That includs kids from birth through 5th grad. Can you imagin how many tachrs and hlprs w nd to tach all ths kids how to lov God and act lik Jsus? On any givn Sunday morning, w nd about 40 workrs in th prschool and lmntary grads and anothr 8 or 9 popl to hlp tak car of our babis and toddlrs. W offr Bibl study for all childrn through th 5 th grad during all thr worship srvics. Our objctiv is not only to train Gatway kids in th way of th Lord, but also to kp thm saf and scur and fling lovd. To do this, it is ncssary to hav at last 2 adults for vry class. Many tims w us parnts or tnagrs to hlp bcaus w do not hav th 2 adults rquird for a class. Som of th childrn s workrs will srv on month and thn b off a month. I am 13, and in 7th grad at Parkway Cntral Middl School. On of th things God is taching m is that H should b numbr on in my lif. H should b my top priority. So oftn I forgt th world dos not rvolv around m. I gt caught up in my busy schdul and mak xcuss for not spnding tim with God. H dosn t want my Bibl to sit on a shlf until nxt Sunday; H dosn t want m to go call my frind instad of praying. H wants to b my focus. It taught m that things arn t all about us. God should b th top priority in my lif. Also, I am trying to trust God with my lif. What H wants m to do, I ll do. In Collid, w ar in th sris Awakning. It is about popl in th Bibl rsponding to God s calling. God has amazing plans for m if I trust Him.
