1 02/10/14 08: SHERWOOD RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 10, 2014 I responded to S. Sherwood Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a death investigation. This investigation is on going. 02/10/14 10:12 WESTERN RECEP & DIAG CORR CENT, ST. JOSEPH On 02/10/14 at 1012 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Joseph Baude into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR01123 for Driving while revoked, bond $4,000 10% cash only, Mr. Baude was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/10/14 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1213 hours, I took custody of Nicholas Huey to serve 24 hour shock time for drug court. 02/10/14 12: RIVER BEND RD, CLEVELAND On February 10, 2014 at approximately 1329 hours, I investigated property damage at S River Bend Rd, Cleveland, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Glenn A Freeman reported that his in ground lighting system was damaged by a vehicle at during the last 24 hours. No suspects have been identified. This report will be considered an informational report per the reporting parties request. 02/10/14 13: ST ST, BELTON On Monday February 10, 2014 I contacted Joy Watson white/female via telephone in reference to a voice mail that was left on my work telephone. Ms. Watson then advised me about a female party that contacted her about a "bad check," that occurred at her place of employment located at 8318 East 171st Street in Belton, Missouri. The female has been identified. 02/10/14 16:18 SE OUTER RD/COMMERCIAL, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, February 10th 2014, at 1418 hours, I was dispatched to the area of South Commercial and South East Outer Road in Harrisonville, Missouri to provide K9 assistance the Harrisonville Police Department on a vehicle stop. 02/10/14 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at 1400 hours, in Division 2. Judge Wagner ordered Loren Inman to be remanded into custody, case number 12CA-CR , DWI, Bond set no bond, Loren Inman was sentence to 4 years doc. I then transported Loren Inman to the Cass County Jail. 02/10/14 18:58 239/MOPAC, HARRISONVILLE On Monday, February 10th, 2014 I responded to the area of 239th Street and MOPAC Road in Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle and the only occupant, Cunningham, Samantha R., white female reported no injuries. Eckert tow responded to the scene, due to Ms. Cunningham s vehicle being stuck in a ditch with deep snow. 02/10/14 21: ST ST, PLEASANT HILL On Monday, February 10th, 2014 at approximately 2159 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of East 171st Street in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri in regards to a reported burglary. My investigation revealed that no forced entry was used to gain entry into the residence. The victim, Martin R. Reynolds, white male was not sure if any items were missing at the time of my initial investigation. No suspect information is available at this time and the investigation is on going.

2 02/10/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday Febuary 11th 2014 at approximately 1420 hours I contacted Anthony R Smith w/m at the Cass County Jail in regards to a Cass County Warrant. Mr. Smith was served his warrant, booked in and assigned a cell. The warrant charged 4 counts, 1 of Attempt Statutory Rape and 3 of Statutory Sodomy, bond was set at 1000, cash only and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 02/11/14 11: SMART RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 11, 2014 I responded to S. Smart Rd, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to a disturbance in progress. As a result of my investigation this case is considered non criminal in nature. 02/11/14 11:07 58/CHESNUT, BELTON On Tuesday February 11th 2014 I stopped a 2002 Chevrolet 1500 for failure to yield to oncoming traffic. A computer check of the driver showed him to have a revoked driving status and 2 previous convictions for driving while suspended. The Driver was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/11/14 11: STATE RT. F, GARDEN CITY On Tuesday February 11, 2014, I was dispatched to the Sheriff s Office Lobby in regards to an assault. I made contact with the victim and took a 3rd degree domestic assault report. Suspect had been identified. Investigation continues 02/11/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/11/2014, at approximately 1050 hours, I made contact with Robin D. Jackson in the Division Five courtroom at the Cass County courthouse. I took Ms. Jackson into custody on an active Cass County warrant #14 CA-CR00097 for trespassin gin the first degree. 02/11/14 12:28 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 02/11/14 at 1228 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Viola Horner into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR01023 for Fail To Appear, bond $300 cash only. Ms. Horner was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/11/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at about 1250 hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Jail, and served them a felony warrant. 02/11/14 13: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1250 hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Jail and served them a felony warrant. 02/11/14 14: STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday February 11, 2014, I was dispatched to S. 291 highway in regards to a theft from a business. No suspect have been identifed at this time. Investigation continues 02/11/14 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 1843 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served John Earl Dobbs two Cass County warrants. I served warrant #13CA-CR00344 for FTA Driving while Revoked/ Suspended with a $10, cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. I also served warrant # for FTA Fail to display Plates with a $ cash only bond and a court date of at 0900 hours.

3 02/11/14 22: TH ST, BELTON On February 11, 2014, at approximately 2245 hours, I conducted a residence check at 4900 East 205th Street, Belton, Missouri. Vanessa Dement, w/f, was taken into custody on Cass County warrant #14ca-cr00126 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/12/14 00: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On February 12, 2014 I investigated a disturbance at 306 West Olinger, Strasburg, Missouri. A suspect has been identified and arrested for Assult 2nd Domestic Violence. 02/12/14 05: OLD 7 HWY, GARDEN CITY On Wednesday, February 12th, 2014 at approximately 0531 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to a burglary that occurred at the Old Cedar Inn, located at 107 Old Highway 7 in Garden City, Missouri. No evidence was found of any items stolen from the business, however several items were found to be damaged. The Sheriff's Office investigation into this incident is on going. No suspect information is available at this time. 02/12/14 05: MAIN ST, GARDEN CITY On February 12, 2014 I responded to 217 Main Street, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a burglary at the Rockin C Bar and Grill. Mr. Walker reported that forced entry was made into the business and unknown amounts of cash were taken and property was damaged. 02/12/14 07: ASH CIR, BELTON On at approximately 0812 hours I responded to S Ash Circle outside of Belton, MO in reference to property damage to a mailbox. Upon arrival I contacted Ed Klein who stated someone had ran into his mailbox. No suspect has been identified at this time. 02/12/14 08: WALKER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, February 12, 2014 I investigated a burglary of the business Collision Repair Center located at Walker Road Harrisonville, Missouri. The business owner Larry R. Weir reports that an unknown person(s) entered his business by prying the north door. 02/12/14 11: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On February 12, 2014 I responded to E. 205th Street, Pleasant Hill, Missouri in reference to burglary of a residence. Mr. Danjou reported that forced entry was made into the residence and numerous items had been taken from the residence and property damage to the residence. 02/12/14 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/12/2014 at approximately 1200 hours, I made contact with Max L. Ash Jr. at the Cass County Jail in reference to an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR for Non-Support. Bond was set at $2, cash only and a court date of 02/18/2014 at 0900 hours was given. 02/12/14 19: GIBBONS RD, PLEASANT HILL Deputies were dispatched to S Gibbons road, Pleasant hill, Missouri in reference to a Burglary. No suspect has been identified. 02/12/14 22: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at approximately 2255 hours I investigated a report of trespass not in progress at E. 199th St, Pleasant Hill, MO. I then took Melissa Steuber into custody on Cass County warrant # 11CA-CR for Fail To Appear, bond $25,000, MS Steuber was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/13/14 09: REMINGTON, PLEASANT HILL On Thursday, February 13, 2014, I assisted the State of Missouri Highway Patrol with the excution of a search warrant for at 1501 Remington, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. A suspect has been identified. 02/13/14 09: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On I made contact with Kathol, Christine in DIV IV court room. I arrested Ms. Kathol on a active Cass County warrant. Ms. Kathol was transported the Cass County Jail. 02/13/14 10:22 7/P, PLEASANT HILL On February 13, 2014 I attempted a vehicle stop in the area of 7 Highway and P Highway in rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The vehicle attempted to flee to the residence located at State Rt P Highway, where the suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/13/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1030 Hours, I made contact with Patrick Clark at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13cacr01318 for unlawful possession of a firearm. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 02/13/14 10: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1020 hours I made contact with Timothy Mizer in DIV IV court room. Mr Mizer was remanded to the jail for probation violation. Mr Mizer was transported to the jail. 02/13/14 12:18 JOHNSON COUNTY KS, OLATHE On 02/13/14 at 1218 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, KS Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Shenese Mcrae into custody on Cass County warrant # 09CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $25,000, MS Mcrae was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/13/14 13: GRAND CT, BELTON On February 13, 2014, at approximately 1339 hours, I was dispatched to Grand Court, located in rural Belton, Missouri in reference to a check the welfare. I investigated the death of Norman E. Lionberger. 02/13/14 21: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On February 13, 2014 at about 2103 hours, I was dispatched to E. 275th street in reference to assist other agency. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Ms. Andrea Bergfield. Ms. Bergfield said that she is an agent for the Division of Family Service and she received a hot line phone call to check on the condition of a three month old juvenile at this residence. 02/13/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2125 hours, I arrested Mathew Louis as he turned himself into the Cass County Jail on active Harrisonville Municipal traffic warrants.

5 02/13/14 22: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 02/13/2014, at approximately 2210,hours I made contact with a male the Cass County jail on an active Cass County warrant. 02/13/14 23: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2255 hours, I received Leon Burnett into the Cass County Jail from the Kansas City Police Department on an active Cass County warrant for failure to appear on traffic tickets. 02/14/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0040 hours, Deputies from the Cass County Jail were called to the segregation unit of the Jail for a report of an assualt that had just occurred. A suspect has been identified. 02/14/14 06:48 ST. RT. D SOUTH OF 187TH, BELTON This motor vehicle crash occurred as Vehicle #1 was traveling south on St. Rt. D and Vehicle #2 was traveling north on St. Rt. D. Approximately 2/10 mile south of 187th Vehicle #2's drivers side mirror struck something on the driver's side of Vehicle #1. Driver #1 left the scene and Driver #2 said it's unknown if anyone crossed the center line due to it just being mirror damage. 02/14/14 10: MILLER DR, BELTON On February 14, 2014 at approximately 1008 hours, I conducted a residence check at 519 Miller Drive, Belton, Missouri for a suspect with an active Cass County warrant. A male suspect was taken into custody for an active Cass County warrant. 02/14/14 10:12 ST JOE DOC, ST JOESEPH On 02/14/14 at 1012 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Michael Rash into custody on Cass County warrant # 12CA-CR00968 for Burglary, bond $7,500, Mr. Rash was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/14/14 10: PAUL ST, PLEASANT HILL On February 14, 2014 I conducted a prisoner transfer from the Pleasant Hill Police Department to the Cass County Jail. The subject had two active Cass County warrants which where served upon our arrival to the Cass County Jail. 02/14/14 12: WHEELER RD, PECULIAR On February 14, 2014 at approximately 1243 hours, I investigated a disturbance at S Wheeler, Peculiar, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Charles P Cosgrove, stated that he was in verbal argument with his sons grandmother. This report will be considered a non-criminal domestic report. 02/14/14 12: SYCAMORE GROVE RD, GARDEN CITY On Friday February 14th, 2014 at approximately 1242 hours I conducted a residence check at Sycamore Grove Road in rural Garden City, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Clift, Nolan W/M. Mr. Clift was taken into custody on warrant #14CAARW215 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/14/14 14: TH ST, BELTON On February 14, 2014 at approximately 1415 hours, I investigated credit card fraud at 8501 E. 195th, Street, Belton, Missouri. The victim identified as Linda Sue Cain reported fraudulent purchases made on her credit card. No suspects have been identified.

KS 02/14/14 16: STATE ROUTE C, PECULIAR On Friday , at approximately 1238 hours, I was dispatched to State Route C, Peculiar in reference to suspicious activity. Upon arrival I could hear an smoke alarm sounding from inside the house. Peculiar Fire was dispatch. No smoke was detected and no damage was found. 02/14/14 18:00 BELTON PD, On Friday , at approximately 1648 hours I was dispatched to Belton Police Department in reference to a prisoner transfer. At approximately 1725 hours, I took custody of Marlow, Erin Lloyed. w/m and transported him to the Cass County jail on an active Cass county Warrant # 12CA-CR /14/14 20: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On Friday , at approximately 1819 hours I was dispatched to 113 W 2nd street Garden City in reference to Assisting another Agency. Johnson, Kimberly w/f was transported to Belton Regional Hospital for observation. 02/14/14 21: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 2108 Hours, I made contact with Ronald Gene Ahlschlager at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant CR M for Passing bad check. Bond was set at $ and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 02/14/14 22:23 JOHNSON/203, PLEASANT HILL On February 14, 2014, at approximately 2223 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a silver 2000 Dodge truck at 203rd and Johnson Road, rural Pleasant Hill, Missouri. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for receiving stolen property. 02/15/14 02:30 7/58, PLEASANT HILL On February 15, 2014, at approximately 0230 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a black 2004 Chevy Cavalier on State Route 7 at State Route 58, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, after observing the driver of the vehicle fail to use their turn signal. The driver was arrested for possession of amphetamines and drug paraphernalia. A second male passenger was arrested for outstanding warrants. A third passenger, a white female was released from the scene to Pleasant Hill Emergency Medical Personnel due to her being handicapped and unable to drive. 02/15/14 05: GRAHAM RD, PLEASANT HILL On February 15, 2014 I investigated a burglary that occured at South Graham Road, Pleasant Hill, Missouri. There is no suspect information at this time. 02/15/14 06: HIGHLAND DR, PLEASANT HILL ON Feburary 15, 2014 at approxiately 0611 hours I was dispatched to Highland Drive Pleasant Hill Missouri reference to a larceny. Upon arrival I contact the homeowner who told me his truck window had been broken sometime overnight. Vehicle owner did not locate anything missing out of the truck. 02/15/14 08: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On Saturday February 15th, 2014 at approximately 0821 hours I conducted a residence check at E. 232nd Street in rural Garden City, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Leimer, Stephanie W/F. Mrs. Leimer was taken into

Mrs. Leimer was taken into custody Jackson County warrant #1316CR01060 and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/15/14 17:34 SB 49/MM 173, RAYMORE On Saturday February 15th, 2014 at approximately 1734 hours I conducted a traffic stop on I-49 north of Cass Parkway. I made contact with Martin, Jermale B/M. Mr. Martin was taken into custody on warrant # and transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/16/14 02: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0230 hours I made contact with Steven M. Minor at the Cass County Jail. I arrested Mr. Minor for an active Cass County warrant # for Activities Violation In A Non-Designated Conservation Area. He was given a court date of and a bond of $ cash only was set. Nothing further. 02/16/14 02:57 58/49, BELTON On February 16, 2014 I conducted a traffic stop on a black jeep on State Route 58 and Interstate 49. The driver was issued a summons for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 02/16/14 10: FREEDOM RD, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday at approximately 0750 hours I was dispatched to South Freedom Road, Harrisonville in reference to a Stealing. Thomas, William, w/m said that somebody stole copper wire from his utility shed. No suspect have been identified in this case. 02/16/14 10:08 11 FORSYTHIA DR, BELTON On Sunday February 16th, 2014 at approximately 1009 hours I conducted a residence check at 11 Forsythia Dr. in Belton, Missouri. Upon arrival I made contact with Houpt, Chelsea W/F. Ms. Houpt was taken into custody on active Henry County warrant #'s 13HENMF112 and 13HENMF113. Ms. Houpt was transported to the Cass County Jail. 02/16/14 13:40 QT WAY N OF 163RD, BELTON On Sunday February 16th, 2014 at approximately 1340 hours I conducted a car stop on Quick Trip Lane in Belton, Missouri. The driver Chisholm, Carolyn W/F was taken into custody on Independence P.D. warrants #'s , , , and transported to Independence P.D. and released. 02/16/14 16: ST, GARDEN CITY On Sunday , at approximately 1041 hours I was dispatched to the street Garden City in reference to disturbance in progress. A male and a female party was yelling at each other in the driveway. No arrest was made in this case. 02/16/14 18: WEST OUTER RD., ARCHIE On Sunday , at approximately 1643, I conducted an inquiry at a local business in Archie Missouri. The Cass County Sheriff's office received information that a suspect wanted for domestic assault may be found at this location. The suspect has been arrested. 02/16/14 18: PENN CT, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On February 16, 2014 at approximately 1831 hours, I investigated a disturbance at Penn Ct, Belton, Missouri.
