2 Xperience Summer internship is an internship designed t help High Schl and Cllege students grw in wisdm, stature, and favr with Gd and man. AND JESUS GREW IN WISDOM AND STATURE, AND IN FAVOR WITH GOD AND MAN. LUKE 2:52 NIV The summer semester is nt nly a lt f fun, but it als hands-n ministry training, in-depth teachings by the Xperience Church staff, and grwth thugh life-giving relatinships. If yu cmmit t a semester, yu will grw in yur relatinship with Gd like never befre! OUR GOALS: T grw students in wisdm and stature, and in favr with Gd and man. Wisdm- Classes; Small Grups; Q&A Stature- Wrkuts; Intramural s Favr with Gd- Prayer; Chapel Favr with Man- Sunday Serve; Office Hurs; THE WIN: T see students planted and thriving in the lcal church beynd the summer semester.

3 I. Summer Internship Descriptins Wrkuts and Intramural s Training t be a leader is nt nly mental and spiritual, but physical as well. There s n dubt that when yu are in gd physical shape, yu are affected in a psitive way. Wrkuts - At the end f the summer everyne will jin tgether and participate in ur 2:52 5K run. The 5K is designed t push them beynd their limits and t shw that Gd has given them the ability t accmplish mre than they believe they can. Wrkuts are the vessels that help them prepare and grw t accmplish their gal. Wrkut Structure: Wrkuts are based and facilitated by campus teams Schedule: Mnday: Running Day 7:00AM-7:10AM - Warm Up 7:10AM-8:00AM - 4 mile run and cl dwn Tuesday: Cnditining 7:00AM-7:10AM- Warm Up 7:10AM-7:45AM- Cnditining 7:45AM-8:00AM- Cl Dwn Intramural - Each week the students get t cme tgether with their fellw students and participate in a sprt f their chsing. This is a great way fr them t build relatinships with each ther. Prayer Our church believes that fervent, heart-felt prayer is key t leading peple t Christ and essential t what we d as a Church. We believe we wuld nt have seen lives changed r experienced supernatural grwth withut the ministry f prayer and we want t teach ur students the same. Our summer interns will have a time f prayer every mrning s that we lay a fundatin that Gd is ur surce. Prayer cnsists f wrship, a 5-10 minute message, minutes f individual prayer, and ends with the speaker leading the last 5 minutes f crprate prayer. Tuchpint Tuchpint is a n intentinal time t g ver what the upcming week lks like as well as give any annuncements that need t be cmmunicated. It is als a great time t be creative and share an encuraging wrd r celebrate the students! Internship Classes Interns will have the pprtunity t learn frm pastrs and leaders in the church abut leadership and biblical principles.

4 Internship Small Grups At Xperience Church, we believe that real life change takes place in the cntext f relatinships. Ding life n yur wn is tugh. It s s much mre rewarding when yu can share it with a grup f believers wh will encurage yu and build yu up. Intern small grups are designed t cultivate real and persnal relatinships with ther students in, utside f the classrm experience. Althugh it is als a time fr them t grw, it is mainly a time t shw that they have leaders wh care and want t be invlved in their jurney. Staff Chapel One f the best ways t be refreshed during the week f summer internship is thrugh ur staff chapel services. Each week, the students will be pured int thrugh weekly staff chapels lead by the pastrs and leaders f Xperience Church Family Fun Day One f the cre values f ur church is t have fun, s we re ging t d just that! Every Thursday between 9 AM and 12 PM (unless therwise nted), the students and leaders are invited t enjy a fun-filled day tgether as a intern family. Sunday Dream Team Already having cmpleted cnnect track, the students will be empwered t live ut their calling n Sundays thrugh the Dream Team.

Because we are bserved mre clsely than thers, we set a standard fr what is apprpriate fr leaders t wear. Abve all, ur attire shuld present a prfessinal appearance at all times. Men Always be well-grmed, clean and neat. Beard and mustache must be well-grmed. Clthing shuld be pressed r irned, n sweatshirts Wmen Always be well-grmed, clean and neat.
