2 Page 2 From the Pastor WEEKLY REPORT January 8, 2017 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near. Hebrew 10:23-25 Jesus loves His bride, the church, and gave His life for her. He gives the Holy Spirit to His followers and is coming again for His followers. We must not forget our identity and the price paid for us to be a part of the family. We need to worship with our fellow believers weekly and encourage each other in our faith journeys. Even more, we should be watching together for the return of the Bridegroom. We need to love and serve others in and through the body of Christ. As we continue our I Love Sundays sermon series, remember our 3 challenges from Sunday. 1. Decide to let every Sunday be special. 2. Invest in your Sundays. Be ready for Bible Study and minister to those around you. 3. Commit to be in Bible study and church the next four Sundays. Review your schedule ahead of time and even reschedule some events in order to be in church. Begin thinking now about who you will invite to our U+1 Sunday on February 5!
