1 This week we want to let you know what is happening with one of our full-time staffers, Bob Sutliff, who is our Coordinator of Adult Faith Formation and Social Outreach. A special word of thanks to all who helped with the annual cleaning day at St. Augustine Church last Saturday. Thanks to everyone s hard work and generosity, our church sparkles and shines for all of us to enjoy helping us experience the presence of God. -Fr. John Seeking to Since his September 23 bulletin profile, Bob underwent a PET scan and found that cancer has spread to his liver. To fight this he will undergo two rounds of R-ICE chemotherapy on November 6 and 7 and then when appropriate, he will receive a bone marrow transplant by Johns Hopkins Oncology. Bob, and his doctors, were surprised at this setback, but he is convinced that and his attitude is to fight this with all his might. He knows that the prayers of this community, and of so many others from parishes he has served, will hold him in good stead. Last fall, the parish staff got together to chip in for an annual memorial candle for Bob. He said recently, Sending more prayers your way, Bob.

8 When Winter Weather Is Headed Our Way CCASTA follows the county schools in regard to weather. When Baltimore County OR Howard County schools open 2 hours late, we will have morning Mass and the parish offices will open at the normal time. When Baltimore County OR Howard County schools are closed, morning Mass and all other parish activities will be canceled. The parish offices will open at 11:30 AM weather permitting. If Baltimore County OR Howard County have early dismissal because of weather issues, all evening parish activities are canceled.
