We are blessed by your presence with us today. Whether you are a long-time parishioner, relatively new to the parish, home from school, or visiting for the weekend, we are grateful that you have chosen to worship here at St. Louis Catholic Church. As Roman Catholics, the Holy Eucharist is the center of our lives, and the source or our mission. Nourished by the Word of God, we strive to instill family values, promote social justice, and foster life-long formation in the Catholic faith. Call the parish office. Marriage: Couples desiring to be married at St. Louis should be registered, active members of the parish. 2 2 N e w s & N o t e s State of the Parish Meeting There will be a State of the Parish meeting on Tuesday, February 27th at 6:30pm in the school cafeteria. All are welcome to attend. See the back of this bulletin for the 2017 Parish Festival Report. Batesville Deanery Lenten Event Join us for a Lenten mission and concert featuring, The Vigil Project, Sunday, February 25th, 7:00pm-9:00pm at Holy Family Church, Oldenburg. With songs, worship, dynamic speaking, and inspiring prayer, this will be an opportunity to dive into the themes of the Lenten Season To learn more go to: Admission is free. Free will donations accepted. High School Youth Group On Sunday, February 25th, we will being joining other Batesville Deanery parishes for a Lenten mission and concert featuring, The Vigil Project! Meet in the St. Louis Cafeteria at 6:00pm for dinner. We will carpool from St. Louis to Holy Family in Oldenburg around 6:35pm. Please note that we will return to St. Louis around 9:30pm. If you prefer to meet us at Holy Family, meet us in front of the church at 6:45pm. With songs, worship, dynamic speaking, and inspiring prayer, this will be an opportunity to dive into the themes of the Lenten Season as we prepare for the Passion, death and Resurrection of Christ. St. Louis Catholic Preschool Open House St. Louis Catholic Preschool will hold an open house on Thursday, March 1st for all new parents and students. Students are welcome 3 & 4 year olds from 5:00pm 6:00pm and 4 & 5 year olds from 6:00pm 7:00pm. The preschool is located at 200 South Walnut Street in Batesville.
