1 10/28/13 04: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 10/28//13, I made contact with Subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant, for Failed To Equip Mtr Carrier Veh With/Maintain Required Brake System. 10/28/13 06: TH ST, BELTON On October 28, 2013 at approximately 0620 hours I conducted an investigation of stealing from a motor vehicle at th Belton Missouri. I made contact with Scott Cramer who said numerous hand tool and computer had been taken from his vehicle overnight. 10/28/13 08: RD ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 28, 2013 at approximately 0825 hours, I was dispatched to East 273rd Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that a laptop computer was stolen when a rear window of the vehicle was broken out to gain entry to the vehicle. 10/28/13 08:36 TWO RIVERS HOSPITAL, KANSAS CITY On 10/24/13 at 1206 hours, I responded to Two Rivers Mental Health in Kansas City reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/28/13 09: TH STREET, BELTON On October 28, 2013, I investigated a reported dog bite that occurred at 5910 E. 211th Street in rural Belton, Missouri. Matthew J. Beltan-Johnson received a bite on his hand from a neighbor's dog. 10/28/13 09: TH ST, GARDEN CITY On October 28, 2013 at approximately 0950 hours, I was dispatched to E. 316th Street located in rural Garden City, Missouri in reference to property damage. My investigation revealed that a water meter shut off valve was damaged and that approximately 750 gallons of water have been stolen. 10/28/13 10: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 10/28/2013 at approximately 1045 hours i made contact with a subject on a cass county warrant. nothing further to report. 10/28/13 10:54 287TH/BUFFORD, HARRISONVILLE On October 28, 2013 at approximately 1057 hours, I was dispatched to the area of South Bufford Road and East 287th Street located in rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to an abandoned vehicle. I recovered a white Dodge Durango that was reported stolen out of Johnson County Missouri. 10/28/13 11:32 PRETTYMAN RD 1 W OF 291 HWY, HARRISONVILLE On October 28, 2013 I responded to the area of Prettyman Road, one mile west of 291 Highway, rural Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a burned vehicle. Mr. Hipple reported the burned van which was reported to be stolen from Grandview, Missouri. The van was recovered. My investigation revealed that a subject coerced Betty J. Burkhart into buying a lawn mower and then the mower was pawned without her permission. 10/28/13 16:15 HENRY COUNTY JAIL, CLINTON On 10/28/13 at 1002 hours, I responded to the Henry County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/28/13 16:29 CLAY COUNTY, MO JAIL, LIBERTY On 10/28/13 at 1304 hours, I responded to the Clay County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/28/13 19:26 10 LOCH LLOYD PKWY, BELTON On October 28, 2013 at about 1930 hours, I was dispatched to 10 E. Loch Lloyd Parkway in reference to a trespass not in progress. Upon arrival I contacted the reporting party, Mr. Rodney J. Rego W/M, who said that the suspect was on his property and she has been told to stay away, Suspect was contacted and identified. 10/28/13 22: RODIER RD, FREEMAN On October 28, 2013 at about 2220 hours, I was dispatched to S. Rodier Road in reference to a harrassment. Upon arrival I contacted Ms. Alexandria R. Box white/female who advised that she is being harrassed by the suspect through facebook. 10/29/13 01: SKY VUE DR, RAYMORE On October 29, 2013 I assisted Raymore Police Department with a barricaded suspect at 203 Skyvue Dr Raymore, MO. Raymore Police Officers took two subjects into custody. 10/29/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 1100 Hours, I made contact with a subject at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant for no seat belt, Bond was set at $10.00 and a court date of at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time. 10/29/13 11: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On October 29, 2013 I responded to 2501 West Mechanic Street, Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a civil matter which involved a motor vehicle. Mr. Benny Odom provided proof of ownership of a vehicle that was loaned to a relative, which was returned.

Holman from the Belton City Jail to the Cass County Jail for booking. Mr. Holman has a Parole Violation warrant from the State of Missouri with no bond allowed. 10/29/13 12: JERRY, RAYMORE On at approximately 1305 hours I responded to 811 N Jerry outside of Raymore, MO in reference to a child custody dispute. Upon arrival I contacted Melissa Pankratz who stated her children's father had taken them from the home. 10/29/13 13: ZOOK ST, GUNN CITY On October 29, 2013 I responded to E. Zook Street, Gunn City, Missouri reference to a burglary. Mr. Lemka reported that his residence had been forcibly entered and items had been taken. Suspect has not been identified. 10/29/13 16: STATE ROUTE P, PLEASANT HILL On at 1608 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in stealing invetigation. Upon arrival I contacted Amos Springer who stated someone had stolen three weapons from his vehicle located at E State Route P outside of Pleasant Hill, MO. No suspect has been identified at this time. 10/29/13 16:38 JACKSON COUNTY JAIL, KANSAS CITY On 10/29/13 at 1101 hours, I responded to the Jackson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/29/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On about 1630 hours I made contact with Richard Smithey in the Cass County Jail. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01317for Fugitive From Justice with a bond of $5, cash or surety. 10/29/13 16: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On about 1630 hours I made contact with Patrick Clark in the Cass County Jail. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01318 for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm with a bond of $15, cash or surety. 10/29/13 17:00 JACKSON COUNTY, MO, KANSAS CITY On 10/29/13 at 1101 hours, I responded to the Jackson County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/29/13 17: RD STREET, BELTON On at approximately 0848 hours I responded to Belton PD in reference to a prisoner transfer. Upon arrival took custody of David Thomas in reference to a Cass County warrant. Mr. Thomas was transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/30/13 00:10 J/211, PECULIAR On October 30, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop on 211th at J hwy on a 2007 Red Volvo for lane violations. The driver was placed in custody for driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident.

4 10/30/13 01:29 A HWY AND PINE, ARCHIE On October 30, 2013 at about 0129 hours, I stopped a gray, 1997 Lincoln Continental as it made a wide right turn onto MO State Route A from Pine Street. I contacted the driver and he was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in reference to this incident. 10/30/13 07: S 58 HWY EAST, PLEASANT HILL On Wednesday October 30th 2013 I investigated a 2 car motor vehicle crash on M-291 south of M-58 east. A cause of the crash has been determined. 10/30/13 07: TH ST, BELTON On Wednesday October 30th I investigated a 1 car motor vehicle crash at 3301 E. 187th, rural Belton. A cause of the crash has been determined. 10/30/13 08: MORROW RD, GARDEN CITY On October 30, 2013 at approximately 0858 hours, I investigated a stolen trailer at South Morrow Road, Garden City, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Michael S Marconett reported that Neco Seed company flatbed trailer was stolen during the last week from its storage area. No suspects have been identified. 10/30/13 11: MAIN ST, DREXEL On Wednesday October 30th 2013 I investigation a 2 car motor vehicle crash in front of 127 Main, in Drexel Missouri. A cause of the crash has been determined. 10/30/13 12: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On October 11th, 2013, the Cass County Sheriff's Office was notified that the Dekalb County, Missouri, Sheriff's Office had recovered a gun reported stolen on May 10th, 1988, via Cass County report # There is no suspect information. 10/30/13 15: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 10/30/2013, at approximately 1600 hours, I made contact with Troy D Carson at the Cass County Jail on an Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 13CA-CR01302 for child molestation 2nd degree. Bond was set at $10,000.00, cash or surety, and a court date of 11/05/2013 at 0900 hours was given. 10/30/13 16:55 HENRY COUNTY, MO JAIL, CLINTON On 10/30/13 at 1519 hours, I responded to the Henry County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/30/13 17:45 RODIER ROAD SOUTH OF 269TH, FREEMAN On at approximately 1735 hours I Donald Sutcliffe who stated he had found two male subjects trespassing on his property. Two suspects have bene identified at this time. 10/30/13 17:46 ST CLAIR COUNTY, OSCEOLA On 10/30/13 at 1401 hours, I responded to the St. Clair County Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 10/30/13 19: BUTTERMILK STATION RD, EAST LYNNE On Wednesday, October 30th, 2013 at approximately 1935 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 103 Buttermilk Street in East Lynne, Missouri in regards to a reported disturbance. My investigation revealed that the

The domestic disturbance was non-criminal in nature and none of the subjects involved were arrested. 10/31/13 02: STRUZICK RD, STRASBURG On Thursday, October 31st, 2013 at approximately 0242 hours, I conducted an investigation at the residence of 418 Struzick Road in Strasburg, Missouri in regards to a report of a disturbance. While conducting my investigation, I spoke with Janet L. Hunt who stated the argument was between her and her son. My investigations lead me to believe this incident was non-criminal in nature and no arrests were made. 10/31/13 03: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE ON October at approximately 0318 hours I was dispatched to th Harrisonville Missouri in reference to a disturbance in progress. Upon arrival I made contact with both subject and found there was a verbal argement over the male party working late and not being at home. Both parties agreed to go to bed and discuss it further in the morning. 10/31/13 08: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0851 hours, I made contact with Bernice R. Fase at the Cass County Jail on an active Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01217 for Criminal Non-Support. Bond amount was set at $10,000.00, cash only, and a court date of at 1330 hours. 10/31/13 09: SHADY TREE LN, LAKE ANNETTE On Wednesday , at approximately 1016 hours I was dispatched to 8202 E Shady Tree Lane, Freeman Missouri in reference to a stealing. Upon arrival at 1033 hours, I made contact with Cavender, Drew w/m who said somebody tried to steal some of his aluminum scrap metal. A suspect has been identified in this case. 10/31/13 09: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at about 0943 hours, I made contact at the Cass County jail and served warrant #13CA-CR01141 to Kirstie Noel Thibodeaux for Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 grams or less of marijuana with a $7, cash/ surety bond and a court date of at 0900 hours. 10/31/13 09: HIGHWAY, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 31, 2013 at about 1016 hours, I was advised by dispatch that Don Crust is in the Sheriff's Office Lobby wishing to make a report on property damage. 10/31/13 10: C ST, HARRISONVILLE On October 31, 2013 at approximately 1106 hours, I investigated a burglary that occurred at occur occurred at S. C Street, Harrisonville, Missouri. The reporting party identified as James Earl Snyder stated that his neighbor s home was burglarized at some point after 2:00 hours. Upon arrival I contacted two suspects who were later taken into custody. Upon arrival I made contact with Cobern, Matt w/m. No suspects has been identified in this case. 10/31/13 18: STATE RT. C, FREEMAN On October 31, 2013 at approximately 1820 hours, I investigated stealing at State Route C, Freeman, Missouri. The reporting party identified as Debra Ann Cruz stated that a customer pumped gas and then drove away without paying. A suspect has been identified. 10/31/13 18:32 I-49/MM163, HARRISONVILLE On Thursday, October 31st, 2013 at approximately 1852 hours, I was dispatched to the area of State Route 2 in regards to a report of a careless and imprudent vehicle. Dispatch broadcasted that the vehicle was observed traveling east bound on State Route 2 towards Harrisonville. A suspect was identified and taken into custody. 10/31/13 20: RD ST, GARDEN CITY On October 31st, 2013 I investigated a call in reference to checking the welfare of a juvenile male at E. 323rd Street, Garden City, Missouri. The juvenile was located and in good welfare. 10/31/13 21:10 SB 49/MM 165, PECULIAR On Thursday at approximately 1805 hours I received a dispatch in reference to silver Grand Am driving erratically heading southbound on Interstate 49 from North Cass Parkway. At approximately 1814 hours I stopped the vehicle in question for Careless and Imprudent driving and expired license plates. A Female driver was arrested. 10/31/13 22:31 Y/TROTT, BELTON On October I was dispatched to the area of Y Highway and Trott Rd in reference to two subject walking in dark clothing on Y Highway. Both subjects were locate on Y Highway south of Cambridge Male party was found to have an active warrant out of Belton Missouri. Subject was arrested and transported to Belton Missouri Police Department.

Upon arrival I contacted Bonnie Snell-Riffle who stated she had been defrauded of $500. No suspect has been identified at this time. 11/01/13 11: SOUTH ST, EAST LYNNE On November 1, 2013 at approximately 1143 hours, I was dispatched to 2501 West Mechanic located in Harrisonville, Missouri in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that a subject took a vehicle from Grover Pennington, from East Lynne, Missouri. The subject as not returned the vehicle to the rightful owner. 11/01/13 14:24 JOHNSON COUNTY MO, WARRENSBURG On 11/01/13 at 0922 hours, I responded to the Johnson County, MO Jail reference a warrant service. I then took a subject into custody on a Cass County warrant. The subject was then transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/01/13 18: TH ST, PECULIAR On Friday, November 1, 2013 at approximately 1901 hours I was dispatched to 8900 E. 227th Street, Peculiar, MO reference to a report of stealing. I contacted Linda Mohn who said that someone stole her ATV from the detached garage. A suspect has been identified. 11/01/13 19:52 BARRYFIELD LN AND 187TH, BELTON On November 1, 2013 I conducted an investigation of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on 187th east of Barryfield Lane in Belton, MO. Upon arrival I contact Ms. Connie Bryant who said that his vehicle had been struck on the mirror by the door of a vehicle belong to Mr. Steven Devory. This incident was determined to by non-criminal in nature. 11/01/13 20:56 TRADE FAIR PK LOT, HARRISONVILLE On November 1, 2013 I stopped a vehicle on Commercial street at Joy street for weaving. The driver of the vehicle was placed in custody for possession of Marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 11/01/13 23: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 11/01/2013 at approximately 2000 hours, I made contact with Stephen K. Greufe at the Cass County Justice center on Cass County Court Ordered Arrest. 11/01/13 23: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On November 1, 2013 I contacted a female subject upon entry into the Cass County Jail. The subject was issued a summons for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. A suspect has been identified in this case. 11/02/13 01:26 NB 49/153MM, HARRISONVILLE On November 22, 2013 at approximately 0124 hours I conducted a vehicle stop at I49 and 155 mile marker on a gold colored Pontiac Grand Am for expired tags. The driver was placed in custody for driving while suspended. 11/02/13 09: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 0936 hours I responded to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville, MO in reference to a walk in vehicle theft. Upon arrival I contacted Danny Smith who stated his vehicle had been stolen from E 267th Street outside of Harrisonville, MO. A suspect has been identified in this case.

8 11/02/13 09: STATE LINE RD, CLEVELAND On November 2, 2013 at approximately 1011 hours, I was dispatched to South State Line Road located in rural Cleveland, Missouri, in reference to a stealing. My investigation revealed that three air conditioner units were stolen from the Lone Wolf Arena. 11/02/13 10:39 LAKE/MYRTLE, On November 2, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of Lake Street and Myrtle Street in Pleasant Hill, Missouri on a white pick up. Upon my initial attempt to stop the vehicle it attempted to flee. Suspect was identified and summons were issued. 11/02/13 13: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On Saturday November 2nd, 2013 at approximately 1130 hours, I made contact with Ms. Brenda Cameron at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant #13CA-CR01307 for Leaving the Scene of an Accident. 11/02/13 16: TH ST, CLEVELAND On at approximately 1721 hours I responded to 4404 E 219th Street in reference to a stealing investigation. Upon arrival I contacted Mark Ryan who stated someone had stolen and ATV and scooter from his barn. No suspects have been identified at this time. 11/03/13 01: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On , at approximately 0120 hours, I responded to the Medical 1 cell in the medical area of the Cass County Jail for an Inmate having chest pain. The Inmate was transported to Cass Regional Medical Center, where he was cleared to return to the Jail. 11/03/13 01: TH ST, HARRISONVILLE On November 3, 2013 I conducted a vehicle stop in the slumber inn parking lot in a vehicle with no taillight. A male subject was placed in custody on an active warrant. A suspect has been identified and placed in custody in this incident. 11/03/13 06:02 NB49/S OF PEC, PECULIAR On Sunday, November at approximately 0605 hours I was dispatched to northbound I49 at mile marker reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a deer. I contacted a male subject who said the deer crossed the I49 and he was unable to avoid it. 11/03/13 07: LACY RD, DREXEL On November 3, 2013 at approximately 0748 hours, I was dispatched to 7601 East State Route A Highway located in rural Drexel, Missouri in reference to a burglary. My investigation revealed that several items were stolen from a building owned by John Bartholomew. 11/03/13 08: SHARI DR, PECULIAR On at approximately 0803 hours I responded to 232 Shari Drive in Peculiar, MO in reference to assisting Peculiar Police Department with a found child. Upon arrival I contacted Officer Clausing who requested I accompany the child in custody to Belton Regional Medical Center while he conducted his investigation. 11/03/13 11: CURLY LANE, FREEMAN On at approximately 1310 hours I was dispatched to 2501 W Mechanic Street in Harrisonville MO in reference to an animal bite. Upon arrival I contacted FORM 3000 Katherine - Press Welborn Reports who = UPDATED stated her cat bit her on

Upon arrival I contacted Katherine Welborn who stated her cat bit her on /03/13 11:57 BROADWAY/ROOSTER, On November 3, 2013 I conducted a pedestrian check at Broadway Street and Rooster Avenue in Pleasant Hill, Missouri. I made contact with a Mr. Shawn Evans, who was found to have an active Cass County warrant. Mr. Evans was taken into custody and transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/03/13 15:07, On October 3, 2013, I voided this report number. 11/03/13 18: LAKE, GARDEN CITY On November 3, 2013, I responded to 300 Lake Road # 12, Garden City, Missouri in reference to a disorderly subject. Ms. Betty Ellis reported that her adult son was not taking his medications and was out of control. Garden City EMS transported the subject to CRMC without incident. 11/03/13 19: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On at approximately 1940 hrs, I made contact with Charles L Bedford W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on Two Cass County Warrants. I served Mr. Bedford the Cass County Warrants 10CA-CR with a $25,000 cash only bond and 10CA-MC00547 with a $1500 cash only bond. 11/03/13 21: MECHANIC, HARRISONVILLE On 11/03/2013, at approximately 2120 hours, I served an active Cass County warrant to Jon M. Jackson.
