Bach LENT IN OUR PARISH LENTEN BOOK PROGRAM St. Jane s Lenten program continues on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm through March 20 feel free to join us. The program features Resisting Happiness, a book by noted Catholic author Matthew Kelly. Each week, Father Giese comments on a portion of the book and then participants discuss the book in smaller groups. CARPOOLING WITH CHRIST "Carpooling with Christ," a holy hour with Eucharistic Adoration, takes place each Wednesday of Lent from 2:00 2:45 pm in the church. All are welcome to come in for a few minutes of prayer, or to stay the entire time! CONFESSIONS This Lenten season, each Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Washington will have confessions available

If you have been reluctant to come to the sacrament, have been away for some time or just found it difficult to get to a Saturday afternoon confession time, this is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with Christ and His Church. SOUP, SAINTS, & STATIONS Join us on Fridays of Lent, beginning in Caulfield Hall with a lite meal of soup and bread served at 6:30 pm, and a presentation on a saint beginning at 6:50 pm. March 23: Sts. Louis and Zelie Martin with Deacon Bob Vince. The evening concludes with Stations of the Cross at 7:30 pm in church. 40 DAYS FOR LIFE: BETHESDA CAMPAIGN & GOOD FRIDAY 40 Days for Life Bethesda Campaign continues through Palm Sunday (March 25). 40 Days for Life is currently conducting a campaign outside LeRoy Carhart s late-term abortion clinic at the Wildwood Medical Center (10401 Old Georgetown Road). Stations of the Cross will be prayed outside the medical center on Good Friday, March 30, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. Signs are available in the parish office for those who want to join other pro-lifers in the peaceful vigil in front of the Wildwood Medical Center. For more information, call Lisa Tennant ( ). INCANDESCENT BULB EXCHANGE Bring your incandescent bulbs for an exchange for LED bulbs on Sunday, April 15, after the 10:00 am Mass, in Caulfield Hall. The MOCO Department of Environmental Protection will distribute three LED bulbs per person bringing in standard bulbs for exchange. SUMMER BIBLE CAMP June :00 am 12:15 pm for children completing grades K-3 We will discover five water-based Bible stories from Moses on the Nile to Jesus being baptized to God saving Paul from a shipwreck at sea.
