A Nursery for ages 6 weeks to 4 years is available in the Church Nursery and PK-4 Room at the school. The nursery is available during Bible classes, 10:30am, and 10:45am worship services. Children s Bulletins are also available as well as worship bags. An usher can give directions to the nursery, give children's bulletins or get a worship bag. If you like to shuffle paper, this job is for you! Thank you! It s time to renew or subscribe to Portals of Prayer. Order blanks can be found on the bulletin boards, near the entrances to all services and from the church office. Souper Stars will serve on March 14 th and SonShiners will serve on March 22 nd. Please be at the Corner Table by 11:15am for service. If you are on these teams, please make plans to serve on these dates. Thank you for your service! PrimeTimers: We will meet and host the lunch after the 11:15am Lenten Service on March 14 th at noon. Bring extra to share with our guests. A short business meeting will follow. On April 19 th, we will travel to the Hudson Dinner Theater. Meet at the church at 5:15pm to board the bus. See Joyce Pugh for more information. On April 9 th after our potluck luncheon, the gospel group The Imperfect But Forgiven will perform. We will have 10 extra guests so bring plenty to share. Rising Hope Farm is having its annual Volunteer Training on Sat. March 17 th and Sat. March 25 th from 10am to noon each day. Volunteers are the backbone of their therapeutic riding program. Annual Community Egg Hunt at Concordia - March 31 st - 11am - 1pm We are in need of: * Your prayers for this important ministry to our community. * Small pieces of candy. Peanut free. * Small toys * Hard boiled white eggs for dyeing. * Volunteers for the day. * Egg dyeing kits. * Water bottles, juice boxes, cookies, individual bags of assorted snacks. Contact Belinda Bost at bbost@concordianc.org or Mite Boxes will be collected at our April 1, 2018 service. Please bring your filled boxes, and take a new one to collect your spare change during the next three months. Mite boxes, along with sales of cooking flavorings, Rada cutlery, and greeting cards are fund raisers for our Concordia Dorcas branch of LWML, and are available through the church office or by contacting a representative of LWML. Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Newton will sponsor a yard, bake, hot dog & hamburger sale on Saturday, April 28 th, 7am until. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ: Without the love you have shown me and my family for the last while, it would have been much harder. The food, cards, calls, visits and prayers are the showing of true Christian love. We really miss trouble but we know he is healthy and happy with his Lord. Bill loved children and I want to thank the 3 rd & 4 th grade for the beautiful song they sang for Mr. Bill the candy man. To the elders and LLL: Bill and family were very pleased. Pastor Nelson was so good to stand by us and Kyle s music was outstanding. We love you all, Shirley, Mike, Scott and Stephen Watts.

These words, Given and shed for you for the forgiveness of sins, show us that in the Sacrament forgiveness of sins, life, and salvation are given us through these words. These words, along with the bodily eating and drinking, are the main thing in the Sacrament. Anyone who has questions is invited to speak to the pastor or an elder before communing. The cups in the center of the tray are filled with a white non-alcoholic wine and gluten free wafers are available for those with allergies.
