1 01/26/15 02: MAPLE, DREXEL On Monday, January 26, 2015 at approximately 0216 hours I was dispatched to 317 E. Pine St, Drexel, MO reference to an assault that had occurred earlier on today's date. I contacted Jeffrey Lyon who said that he had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been identified. 01/26/15 10:22 WYANDOTTE CO, KANSAS CITY On 01/26/15 at 1022 hours, I responded to the Wyandotte County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Fidel Barber into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00593 for Fail to appear, bond $10,000 cash only. Mr. Barber was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/26/15 11: CROWN PARK, BELTON On 01/26/2015 at approximately 1130 hours I was dispatched to 7670 Crown Park Belton Missouri, in reference to a stealing. Upon my arrival at approximately 1146 hours, I made contact with a w/f who advised that someone unknown to her had taken items out of her vehicle without permission. 01/26/15 11:23 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 01/26/15 at 1123 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Tony Jones into custody on Cass County warrant # 15CA-CR00005 for Theft, bond $7500. Mr. Jones was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/26/15 11:23 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 01/26/15 at 1123 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Brian J Dahmer into custody on Cass County warrant # 14CA-CR00380 for Fail to Appear, bond $25000 cash only. Mr. Dahmer was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/26/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On about 1120 hours I made contact with Bryan McMahon in DIV IV court room. Mr. McMahon was remanded to the jail. Mr. McMahon was transported to the jail with out incident. 01/26/15 11: HARRELSON DR, BELTON On Monday at approximately 1145 hours I was dispatched to S Harrelson Court, the Apple bus company. Upon arrival at approximately 1214 hours I made contact with Cage, Steven Ray who was the Manager at the time. A school bus, a Chevrolet Midvan, was stolen during the night on Saturday No suspects have been identified at this time. 01/26/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Monday January 26, 2015 at approximately 1415 hours, I completed an assault investigation within the Cass County Jail. 01/26/15 15: TH ST, PLEASANT HILL On Janaury 26, 2015 I responded to the front lobby of the Cass County Sheriff's Office, 2501 W. Mechanic, Harrisonville, Missouri, in reference to a walk in report of fraud. I made contact with the victim Rickey Fairfax, w/m, who said he recieved a bad check from a customer. A suspect has been identified in this investigation. 01/26/15 16: OUTER RD, HARRISONVILLE On Monday January 26, 2015 I responded to Southeast Outer Road in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a follow up on Cass County Report FORM Contact - Press was Reports made = with UPDATED Travis Bretz who was later arrested on an active

Upon arrival I made contact with April Watson W/F and gathered information for the report. 01/27/15 10: RD ST, CREIGHTON On January 27, 2015 I recieved a phone call transferred by dispatch in reference to fraud. I made contact with the reporting party Kenneth Cummins who stated someone has tried to cash several checks on his closed checking account with Sherwood Community Bank. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 01/27/15 11:18 ST. JOSEPH DOC, ST. JOSEPH On 01/27/15 at 1118 hours, I responded to the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center reference a warrant service. I then took Carl A Johnson into custody on Cass County warrant # 13CA-CR00827 for Fail To Appear, bond $25000 cash only. Mr. Johnson was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/27/15 12: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On Tuesday January 27, 2015, I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff s Office Lobby in regards to a walk-in child custody issue. The incident was investigated and is considered a non-criminal matter. 01/27/15 12:30 JACKSON COUNTY, KANSAS CITY On 01/27/2015 at 1230 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took Daniel J Curran into custody on Cass County warrant # 05CA-CR for Probation Violation, bond $ Mr. Curran was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/27/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On January 27, 2015 Ryan Lee Lamb, 23, of Kansas City, MO was arrested on a 9 Belton Municipal warrants for Traffic. The warrants were issued on November 24, 2014, and bond was set at $4, /27/15 17: TH ST, PECULIAR On Tuesday at approximately 1743 hours I was dispatched to the front lobby at the Cass County Sheriff's Office in reference to a subject that wanted to report a trespassing. I made contact with Bormann, Daren. D w/m who said that his soon to be ex-wife was trespassing on private property. Later I made contact with Bormann, Lisa M w/f who said she believed the property belonged to Mr. Bormann and her. This is a civil matter, no crime has been committed. 01/27/15 17: WINNEBAGO DR, LAKE WINNEBAGO On Tuesday January 27th, 2015 at approximately 1810 hours I responded to 100 N. Winnebago Drive in Lake Winnebago Missouri in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival I made contact with Carroll, Geoffry w/m on a active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 01/27/15 19:17 SB 49/MM 151, ARCHIE On Tuesday, January 27th 2015, at 1917 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on southbound I-49 at mile marker 151 in Archie, Missouri on a white 2001 Hyundai Elantra. The white male passenger was found to be in possession of one ounce of marijuana.

Jame Beil was in court for sentencing hearing, cases number 13Jo-CR , child Molestation, A Johnson County Case. James Beil was found guilty, and remanded into custody; a court date was set on 1000 hours, bond set at no bond, 01/28/15 10: CROWN PARK, BELTON On Wednesday, January 28, 2015 victim Angela M. Carlton reported to the Sheriff s Office that someone unknown to her had used her MasterCard without her knowledge or consent. 01/28/15 15:10 261/LAKE ANNETTE RD, On January 28, 2015 at approximately 1145 hours, I conducted a car stop at 261st street and Lake Annette drive. The vehicle was a 2001 Toyota Tacoma, tan in color. The driver was arrested for having an active Bates County warrant and issued a summons for speed. 01/28/15 16: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday, January 28, 2015 Cory Butler reported to the Sheriff s Office that a person known to her would not return her Voyager tablet. A suspect has been identified in this incident. 01/28/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/28/2015 at approximately 1740 hours, I made contact with an inmate at the Cass County Jail, identified as Carl Dewayne Gunn, regarding an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #15CA-CR00082 for DWIalcohol-presistent offender. Bond for this warrant was set at $5, cash or court approved surety. 01/28/15 16: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1735 hours, I made contact with Curtis P. Saucerman at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 15CA-CR00083 for possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $3,500.00, 10% cash or surety, and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/28/15 19: NORTH ST, GUNN CITY On Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at approximately 1951 hours I was dispatched to E. North St, Garden City, MO reference to a report of threats not in progress. I contacted Sheila Wright who told me that she had been assaulted by a male subject. A suspect has been identified. 01/28/15 21: ST ST, HARRISONVILLE On Wednesday January 28th 2015 I responded to Cass Regional Medical Center Emergency Room reference a reported dog bite. The dog in this case has been identified and determined to be current on all vaccinations.

That old report, , was a burglary where a gun had been stolen. The gun, a Winchester, has been recovered and returned to the Cass County Sheriff's Office. 01/29/15 15:13 SB 49/MM 164, PECULIAR On January 29, 2015 at approximately 1515 hours, I was dispatched to Southbound I-49 at approximately mile marker 164 for an unknown injury accident. My investigation revealed that a single vehicle crash occurred with no injuries. 01/29/15 17: STATE ROUTE F, GARDEN CITY On January 29, 2015 I responded to the area of State Route F, Garden City, Missouri in reference to trespass in progress. Mrs. Cumpton reported subjects on property that were not to be on the report. Suspect has been identified. 01/29/15 18: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/29/15 at approximately 1534 hours, I made contact with Mr. Darell High at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Mr. High the Cass County warrant and a bond of $14, % cash only was given. 01/30/15 00: STATE ROUTE 291, PLEASANT HILL On Friday, January 30, 2015 at approximately 0058 hours I was dispatched to S. State Route 291, Pleasant Hill, MO reference a request by Grandview Police Department to locate a male subject in connection with an investigation. The male subject was located and taken into custody and transported to Raymore, MO where custody was transferred to the Grandview Police Department. 01/30/15 07:02 HOLMES/S OF 215, CLEVELAND On Friday at approximately 0702 hours I was dispatched to State Route D and 223rd street in reference to a car vs Deer accident. Upon arrival I made contact with Westhoff, Terry A. w/f who said she hit a deer when it crossed the road infront of her. Ms. Gerstner was transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/30/15 10: ST, BELTON On January 31, 2015, I responded to the Belton City Jail located at 7001 E. 163rd Street in Belton, Missouri for a prisoner transport. I arrested Brandi N. I made contact with the reporting party Linda Jackson, w/f, who said she recieved FORM a fraudulent Press Reports she originally = UPDATED thought was from her bank Bank of America. Ms.

Ms. Jackson said she replied to the with all of her personal information and account information. Ms. Jackson said Bank of America blocked some fraudulent charges that were attempted on her account. No suspects have been identified in this investigation at this time. 01/30/15 12: STATE ROUTE 7, HARRISONVILLE On Friday January , I was dispatched to the Cass County Sheriff s Office Lobby in regards to Stealing. Upon my arrival, I met with the reporting party, Ronald K. Crust. Mr. Crust told me that he had purchased a vitamin / mineral from an on line company. Mr. Crust said that he called the company to find out where his shipment was and that is when they advised that they shipped and delivered the package yesterday January at 1202 hours. Mr. Crust believes his neighbor might have taken the delivery. Investigation Continues. 01/30/15 14:39 N CASS PKWY/PECULIAR DR, BELTON On Friday while conducting a vehicle check, I made contact with Langford, Matthew A. w/m. A computer check revealed that Mr. Langford had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken in custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 01/30/15 15: MYERS CT, PECULIAR On Friday January 30th, 2015 at approximately 1541 hours I responded to S. Myers Court in Peculiar Missouri in reference to a residence check. Upon arrival I made contact with Paul S. Huen on an active Cass County warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail. 01/31/15 04:58 SB 49/MM 162, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at approximately 0508 hours, I responded to the area of Peculiar Drive near 251st Street in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in regards to a reported single vehicle motor vehicle accident. The driver of the vehicle, Dawn D. Cook, white female refused medical treatment on scene and requested that Miller Tow remove her vehicle from the scene, due to disabling damage. Mrs. Cook vehicle was transported to Miller Tow's secure facility per her request. 01/31/15 10: HIGHRIDGE DR, PLEASANT HILL On January 31, 2015 I conducted a residence check at 2115 Highridge Dr #D, Pleasant Hill, Missouri, in reference to serving a Cass County warrant. The subject was contacted and taken into custody. 01/31/15 11: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1130 hours, I contacted David Rivera at the Cass County Jail on a Cass County warrant. I served warrant #15CA-CR00041 for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree. Bond was set at $2, Cash or Surety and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. 01/31/15 11:57 SCHOOL/HUBACH HILL, RAYMORE On Saturday January 31st 2015 at approximately 1159 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury crash at the intersection of Hubach Hill and School road in Raymore Missouri. Upon arrival I investigated the accident and completed a crash report. 01/31/15 13: WOLSEY BRIDGE, VILLAGE OF LOCH LLOY On Saturday at approximately 1402 hours I was dispatched to 114 Woolsey road in the Village of Loch LLoyd in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival I made contact with two females, a mother and daughter who had fought with each other. No arrest was made at this time.

7 01/31/15 14: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/31/2015 at approximately 1440 hours I made contact at the Cass County Jail and served a Henry County warrant. I served Wilhelm, Becky Ann Henry County warrant number 14HE-CR00660 with a $10, cash/surety bond and a court date of 02/27/2015 at 0900 hours. 01/31/15 16:06 SW OUTER/CHURCH ROCK, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday, January 31st 2015, at 1606 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on SW Outer Road in front of the Church On the Rock in Harrisonville, Missouri on a white 2006 Dodge Magnum. The white female driver was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia after K9 Champ alerted to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. 01/31/15 17: MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 01/31/2015, at approximately 2340 Hours, I made contact with Megan McGee w/f at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant "weekend warrant" for Theft/Stealing (value of property or services is $ to $ ). 02/01/15 17: N OF HVILLE, HARRISONVILLE On Sunday at approximately 1721 hours I observed a vehicle sliding of the roadway on southbound state route 291 just south of Waters road. Nobody was injured in this accident. Damage was done to the vehicle. 02/01/15 19: OUTER RD., BELTON On February 01, 2015, I responded to SE Outer Road in Belton, Missouri for a County line prisoner transfer from Kansas City Police Department. I arrested Carlos A. Collins on a Cass County Criminal non-support warrant and transported him to the Cass County Jail for booking. 02/01/15 19: JENNIFER LN, GARDEN CITY On February 01, 2015, at approximately 2009 hours, I investigated a disturbance at 500 Jennifer Lane, Garden City, Missouri. A male subject was later located and arrested at 607 Park Avenue, Apartment D, Garden City, Missouri, for domestic assault and transported to the Cass County Jail without incident. 02/01/15 21: TH ST, PECULIAR On Sunday, February 1, 2015 at approximately 2143 hours, I conducted an investigation in regards to suspicious activity at the residence of East 200th Street in rural Peculiar, Missouri. Upon speaking with Michael R. Clark, white male he stated that he had received a phone call from an automated voice service stating they were with Bank of America twenty four hour security. Mr. Clark stated that he never spoke with a live person and the automated message was asking for personal information. Mr. Clark stated that he later called Bank of America and they informed him that this call was not from them. Mr. Clark requested a report to document the incident. 02/01/15 23:18 SB 7/FREEDOM, HARRISONVILLE On February, 01, 2015 I conducted a vehicle stop on White Ford Crown Victoria bearing Missouri License for operating a vehicle without 2 working headlights at South bound 7 highway and Freedom road, Harrisonville Missouri. The passenger was released on scene on 2 issued summons for possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. 02/01/15 23: OLINGER, STRASUBRG On February 01, 2015, at approximately 2341 hours, I conducted a residence check at 313 Olinger Street, Strasburg, Missouri. A male subject was arrested on an active Jackson County warrant and transported to the intersection of 50
