INSIDE THIS ISSUE Pastor s Paragraph p. 2 Serving this Week p. 3 Prayer Concerns p.4 Upcoming Events. p.5

2 Page 2 From the Pastor Christianity is not how consistent we are to our conscience or convictions; but Christianity is being true to Jesus Christ in all that we are. - Adaptation from Oswald Chambers " For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and the one who knocks, the door will be opened." - Matthew 7:8 Jesus urges us to keep our minds filled with the concept of God s control over everything, which means that a disciple must maintain an attitude of perfect trust and an eagerness to ask and to seek. WEEKLY REPORT January 31, 2016 Sunday School Enrollment 701 Attendance 360 Homebound Enrollment 18 Weekly Budget Requirement $17, Received this Week $14, Building Fund Received this Week $ Received this Month $1, When we convince ourselves God is with us, even in our difficulties we can remember, My heavenly Father knows all about this! Hopefully this will be a natural thing for us when uncertainties arise. Before we formed this concept of divine control, we would go from person to person seeking help, but now we go to God about it. Jesus assures people who have His Spirit, "God is my Father, He loves me, and we will never think of anything that He will forget, so be comforted. Thank You From Christina Self Pregnancy Help Center for all the diapers Becky, Savannah, and I thank you for your prayers as our family walks through the last days of my Mom's life. I also want to thank the staff and all those covering for us in our absence. We love our church and look forward to being back with you soon. Bro.
