Hspitality rms shall remain clsed during all meetings. Only registered members and qualified guests shuld be permitted in hspitality rms. Nn-registered members d nt qualify as guests. Reprts must be sent t Assciatin Liaisn TM Andrew Hpkins by July 25, Each speakers reprt shuld nt last mre than 5 minutes unless apprved by the Assciatin Liaisn. The Assciatin Liaisn TM shuld review all presentatins befre they are given. Ensure that all presentatins cnfrm t their alltted time. Assign presenters wh are capable f reading and/r speaking clearly, withut fumbling and stuttering, and wh can prnunce the wrds in their presentatin. Ad-libbing shuld be discuraged (if it Isn t written and apprved in advance, it shuldn t be delivered frm the pdium). The exceptin will, f curse, be the remarks f the Official Visitrs and the Assciatin Liaisn TM. Wearing regalia, alng with full rituals & frmalities, is encuraged during the cnventin.
