1 03/20/17 06: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/20/17 at approximately 0600 hours, Inmate Amy R. Rumbo became very upset and started yelling and screaming all while banging on the cell window and door. She then hit her head on the wall several times. She was escorted to OB2 cell after she climbed on the wall in BK5 cell. After that she hit her head off the OB2 door and had to be restrained to keep her from harming herself further. 03/20/17 13: RD ST, FREEMAN On 03/20/2017 at 1356 hours I responded to the address of 6501 East 303rd Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a follow up regarding the welfare of an animal. My investigation revealed the owner of this property owned an elderly horse that had access to food and water. 03/20/17 14: MADISON, FREEMAN On 03/20/2017 at approximately 1401 hours I was dispatched to 104 Madison Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a domestic disturbance. My investigation revealed a male subject struck his son in law in the face. Injuries were reported, and a suspect was identified. 03/20/17 14: ST ST, GARDEN CITY On March 20, 2017 I responded to E. 291st Street, Garden City, Missouri, in reference to property damage. I made contact with the reporting party and it was learned that no property was actually damaged. This report is listed as suspicious activity non criminal in nature. 03/20/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/20/2017, at approximately 1440 hrs. I responded to the front Sheriff's Office to arrest Mr. Jones, Michael Thomas on a Jackson County Warrant, for FTA - Assault, warrant # , with a bond set at $ % cash only. 03/20/17 14: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On 03/20/2017 at approximately 1456 hours I was dispatched to 312 South Lyne Ave, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a warrant arrest. My investigation revealed a female party who was staying at this address had an active Cass County warrant. An arrest was made. 03/20/17 15: PECULIAR DR, PECULIAR On Monday March 20th, 2017 I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic in reference to a check the welfare. I made contact with Kanies, Rebecca W/F and gathered information for the report. 03/20/17 16:29 SB 7/TT, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, March 20th 2017, at 1632 hours, I conducted a traffic stop in the area of southbound 7 Highway and TT Highway on a tan 2008 GMC Canyon for having illegal window tint. The white male driver was arrested for two active warrants out of St. Clair County, both for failing to appear on the charge of driving while revoked. 03/20/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/20/2017, at approximately 1655 Hours, I made contact with Juan Vasquez-Palma at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00279 for Felony DWI. The persons involved in this incident have been identified. 03/20/17 20:19 FRONT/MAIN, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, March 20th 2017, at 2019 hours, I was dispatched to the intersection of Front Street and Main Street in Pleasant Hill in reference to providing K9 assistance to the Pleasant Hill Police Department who were on the scene of a suspicious vehicle check. K9 Champ alerted to the presence of the odor of narcotics in the vehicle. Methamphetamine paraphernalia was located during a probable cause search. 03/20/17 21: WHEATFIELD RD, PECULIAR On , I investigated a residential burglary that occurred at S. Wheatfield Rd in rural Peculiar. A possible suspect has been identified at this time. 03/20/17 22:01 GRANDVIEW PD, GRANDVIEW On , I arrested Calvin R. Moses on a Cass County Warrant. I responded to the Grandview City jail and transported Mr. Moses to the Cass County Jail. He was arrested on Cass County Warrant 15CA-CR /20/17 22: STATE ROUTE M, GARDEN CITY On 03/20/2017, at approximately 2219 hours, I responded to State Route M, Gunn City, in reference to an order of protection violation by Jack Wilson, W/M, who also had active Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00278 for violation of protection order. Subject was located and taken into custody. Bond was set at $ cash only however he is pending charges for violation of protection order. 03/21/17 02: RD ST, PLEASANT HILL On March I conducted an investigation of a stolen firearm at rd Pleasant Hill Missouri. Reporting party said that his.22 cal rifle was taken while he was working on his truck. Possible suspect has been identified. 03/21/17 09:30 TANEY COUNTY JAIL, FORSYTH On 03/21/17 at 0930 hours, I responded to the Taney County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Roy Williams into custody on Cass County warrant #13CA-CR for Non Support, bond $2,500 cash only. Mr. Williams was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/21/17 10: RD ST, CLEVELAND On 03/21/2017 at approximately 1056 hours I was dispatched 1804 E 223rd St, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to a property damage. My investigation revealed a fence on this property was damaged. 03/21/17 11: TH ST, CREIGHTON On March 21, 2017 I responded to E. 355th Street, Creighton, Missouri, in reference to stealing. I made contact with the victim who said she was visiting her daughter and had forgot her purse at her residence. The victim said she went back the next day and money had been taken out of her purse. A possible suspect has been identified in this investigation. 03/21/17 13: MAIN STREET, GRANDVIEW On 03/25/2017, at approximately 2319 hours, I responded to the Grandview Police Department in reference to a warrant service. I took Monica Soulis, W/F, into custody on Cass County warrant 12CA-CR01184 for felony probation violation. Bond was set at $ cash or surety and a court date of 07/08/2017 at 0900 hours was given.

3 03/21/17 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday March 21st, 2017 at approximately 1335 hours, I made contact with Stephen Runnenburger in the Division V courtroom at the Cass County Justice Center. I placed Mr. Runnunburger under arrest on two active Cass county warrants for violation of an order of protection. Bond was set at $ cash or surety on both cases and a court date of 04/04/2017 at 1330 was given on both cases. 03/21/17 15: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday March 21st, 2017 at approximately 1541 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W. Mechanic Street in reference to a stealing. Mr. Khehra reported that several items were taken from his storage shed located at E. 275th Street rural Harrisonville MO. 03/21/17 15: ROCKHAVEN RD, PECULIAR On 03/21/2017 at approximately 1531 hours I was dispatched to South Rock Haven Rd, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a trespass. My investigation revealed a subject was trespassing on this property. A suspect was identified. 03/21/17 15:40 4/VAN BUREN, FREEMAN On March 21, 2017 I conducted a traffic stop on Van Buren Street near 4th Street, Freeman, Missouri. The driver was issued summons for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violation of window tint. 03/21/17 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1751 Hours, I made contact with Julia Lynn Draper at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00287 for Fugitive From Out of State (Johnson County KS). Bond was set at $10, Cash Only, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/21/17 19: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2110 hours, deputies responded to juvenile to assist with a Juvenile refusing to go back to his cell. 03/21/17 19:40 NB49/J, PECULIAR On at approximately 1940 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at Northbound 49 at J Highway, on a Black Chevrolet Tahoe for no license plates. The driver was issued three summons for Failure to Register a Motor vehicle, Driving While Suspended and Possession of Marijuana. 03/21/17 22: RD ST, STRASBURG On 03/22/2017, at approximately 2229 hours, I responded to E 203rd Street, Strasburg, in reference to possible harassment. My investigation revealed no harassment had occurred and several items of abandoned property were recovered. 03/21/17 23:12 ORCHARD/267TH, HARRISONVILLE On 03/21/2017 at approximately 2315 hours, I was dispatched to a careless and imprudent driver in the area of E. 267th St. and Orchard Road. Upon my arrival, I made contact with the suspect who was driving a black Ford Mustang. The reporting party was also contacted. The suspect was arrested and released pending laboratory results. 03/22/17 00:03 6 FORT SCOTT STREET, BUTLER On March 23,2017 I conducted a prisoner transfer at Bates County Sheriff's Office located at 6 west Fort Scott Bulter Missouri. I made contact with Cheyenne E. Purtle-King w/f and transported her to the Cass County Jail on an active warrant.

Incident Log 03/22/17 09: INDEPENDENCE ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at approximately 0924 hours, I conducted a warrant arrest at the residence of 1504 South Independence in Harrisonville, Missouri. Amy R. Taylor, white female was placed in to custody on three active Misdemeanor Cass County Warrants for Failure to appear on traffic offenses. Ms. Taylor was transported to the Cass County Sheriff's Office and is being held on total bond of $ Cash Only and a court date of Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 0900 hours in Cass County courts. 03/22/17 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/22/2017 at approximately 0937 hours Deputies at the Cass County Jail responded to an Inmate that was hitting her head on the door of her cell with high inmpact strikes. Subject was placed in the restraint chair for her safety. 03/22/17 09:57 CLAY COUNTY JAIL, LIBERTY On at 0957 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Matthew Peterson into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000 cash only. Mr. Peterson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 03/22/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/22/2017, at approximately 1100 hours, I made contact with Tyler Richard Hiser at the Cass County Jail on Cass County warrants and /22/17 10: ND ST, JOPLIN 03/22/17 11: RAFFURTY RD, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at approximately 1151 hours I was dispatched to South Raffurty Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a report of stealing. Dustin Coe stated someone had entered on to the property and stole drywall tools. No suspects have been identified. 03/22/17 14: BETH LEE DR, PECULIAR On March 22, 2017 I responded to E. Beth Lee Drive, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to a stolen license plate. A license plate was stolen from the back of a 2012 Chrysler 200. No suspect information is available at this time. 03/22/17 15: LINCOLN RD, HARRISONVILLE 03/22/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1515 hours, I came in contact with Amy R. Rumbo at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. The warrant #17CA-CR00289 for issued for domestic assault 2nd. 5 03/22/17 17: RD ST, BELTON On , at approximately 1044 hours, I responded to the Belton Police Department to extradite a subject on an active felony Cass County warrant. Upon arrival, I took custody of Gary Keesler, and transported him to the Cass County Jail, where he was released into their custody for additional processing. 03/22/17 18: TH TER, PECULIAR On March 22, 2017 at approximately 1918 hours, I was dispatched to E. 217th Terr for harassment. I made telephone contact with Mariah Reed who stated her ex-roommate was demanding money from her. This issue was determined to be a civil matter. 03/22/17 21: TH ST, PECULIAR On March 22, 2017 at approximately 2137 hours, I was dispatched to E. 237th Street, Peculiar, Missouri in reference a disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Jere L. Lasswell, who stated she was involved in an argument with her husband. Nothing criminal in nature had occurred. 03/22/17 21: OAK, BELTON On Wednesday March 22, 2017 I along with my K9 partner Loki assisted the Belton Police Department with a search for a Domestic Assault suspect, who had felony warrants out of Cass County. The search was met with negative results. 03/23/17 07:37 CONOCO GAS STATION, CREIGHTON On Thursday, March 23, 2017 at approximately 0737 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at State Route B and Short Street in Creighton, Missouri on a vehicle for improper display of license. A check of the occupants revealed Robert E. Copeland had two active warrants from Cass County for Failure to Appear-Stealing of a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Appear-Possession of Controlled Substance. Mr. Copeland was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County jail. 03/23/17 09: MAIN ST, DREXEL On March 23, 2017 I responded to Duncan Liquors at 109 E. Main Street Drexel, Missouri for a peace disturbance. Stefani Duncan reported that a male subject through a can of beer and threatened her in the store. A suspect has been identified and issued a summons. 03/23/17 10: JEFFERSON, EAST LYNNE On Thursday March 23, 2017 at 1045 hours I was contacted by a subject that found part of bone in his garden and wanted to make sure that it was not human. The bone was examined by the medical examiner and determined to be animal. 03/23/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/23/2017, at approximately 1131 Hours, I made contact with Hawkins, Marsha, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 06CA-CR00665 for Passing Bad Checks. Bond was set at $ % cash only and a court date of 04/04/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 03/23/17 12: LYNE AVE, RAYMORE On March 23rd, 2017 at approximately 1246 hours I was dispatched to 1008 North Lyne Avenue, Raymore, Missouri in reference to a disorderly juvenile. My investigation revealed that two of the siblings were involved in a verbal argument where no threats or a physical altercation had occurred.

6 03/23/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/23/2017, at approximately 1425 Hours, I made contact with Oliver, Colton, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16CA-CR01063 for Failure to Appear Domestic Assault 3rd. Bond was set at $ % Cash or Surety and a court date of 04/04/2017 at 0900 hours was given. 03/23/17 14: CROWN PARK, BELTON On March 23rd, 2017 at approximately 1441 hours I was dispatched to 7272 crown park, Belton, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. A male subject was taken into custody for trespassing, and tampering with a motor vehicle. 03/23/17 17:12 C/2, On March 23, 2017 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of 2 Highway and C Highway of a white in color 2010 Chevy Suburban. Two subjects in the vehicle had active warrants and were placed into custody. The subjects were then transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 03/23/17 22: MARTHA CIRCLE, PECULIAR On 03/23/17 at approximately 2259 hour I was dispatched to 8000 Martha Circle in reference to a disturbance. I made contact with Mr. and Mrs. Ray who advised they had a verbal argument. No crime had been committed. 03/24/17 00: ROAD, CENTERVIEW On 03/24/2017, at approximately 2205 hours, members of the Cass County Sheriff's Office responded to the Johnson County Jail in reference to a large riot in their facility. Cass County deputies assisted in securing a perimeter around the facility and as a relief team if needed for tactical response teams inside the facility. 03/24/17 07:00 B/WAGONOR, GARDEN CITY On March 24, 2017 I conducted a motor vehicle accident investigation car vs. deer on E. State Route B east of S. Wagoner Rd. No injuries were reported in the accident. 03/24/17 07: WILLOW LN, GARDEN CITY On Friday March 24th, 2017 at approximately 0804 hours I responded to 303 Willow Lane Lot #15 in Garden City, Missouri in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival I made contact with Reece, Holden W/M and gathered information for the report. No suspects have been identified in this case. 03/24/17 07: EAST ST, GARDEN CITY On March 24, 2017 I conducted a stealing investigation that occurred at 904 East Street, Garden City, Missouri. A generator was stolen from inside the garage. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 03/24/17 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 03/24/2017 at approximately 1040 hours I made contact with Balducci, Trenton L. at thwe Cass County jail, and seved him with an active Cass County warrant. I served Balducci, Trenton L. with warrant #17CA-CR00295 for #1. Assault-4th Degree, and #2. Resisting or Interfering with arrest/detention/stop, with a $5, % cash allowed bond and a court date of 04/04/2017 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass Coutny Justice Center. 03/24/17 10:17 VERNON COUNTY JAIL, NEVADA On 03/24/17 at 1017 hours, I responded to the Vernon County MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Nathan Cunningham into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $10,000 Cash Only. Mr. Cunningham was transported to the Cass County Jail.

7 03/24/17 11: WINDRIDGE RD, PECULIAR On 03/24/2017 at approximately 1107 hours I was dispatched to South Windridge Road, Peculiar, Missouri in reference to found property. My investigation revealed the resident at this address found a set of keys that did not belong to her. 03/24/17 15: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1541 Hours, I made contact with Thuman, Richard Christopher, at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 17CA-CR00297, for Fugitive From Out of State. Bond was set at $10, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 03/24/17 20:05 VV/E, PLEASANT HILL On 03/24/2017 at approximately 2009 hours, I was dispatched to the report of a motor vehicle crash on VV Hwy near State Route E. Upon my arrival, I contacted Jacob Frasier and Robert Mahoney who both stated they were driver's of the vehicles involved. Two passengers were also identified. There were no reported injuries and no damage to property other than the vehicles involved. An accident investigation was completed. 03/24/17 21:52 INDEPENDENCE/S MAIN, HARRISONVILLE On March 24th 2017, at 2152 hours, I conducted an investigative traffic stop near the intersection of Independence and South Main in Harrisonville on a white 1989 Cadillac Deville. The white male driver was arrested for active warrants out of Harrisonville. 03/24/17 22: ST STREET, HARRISONVILLE On March 24th, 2017, I conducted a vehicle check in the area of E. 231st Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. An occupant of the vehicle was arrested on active Cass County warrant # 16-CAFTA-1136 for failure to appear on a traffic charge. 03/25/17 00:44 49/J, PECULIAR On Saturday, March 25th 2017, at 0044 minutes, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at J Highway in Peculiar, Missouri on a tan 2004 Chevrolet. The white male driver was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon and receiving stolen property. The white female passenger was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. 03/25/17 02: STATE ROUTE VV, PLEASANT HILL On 03/25/2017, at approximately 0301 hours, I responded to State Route VV, Pleasant Hill, in reference to trespassing. My investigation revealed a subject did trespass on the property and Austin Sheets, W/M, was arrested pending trespass charges. 03/25/17 06:57 RODIER/269TH, FREEMAN On 03/25/2017 at approximately 0657 hours I was dispatched to the area of Rodier Road and 267th Street, Freeman, Missouri in reference to a motor vehicle crash. My investigation revealed a single vehicle left the roadway north of this intersection and overturned. No driver was identified. 03/25/17 09:14 MENARDS BELTON, BELTON On March 25, 2017 I was dispatched to 800 E. Markey Pkwy, Belton, Missouri to make contact with Mr. Gerald Jackson for a felony child support warrant. Mr. Jackson was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.

8 03/25/17 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On March 25, 2017 at approximately 1050 hours, I received a phone call from a local pawnshop asking to run a serial number for an item an individual wanted to pawn. After further investigation, it was determined that the item was not stolen at this point. The person wanting to pawn the large item, has been identified. 03/25/17 15: AIRPORT RD, EAST LYNNE On Saturday at approximately 1521 hours I was dispatched to South Airport Road in reference to a Motor Vehicle Accident. Two vehicles sustained minor damage. No people were injured. 03/25/17 20: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR On , I responded to a reported disturbance at S. Donahue in rural Peculiar. The disturbance was unfounded, but the two persons in the residence had warrants out of other agencies. I arrested a white male on Bates County warrants. 03/25/17 22: DONAHUE RD, PECULIAR On , I responded to a reported disturbance at S. Donahue in rural Peculiar. The disturbance was unfounded, but the two persons in the residence had warrants out of other agencies. I arrested a white female on a Lafayette County warrant. 03/26/17 01:26 INTERSTATE 49 AT HOLMES ROAD, KANSAS CITY On March 26th, 2017, I observed a vehicle entering Jackson County, Missouri on Holmes Road at E. 155th Street. The vehicle was being driven in an extremely dangerous manner. I followed the vehicle providing updates until the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department requested that I initiate a traffic stop in the area of Interstate 435 at Holmes Road. A driver was contacted, and the matter was turned over to an officer of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department. 03/26/17 07: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Friday 03/26/2017 at 0710 hours I made contact with Charles, Blair K. at the Cass County jail, and served him with an active Cass County warrant. I served Charles, Blair K. with warrant # 17CA-CR00159 for Violation of Order of Protection for Adult, with a signature bond and a court date of 07/08/2017 at 0900 hours in Division 4 of the Cass County Justice Center. 03/26/17 08: HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday March 26th, 2017 at approximately 0826 hours I responded to S. McClain Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with Taylor, Justin W/M and Mallinson, Amber W/F and gathered information for the report. 03/26/17 09: STATE ROUTE W, FREEMAN On March 26, 2017 I conducted an investigation of a dog bite that occurred at 1502 E. State Route W, Cleveland, Missouri. The victim was bit by her own dog. This case is non criminal in nature. 03/26/17 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 03/27/2017, at approximately 0050 Hours, I made contact with Robert L. Haygood at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County After Hours Warrant for Fugitive from Out of State. 03/26/17 14: TERRIL RD, PLEASANT HILL On Sunday March 26th, 2017 at approximately 1440 hours I was dispatched to Terril Drive Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to a death. My investigation revealed that a male and female were involved in a verbal altercation at this address. Nothing physical occurred and no crime was committed. 03/26/17 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday 03/26/2017 at approximately 1740 hours I made contact with Hiser, Zeth W. at the Cass County jail, and served him with an active Cass County warrant. I served Hiser, Zeth W. with warrant # for Failure to register Mtr Vehicle with a $ cash only bond, # for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly Adjusted/Fastened safety belt with a $10.00 cash only bond, and Warrant # for Driver/Front seat passenger fail to wear properly Adjusted/Fastened safety belt with a $10.00 cash only bond. All three warrants have a court date of 05/09/2017 at 0900 hours in Division 5 of the Cass County Justice Center. 03/26/17 19: MCCLAIN RD, HARRISONVILLE On 03/26/2017, at approximately 1909 hours, I responded to a call for service where it was unknown that a report had already been made. Upon the conclusion of investigation it was found that report was already taken. My investigation information has been added to that report.
