3 Cmmunicatin: Lack f Cmmunicatin frm a Chapter: Have expectatins been cnveyed t the Chapter Directr? District Directr needs t have persnal cntact with the Chapter every 2-3 mnths. By phne r in persn. N Newsletter r Minimal Cntent in a Newsletter: Expand the news. Include cntent frm the District, Regin and/r Natinal. The Chapter Directr shuld share infrmatin frm the District newsletter with the membership. Printed Newsletter shuld be available t thse requesting it. It shuld be mailed and/r available at the mnthly gathering. Chapter website: It s a way fr nn-members t find and cntact the Chapter Cmmunicatins between Chapter and members abut events Miscmmunicatin and/r Negative Cmmunicatin: District Directr shuld call the Chapter Directr District Directr shuld call the Chapter Member The Chapter Directr and the Chapter Member will have different views f issues District Directr may survey the Chapter Members. Respectfully challenge the nay-sayers. Why are the negative cmments being made? What are the circumstances? Are the negative cmments a direct result f misinterpretatin r pr cmmunicatin r hearsay? Make sure the Chapter Directr knws he/she is the mst imprtant directr in the assciatin. The member is the mst imprtant persn.
