I fast as I should and I giv mony to th tmpl. Th tax collctor s prayr was vry diffrnt. H did not vn look up to havn, whn h prayd. H was vry lowly and humbl, and h spok quitly. H said, God, b mrciful, and forgiving, as I am a sinnr. Jsus thn told th lsson of th story. H said, I tll you, th Pharis, th proud on, dos not plas God. Now, th tax collctor--th on who was lowly and humbl and askd for God s forgivnss--h is th on who plass God. Evryon who is proud and raiss himslf up, God will mak humbl and low.
