Bb Prudhmme, Vice-President, led the grup in an pening prayer and the Pledge f Allegiance. Treasurer s Reprt Tm O Daniel presented the Treasurer s Reprt: State Reprt Je Westn reprted that the Gd Sam Club is rewriting its cnstitutin. It will be all encmpassing, with each state having its wn perating prcedures. He will knw mre abut this (and the impact n lcal chapters) nce he meets with the new CEO f Camping Wrld, Marcus Lemnis. Je als remarked that he hped everyne wuld sign up fr the Winter Sambree in Palatka; he has bked tp-ntch, quality entertainment. Furthermre, Je and Debbie bth cmmented that their fcus (during each Sambree) will be first timers. First timers can expect a cuple f firsttime nly meetings during the curse f each Sambree. Wagnmaster s Reprt Bb Brwn, in Wagnmaster Jim Mrace s absence, reprted that Blueberry Hill RV Resrt in Bushnell is 53 miles (west) f Wekiva Falls. Bb and Peggy visited the resrt recently and said that the facilities are well-equipped and very nice. Bb assured the chapter that we will like ur first visit t this resrt. Bb als reprted that we will share the facilities with Sassy Sams. Bb reminded the chapter that ur March Friendship Rally has been cancelled in lieu f the Winter Sambree February 27-March 3. Fr the benefit f ur new members, Peggy Brwn explained the missin f Camp Bggy Creek and Flrida Eagles Sams participatin with this rganizatin. She als said that Bb and she will be ging t the Camp in January t deliver ur dnatins. If yu wuld like t g with Peggy and Bb (and take a tur f the facility), cntact Peggy nw. She is in the prcess f scheduling a date and time t g and wuld appreciate yur input. The hsts were the Executive Cmmittee and their spuses: Bb and Peggy Brwn, Bb and Paula Prudhmme, Tm and Charltte O Daniel, and Jim and Rsalie Mrace. Rigs present: Bradley-Fran, Brwn, French, Getsee, Huett, Jnes, McGugh, O Daniel, Prudhmme, Rbertsn, Smith, Walters, and Westn. Drive-vers: Batchelder and Mrace. Guests: Bill and Lisa Glennn. Friday night we had ur usual pt luck dinner. This was fllwed by ur mnthly business meeting. Afterward we played a variatin f Christmas Bing with part f the prceeds ging t ur charities Flrida Dg Guides and Camp Bggy Creek. Our guest, Bill Glennn, was a big jackpt winner as was Je Westn. Je dnated his winnings back t Flrida Dg Guides. Je als wn the 50/50 Raffle and dnated thse winnings back t Camp Bggy Creek. Saturday instead f ur usual early mrning breakfast, we shared lunch appetizers at 11:00. This was fllwed by a wreath-making prject (see pictures f the varius wreaths n page 5). Saturday afternn all participated (except ur guests and Debbie and Je) in practice fr ur nightly entertainment, The Six Days f Sambree. (Thanks t Lew Smith, yu may lk at ur practice and the final prductin at: Saturday evening we enjyed a great catered meal frm Buck s Catering and then participated in several silly games.
