain. 09/02/17 16:11 TIMBER/CAMPBELL, PLEASANT HILL On Saturday, September 2, 2017 at approximately 1612 hours I was dispatched to the area of State Route 7 at the green bridge in rural Pleasant Hill, MO in reference to a check the welfare. A white male subject was contacted and assistance was provided. 09/02/17 18: RD ST, BELTON On September 4, 2017 I conducted a prisoner transfer at the Belton Police Department. Kayla Pendarvis, w/f, was arrested on Cass County warrant 17-CAPBR-146 for probation violation. A court date of September 18, 2017 at 0900 hours was given with bond was set at $25,000 cash only.

I then took Robert P Kingsley into custody on Cass County warrant # 17CA-CR00421 for DWS/R, bond $4000 cash only, Mr Kingsley was transported to the Cass County Jail. 09/02/17 23:24 NB 49/NORTH CASS PKWY, BELTON On 09/02/2017, at approximately 2324 hours, I conducted a vehicle stop on NB I-49 at North Cass Parkway, on a tan Mercury Grand Marquis for no tag lights. The stop resulted in the arrest of a white female for possession of controlled substance. 09/03/17 00: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 09/03/2017, at approximately 0030 Hours, I made contact with Robert Tooley at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. The driver was contacted and later arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. 09/03/17 01: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0130 Hours, I made contact with Martin L Osborn, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. In reference to an MVA unknown injury. One male subject was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The vehicle was towed by Stever Tow.
