Baptisms: Please call the rectory to arrange the celebration of Baptism. Baptisms ordinarily should not take place during Lent except in case of emergency. (2019 March6th April 21st) Marriages: Reserve and register date & time as soon as possible, at least six months in advance of the wedding. Pre-Cana and other instructional sessions are required for all couples. Ministry to the Sick: Sick calls and Communion calls on the First Friday of the month. Please call the Rectory.

Saint Josaphat s received a check for $100. For each car, truck or van, running or not. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul will give back to our church $75/$200 per vehicle. Remove our state s protections for infants accidentally born alive in the course of an abortion. Parish Community News & Events ANNUAL MASS OF HOPE AND HEALING On April 25, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Saint Nicholas of Tolentine Church, a very special Mass will be offered for victims of abuse & those impacted by sexual abuse. This Mass is completely planned by a group of survivors. We will also have a team of professionals available for anyone who may come forward or just wish to talk. Please share this information; you never know who you may be helping, and who may need to be there. You may watch the Mass live beginning at 7:00 p.m. Fraternitas is a group for middle school students, dedicated to instilling Christian values in boys with the goal of fostering a true Catholic gentlemen. Our monthly encounters allow us to accomplish this mission through prayer, catechesis, sports, and sacraments. 5 Laudetur Iesus Christus! Christmas cards, cookies, and treats. To all of you the parishioners of St. Josaphat - I would like to say thank you. Thank you for the Christmas cards with your kind words of appreciation for my efforts in serving you as your priest; even with my limitations. Thank you for the cookies, breads, candies, and other treats which you have so generously given to me personally and for the rectory house to share. I truly have enjoyed a taste of various cultures and traditions over the past few weeks. Now it is time to go on a diet! Generally I try to stay away from carbohydrates and stick to a clean eating plan. Honestly, I have not been too good at keeping to my diet since my transfer and once Christmas cookies where placed before me; I happily went weak! Thankfully, I don t feel totally guilty because we also received some wonderful fruit so, it all balances out in the end; maybe. ; ) Some of you have received thank you cards from me and I hope this letter reaches those of you I have not been able to write personally. When I was in the College Seminary the Vice Rector told us to always keep a box of thank you cards on our desk and never forget to show your gratitude towards the people of your parish who truly love their parish priest.
