3 PAGE 3 PARISH NEWS our SOULS ROSARY 7:30AM Daily MORNING PRAYER 8:30AM Daily Hearing Loop Installed A Hearing Loop system has been installed in the new Church (Nave and Daily Chapel) to assist those with hearing loss hear more clearly during church services. A Hearing Loop is an assistive listening system that transmits sound directly into one s hearing aids or cochlear implants rather than depending on sound coming from the loudspeakers. To receive the Loop signal and hear more clearly, manually activate your T-coil or telephone setting on your hearing aid or cochlear implant. If you don t know if you have a T-coil or whether yours is properly programmed, consult with your audiologist or hearing aid professional. If you don t wear hearing aids, ask to use a Loop receiver to receive the sound. If you have further questions about Looping, please contact the installation company, Complete Hearing Solutions at or call MASS INTENTIONS The Mass intention book for 2018 is currently full. The Sacramental Wine, Eucharistic Bread, Blessed Virgin Mary Flowers, Sacramental Vigil Light, and Blessed Virgin Vigil light are available on a weekly basis for dedication in memory or honor of an individual. Arrangements can be made through the church office. 12 PAGE 12 MINISTRY NEWS ongoing CATECHESIS For Dedication Celebration Sister Bethany Madonna, vocations director for the Sisters of Life, shares how God not only wants us to know him, but also to give us the desires of our heart and gifts that bring purpose, meaning, and hope. She makes it clear that receiving is the gift that we give to the Lord and that he wants to be invited into every aspect of our lives. Speaking from her own life experience, Sister Bethany shows the importance of asking in order to receive all the Lord has in mind for us. This CD is available in limited quantity located on the Lighthouse Catholic Media display in the gathering area of our Church, for a small donation. 13 PAGE 13 OPERATION DEBT FREE OPERATION DEBT FREE We are in the final phase of completing the dream of the parishioners of Our Lady of the Angels to have a beautiful new Church in which to worship our Lord. Through the generosity of our parishioners, we are close to achieving the goal to have our new worship space completely paid for and not have to borrow from the Diocese. We are $1.8 million dollars short of this goal to be debt free on April 22nd, the day of the Dedication of our new worship space. Contribution cards can be picked up at the front office or clipped out of the bulletin. The card, with your donation, can be returned to the front office, dropped in the collection the OLA website. May God bless you for your generosity both past and present to Our Lady of the Angels Church. Goal $1.8 Million, collected as of 4/1/18 $235,332.70
