4 Frmatin Cmmissin Meeting- 2 minute summary August 21, 2017 at 6:30 pm Wmen s bk study: Nt as many wmen came ver the summer but hping fr increase fr the last few sessins. There is a sessin cming up this weekend and then ne each in September and Octber. The new study will begin in January Mther Angelica bk next? Still discussing which bk t chse. Cffee and Dnuts: Sign ups t hst are still available! Yung Adult Ministry: Prestn Becker will take ver as Crdinatr f Yung Adult Ministry starting September 1! Over the summer, YA ministry did Operatin Leftver (feeding and praying with peple experiencing hmelessness dwntwn) in July and mvie night (The By in the Striped Pajamas) in August. We have als attended Thelgy n Tap in Brad Ripple. Wmen s Retreat: Fr. Jim will be ur presenter at the Benedict Inn; tpic will be Christ, Strytelling, and Yu. Nvember 3-5, Men s ministry: All f the bks fr men were handed ut. Additinal men s and wmen s bks will be in the Narthex fr thse wh did nt get a cpy the first time arund. Other: ERE started 8/20. Did have sme new families. N final registratin cunt yet. There is a trained teacher here fr Catechesis f the Gd Shepherd fr ages 3-6. They are set up in the Church Meeting Rm. There is a pssibility that next year there will be enugh teachers trained t transitin t Catechesis f the Gd Shepherd fr all f ERE. RCIA will start Octber 4. Changing the frmat a bit.
