TRI-PARISH TEEN GROUP: The teen group is a program for all the high school students in the parishes of St. Denis, St. Columba and Saint Kateri. The program includes fun activities such as outings and trips, service activities for the parish and greater community, and opportunities to learn more about your faith. I admire the virtues which adorned your soul: love of God and neighbor, humility, obedience, patience, purity and the spirit of sacrifice. Help me to imitate your example in my state of life. Through the goodness and mercy of God, Who has blessed you with so many graces which led you to the true faith and to a high degree of holiness, pray to God for me and help me. Obtain for me a very fervent devotion to the Holy Eucharist so that I may love Holy Mass as you did and receive Holy Communion as often as I can. Teach me also to be devoted to my crucified Savior as you were, that I may cheerfully bear my daily crosses for love of Him Who suffered so much for love of me. Most of all, I beg you to pray for me that I may avoid sin, lead a holy life and save my soul. Amen.

Opłatki is available in the Narthex after Masses and at the Saint Kateri Parish Office. A donation to cover the cost of the opłatki would be appreciated. BLOOD DRIVE We have a Blood Drive coming up on December 19 th in the Church Meeting Room from 2-8 pm. Please come out and donate for this very worthy cause. RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS Advent Dear Parents, even though we do not have formal Family Catechesis this Advent season, we do encourage you to attend the beautiful Saint Kateri Music Ministry Christmas Concert and the Mariapolis Luminosa Activies to help your family prepare for the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Flyers were sent home and the information is in this bulletin as well. This Week in Classes This week all classes will be singing Christmas Carols, in the Narthex of the church, during the 2 nd half-hour of each session; parents are welcome to join us in singing (about 25 minutes)! First Reconciliation Our First Reconciliation services, for Second Grade students, will take place on Saturday, January 5 th 2019, at 10:00 am and Noon. 10:00am service Miss. Upcoming +TLC+ events: Sunday, December 23 rd - Christmas Party Thursday, December 27 th - NYC Christmas Trip Sunday, January 6 th - Pancake Breakfast Sunday, January 13 th - General Meeting Friday, January 18 th - March for Life Youth Rally TRIP TO THE MARCH FOR LIFE IN WASHINGTON, DC FRIDAY, JANUARY 18, 2019 As a parish, we will be coordinating a bus to take our +TLC+ Youth Group and other parishioners to the March for Life in Washington, DC. We will be departing the parish via bus at 12 am Midnight and arriving at the Capital One Center for the Youth Mass. Then from the Youth Mass, we will go to the National Mall for the Rally and the Start of the March. We will then leave Washington, DC around 4:30-5 pm, and return to the parish approximately sometime between 10-11:30 pm. Total cost for the bus for +TLC+ members is $20, total cost for the bus for adults and other parishioners is $25. One should bring a packed lunch and snacks for the trip as well as money to buy breakfast items and dinner on the way back. We will be stopping at a rest stop for dinner. The final date for bus registration to attend the March for Life is Friday, December 28, If you wish to register for the March for Life bus or have any questions, please contact Fr. MacDonald at the Parish Office.
