Parish Office Requests To register in the parish, arrange for a baptism, or request a Certificate of Eligibility for sponsorship at Baptism or Confirmation, contact the rectory Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. ( is preferable). Also, please advise our office staff of any change of address, telephone number or family status. Anointing of the Sick First Saturday of the month during 8:30 a.m. Mass or by special request. Please notify the rectory as soon as possible when any parishioner becomes seriously ill or is admitted to the hospital. Baptism Baptisms are celebrated after the 11:30 a.m. Mass every Sunday, with the option of Baptism during the 11:30 a.m. Mass on the fifth Sunday of the month. Both first-time parents must attend a Pre- Jordan class, which is held the first Wednesday of every month. Pre-Registration for the class is required by contacting the rectory. Sponsors not from Epiphany are required to submit a Certificate of Eligibility from their parish two weeks prior to the Baptism. Marriage Notify the priest of your intention to marry at least six months before the date of the wedding to assure sufficient preparation and to arrange for Pre-Cana sessions. 3 Guest Speaker Encounter Christ at the Malvern Retreat House. For more information, call the Malvern Retreat House at (610) or visit For traditional Weekend Retreat information, call Patrick Benner at (484) Distribution of Communion at Mass In order for our parishioners who occupy the pews reserved for the handicapped to receive Holy Communion prior to the remainder of the congregation, we ask that the congregation remain standing in the aisles until those seated in the front pews have received the Sacred Host (and the Precious Blood when communion is distributed under both species). The Celebrant, the Deacon and the Extraordinary Ministers will then distribute Holy Communion to the remainder of the congregation. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Thanksgiving Prayer Service (Ministerium) The annual Thanksgiving Eve Interfaith Ecumenical Prayer Service, sponsored by the Plymouth-Withemarsh Ministerium, will be held Wednesday, Nov. 25, at 7:30 p.m. at Plymouth Meeting Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), 2156 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting. This year our priests will gather with Archbishop Chaput at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary on Monday, Nov. 30, for this year s Day of Sanctification for Priests. We are looking for any youth interested in volunteering before and after all Masses the weekend of Nov to help the SON Committee with their annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. If you are able to help, contact our parish Youth Minister. Dr. Rodgers Turkey Drive SON will be distributing flyers for the annual turkey dinner drive after Masses this weekend. You can buy the turkey from WEIS (Germantown Pike store only) or Giant (Township Line store only) at the customer service desk. The stores will hold the turkeys for us. You purchase the rest of the items listed on the flyer and pay for them at check-out. Drop off the turkey receipt at the Parish Office ASAP. And, drop off the rest of the food goods at the Parish Center before or after any of the Masses on the weekend before Thanksgiving (Nov ). All Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are required to participate in an archdiocesan formation session or a parish formation session and have, as well, the mandate from the Archbishop to carry out this ministry.
